Location by far was the best thing about hotel. It had a shuttles to all Universal resorts with good am leaving times but I would have like more return times. It was only a 25 minute walk to City walk and universal islands of adventure if you did not want to be tied to shuttle times. Breakfast was good although not much variety on hot items scrambled eggs and sausage almost every am. Place was clean but dated a remodel would be nice in my opinion it was a bit dated. Furniture in rooms and breakfast area could be replaced and microwaves in room would be nice

The first room my family and I were given was not clean. I went to take a shower and looked up and the ceiling looked like it was gonna come down. I was given another room, which had a terrible odor. My family and I will not return to this property again.

The breakfast was good, with lots of choices. The attendant, Maria, kept everything well-stocked and clean. The shuttle to Universal made it easy to vacation without renting a car and paying for parking at the park.

TV didn’t work. Other than that, it was nice. I really appreciated the shuttle to Universal Studios. It helped my wife and I a lot. Free breakfast is included is always a life saver before walking through the park for a long time.

Location They have a problem with the maintenance. The first room we got, the TV was not working and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We received another room which seemed to be OK but then the light above the sink stop working.

it is defiantly not a 5 star hotel, but it was clean the beds were okay kind of lumpy. the front desk people were great. like i said if looking for a 5 star its not here i was looking for a cheap clean room with a hot breakfast and that it was.

This hotel is brand new. Very convenient location and easy access from a main road. Breakfast is OK, the usual and they aldo have options you can buy. Complimentary coffee station at the lobby 24 hours, that’s cool!

The staff were not polite, the breakfast was not tasty (I've stayed at many Marriott hotels with the same breakfast service type and it was amazing), the hotel overall was 3 out of 10 clean (which I guess is understandable due to high demand) but I did not like that our room was not properly stocked and I had to come to front desk to ask for service which I had already specified "yes" on the app. I also hated they made me pay for water bottles when in other Marriott hotels are always available for me.

The front desk staff were courteous, and breakfast was good. The place and room were clean, but the sofa bed was extremely hard, making it impossible to sleep on. My child had to sleep on top of the twin couch instead.

Overall clean. Fire station across the street. The shuttle isn’t available based on first come first serve at this hotel, it’s based on FCFS at the Doubletree. Fairfield Inn gets what is left over.

Staff was friendly, hotel is pretty outdated. Breakfast was so-so, most days I could find something I could eat (gluten-free), and sometimes they would have dairy-free milk for the coffee, and sometimes not. I really liked the laundry facilities, but the gym is tiny and there is no hot tub as pictured. The pool was really cold, so if it's hot, no issue, but if it's not, it's a cold swim! Overall a decent deal, good location. We were given a room right next to the elevator, which worried me since I thought it would be really loud, but the noise wasn't bad at all.

The hotel however is very underwhelming . A tiny lobby/breakfast area and everything just seemed old. The room was just as disappointing. The sofa bed was filthy and the mattress cover had large holes in it! To top it all off the shuttle they advertise to the theme parks only runs during the day! I would not stay there again!

We reserved a king bed room however when we arrived we were told they had all been sold. Once the check in process was complete we were told the elevator was out of service, which meant we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor. The front desk did tell us we were lucky it wasn’t the 6th floor. After speaking to othe guests we found out the elevator had been out for a couple days. The elevator was finally repaired Friday afternoon.

It is what it’s advertised to be. It’s clean and comfortable and affordable. Nothing fancy - but nothing bad about it It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s also not advertised as one. It is a comfortable clean place. Aesthetics could be better but it was nice enough

There was plenty of parking available. It was less than a 10-minute Uber ride to Universal Studios. I think they provide complimentary rides to the theme park during certain hours. I didn’t take advantage of that since I booked the hotel for a late event at Universal Studios - Halloween Horror Nights. Given the hotel’s proximity to Universal and other attractions, you can expect to hear families with kids from time to time. That’s pretty much the case no matter which hotel you choose in the area. Overall, it was a very quiet and comfortable stay. They have a pool, free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. There’s also a coffee bar near guest services.

The hotel is well located, you will find a lot of options to eat & shop near the facility. It’s a great balance between quality & price. We find a Universal Studios agent from 7-11 am in the property, that help us find park tickets & arrange a shuttle.

It was close to everything It had an old smell inside the hotel and inside are room. Pictures looked way better. Made the one bedroom look like the bedroom is separate from the living room but it’s not. That’s shady to me

I stay at this hotel every couple of weeks for work. The toaster in the breakfast area is so slow that if 2 people are making toast you might as well leave because it will be 20 mins before they are done. Get a better toaster!

I decided to opt out of staying at a Universal property this go around and I’m happy I went with this option! Very clean, free parking and minutes from all the universal parks. Very convenient option at a great price point and everyone working there was very kind! Will be staying here in the future when I travel to universal parks

Front desk are friendly and very accommodating. Very quiet. Only thing that I didn't like is the pillows very uncomfortable. We have our own blankets, towels and toiletries so we didn't use theirs. Overall it's a good hotel and we will definitely love to be back.

Fantastic hotel in a great location close to Universal. We enjoyed the short, scenic walk to the parks over 3 days and it was an easy walk for sure. The hotel has a hot breakfast with so many options for everyone, we have zero complaints and all the staff were incredible. Ideal location - next door to Universal Studios, close to everything: Disney, Sea World and MCO airport. Nice rooms, excellent service, free parking and reasonable pricing. Thanks for making my family vacation a wonderful experience again!

Nice and quiet.

Staff way really friendly and helpful. For the price it's a great value accomodation with nice complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios Orlando. It's also really close to Premium Outlets Orlando and to Diseney Theme Park as well. I was missing a private safe in the room. Staff was helpful although the process to bring down and up valuables to the reception was a bit of hassle. It would be great to have the safe boxes covered with some soft material, because items can migrate and damage in it. It was a bummer that on the last day when I wanted to leave early the 6:30 breakfast was delayed to 7:00 :(

It was so convenient for the event we were going to it was in the exact same parking lot as the infant our bus was right there. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms were really spacious. We had the absolute best time at this hotel, and it was extremely clean.

The location, free bus to Universal Studios and breakfast. Everything was perfect.

I loved the features and amenities of the hotel, including complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. Plus the room and bed were clean, nice and nothing was dirty or questionable. There was nothing i disliked about the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and within walking distance to Alehouse for dinner. There was a slight smell in the room and the continental breakfast was really terrible, the eggs tasted like water and the waffle batter did taste stale.

Great value for the location and free breakfast. Facilities were average. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful The shuttle to Universal is nice but the times it runs makes it somewhat unhelpful. The evening pick up times are too early

Rooms were old/outdated, dreary decor, bathroom floor was dirty with mold stains near ceiling.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet at night and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept well. The staff was amazing and helpful with all our questions. The hotel was kept very clean. It was also very close to Universal Studios. Parking is free. Once we parked , we never had to move our car. They have a shuttle bus to Universal Studios, which was so convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

I am not sure why this hotel has a high rating. It was awful and is not even the level of a Marriott Fairfield Inn. It's shocking that they even put their name on it. It is old and very run down. Our room was not great and smelled horrible. The breakfast was definitely the worst I have ever had and I'm really not picky. The only thing saving this hotel is the location and the staff. Every person that works there is incredibly kind and helpful.

Very nice and convenient for what we were doing in Orlando.

We loved the hot breakfast and it is very close to a number of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a mild musty smell to it which my wife and son noticed although I didn’t notice it. I had seen previous reviews mentioning this. The staff had already allowed us to switch rooms as the first room we entered had a stronger smell. We kept the bathroom fan going during our stay and the smell wasn’t as noticeable after the first day of a five day stay.

Great customer experience by staff. Asked if I could check in early and out late due to being sick and found a way to make it happen. Will stay here again when in town again.

This was a very clean hotel, with an excellent staff. And it's less than a mile walk to Universal Studios with lots of restaurant options around, (fast food and higher price point). Miller Bar was really good. Also, there is a Walgreens in case you forget anything for your trip. Excellent stay!

If visiting universal its best hotel walkable to dining and shopping areas breakfast is good and the shuttle service to universal is great too highly recommend if visiting Universal studios

I was not happy about the transportation due to horror nights at universal . They did t have transportation for this event. It was convenient to Universal though

Comfortable bed. King size. Great breakfast. Convenient universal bus. Good sized pool. Free weights in fitness room. Noon checkout.

It was a convenient location for us, complimentary breakfast was good, all employees were wonderful, hotel was clean. The thing I didn't like was there was a weird smell in our room, I'm not sure if it was the air conditioner or a cleaner they used and I wish they had a hot tub. Other then that, all was great. I would go back.

I loved the hotel. But there was limited parking and I had to park in another parking lot and felt unsafe. There also was a smell in my room that was unpleasant. But the breakfast was really very tasty 😋
