So upset at the lack of empathy and disrespect . Also , I asked for towels told they would contact housekeeping . Came back later in the evening and nothing . I chose to stay at Four Points as I needed a place to sleep while waiting for my air conditioner to be repaired. That took longer than expected. But I really liked the rooms I had. Your staff was very welcoming, in fact, a couple of them recognized me when I checked back in after having to book several extra days.

The location We stayed on the eighth floor and we lost power for about 45 minutes. Plus we left to go Disney and came back to our keys not working on the room.

The price and location Our room bed had stains under the regular sheets and the floor hallway elevator entrance/exit walls were messy by the buttons

We were only there for one night but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but not bad enough to keep me awake. The only thing that bothered me was that the window curtains did not wrap around the window. So the light was shining right on my face as soon as tge sun was up. I like a dark room. The was a bit on noise from the use of the ice machine as well. But all in all I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I refused because that is absolutely not my job, especially after paying for a hotel stay. The front desk staff showed little concern and stated there was nothing they could do. No room change was offered, no apology, and no effort was made to resolve the situation properly. Because of how poorly this was handled, I ended up checking out the very same evening. Extremely unacceptable customer service and cleanliness standards.

The staff was quick and courteous with accommodating our family to an available room when we arrived early morning. Very clean and smelled good. A $113 room went to $187 with a deposit of only $12 after we had already spoken with the staff and they stated the deposit was around $40 or so. The amount wasn’t the issue but the incorrect information provided over the phone 7 mins before arriving. The power went out for a while which had the rooms very uncomfortable to breathe and the WiFi took very long to reconnect so TVs did not work. Was excited to stay at a “Sheraton” will give another one a try in a different state for that “luxury” feeling!

I was in room 407. I stayed in Orlando Florida on International Drive. I also had a room with 2 queen beds. You should not have to pay for parking as a guest. That should be included in the price of your staying at the hotel. Also, if you want to make sure that it's your guest that's parking in your parking lot, then make it mandatory that they register their car whether it is a rental or personal.

I liked the proximity to universal The refrigerator didnt work. I had to call 3 times took almost 50 minutes. The tv wouldnt shut off it turned to a grey screen. Plus the young lady that registered me lacked customer service. Very dry and serious

Very clean, close to many restaurants, quick check in. nly complaint is that on the website it said the pizza/bar open until 10:00 everyday. It is actually open til 9:00 Sunday thru Thursday. After I went down at 9:05 and found it closed, I saw a small sign in the lobby stating that. Also, staff at front desk could be a little friendlier, as well as woman working at the bar.

Close to everything. You can purchase a trolley bus ticket for your stay and go anywhere along International Dr. Even to Sea World without ever going back to your car. Icon center is amazing. Air conditioning toonoisy. AC Needs to be upgraded. Building and the floors are shaped like an octagon. No end of the hall views. $20 dollar per day parking. No all day lobby complimentary coffee. Let customers know that they may have to use room key to access elevator floors.

I was really surprised with the hotel. The lobby smelled amazing and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast cafe food was good as well as the super slice bros pizza place next to the pool. The pool was heated with bathrooms next to them in a separate building. The towels for the pool are also provided making it a lot nicer.

The Hotel itself and the staff where nice. But it was old so the rooms smell humid. The walls are so thin you can here your next door room talking and it is so painful in the middle of the night. The pool was so bad we try to enjoy one night after long day at pool it was so crowded full of children at 9 pm and the water was so dirty we dont even try to go to the water since all kids were diving and they bring their food and other things to the pool.

Checking in took extremely long and this was after peek time. The hotel front desk has no sense of urgency and my room was not clean despite me calling and confirming on my way out. I was unaware to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to a language barrier and parking is $20 per day for apparently no reason as there is no security on patrol that I observed. Location is great but I did not like the crowd of pit smokers hanging in the parking lot at night.

The room location was great. The front desk personnel were not very helpful in addressing my needs. I was placed at the wrong location, and despite raising my concerns, nothing was done. I also booked a king-size bed, but I was given two double beds, and nothing was done about it. I received a lot of excuses.

Absolutely amazing in every way. From the location to the vibe of the staff. The beds the pillows.. (which in my case was pretty tempted to ask to purchase a few pillows lol...the size of the room. The view.. the shower curtain was expressing!!!! Loved that the toiletries were loaded and ready for use, being that we forgot to stop and get our own. The pool was so clean and relaxing. Loved the set up. The price was definitely a plus for such a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. Didn't get to do the arcade room but we will be back. Thank you guys for making this stay out of our whole trip from New Mexico the best we had. You guys rock. Don't stop.. high five to housekeeping.... thanks guys. ? Only a suggestion... maybe more towels. But still loved it.

Someone broke into the room next to us at 1:30 in the morning screaming and woke us. That is no fault to hotel staffs , except they weren't hotel guests. Then a new family got to their room at 3:30am and were very loud and knocking on our door. Stayed here in April last year and it was fabulous. I will definitely reconsider staying at this property in future

The AC was very loud. We had to run it all time due to very hot temperatures. Also, other guests were loud late nights. I think management should let all guests know of keeping noise level down after 10:00pm.

The check-in staff were not friendly when checking in, except the lady trying to sell you tickets to theme parks. I went the next day to obtain the tickets for the breakfast, only to be told that I didn't get them as they were not booked with my room. I told the lady I did book them and pulled up my confirmation email to show her that the breakfast did come with my room. She just shrugged her shoulders and gave me the tickets. No I'm sorry, or your correct, nothing. Just attitude was given to me with the breakfast tickets.

Great location, had free shuttles to the Universal Parks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing was the awful smell on our floor, not sure if it was the humidity. Overall, excellent for the price and provided everything we needed.

The rooms are very clean and the beds so comfortable. The view to the park is a plus, as you can see Volcano Bay and Universals. We walked to Universal studios, taking us about 20-30 minutes. The pool is a great perk at the end of the day and it staus open late allowing us to relax a feet long walks all day. The staff was very helpful and professional. We had breakfast at the Colombian cafe next door and loved it. We also had dinner at Persis Indian Restaurant conveniently located there. Lyft rides come quickly to this hotel so that is super convenient.

I won’t ever stay at the property again. I am going to go public about the ambulance being called for me and did I mention it was my birthday and it was the staffs fault. The walls are paper thin the water runs all day and night can’t sleep because it these old AC units even when turned off will run and it makes a weird noise. They do not come every two days to clean , that’s a lie and the shuttle doesn’t come like when they say on the paper and don’t ask the lady with the glasses that looks pregnant she has a nasty attitude with everyone like we chose her job and made her work in customer service. I had an allergic reaction to the food after telling staff I was allergic to something they put it on anyway and instead of remaking it they took it off and gave it back and I had an allergic ambulance was called and all great way to spend my birthday right. Haven’t heard from corporate or anyone. If I do not I will be calling my lawyer because I do have witnesses and their numbers

Clean linens and towels not provided until my last stay there. After 6 phone calls to housekeeping and the front desk, I received everything on the last stay. This is unacceptable when you’re traveling and the lack of responsiveness to the care of guests. Unacceptable. I’m requesting a refund because even when housekeeping forcefully came to drop off the items, they appeared upset. The room was never cleaned and the room was not received with clean amenities. This is beyond belief. Please don’t even bother coming here because your needs will be not prioritized. Hotel management please contact me directly I’m requesting a refund asap or I will make sure your location gets shut down for the lack of sanitary conditions

Pool was nice.. arcade eeh.. rooms booo our bed was hard and not a queen… as an inspector I’ve visited my share of four point Sheraton hotels and this one was underwhelming it just seemed old and more motelish.. distance was the best part along with transportation to universal.. but the resort sharks in the lobby are pretty annoying… breakfast was pricey for the options you got but good none the less overall if you need a place to sleep then book .. if you care for aesthetics then don’t.

Breakfast was buffet style 23.99 per person . When i booked a pictures of a waterpark was included in the photo gallery and the site did not have a water park . The location had a small splash not well maintain. I booked because i thought it had a waterpark for my kids . The pictures was from a nearby park within the photo from the hotel that anyone can assume it was on site disappointed

Staff at check in was kind and professional. The rooms and bedding were very clean and bathroom very spacious and included a full length mirror with lots of counter space. Had mini fridge and safe but no microwave. The lay out of the room was unique and strategically placed to maximize the space. This is by far our most favorite hotel out of all the ones we have ever stayed in.

I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn't explore the property much. The room smelled like bleach but I just dealt with it because I knew it would just be one night. I think overall this place is what you would expect. Nothing fancy. I don't think I'd like to stay there any longer than a night, just because I didn't like it, quick in and out. The staff was very kind. They charge $25 for parking, which most places charge for parking, but I think it's ridiculous.

We enjoy the view at 15th floor, nice environment and everything you need was there. Between the shuttle, pool, arcade, Cafe, make our stay easy.

Was nice and warm. Staff was kind only complain was that there was only one attendant at the pool bar. He had to cook, prepare drinks and close out the tab.

We only stayed for one night but the beds were comfortable, sower was great, spacious room. The only complaint I have it that the air freshener in the hall down stairs was WAY too strong.

Loved this hotel, I’ve always noticed it from the highway and it was so exciting to finally stay here!!! The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious. They have an arcade open 24 hours, my sister and I had so much fun playing air hockey and claw machines well past midnight. The location is perfect with restaurants and a 7/11 right across the street. I would 10/10 recommend.

Pool area is small but big enough had some outdoor games available which we enjoyed.We had lunch at outdoor bar food was good . The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were generally courteous—especially those at the Universal booth, who were exceptionally helpful. The amenities were convenient and well-maintained. The only downside was when I asked if I could pay cash for the food/snacks in the lobby; the response wasn’t as friendly, which was a bit disappointing since I prefer cash being from outside the US. Overall, a very positive experience!

We stayed one night after our cruise so we could go to Universal Studios. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle from the hotel to and from Universal that was dependable and convenient. It's about an hour from the cruise port though so, if you are using Uber, keep in mind that it won't be cheap. We paid about $120 plus tip. My only complaint was the lack of a restaurant after breakfast hours. The have an open air bar with food in the pool area, but it was so cold and windy the night we we there that it was miserable. I waited to get cheeseburgers to go since there wasn't much else. The burgers tasted kind of like bubba burgers. I would definitely stay there again, but will eat before getting back to the hotel at night. I also noticed they charge $20/day for parking. Uber back to the airport was less than $30 plus tip.

Room was clean, housekeeping did not refresh room as requested, fourth day per 6 night stay rather than every other day. Bed was lumpy. Liked the 3 pm check in and 12 pm checkout. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and pleasant as was the front desk. View from 20th floor was amazing.

Carpet in hallway was stained. Pulled the shade down and it was covered in red stains. Not sure if it was blood but very disturbing. I have photos but can’t link them to the review.

The pool area with ping-pong and pool bar was very nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

The locks of the bathroom door and the main door of the room were not working

Room was great and clean, but the hotel does not provide breakfast, you have to pay 24,99 per person, very expensive for the the type of breakfast they serve, plus we paid 20 buck per day for parking, must be a new thing, I’ve stayed there before and never got charged for parking, I won’t be staying over there anymore

How spotless the rooms were, and how we had enough towels to last through out our stay

Staff was not friendly in the pool bar area. The bartender did not speak English and the front desk forgot my wakeup call. When I booked online my understanding was that parking and breakfast were included per the description and it was not. My door had issues opening and closing.

Room was very clean and the staff is very respectful! I stayed here while I was on my first solo trip and I found it to be in a great location! Walking distance from all the essentials. Will definitely be coming back!

This property was very nice! The room was everything we needed: comfy bed, working AC, and clean shower and bathroom. For the price, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it. We really liked how walkable the surrounding area was (we walked to and from Universal Studios each day)

The security guard let a woman into our room while we were away. Police and outstanding ended up being called for the woman who was having a medical crisis when we returned to our room after 1am and found her. Also, the sheets in one of our three rooms were badly stained with what appeared to be blood. However, overall, the property itself was very nice and the staff were impeccable (excluding security guard).

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The rooms were decent..The pool was clean and warm. Only inconvenience was the restaurant was being renovated.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect for everything we wanted to do. The view from the room was amazing. Staff were outstanding, pool was really fun, pool bar was great! Just a really great all-around hotel. If we ever go back up to Orlando, we are definitely staying here every time.

While the room was clean and the check in was easy. I was pretty upset with the overall service, I had outlets next to my bed not working and called to have something done about it and nothing was ever corrected. The front desk did nothing to follow up and check in on it afterwards. I ended up having to go out and buy an extension cord just to be able to use my CPAP each night. The hotel itself is convenient but over priced for the condition it’s in.

Ok, but the tv volume was restricted so low , lower than the ac had to choose 1 or the other even ac off had to sit in cjair in front of it. I understand not letting it get to loud but this low is abuse of the restriction

This property has improved since it became a Four Points. Staff is great, parking wasnt an issue, and you actually get most of the amenities fee back in discounts on the property plus a free coffee beverage. Genius idea, as some places are having the nerve to suddenly charging as much 28$ for hotel parking in Orlando

Bus to theme parks is good - however only runs for few hours in the morning and a few in the evening.

Stayed at this hotel after a cruise to be near the airport for our flight the next day and I must say please book elsewhere . My room smelled like wet dog and it was somebody else’s hair on the fridge, bathroom and linens . When I notified the front desk they never sent up housekeeping to assist with the smell . After a second request they sent up a housekeeper who was more concerned about how many guest I had in my room my brother and two kids were visiting from near by . I then received a phone call from the front desk telling me how many people I can have in the room . The entire stay was a mess . They never offered to change my room and the smell lingered the entire night . I ended up door dashing air freshener and buying car freshener to help with the smell . I will never book or recommend this location again .

Given that this is a Sheraton hotel and a partner to Universal theme park, I was expecting a little bit more refined hotel. I booked this hotel based on reviews. But I wished I never stayed here. For starters the first night we got there we went to the pool area and I was going to go in, but the water was so dirty that I couldn’t go in. The water was murky and had debris floating in it. I don’t even think they have someone to come clean the pool every morning given that there is heavy use and heavy rain. Second the place is outdated. Third I felt like my room smelt like it was trying to mask over 20 years of smoking in the room. I just wasn’t something I was expecting based on the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The trip was GREAT!. Second time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando. We did just a weekend stay this time. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, attentive and welcoming. We did the breakfast service, the food was good. Would definite stay there again!!

Overall it was a good stay, comfy bed, nice staff, and because of the shape of the building you end up with a decent amount of space atleast in the king room. The hotel definitely shows it age with various dings, dents and patches throughout the both the hallway and room but I’d rather see that then them just leaving holes.

I was given the wrong room when I got there I was there for 2 nights and house keeping never showed up, I had to call on the second night for towels , when the cleaning lady came to deliver the towels she did not knock, she used her room key and tried to enter the room unannounced but the inside security latch stopped her.As soon as you put your head on the pillows they get as flat as pancakes.The shower mat is so thin it does not stay in place.

Great location, walking distance from Universal Studios and nice Orlando views from room. Nice size room, clean and comfortable bed. Overall great experience. The only thing to consider is that we stayed for one night and after had taken just one shower, the big shower gel dispenser was already empty.

Our short one night stay was perfect! Clean & spacious room, the kids were in awe of the view & also had a blast at the pool area!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but the service was disappointing. Staff at check-in and check-out seemed annoyed, and none of the ice machines worked. When we asked for help, no one had answers. Also, they charge for parking, which many better hotels in Orlando don’t. Overall, not worth returning

Overall one of our favorite places to stay in Central Florida.

Check in was quick and room was ready at 3 pm. Room was basic. Nice view of Universal. Comfortable beds. Advertised happy hour and food were non existent. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast buffet looked lackluster and was $23. Walked next door to IHOP where a great breakfast was $10. Pool area was decent. Overall hotel was fine - very average - but Libby signs about food were not accurate.

We then waited almost and hour and one'half before someone came to take us to another room. This, after we had been told someone would come right away! It was already past our dinner time also.

The first night I arrived and they were over booked. They sent me to another property that was not accommodating and went back to them and they sent me to a different property. It was hours before I finally got checked in at 3 AM. They were supposed to have credited me for that night and it never happened
