This place is NASTY! I checked out immediately after walking into the room. FILTHY roaches, bed bugs, broken cabinets, dirty stove, disgusting tub, burn holes all over, demanded a full refund and checked out. DO NOT STAY HERE! Run down! Dirty! and NO one cares! Offered a different room! NOPE refund now is what I stated back!

I got a good night sleep I mean you had a couple of rowdy people in the hallway loud talking but the air condition was good that the the tub was okay the slip mat in there was kind of bulking up or whatever perking up so they need to check that out but other than that everything was pretty decent. But it's one thing I want to add and put the emphasis on is the customer service at the front desk some of them are ghetto for the most part they're short tempered get upset not understanding that if there's no customers there's no job so you know I'm just saying so I think they need to screen they there are agents better than that front desk agents or whatever you want to call them screen and make sure you hire quality people that like their job like what they're doing and they respect the guests because without the guest there's no job.

The room was mostly clean but the bathroom smelled pretty awful and the showerhead was taped up. Surfaces were generally clean, carpet was disgusting and need a deep clean. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The front lobby smells like stale fried fish and also needs a deep clean. Overall its good for the price, but plenty of better options in the area if you’re willing to spend a bit more per night.

Arrived late evening. First room we got had someone else in it. Second room was ready but sheets were stained, there were no towels or toilet paper, and the back hallway smelled like weed. Cabinet doors were falling off hinges and smoke detector started chirping after an hour of being there. Place felt very unsafe. We packed up and went to another hotel.

The place did not look as advertised staff was on the phone when we walked in on a personal call was very rude didn’t greet us wasn’t polite rooms had roaches no garbage can no shampoo no hand soap curtains were too small. Lots of light was coming in from the parking lot. I would never stay at this hotel again.

WARNING: When booking this property, there's 2 different buildings and when I was looking it up they had separate prices. So make sure you go to the one you booked for. I think one includes continental breakfast but the one I stayed at didn't

There is no staff available—no one to help, no one to respond. You are basically left alone in a place that feels dangerous and abandoned. This is not just a bad stay, it’s a serious health and safety issue. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel. No one should ever book this place.

Upon check in the staff gave me a sheet and tacks saying the curtin was down and no one could put it up or no other rooms the fridge was dirty and roaches running around i have pics of everthing.

Yes. It's not clean. Rooms are not cleaned before or after check in. Internet is not free and neither is the change of clean bed linen. Do not recommend.

I did not like it at all. It was the worst experience I have had since 2003 on Booking.com. We reserve a non smoking room and when we got into the hotel room the semell was horrible. It smells like a ton of cigars all together. Our clothes got that odor and we couldn't stay there. No one helped us. There wasn't a guest service representative becuase the front desk was closed with a metalic courtain. It gave us the impression that the area was not safe and neither the hotel. We decided to leave and tryed to reach customer service at Booking.com, but they had an IA assistant that doesn't work at all. After more than an our we could get a human assistant on the phone at Booking.com and she was worst than te IA. So lack of empathy. They scamed us because we payed for a NON SMOKING room and the smell of the room indicated it was smoking. At the end no one cares about our situation ans we had to leave the hotel at 3 am in the morning with a child and we finally could get a nice and descent place to stay through the Marrioy BonVoy App, because throughout Booking.com it was impossible to get a solution. Booking.com didn't refund our money and we nor also lost our money but our peace.

There was an alarm by the front door (inside) going off for the duration of the multi day stay. Two police officers were knocking on a door down the hall when we checked in. At night, the hallways were so dark it was nearly impossible to see. Didn’t feel safe at all. This felt less like a hotel and more like a halfway house. The rooms were small and dingy and haven’t been updated since the early 90’s - the cabinetry was ancient and had holes and broken off pieces. The sleeper couch had a huge sag in the center, the beds were rock hard, and the kitchenette table was a built in that almost blocked the door. Larger folks beware - this isn’t for you! To top it off, the lock on the room door broke. Not the keycard, but the actual lock. Eventually a staff person came to help, but it was like pulling teeth. This is absolutely the WORST Extended Stay I’ve ever seen.

The housekeeping team was just as wonderful. They were kind, respectful, and kept everything clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. It’s always the people that make a place stand out, and the staff here definitely did that. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Neighbor strange Dark and unsafe ! A lot of people using drugs in the parking of the hotel . After calling the call center twice , and nobody came to do my checkin …. I asked by booking to do my reserve cancellation and waiting for my money back

I reserved the room a few days in advance and when I got there later than I expected due to traffic to be told they had no rooms but still charged my card 103.00 the rooms were first come first serve even if you book online.

My poor room was definitely outdated and needed new carpeting, There was a dog barking in the hallway. The panic push bar device on the front door is broken. I got there at 305.. didn't get checked in till 325. The assistant at the counter was nowhere to be found. Cops came the next morning. Turns out someone was stabbed and robbed. The next day the cops showed up again. Positve is hit water , clean sheets. Oh and they charge you 2.99 for extra towels if needed. Lol .

I hate to write bad reviews, but that property was so outdated and the kitchen area of our room was so nasty. The beds were fine thank God. Property doesn't even have an ice machine.. They gave us two bath towels for three people.. the only reason we stayed there was because our flight got canceled and there wasn't much else around available.

Quiet location but close to food, gas and shopping. Accessible by #311 city bus from the Airport. Not a lot of Uber availability.

My stay there was very unpleasant. The motel is in very poor sanitary condition; the exterior areas are extremely dirty, and people were smoking marijuana—even inside the rooms. The rooms themselves are in terrible shape—filthy and reeking of cigarette smoke. I have no idea who inspects them before making them available to guests. Honestly, this property should be investigated by the Orlando Department of Health, and the property manager should be fired, as there are simply no excuses to justify such numerous violations of health and safety codes.

The bed and air condition worked very well. I saw a few roaches crawling about looking for the midnight showdown. The press wood bathroom door somewhat dragged,when closing and opening the door.

The room was not clean, the toilet seat was broken so if you sat on it, you would fall. If you didn’t catch yourself, the top of the refrigerator was dusty and filthy, there was no desk and I had to go ask for one, the air-conditioning unit was in shambles, the furniture was chipped up on the side. Needs a lot of improvement. In addition there was a gap at the bottom of the door leading to outside, therefore, allowing critters to slip inside the building and ultimately in peoples rooms. I am disappointed to have had to pay as much money as they were charging and had to deal with these issues. ESA needs a lot of improvement.

This place is seriously terrifying. I felt like I was in a nightmare the whole time I was there, and was NEVER ABLE to even stay at the room I had already booked and paid for. There was no desk attendant, for one, and the number the sign said to call went to voicemail twenty times before I gave up. There is absolutely no security, as seen by the two barefoot guys doing whippets in the lobby. The lights flickered and the fire alarm was blaring the entire time we were there. We eventually had to leave and go back to the airport to sleep on the ground. This place was a fever-dream nightmare and I was not satisfied in the least. I would love a refund, but it’s impossible to reach anyone, and I’m not sure if they even have employees. I felt like I had just walked into a heroin den on Skid Row. Avoid this place at all costs

The property is in need of major repairs. Every thing is old, rusted and most of the property is unclean. The carpets are old and look like dont get cleaned. The bathroom fixtures are rusted. Curtains are torn and hallways smell wierd.

Requested a room change and was told there were no other rooms available with double beds. Unfortunately, I needed a double-bed room because I was traveling with my family. I was forced to settle for a room with a king-size bed and a couch bed, which was not ideal or comfortable for us. The overall condition of that room was not suitable as well. This was especially frustrating because I only needed a clean, functional place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. Instead, the experience added unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this hotel based on the condition of the room and the lack of suitable accommodations for families.

We booked kitchen room with 2 queen beed..as soon as we arrived, the receptionist was not available, had to wait like 40 mins before she was back. Later when they gave us the room it was very later night and the whole hotel was stinky and the room was smelling so bad like it was used for a customer with dog. You can literally never sleep with that smell. We asked them to replace the room and they replaced. This room was also smelling but the smell was not too much and we were able to sleep. The big problem with this room was it had lot of cockroach and cockroach small ones were a lot. We even show one of them on the bed itself. I was scared it would go inside our ears while we were sleeping. The hotel rooms looks very old with carpet peeled off at several places and the carpet has many black spots which you could say is due to dog pop. The kitchen room never take it because they charge a lot for kitchen room but never give a single utensils, not even one spoon or cookware. The hotel said that they charge 39.99 $ to buy cookware which we never did. Please think of you don't care about all above you can come here and stay. Good Luck

This location is was the most run down place I’ve ever stayed in. Normally, your properties are very nice. Even the bedspread of one of the two beds was noticeably much more dingy than the other. The building is in dire need of a refurbishment!

This location is was the most run down place I’ve ever stayed in. Normally, your properties are very nice. Even the bedspread of one of the two beds was noticeably much more dingy than the other. The building is in dire need of a refurbishment!

Not happy with my stay, whole building smelled bad , there was blood on the bathroom door. Hallways were so dark at night didn’t feel safe and there was feces smudged on the hall way wall .

The hotel is extremely rundown and the room smells like an ashtray all my clothes my suitcase and everything I had in their room got out of there smelling horrible. Cheap but definitely not worth it

While she was checking me in, she answered a phone call that took her away for another 3 to 5 minutes. Before I had the keys in my hand, check-in took about 30 minutes. The entire hallway smelled like weed, my room was better but the smell is definitely prominent. The front desk lady opened my room door about an hour later because she said she forgot she had used that room. I could hear people moving furniture throughout the night, and kids running up and down the hallway. I woke up to a man yelling at the top of his lungs. This hotel is just weird.

My teen son and I were in town for a tournament. I booked two queen beds so I was surprised when we checked in that there was only one bed but with a pull out couch. I asked the front desk lady only to be told that was all they had. Whatever. Went back to room, my son went to take a shower and the shower was broken ( the pulley thing to make the water go from tub spigot to shower head was broken and not there). So I called the front desk lady again and she moved us to another room. The floor in the kitchenette was so sticky that my flip flops stuck to it and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned- however at this point is was 10:00 and we had to be up and out by 6 am so we stayed. I will never book there again.

In the morning someone knocked on our door “can I take your trash out for a dollar?” I mean, come on … no security at all…. Front desk never there , no hair dryer, asked for a extra towel, not possible… this was the worst extended stay ever… not worth it , falling apart…

When it was time for breakfast i was disappointed. They havent had breakfast at this location of march of 2024 i was told . I will return yes but when your on a budget n have to skip a meal kind of not cool. But the manager is aware of it n will make sure they fix this issue. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the deplorable state of the property. The entire facility was plagued with overflowing trash receptacles, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The elevator was out of service, forcing guests to use a stairwell that reeked of urine, adding to the overall discomfort and unpleasantness. In the room, the conditions were equally unacceptable. The cabinet doors were broken, and the sofa bed was not only broken but also missing entirely. This left the room in a state of disrepair and made it clear that proper maintenance and care were severely lacking. The parking lot was another major concern. It was littered with trash and had become a haven for loitering and soliciting. Additionally, it appeared as though it had been transformed into a makeshift mechanic shop, with numerous broken-down vehicles and random individuals attempting to fix them. This not only detracted from the property's appearance but also raised significant safety concerns. The final straw was the behavior of the staff. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, treating customers with an air of disdain. It was evident that they were not interested in providing any semblance of customer service and were instead irritated by the mere presence of guests.

The bathroom sink and tub could have been cleaner and the room had a distinct smell from the carpet

Noise all night like fighting tried to call front desk no answer. I got no sleep doors was slamming from 1 to bout 5 in the morning

I walked in to a roach crawling across the sheet and on the counter. I asked for another room and it too has just as many roaches. When I looked into this place, it was the only place that didn’t mention roaches. Don’t be like me, they have roaches really bad. I wish that I could share the video. They will probably delete this (hence why it has so many great reviews).

They try to open the door with no knocking during the morning and if you’re still sleeping or doing something they just don’t clean the room anymore even when I asked for it about 11AM they said only tomorrow. In resume I stayed for 4 days with no cleaning. They have a kitchen and used to grab utensils, now they try to sell poor things. Who want to buy utensils in a hotel when you’re traveling? Doesn’t makes sense.

The place was not at all as advertised. All of the amenities listed on the Expedia site were posted not available at that location, only notifying me upon reading a notice at the front desk. No breakfast offered and a surcharge for anything ranging from extra towels to any of the basic cooking/easting options you would expect to get from a place that offers in-room kitchens. No shampoo, coffee maker, just a very dilapidated room with fixtures and furniture dated from 20 years ago. A very noisy room where everything was heard in the surrounding area and even down the hall. The bed squeaked at the smallest movement and the bedside lights didn’t even function. The surrounding area felt unsafe at night and the entire property smelled of marijuana. With other options in the area, I will never stay here again.

The hotel stinks. That’s one thing that I didn’t enjoy. Every hallway stinks. The room was stink and so were the pillow cases. The bed was extremely hard. Was a convenient location but wouldn’t book again.

The room it self was not clean dog hair were on “clean” towels. Couldn’t get replacement towels we were told they did not have any. Had to change rooms the tub was dirty the chairs were sticky along with the floor. The hotel staff was sorry she acted like she didn’t want to come down upon arrival to open the door . The entire hotel smell like smoke. The flooring coming up in the bathrooms. The kitchen area needs upgrading. Definitely checked out the next morning. Oh the front desk don’t open until 10 so if you need service you’re out of luck. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Some confusion on checkin, we were told there are no rooms available. Eventually got a room. There is no breakfast provided, the listing is inaccurate.

Advertises kitchenette and free breakfast, pool. There is. NO operating pool. No breakfast and no utensils, plates, pots.Do not waste your money. Saw no breakfast went to store bought items to make breakfast then nothing to cook with. Big waste of money

1.) I have previously stayed at a different Extended Stay America property and loved it. 2.) The hotels . Com listing advertised breakfast included. Upon arrival we found our breakfast is NOT included. Chatted with hotels.com and the rep tried to tell me o was wrong until I sent a screenshot proving otherwise. They then said they’d escalate the issue and apply a $25 key cash to my account and never did. The hotel is in a more industrial area, so there wasn’t much issues regarding noise level or anything like that so that was nice. Walmart and McDonald’s directly across the street is also helpful. The lock to our door didn’t work, the shower head sprayed every direction except down, and the bed was rock hard. I felt like I was sleeping on plywood. The second night we got back around 10:30 PM. Our key cards weren’t working and we needed to get them fixed and there was no one at the desk despite the sign saying the desk was manned until 11 PM. We called the number listed to call when there was no one at the desk and it just rang to the desk phone… where there was no one to answer it. About 20 minutes later the kid working the desk came back in through the front door. We realized he was the person we’d seen smoking out front. The room was clean. No sign of bugs or anything like that so that was decent. Overall experience was terrible. Will never stay here again.

This place is beat down I mean I traveled all the way from Lakeland Fl to have a little get away time and it was horrible no pool for us to get in no breakfast like it was supposed to be as the website proclaim it to be .. it was roaches and bugs in our room . dirty towels were in our room and it was very trashy never again will I come here again I’m sorry they need more work before putting it online because it is not a happy place .

The property has just been sold. The people are fixing up the place. We experienced the worst room on check in. They moved us the next night. Much better room. The place needs a major renovation. Happy to see it looks like they are doing that. Time will tell

The rooms were in poor condition, greatly in need of upgrading. Also, never stayed at an Extended Stay where no dishes or silverware were available in the kitchen.

My experience was horrible to say the least. The rooms have Never been remolded. One of the rooms I was moved too thinking it to be better than the other, was just as bad. Has a kitchen and no pots, cups, silverware, nothing, the Microwave was burnt as though it caught on fire. The sofa bed was the more horrible. I would have checked out but was advised I could not get a refund. Definitely not for a Family Visit

There were people/guests smoking at the entranceway. The carpet in the room smelt like mildew. The kitchen faucet was broken and didn't work. There was dust and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The tub was peiling. There was noise all night from other guests. There was bugs in the room. Checked out as soon as the sun rose.

There was absolutely no bathroom door in our room. Tv channels were minimal. Dirty carpet.

There were moldings missing in the bathroom around the toilet, the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were falling off the hinges, the bathtub had permanent stains in it, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and someones animal had used the bathroom in the hallway, which was there when I went to my room that evening and when we checked out the next morning. The bed sheets did appear clean and the room wasnt super dirty, it was mostly the smell of cigarettes and the disrepair of the cupboards, vanity, bathtub, etc.

The tub was dirty & not enough towels. Pool wasnt up to part.

They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had during my stay. 6. **Wi-Fi and Amenities:** The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was crucial for my work. While the hotel doesn't have extensive amenities like a gym or computer room, it did have a laundry room, which was useful for longer stays.

Towels all had stains on them and so did the comforters. The cabinet in the bathroom was broken, the floor felt unclean. The air conditioning rattled like you have no idea. The staff took forever to check us in and did not seem to want to be there. Being there made my skin crawl

Booked a king bed with sofa bed only got the king bed and they gave me a roll away bed to take over the sofa bed and the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and they brought me one and wanted me to put it up seriously, the hotel was dirty I have stayed at extended stay before but this was the worst one

The room was very BASIC; clean, frig, stovetop, microwave,sink. This was an affordable spot if you needed a place to stay. You have to get up early to get coffee.😌

Please do not stay here. People were walking the hallway and talking loud all night long. There were roaches everywhere and the room was falling apart. Its a waste of money. And the lady at the front desk was rude and displayed just how much she didnt want to be there. I will NEVER stay here again

To be completely honest I hardly ever complain and am willing to be adaptable and reasonable with nearly any circumstance, but this property is a tragedy. Upon entering the property for the first time to check in, my family and I were greeted with a very poor smell in the lobby (dirty carpets and poor ventilation) as well as very limited staff. When asked to check in to the two rooms I had booked weeks prior to my arrival, I was told that only one of them is available. It is tremendously frustrating only being able to get one room (from the one you wanted and paid for) after the fact I was already charged for two. However, we were able to adapt and get another room that was available in the property that had one less bed. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are smell atrocious, and it was almost unbearable. If I hadn’t been staying there for such brief time since I was only out of town for a short weekend, I would’ve never gone through with remaining in that property. The staff understands wholeheartedly that they are below par and try to help in the ways they can, but are limited in the fact that the property is beyond saving and is very run down. Disappointing.

The bedding had "gross" stains on the sheets . The hallways smelled like a dirty restaurant kitchen. I woke extra early to I could end my stay after one night.

I had a booking for 2 queen beds in advance for 5 nights. When I went to the property the front desk staff said that the room I booked isn't available so he gave me another room. Before I check-in into that room, I insisted to see the room first. When I went into the room, there was only one bed and the bed wasn't made after previous guest checked out and bathroom and kitchen is all used and dirty. Went back to front desk and showed photos of the room and he said (rudely) the he don't have any other room to offer and I have to call the same place where I booked the room (online) for a refund. After calling them they processed my refund from the motel. There wasn't any apologies and offering for another solution. Next day I was charged for 1 day reason being "No Show" even though I was on the property and got the refund from them. Again I have to call where I made booking (online) and explain the whole situation and spend around 35-40 minutes to process the refund for "No Show". Not happy with the whole booking and refund situation. ESA, I would like you to investigate and follow-up with the motel staff to improve better customer service and customer satisfaction. Thanks

This hotel is not as advertised. on first arrival it shingles are falling off the roof, there is trash every where in the parking lot and in the lobbies and halls. The only trash cans were in a “trash room” somewhere. so people just left their trash wherever. the place reeked of marijuana and it made its way into our room through the vents. There were several cases of domestic violence than we reported as it was happening in two separate rooms and the front desk did nothing. The front desk is also left unattended from 11:00pm until 7:00am and the front door is left open for anyone to walk in. The advertised pool was filled with debris and locked. There were no light bulbs in any of the lamps and dead batteries in the tv remote. we asked the front desk twice and they said they would have to put in a ticket And it would take a few days. I could go on and on. we have stayed at extended stays before and our daughter is at the one next door on commodity Circle. stay there if you are interested. Cleaner property, more receptive staff, no pot being smoked in every room, clean pool and trash cans at every floor’s elevator

No quarter machine to get change to do your laundry & the front desk cannot help. Vending machines doesn’t work either and they do not offer any type of laundry soap or detergents for sale. Besides that we had a good time.

First room. The bed skirt was off kilter so went to fix it, lifted mattress and underneath was crumbled food...crackers..chips.. and what appeared to be a small turd. Carpet was very dirty and smelled as well as the entire hallway and as soon as you entered the hotel. bathroom.. kitchen area terrible. Second room. No carpet but floor was scattered with debris.. looked like food... Bathroom old dirt.. Rust.. discoloration of the counter..the microwave had a big burnt and melted spot on the ceiling. Just nothing comfortable about this property.

The property was really dirty, roaches in the room, heavy weed smell, the AC unit was not working properly and I was unable to contact any staff member at night to get it fixed. This place is not suitable for families. The breakfast is not a breakfast, just coffee and some muffins…

Very dated rooms. Tub bottom was rusty. Floors of elevators were filthy. Sink faucet handles disgustingly wet because they were missing the caps. Bathroom fans covered in very thick layer of dust Door to lobby with metal sticking out at bottom waiting to slice someone’s leg. Just not a quality hotel. Staff was accommodating and courteous.

This property was absolutely disgusting the room had no toilet paper the bath room was absolutely disgusting the bath tub was black looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The refrigerator had a awful foul smell coming from it. People where sitting outside the room all night yelling. I was almost er tempted to just leave and let them keep the money since the room was already prepaid for!! If I could I would give 0 stars.

The sheets were stained, clean towels smelt dirty, bottom of the bath tub was rusted. Couldn’t close the bathroom door or every time you opened it part of the door would stick so we just didn’t close it. The hallway was covered in trash and food!

The bed was uncomfortable, the other guests were loud, someone must have spilled wax in the room but no one cleaned it, toilet paper holder was broken, the room door did not close unless you slammed it shut. The drink machine was broken. The water for the grab and go breakfast has a tiny of brown.

From outside it seems like a decent hotel. However, from the reception area to the rooms, it was very dirty/filthy. Air was smelly and A/C was very noisy.
