Had to pay and get another place. Disgusting, no cups.for grab and go no dishes, that was sent I got it in the first place. Said it was all on order, really went would you not have anything.!!!

Let me start out with the solitary positive. The one redeeming factor of the entire place was the very nice lady who checked us in.

The hotel is one if the older ones and was not really clean. Did not even bother the check the free breakfast that was included. Just wanted to get out as fast as possible.

They have the room just like their pictures on their website, empty! No food!

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. We stayed overnight, checked in a little late. The front desk guy was really nice. He mentioned grab and go breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately. At 8am, there was nothing available to eat when we went down. Not even enough coffee cups. The room was very comfortable, but there was a live roach in the bathroom, the shower pressure was terrible and the black out curtains barely covered the window.

It is not a hotel. People live there. Some people have lived there for years. It is not a hotel. The guy working at the "front desk" was amazing but he was the other good thing about it.

The room smelled like a cat litter box, and we woke to water all over the floor from the fridge. We arrived late in the evening, after hours and it was a challenge getting in and out, with the key card incorrect and nobody at the front desk. The smell was the worst.

The rooms are ok! They could stand an updating especially the rugs!

Location. That’s it. There were roaches in our room!!!!! MULTIPLE ROACHES. SOME ALIVE. SOME DEAD. The room obviously was not cleaned before we came in! I did not feel comfortable staying in our room, so I left and stayed at a hotel across the street. Have yet to hear back from the hotel regarding a full refund.

They said they had a good breakfast. It’s literally blueberry muffins and apple granola bars. No juice machine unless u wanted to buy it out of the machine. Conveniently the coffee machine was out of order. I chose this place for mainly the breakfast so we could eat before we traveled back to Indiana

Filthy, poor staff,rooms are broken down. Moldy,rusty,smelled like cigarettes dirty sheets. Mold inside refrigerator. Dirty rags left behind. They put us in a room that someone was already in. They were very angry when we tried getting in the room as we checked in after midnight due yo our flight. There were people sleeping on the tables in the room where they serve breakfast. Horrible.

I get upstairs with my mother-in-law and children to find the key card is not opening the door. I go back down and tell her the room keys don't work. No apology or anything just stuck them in a machine and handed them back. We went back to the door. keys still won't work and then a man clearly sleeping came to the door! So embarrassing for both of us. I came downstairs again and told the girl there was a man in the room. Again no apology she instead gets on the phone and proceeds to go back and forth with someone about the room saying cleaned on their system and finally just said they were all booked and I could call Expedia and ask for a refund! It was close to Universal Studios and most of the personnel was nice. Dayshift tried their best to use air freshener to keep the smell down in lobby. Floors in the room turned our feet black, reeked of people smoking marijuana in their rooms and walking down the halls, outlets in room did not work (only 2 out of 6), stains on linen and pillows.

This is not necessarily a problem for me, but it was so outdated that it felt dirty and gross, even the pillows felt like they were years old and super used. Upon check-in and on the hotels.com listing, I was told there would be a continental style breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. The reality was, it was solely a coffee maker and a couple miniature prepackaged muffins. Those were not even available until I asked. You get what you pay for I guess. But at the very least, I should have been given what I was told on the Hotels.com listing, or by the attendant that checked me in on that evening. This place gets a negative star from me.

Very welcoming. Great staff. They never refused to hlp or give sdvise . They worked excellence under pressure. The staff is patient cooperative and understanding.

Staff was very nice the hotel was what I would expect for the price however online it does say hair dryers are available and at this location they no longer have any at the front desk also they stated the grab and go breakfast bar would also have oatmeal and grits and every time when I went out in the morning neither of those were available and the muffins where gone almost every time so I wouldn't count on breakfast the room was comfy and clean for the most part the fridge was a little rusty and the door swung the wrong way in my opinion but that's not a huge deal the one thing that was kind of gross was I did see a roach on the kitchen counter my second night there so that wasn't pleasant and made me triple check my stuff and that I wasn't sleeping with any or taking any home but other then that it's a pretty fair priced hotel for a roof over your head and a place to sleep

When we asked the reception for them, they said they don't have! If I would have known this I would have booked another other even if it would have costed me twice as more. I wanted the option to cook simple meals on my own but it was not possible and with the absense of breakfast we have to go out to eat every single time.

This property is quite neglected. Lack of maintenance, dirty floors and carpets. No overnight front desk, and suspicious traffic of people coming and going from the hotel. I would not recommend this place.

Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel

They called me THE DAY OF my booking to tell me they overbooked and they have no rooms available and that I could stay at their sister hotel down the road in a downgraded room with no amount of refund like what? Quickest refund I've ever requested and will confidently NEVER use an extended stay hotel ever again.

Everything was fine. I was just disappointed in the internet access. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to relax and watch some tv. The tv signal was bad and kept cutting out. The front desk receptionist was nice, but admitted the internet connection was lacking before I even checked in.

I booked this on Expedia at a high rate. The sink had grass in it. There were bugs on the floor in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom didn't work so you had no light to brush your teeth, wash your face, etc. I called downstairs and there was no one available to help until morning. I have pictures and a video of everything. The hand towel on the stove smelled horribly. I stayed only a few hours. When I went downstairs to complain, the lady couldn't believe my video. She shared she would place a issue and when her manager came in she would show it to her. I received a call offering me a "free" night for another stay. There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever consider staying at an Extended Stay - nor should you!!! Absolutely disgusting.

I never checked in. They took a picture of my ID without any warning and without my permission. When I complained I was first threatened and then told that my reservation was refused. I asked them to delete the picture of my ID since I was no longer staying and they refused. Now believing that my ID and info was going to be used for nefarious purposes I called the police as it is illegal to do what they did. The police arrived and they and the customer service rep of Extended Stay on the phone told her to delete my photo and they still refused making an excuses. There is now a police report filed and I will be following up with extended stay until I'm sure they do not have my info. If Expedia does not issue me a refund for this reservation I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Do not go to this hotel. I'm not even mentioning all of the other things we noticed completely wrong like the people outside loitering doing drugs. The GM and the attendant that were working need to be fired for their completely disgusting inhuman behavior.

If Expedia does not issue me a refund for this reservation I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Do not go to this hotel. I'm not even mentioning all of the other things we noticed completely wrong like the people outside loitering doing drugs. The GM and the attendant that were working need to be fired for their completely disgusting inhuman behavior.

Most of the staff were friendly. I stayed for 4 weeks. They only cleaned my room one rime and she did a horrible job. I keep my space clean so I only needed her to vacuum and wipe down. She told me she was on light duty and did not have a vacuum so she sweep the floor with a broom. When I asked could my room be cleaned more often I was told they only clean ever 14 days. I am wheelchair impaired. They wouldn't even yake out my trash. When I asked for clean towels she took the ones I had a put them in the wash, when she gave it back to me she balled them up and put them in a trash nag. The free breakfast was nutri grain bars, packaged mini muffins, packaged instant grits and coffee. They advertise free breakfast from 6 til 9, I came down at 8am and it was all gone. The clerk told me its because of the construction workers. I am glad I was able to get a wheelchair accessible room. The room was fine but as a handicap person I wish they could have at least taken my trash out. I physically could not wheel myself and carry the trash way down to the end of the corridor. It was rude and inconsiderate. I had to have my son drive an hour to do that for me. The room was fine tho. It had everything I needed. If you are not wheelchair impaired you will be fine.

During my escape due to the hurricane that destroyed everything, majority of the team members had a nasty attitude. The one lady that’s from Jamaica and the plus size light skinned lady were the most friendly and helpful. I believe the 6.2 stars on the website were very generous. Extremely out of date, toilet didn’t flush, ac barely worked.

Toilet was clogged sink was clogged roaches in the room. I was giving dirty towels by the manager of the facility. I had to switch rooms three times each room had roaches in it. The property manager will not give out tissue. The staff told me the property manager keep the tissue for her personal use. I went downstairs to ask for tissue as she did not have any, the property manager gave me a bag of towels when I went to complain. The property manager got upset and said that she was denying any future Bookings from me that I was to leave the hotel because I had complained about my stay there. The property managers was very nasty I will be reaching out to corporate that property manager needs to be investigated. She is taking the amenities and using them for her personal use. This came from her assistant managers mouth. The property manager needs to be investigated for taking peoples money and not accommodating guest for having issues with their stay. She prefers to deny them, another chance to book another stay I wouldn’t stay here if my life depended on it this is the worst extended-stay that I have ever stayed at in my 41 years of living. We have to go downstairs multiple times after checking in as our room key didn’t work. After the 3rd time we were told they moved someone else’s reservation and gave us their room on the first floor. From there, we finally got into a room and there were roaches so we immediately went back to the front and checked out

Fixtures very outdated and not aesthetic at all. Carpets visibly dirty and in desperate need of deep cleaning and updating. Very disappointed by unidentifiable stains on carpet. I kept my shoes on the entire time. Rusted toilet. Very unappealing to the eye.

Had to go through 3 rooms to find one that didn't smell like cigarette smoke, still had a funny smell, very dingey, toilet not clean, bug in the shower... The only plus was the very helpful and friendly front desk lady.

Took too long to check in, elevator door opened to a staff member cursing (unaware that customers were in the lobby), room with a kitchenette with no cookware, dinnerware or utensils, no washcloths available -went to the front desk where were provided kitchen/dish rags?????? Hotel ran out of toilet paper!!!! Was told that their shipment had not come in, leaving us to purchase toilet paper on our own! Cable worked intermittently, channels were freezing up. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

We paid around $300 for 2 nights and was not happy with hotel and service. It was smelling, mildew and no kitchen utensils. I had to ask multiple times and I got only plates and 4 spoons. It was absurd! I will definitely not be booking again this hotel.

Rundown and outdated place. You can smell humidity and cigarette even tough I was in a non-smoking room. The Breakfast was just a ¨grab breakfast¨, small muffins and protein bars with coffee or tea.

The hotel is dirty. The rooms are dirty. Even after house keeping, the place was still dirty. It says “no smoking” but the place smells regularly of pot.

I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.

I walked in and walked right back out and asked for a full refund because I would not be staying there. The room smelled like bleach and cigarettes and the receptionist was incredibly rude.

When first arrived had bugs in bathroom and kitchen faucet leaked when using. Told front desk and they had it taken care of. Was very pleased about that. Breakfast os not much but that is on the description.

Waited 30 min to check in while the receptionist continued to take calls and reservations. Within the first 20 min of being in the room flea bite, ants all over the counter, seat that lets down in shower moldy and rotten wood. Was overall disgusting and won’t be going back.

We were welcomed with many cockroaches inside room 241 of this unit 5640 and we were attacked by BEDBUGS. My husband and I have allergies and wanted something clean and nice to rest in after traveling a long 6.5 hours from SC to Orlando. Unbearable allergies, a lot of itching and these are becoming burning wounds

Upon arrival at hotel there was a strong odor of Marijuana and carried threw out the entire building, got to room and the room was not clean it had hair all over bathtub and did not have the right sheets on bed, also carpet was sticky and musty smelling i wouldnt recomend going i sure wont be back at this hotel. The only good from this hotel was Gloria at the front desk she was very kind and helpful.

The only room they had left was a room that smelled so bad of dogs. After driving 2 hours and it was 10pm we didn’t want to try and find another place to stay. So we asked for some type of discount for staying in a room that smelled so badly. I was told that a manager would call me on Monday about getting a room comp. Today is Friday and I still haven’t heard from anyone.

They will accept early check-in if you pay for extra day. Toilet overflowed 3 times. No breakfast, coffee pot or shampoo in room so bing your own if needed. No pool!

The rooms smelled mike mildew. I believe it was limited to the 3rd floor. My daughter had a room on the 2nd floor and it didnt smell anything like ours. The front desk attendant was amazing though. Very helpful and courteous! The front desk area smelled beautiful! I happen to love the smell of clean clothes though.

Non smoking room smelled very awful, like smoke hard to breath, had a few bugs. White Sheets were covered in black lint. Also looked like bugs. Vending machine card readers did not work. Tried several cards.

When we complained about blocked toilet in our room we were made to unblock it ourselves with a pump provided against our detained ID cards. We were promised kitchen utensils only to be told they were not there. Some front office staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Our stay at this facility was terrible and we had to cut short our stay. Can’t recommend this facility to anyone.

We arrived and the one person at front desk sent us to a room that was filthy dirty, no shower curtain, no bedsheets, and it smelled terrible. We went back to ask if we could change rooms and found out that room was supposed to be out of commission. We were sent to a different room. As we walked in it too had a musty smell BUT THE WORST PART was that as soon as we turned on the lights 2 roaches ran across the desk!! It was absolutely disgusting! Needles to say we walked out, requested our money back, and at 11:00 pm had to go out to find a new CLEAN hotel for the night. This was BY FAR the dirtiest and worst hotels we’ve ever been at. This place needs to be inspected by the Florida Department of Business and professional regulation - division of hotels and restaurants responsible for proper cleanliness of hotels! This hotel shouldn’t be operating under this circumstances!!!!
