Decent room, good gym facilities and outdoor pool. Friendly staff but disappointing lack of flexibility when asked for a 30 minute extension to checkout time.

The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.

We stayed there because the bus to Daytona 500 is always convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for your next stay. Stayed here many times.

This property is very outdated and poorly maintained. The room smelled of old cigarettes and funk. I ended up having to just cancel the stay and book a Airbnb the same day. It was awful.

Beautiful hotel and loved the convenience of being at the mall. I Uber'd from MCO to the hotel. A shuttle would be a nice perk. Teens enjoyed it also along with the pool. Easy transportation pick up to the cruise terminal.

It was amazing clean always. But one bad experience Light want out twice for 30 minutes around 3am to 4am in the morning on Wednesday. I was so scared, I thought the Hotel was being taken over by Heist gangs.

That it was right next to a great shopping centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a bath and shower curtain.

The hotel is great for convenience, safety and location. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The pillows on the bed though, are extremely uncomfortable. And I suggest they get some people to come in and do a deep clean of the vents. This was the vent in the bathroom. This can't be good to be breathing in.

Loved the location, so great for shopping! The staff were great and helpful. No milk provided for tea and coffee, I went down stairs and paid for a cup of milk from the bar for a cup of tea (it was later at night) and when I got to the room it was cream (not milk). Powdered milk sachets are not going to cut it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Generous size room, nicely furnished. Large outdoor pool, very nice temperature this time of year. Nice, large lobby. Well stocked exercise room. I suppose as a result of being connected to a large mall attracting visitors not staying at the hotel, you have to use your key for everything.

Bathroom need more cleaning

After the bomb threat this morning and having to evacuate was insanely ridiculous because the mall shouldn’t be opened to just walk into the hotel. Also after 9pm you should have a key to get in and out the front door as well. You should have a key to get you back into the hotel from the mall. Air conditioning was horrible in so many rooms. We will not be going back. I believe we no longer will be having conversations there.

The room and bathroom were spacious and had a nice siz refrigerator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place seemed to be constantly in clean or refresh mode. Being connected to the mall made for easy indoor walking and lots of food choices. The pool was very comfortable and the hot tub felt awesome.

The location was great. The mall was great with lots of stores and restaurants inside. The Hotel security was top notch for the safety of the guests, they even have someone outside to open the door for you when you pull up to go check in. There wasn't really anything that I dislike with the one night stay that I had. There were loud noises coming from the floor above but that was about it.

Although I had no pets with me, I saw some guests with pets. Clean room/hotel and friendly staff made me want to come back.

When checking in they make everyone stand in lines until it turns exactly 4:00pm like a heard of animals and the staff stand there as though they don't see you. The minute it turns 4:00pm they look up and put on a fake smile and ask if they can help the next customer in line. The hotel was okay. Nothing special and def not worth the price for one night. The mall closes at 8:00 pm so if you check in after 4:00 by the time you get you things settled there isn't much time to enjoy the fact it's connected to the mall. There is no breakfast and you have to pay for parking whether you want to or not. I stayed at plenty of places in Florida and this was def nothing to brag about. The pool was outside and not heated. The hottub is so far away from the hotel entry that it's not worth freezing to use it.

Initial room was dirty-someone ele's food was in the fridge and the sheets were dirty. I was moved to a clean room immediately and they were very apologetic. 2nd room was good.

It's attached to the Florida Mall which made it a really nice stay to be able to go shopping to pass time you have multiple food courts there are a few restaurants that are only for hotel guests, they have a nice gym a beautiful outdoor pool area the hotel is very secure needing key cards to get onto the elevator to go to your room, to access the room, pool and the gym. Front desk was very friendly and easy to deal with upon check-in we had an early check-in and they were able to accommodate my family. The room was very clean and spacious. This hotel is in good proximity to the MCO Airport. Would stay again!!

Great weight staff we were greeted at the door with a cart before I could even ask for one to assist with our luggage get into our room. My family and I had just arrived from a five day cruise and were exhausted. We were thankful that the facility allowed us an opportunity to check in early.

This place is excellent. You can take buses to most of the sites. If you drive, there’s a free parking lot for guests only.

The hotel is connected to the Florida mall and closed to all the attractions. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We will be back for sure.

The room was clean. The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes from the airport, which was perfect for me. I only stayed for two nights, and I didn’t need to use my car; everything was in one place.

The best hotel I’ve been to in a while. The staff was beyond friendly ready to assist with any matter. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is perfection, who doesn’t love a good shopping spree. We also received 2 free complimentary drinks at the local restaurant or Starbucks. The aesthetic is beautiful and screams Christmas. Overall I’d highly recommend staying here.

Hotel staff was great. Very responsive. We got in late and needed a roll away. They brought it up within 5 minutes. The drink coupons were a nice touch. Kids enjoyed the mall right downstairs.

Hotel rooms were very clean and nice; staff was friendly & communicated well; parking was easy; had my mom’s 90th birthday celebration in the Symposium Room and it went beautifully-the room was gorgeous, and the food served from Marcelo’s was excellent, as well as the staff that worked the event! 5 star experience all the way!

We were returning from a cruise in Port Canaveral and were attending a concert that night. Super tired from getting up early and then driving. We wandered the mall (which is attached the hotel) and i was so tired, my wife suggested we ask if they could accommodate an early check in. Without even batting an eye the reception said of course! No extra fee, it was only 1030am! Room was big, very clean and comfortable. Got some great rest before the show!

We had a toddler with us so being attached to the mall made it so easy for us to spend the evening outside the hotel room but not having to drive around either. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great on site dining options and since it is attached to the mall there are more options very close by. It's really nice there are complimentary drink tickets and discounts for surveys. Clean pool and hot tub and a beautiful event space. The staff is absolutely amazing, above and beyond from the parking to the registration.

The night administrator (early morning, December 4) promised to arrange a shuttle but never did. Because of this, we lost our night and received no help. The morning staff member was also unprofessional and mishandled our request. The service was terrible, far below the hotel’s claimed standard. I truly regret choosing this hotel. I was 5 december

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience of Starbucks and other choices being so close by was really wonderful. I do wish there was a dedicated place to park (or if there is one to have it clearly marked) prior to check in especially when it is dark outside.

I loved this hotel for its simplicity, location and no fuss, only small niggle is the price for breakfast is too much for this hotel, its not the 4 seasons so lets charge appropriately

It seems a little old and the fixture and amenities should have been renovated. Additionally checking at 4pm is madness. It should have been at least 3pm as many others hotels in the area.

I love this hotel

We only stayed for 1 night after our long haul flight so didnt have a chance to use/see all the hotels facilities, but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a mall not far from the airport so you can enjoy a stroll through the mall in the evening and feel completely safe. The hotel itself we found to be clean and comfortable - nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. The front desk staff and door men were exceptionally friendly and a credit to the hotel.

Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Crickets restaurant is in the hotel. They have a good assortment of meal and drink options. The waiters were very accommodating and attentive. The sun shone the afternoon we were there so we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay at the Florida hotel again in the future.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned. It had stained urine on the entire toilet seat. The tub was dirty. The bathroom door handle was dirty. I used my own lysol to clean the bathroom.

Great location at the mall literally walking from the lobby into the mall!! Amazing staff, clean and quiet and we felt very safe. The restaurant there for guests only is a bit pricey but definitely enjoyed the complimentary drink from the bar. Check in/out was super easy, a secure parking lot left is worry free during our stay as we totally enjoyed our room with a great view of Orlando. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are plenty of food options and shops nearby because it is located at The Florida Mall. There was a breakfast option available at a price. We ended up driving a couple of minutes to an IHOP nearby. I booked the room last minute as we were attending an event in the downtown area and were also going to be be checking in very late. I contacted the front desk by phone and they assured me that the reservation would not be cancelled. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. My only concern was that I noticed some debris on the carpet in the hallway on our level as we walked to our room. I would book this location again.

Clean, quiet & comfortable.

Place was extremely clean and very convenient as it’s attached to the mall. Also gave us two drink coupons for the bar or the Starbucks. Very good security as you can’t even use the elevator without your key.

Next time will definitely consider coming back to this hotel

The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider. There was another gray haired bellman that assisted me as well during my stay he was so friendly and helpful as well. The room was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Being right at the Florida mall was a great way to spend my time, and plenty of different food locations- something for everyone. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will in the future as well.

It was just okay. The bathroom was not updated at all they need to take all tubs out of hotels and put showers. The tub has a permanent stain and rub that’s disgusting bleach can’t even get it out . Would not stay here again. The staff was amazing though!

The room was smelly with smoke. The hotel hot jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Too much lies and sorry

Hotel is great that’s in the mall. 3 stars b/c room was cleaned only once during a 4 night stay. 1st full day cleaning came while we were getting ready. We asked for fresh towels and if they could come back later. They gave towels but never came back. That wasn’t a big deal. Next day they didn’t come. We left at 4:30p and I specifically called the front desk to ask for housekeeping to come. We had no clean towels, no tissues, garbage flowing over. Told them we would be back around midnight. We got back by 11:45p, 7 hrs later and no one ever came to clean or anything. On our last full day, housekeeping came by at 3:15p. And even when we returned, the rollaway bed was not made up, and napkins were on the floor and facial tissue was not replaced.

Check in was a breeze, Lady was friendly and we were given our free drinks vouchers due to my silver status with hotels.com. Room was spotless and near a lift, as requested.

Staff were all friendly from the front desk to the Crickets wait staff. I love how clean the hotel are kept and a designated gate for guest parking. I definitely will stay at a the Florida Hotel again.

The hotel room is clean and cozy. I like the fact the hotel is exactly conjoined with the shopping mall which is very convenience. I will come back to this hotel if I come back to Orlando. The front staff are very friendly and warm.

Conveniently located besides a shopping mall and 15 minutes ride from the airport. Although clean, the room is showing small signs of tear. Don’t expect luxury or modern amenities. Parking is free and I was provided vouchers for two Starbuck or bar drinks

We were given Room 319, it appeared to be above the plant room so there was a constant humming noise, the bed was also vibrating which was a tad annoying. The safe was locked on arrival, but the sorted it out after a call. There was no plug in the sink and bedside light was broken so didn’t work at all. The hotel is very convenient for the last minute shopping and airport - the above would not stop me from staying again but I would certainly make sure I get a room higher up and away from any plant rooms.

Hot tub could have been a bit warmer, but otherwise awesome! :)

Friendly folks and a great room.

Very average rooms. Not really anywhere great to eat at the hotel.

First, I was charged an extra fee in addition to what I already paid through Expedia. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and with slime. It clearly denotes lack of maintenance. The room window was also dirty, I could barely see outside. There were dead insects in the room. The beds had a bad odor and the bathroom shower did not function well. The room and facilies are very run down. Do not recommend.

Since we arrive, front desk was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and that was a plus. The only thing it was the parks They were kind of far from the hotel and the airport, but we definitely will stay there again.👍👍😊

Room felt upscale and comfortable. The microwave and fridge was convenient and especially needed on this trip. The location in the mall allowed convenience to shopping and food. The coffee shop was opened early and convenient for my early checkout.

No shampoo in room, bar prices are extremely high.

Although we only stayed for one night, Justine at the front desk made us feel exceptional. We got to choose what room we wanted to stay in and we also got a free Starbucks drink included in our stay which was a nice touch. I also like that the mall is attached to the hotel as well.

My husband and I found this hotel to be exactly what we were looking for in a hotel. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to spend the anniversary of when we became a couple. It checked all the blocks we wanted: elegant, secure, comfortable room, shopping nearby, and good restaurants. Everything was beautiful and we were thrilled with their hospitality staff. We would definitely recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely be back!

I will definitely go again this hotel came thru when my original hotel failed to service me properly I called and immediately had a room same day immediately I went in paid and was immediately given keys. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable to me and it’s not far from universal in the hotel they had chick fil a and Starbucks and a mini snack area for only guest they are also connected to the mall and the employees was amazing and very helpful and friendly

This was a really neat and unique hotel to stay in, given it is connected to the Florida Mall. I stayed with my 8 year old and it was very fun to go back to school shopping with her. The hotel itself used to be the Peabody Hotel back in the day. The fountain is

I stayed there for 3 days. I was on work trip, so I did not get to enjoy area. The gym was taken care of, and the mall was a quick meal.

We also had NO cable in the room so we asked about that and they sent William up to our room. He was great. Very friendly, super nice.... turns out it was unplugged for some reason so he just plugged it in and we were good on that. The bellhops were all great! Super friendly and ready to help in a minutes notice. Was not happy with the front desk ignoring our request for extra towels and a box of tissues after being told they were bringing them. Would i stay there again....I really don't know.

I liked the hotel, the secure key to use the elevator. I wish they could do like hilton and use your phone to open the door. I didn't like the surprise $77 resort fee that was tagged on at check out. They said unlimited water and coffee but said all rooms get charged that $77 fee whether they use the amenities or not. But overall, easy access to the conference and the mall. Kept leftovers in the fridge :)

Loved how accommodating they were with early check in after a long morning of flying. The room and hotel was super clean and welcoming! We loved the pool and hot tub, but our favourite thing of all was that it was connected to the Florida mall - making late night shopping even more convenient.

Mall access early. Secure parking. Room neat and tidy cleaned every second day sometimes every day.
