The room was very spacious and clean. The hallway carpet smells really bad.

MANY roaches, and 2 guys standing in the parking lot doing obvious drug deals with dozens of cars that would pull up. RUST inside the microwave. NOBODY at the counter from 10pm to 10am...

Not a good experience at all.people hanging outside of motel sitting in front of entrance made me feel very uncomfortable then once I got inside it took 15 minutes after picking up the phone to check in after hours after 10pm to be checked in, place is dirty not clean at all from rooms to hallways definitely would not stay at this location again.

Room was in alright condition. Bug in the bathroom area right when we got there. Towels were stained with green stuff. Shower curtain looked like there was mold growing between it or stained with something. Carpet was as coming up on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom. Stains all over the carpet. Bed was very hard. Only two pillows provided.

Yes, location was pretty friendly; however the overall cleanliness of the hotel was no good to say the least. The carpet was stained and dirty throughout the forest and second floor. The bathtub in our room 225 was peeling and stained, the remote control had no batteries in them.

Super outdated. Needs remodeling asap. My room wreaked of cigarette smell and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The paint fr the tub was peeling. The inside of the microwave was rusted. This property needs much improvement. Upon entering the room the first thing I saw was hiw dirty the windows were so I closed the curtains which and they werecalso in bad shape..The restroom was the next problem..I guess no one has ever tried to clean the dirt off the back of the door but I decided since I was so tired I would just ignore that and go to sleep. Well the bed was comfortable but i could not enjoy it due to the guest above me stomping around most of the night. I awoke to a roach crawling on the wall next to the nightstand and to top it all off the iron in the room did not work so i had to be inconvenienced until they could find another one in a vacant room. I will never stay at this property again and it should be taken off Hotels.com as it looks nothing like the pictures that got me to book in the first place.

After i checked in and saw the room, my wife didn't like the room. The room smelled dirty, floors are stained, the bathroom needs an overhaul. The windows looked dirtiest i ever seen. The entrance to the hotel was dirty and a sofa in the waiting room has dirt stains.

The whole hotel was in poor shape & very dirty. The room was in terrible condition & I was afraid to take a shower in the disgusting shower. It was advertised to have grab & go breakfast, but there was nothing. It definitely needs an update.

It was close to Chick-fil-A The roaches, were everywhere the place was dirty the bathroom was even worse nothing matched the pictures online. It felt like I was living in the 80’s in the projects. If I wasn’t homeless at the time I would’ve never went there. At the moment I’m seeking a refund for false advertising. Then on top of that the pool area is nonexistent as well. Even worse the staff is nice but this place needs to be shut down fumigated for roaches and remodeled.

Nothing, the property was old and run down. Couldn’t even believe this is considered a “hotel” they need a desperate renovation and extermination Everything! It was roach infested, the walls were stained with filth, the floors were dirty. The bathroom reeked of sewage. The tub was peeling paint. The shower head was stained with brown stuff. The sheets were stained everything was stained. I had to go to Walmart and buy a shower head and a shower mat. I had to bring my own linen and towels . I brought my own mop and broom ! The worst stay in a hotel ever. Never again! Extended Stay America should be ashamed to have this as a location, and need to take better care to their locations

Location was decent for what I needed for work - 7/11 Wendys and Chickfila across the street were convenient. First impression was dirty, trash all over the parking lot, piled in front of the dumpster, scattered in front of main entrance office/lobby doors, tenants smoking right at the front door. Right above the front entrance there is a vacant room that staff are using to store extra beds, window curtains are always open and the lights are always on - looks bad. Paint is chipping all over the place. A breakfast room that's open to everyone without a door but doesnt serve breakfast gives off cheap vibes. The room had amenities, but there was chipped paint and rust everywhere. Morning of checkout wifi stopped working, presumably because it was check out day - but Im there for business, and I needed wifi before I left. The tenants are all loud as can be, kids running up and down the halls, multiple tenants in different rooms playing music or watching TV far too loud near midnight.

Checking in they told us our 1st toon didnt have a bathroom door then they found us another room tokd us it was ready when we walked in the maid was still cleaning so we had to wait longer then we called for extra pillows blankets and towels they had no pillows or blankets and gave us 2 fitted sheets then online it stated we would have grab to go breakfast but upon walking down there we was told they dont have breakfast and also the bed they switched us 2 was full size beds not queen how we booked definitely would never recommend or book again horrible experience

I booked 1 room for 3 adults, 3 children for 2 nights. Once I was checked in and given a room key, my family and I opened our room door to find another family already assigned to that room, when I went to the front desk they had miscommunicated and forgot that the family in that room had extended their stay! Once they reassigned us another room, the pullout couch had no sheets, was yellow and all you felt was the metal box springs. It was uncomfortable! The hallway stunk of weed, there were unsupervised children roaming the hallways, there was no feeling of being comfortable. I was told we were going to upgrade our room for the inconvenience they caused and when I asked the front desk, they kept putting me off, putting me off, and putting me off. We were in Orlando to go to a theme park and all this waiting to move our belongings to our new room was causing us time at the theme park. The front desk guy (he was young, Hispanic with wavy hair and a goatee beard, he wasn't wearing a name tag, otherwise I would have put him on here) treated me like garbage while I stayed cool and calm in front of my children. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE PICTURES ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There was couples arguing everyday from 12 midnight till 4am making it hard to get some rest they charged you everytime you asked for clean towels, and they refused room service stating that you have to stay 14 days before you get room service to clean your bathroom, it smell like Marijuana in every hallway but it's supposed to be a smoke free facility

The stay was bearable for the two nights my family was in town. Overall, the hotel needs an update, it looks very dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for. If for some reason you do decide to stay here, bring towels as you are only allotted 2 per room even though we had 3 people and bring everything for the “fully equipped” kitchen as it’s completely empty and they charge $20 for utensils.

There was mildew in the shower. The pull out couch/bed was FILTY!!! I bleached & sanitized & tried to disinfect as much as I could!!! The carpet was wet, dirty, & stink!!! This place should be condemned!! The A/C blew the worst smelling air. There were also roaches!!! Our keys to enter the building stopped working and we had to get new keys 2 separate times! Also after we checked out my card was double charged and the hotel said that they could not help me I have to dispute it with my bank to HOPEFULLY get my money back in 30-45 days.

It was pretty bad. We got there and immediately noticed the smell. Why did my room smell like instant raman. This place was awful and should not be advertised until they do some serious cleaning from the time I walked up around the front door there was trash and the trash cans was over flowing. It was a couple out front that looked like they were on drugs. The smoke detector was beeping in the hallway for a battery, kids were up and down the hallways late noisy, room smelled old the toilet was not working well and when I left out this morning it was trash up and down the hallway. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left if I could have gotten a refund. The owner clearly does not care about the property. Thank God the room was clean but the toilet issue and old smell.

Bathroom door did not close properly. Within 15 minutes of being in the room we witnessed 2 roaches on the curtains and curtain track. Front desk advised us she would do her best because there was a language barrier between her and housekeeping. When we returned that evening we found 4 more roaches both in the bedroom and in the kitchen area. Room was booked specifically for 5 people, which it is meant to accommodate. However, they did not have sheets and covers for the sofa bed. Giving us 2 fitted sheets to use. Only 1 bar of soap, no shampoo and only 2 towels. Unfortunately there is no staff after 10pm and they do not arrive until 10am. The hotel does not provide anything simply, coffee, etc. They seem to cater to long term laborers and zero care for maintenance or cleanliness. Very very disappointed and to have to put my wife and children through that was horrible. I travel often and have been using hotels.com for many years. This was a HUGE HUGE Disappointment!

Staying in this hotel was the worst experience of our family’s lives. This stay was not the best. The room, bedding, and towels smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a roach in the room, hair on the towels. Just not what I was hoping for.

Completely horrible got locked out twice nobody at the front desk to help you call customer service they can help you called hotels as well to see if anything could be done. Nobody would be able to help me will never book here again and never received the refund.

One of the most worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled so disgusting when I arrived. Shower was rusting everything was outdated and the pool has not been up and running in over a year. I will never stay again

The staff were extremely nice and courteous, the cabinets a bit outdated, kitchen area could have been cleaned better, bathroom sink was falling apart from wall, the pull out couch mattress was completely filthy it was as if it was taken from the trash or something just completely riddled with stains, I saw two roaches during my stay for $560 a week I would expect it to be a bit more cleaner but I get what I paid for. Honestly the staff made my stay bearable

I reserved a deluxe suit with king bed and sofa bed. But got in room and there was no couch at all. Didn't discount and they had no other rooms.

I went into the room and there were bullet holes in the wall from a small pellet gun. The shower wall was rotted out. The paint in the room was stripped off of the wall. I was in room 166. Absolutely nasty. I’m not high maintenance at all. But that was gross. For $105 a night I expected better. I’ve stayed there before and this was the worst. The smoke detector went off for about 30 mins and no one was working to come shut it off. There was trash all over the property.

I don't like to review on business. But this stay was horrible on every level. I booked a suite in this hotel for 2 nights, my son had a tournament near by. I called the hotel and informed that we will be checking in late as we driving to Orlando. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front office. After many calls to # provided at table. One guy came and said there are no rooms available. I showed him the booking information and he replied by the app is not always updated. I didn't know what to do. He said someone just left and room is not clean. There is no staff. And I called arround the other hotel but no luck. He went to check the room and he cleaned as much as he could and i had no choice to take as i had cranky infant and all tired. He didn't have extra sheets,nothing. The smell of weed was all in the hotels. Strong smell. It was very scary situation. There was bugs in the bathroom. There was nothing in the room that was working properly. It seemed it was just glued on. Beer bottles in the lobby and parking lot and smell through.. please don't trust this app now. Save money and time. The service was horrible with HOTELS.com as I tried calling and chat with many agents. Nothing work. I paid money was not there for free. Not a safe location, hotel and services was horrible. Oh wait there was no service.

The room was large and very nice. It was clean. Only issue was dealing with a clogged toilet....no one at desk. No answer at desk. Desk was completely closed down which i found odd. What if someone had a maintenance issue like us or a late check in? No one was there to handle the issue. So that was frustrating. But the room itself was good.

Sigh. I was disappointed and I usually have no problems at this location. My room that I desired was occupied, so the site overbooked my room type, they found me a similar room but was not clran and i had to wait over an hour to finally get the room and of course get it cleaned. I was on the 3rd floor room 324. The room was not nasty but could tell the cleaning was rushed. They didn't replace all the sheets and towels were dingy, no wash clothes were placed in the room. The floor smell like smoke and mildew and the stinch in the room was worse; luckily I bought candles, disinfectant spray and wipes, towel and wash clothe. The upside, it was quiet. I made the best of it and was able to work and relax in peace. Oh and the woman at the front desk; Sherell was so sweet and apologetic about the room mix up. Overall though, I won't be booking at this location ever again.

The property was not anything like the photos suggest. We walked into the property, found blood on the sheets, an absolutely disgusting mattress on the pull out couch with mould on it, a cockroach running around, disgustingly stained chairs, a rusty fridge and a tub that had dirt in it. We immediately contacted front desk to get us a different room, and the second room they gave us was worse. We had to book a completely new room in a different hotel for a decently clean place to sleep. We went back the next morning, and the front desk agent granted us a refund for our second night, and provided a receipt for the refund back to the Expedia credit card. We continued to contact Expedia over the week for the refund to be provided to us, since it had been deposited to the Expedia credit card. Yet, after multiple conversations with multiple agents, they still refused to offer us a refund that was already granted by the property. Overall, this property was an absolute scam - the photos were not as advertised at all. Do not be fooled into booking - it is absolutely disgusting and conditions are worse than most hotels we’ve stayed at in developing countries. More significantly, Expedia’s refusal to grant a refund that was already provided (with receipt) was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, this was an absolutely horrible experience both with both the property and Expedia - we are still awaiting a fair and reasonable compensation from Expedia.

I had a delayed flight, so I checked in at night. The lobby was very dirty. People were hanging outside and there was a guy sleeping in the room where they are supposed to serve breakfast. The clerk was nice (that's the only positive thing). I got to my room, and there was water all over the bathroom floor. Called the front desk to report it, no answer. Went to front desk, no one there. Went back to my room, and water started pouring from the bathroom ceiling. Call the front desk again, no answer. Went to the front desk, no one there. After calling for a good 15mins. The clerk arrived. I explained the situation, and she said that they had no spare rooms and no maintenance man because it was the weekend. Didn't even get any sleep because of the dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Worst place ever!!!

They clearly boosted their rating. Rooms are actually filthy, caked on food from the hot plate was stuck to fridge, shower floor stained yellow, room is dusty. Staff failed to communicate with anyone about no hot water and did not fix it for an entire day. Also they didnt inform anyone when it was fixed. Laundry room not sufficent for the amout of guests and also filthy. The only place to put trash is miles away from your room outside and in thr back of the building. Their internet went down while trying to check in took over an hour, which normally isnt the biggest of issues, but considering everything else I wouldnt stay here ever again.

A lot of shady charachters just hanging out. No security cameras upstars, just in the lobby. Paper thin walls. Police CONSTANTLY showing up. Im cutting my stay short for a more secure location.

The location is good, close to downtown. Some suspicious people walked around which made me feel unsafe. Also super loud at midnight 3am, the person at upstair made a lot foot step and floor pouching noises, it was very annoying. No breakfast offered. Overall, it’s worth the price.

I paid for a two bed, pull out couch room and was downgraded to a one bed with a chair. This room had hair on the counter in bathroom and kitchen, fridge was gross and rusted, bathtub WAS DIRTY. My daughter and I literally went to sleep and pushed the recliner in front of the door because it felt so in-safe!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

Showed up to check in and were told there were no available rooms even though we had a confirmed reservation. Staff said they tried to contact us all but we received no calls or messages. We had to scramble to find a place for us and our 3 kids. Avoid this place.

There was no breakfast/rooms were down right filthy appeared to be blood on the carpet/elevator did not work/exercise room closed/major construction at hotel entrance. Only stayed one night and moved to another hotel. Need to be reimbursed for the second night i payed gor.

I booked a suite with two double beds and a sofa, but upon arrival, I was told they had overbooked and my room was unavailable. I had to accept a room with just one bed and rollaway beds, which the staff failed to mention at check-in. I checked out at 6 AM and realized I forgot my tennis shoes. I called the front desk, and they assured me they would look for them. When I returned around 5 PM, the assistant manager claimed they hadn’t found anything. To make matters worse, the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was mold on the sofa bed and multiple stains on the mattress, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. Be aware and stay away from this property!

The room was big and inexpensive but not worth the bargain. The facility in general is old and run down. There were four live roaches in my room. "Breakfast" was more like a snack. I will not ever go back there.

The whole place had an odd smell to it. And the smell didn't get any better in the room The condition of the cabinets in the room, half were broken and repaired but not finished just glued back together and wood filler still showing. And tub/shower could use a deep clean. Overall the room was clean and comfy. But the smell was really off-putting.

The breakfast was not even minimal, it was rather pathetic, no supplies whatsoever for the kitchen. Extra deposit required for possible damage and very little outlet access.

It was really nice, some rust was present on the metal in the bathtub and the carts for luggage were kind of difficult but overall a great cheap hotel. There is a 100$ deposit i wasnt informed of at booking however.

Area was ok, didn’t feel safe at night if you walked around. Hotel was basically clean, but getting run down. Landscaping not being maintained at all.

Elevator certificate was 8 months expired. I only looked at certificate after it was shaking and making all kinds of rattling sounds. Shower leaked everywhere. Had to request a hair dryer and go pick it up at front desk. Breakfast was a coffee machine, oatmeal packet and a nutragrain bar. Very outdated property.
