Exceptionally clean room and hotel; the staff were very friendly and helpful; highly recommend! Stayed 5 nights for a work conference at the convention centre nearby.

Hotel staff could not have been any nicer kinder or helpful… 5/5 for staff. And 5/5 for breakfast “stations”. We got a suite as our room. Great for our family. Only issue was the lock was broken on the door between our room and the adjoining room… With the children sleeping in the living room pullout couch bed. It made all of us anxious as the people next-door could just walk right into our room. We let the front desk know, and they sent someone up very quickly maintenance. Replaced the lock on the door, even though it was very late at night when we checked in - we appreciated this prompt service after hours. However, after the maintenance man left, we were still not able to lock the door to the adjoining room!! because when they built the hotel, they forgot to drill a hole in the door frame for the bolt to go into!!! this is an unfortunate oversight during Construction. We ended up putting furniture in front of the door to give everybody comfort that the children could sleep safely. We would stay here again.

What I did not like about this property is the parking.If you have a reservation there and stay more than 3 days you are not supposed to be charged for parking that's not fair. And the sign that you have posted is crazy please fix this situation. And than I stay because we drove 6 hours now when check out time they apologized and said they was running a special on parking for memorial day thanks anyway won't be staying here

The rooms are kind of spartan, bed bed and shower are quite good. Breakfast is very good, with a live person making eggs any way you want them.

Dated in every way. Stay one night and you'll know.

Fantastic

I was extremely pleased with my stay. When I arrived the check-in was great. The young lady at the desk, named Nebraska was very pleasant. She said "I see you booked a Standard room with a King bed, but we don't have one available, would you mind if I upgraded you to a Suite at no extra charge?" I told her I absolutely would not mind. She then showed my how to register my car so I wouldn't be charged for parking, which is usually about $21a day. The Suite was fantastic and the hotel was great. I had booked tickets at the Magic Kingdom and the Hollywood Studios which was about 10 miles back down I-4 but it was well worth the drive. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I don't know if all the staff is as pleasant as Nebraska, but I was very impressed by everyone I came in contact with.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel so you know I was pleased with the property. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great, close to theme parks, great dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was the best thing very good with a chef everyday making great eggs of your choice. Pool was nice quiet and clean. The room was okay very spacious. The room service was great I stood 6 days and every day I requested clean towels and other needed items and it was brought up very quickly. Staff was great. I would definitely stay again.
