Really enjoyed the pool and spa. They had breakfast every morning and snack time every afternoon. The food was all very good with plenty of options to choose from. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous. We had a great stay and will come back in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. It is clean and well maintained. All staff members are so nice and helpful.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome as soon as you arrived. The hotel manager even spent time chatting to guests whilst clearing the tables at breakfast. The rooms were clean and the food/drinks provided at breakfast and at kick back were good too. My only criticisms would be the lack of a safe in the room ( the Drury Plaza at Disney Springs had them ) and the shuttle bus timetable. Having stayed at the Drury Plaza at Disney Springs, I was hoping there would be shuttles available during the day to allow you to return to the hotel for a break from the parks and then return back to the parks for the evening. Unfortunately there were only 3 shuttles in the morning and 3 in the afternoon/evening. The morning shuttles it is recommended that you book the night before. It’s not too far from Universal so a Uber or Lyft wouldn’t be too expensive. There was also a lot of roadworks in the immediate vicinity which made navigating the roads on foot difficult. I’m sure once the roadworks are completed it will be greatly improved. We didn’t use the pool although we did take our free drinks ( provided during kick back) and sat and enjoyed them in the sun round the pool area. All in all a great stay.

Suggestion to managing breakfast: maybe have a "hostess podium" where the staff can ask for a room key before entering the buffet area! We feel there were people in the eating area that were not guests of the hotel!

Constantly amazing but the elevators are always a nightmare. If there could also be more space and seating for breakfast that would be ideal for the price you’re paying.

This was a last minute trip to Orlando. I have never stayed at a Drury Inn but will definitely book there again. The hotel had a free dinner and breakfast along with snacks and soda machine. It was also convenient to order food after hours from the restaurant in the lobby. They also gave us complimentary drinks - alcohol or non- alcohol with our stay.

Staff was freaking awesome! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! The shuttle systems were super easy to use and we had zero troubles finding them or riding them. The only problem I had with them was they didn’t run all day. The shuttles only run in the morning and have limited pick up times. I added the times for the shuttles in the photo. Breakfast and the kickback had great food and convenient times. For the price the stay was pretty nice.

Great stay. Great location for Universal and Discovery Cove. Staff was helpful and friendly. GM came around greeted people in the breakfast area, while he cleaned tables. Food was good and we took advantage of the evening kickback snacks and drinks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this hotel. The amenities were outstanding, especially the complimentary breakfast, dinner (the website called this "snacks", but it is a full dinner!), drinks, and all-day popcorn and fountain drinks. The shuttle to the Universal parks was convenient, too. After spending so much money to enjoy the parks, these perks were such a welcome respite. Our room had a fridge and a microwave - further helping us to waste less food and be less reliant on eating out the whole trip! We also took advantage of the hot tub (pool was too cold for us, unfortunately).

1. We could not get the room to cool off. Even in the middle of the night 72 was the best we could do. 2. The tvs desperately need updated. Having a dozen channels (with commercials) is not a good experience. All I need to be able to log in to some streaming apps.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful made my family feel like home. The free breakfast was amazing every morning as well as the Free kick back (Dinner) nightly, yes I said Free dinner and to top it off they have snack time which includes fresh popcorn popped daily and fountain sodas. Yes it might be a little more than other hotels but when you calculate how much you are saving in buying food out you are honestly paying less. I highly recommend if there is a Drury where you are going to check them out you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel property! Spacious rooms, terrific hot tub by the pool. Really loved the full, hot breakfast and evening snacks! Saved us money and saved us the inconvenience of going out to a restaurant. All food was excellent! This is an outstanding experience for travelers at a great price!!

The kickback is an amazing perk! Definitely my favorite part of my stay. However, other issues arises. We were on the 8th floor and it was 78 in our room. Windows have condensation and room would not cool down. I called main line for assistance around 6:45pm, Lisa answered and was speaking to me as if my request for cooling the room down was dumb. I said “ we checked in early at 11am our room was at 75, it is now at 78 and we’ve tried turning the temp down to 65 (which we did prior to going to the pool) Lisa’s response was “well, heat rises…it’ll take a few hours before it cools down.” Well I explained we’ve been here a few hours and it’s only gotten hotter, the air is not even blowing, the AC is on. Lisa says “well there’s 2 arrow buttons on there, one where you can turn the temp up and one where you can turn the temp down” I was like does she think I’m stupid? It was insulting, I said “I know how to work a thermostat, my room is uncomfortably hot, it’s not blowing cool air and I’m here for 1 night (thank God)” she immediately perked up and offered to send a maintenance worker to check out the issue , ok well 1.5 hours later he arrives. Our room is at 75, he resets the computer and changes the air filter, and provides us with a box fan to keep us cool. When we left the next day … (many hours later Lisa) the temp went down to 71. So it had not reached the desired temp especially on a hot Florida day.. I think if the response of “well heat rises” is unacceptable

This was a true vacation, rooms are spacious, clean. pool was clean quite, and relaxing with shade and sun. the staff couldn't say enough about them, food was was very good, and the drinks in the evening were a plus, to a tiresome day. Everything you could imagine was there for the perfect vacation. highly recommend .

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn. The property outside was an excellent condition and clean. The inside was immaculate and beautiful. The staff were super friendly. Our room was immaculately clean and everything was in order. The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. And having available coffee in the dining area and free popcorn was an A+ for me!

The staff was SO nice. It's a really serviceable place and the pool area was fun. Everything was easy and the location was great. I couldn't eat most of the food and would have loved some more non-dairy options. And bring your own shampoo and conditioner cause they were not good. But hotel was super quiet for sleeping, blackout curtains kept it dark, and again, the staff was no nice that it makes up for the less great parts. Would stay again if I was in the area.

I have never stayed at a Drury Hotel so I went there not knowing much about it. The hotel was great. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean. There was a decent breakfast with your typical eggs, sausage and home fries. They had all the extras such as bagels, waffles, cereal, and fruit. The coffee was decent. Also had access to it all day. At around 2pm they make fresh pooped popcorn that you can help yourself to it for free. Also at 5:30 PM they offered a small dinner which to me was a full meal. Included were 3 free adult beverages. Every night it was something different. Always had hotdogs and bun's available for the kids. The pool was nice but I feel like the hot tub could be hotter. All in all this place was a very good place. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I were traveling alone but having a mean twice a day I didn't have to worry about made our stay that much better. The kitchen staff joked with my husband about his sports teams. The staff were extremely helpful and the amenities the hotel offer were great. The managers make it their business to interact with all the guests and are not afraid to lend a hand in the dining room if needed. To include hot breakfast and dinner really takes the stress out of your stay. Our stay was for 12 days and the staff we encountered were always upbeat and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Strong mold smell in the room caused a severe allergic reaction. I had to leave the hotel. Front desk was very helpful and changed rooms three times, but all rooms smelled of mold. Very old hotel. Breakfast was poor. Not recommended at all for people with allergies.

Inconveniently located on the wrong side of the road. Heavy traffic around the property - takes ages to get out if you are heading towards the resorts. Repeated items in breakfast day after day. Shower did not work. Bedside lamp was very difficult to operate.

The room was perfect! It was very roomy and clean. When we checked in, Jordan was so professional and welcoming. He made sure we got what we needed. The pool and spa were nice. The breakfast buffet was good. The evening buffet looked great but we had other plans. Overall a great stay! We will be back.

We love the Drury Inn in Orlando. We stay there twice a year, because it’s our favorite hotel there. Everything is always perfect and the staff are always so kind. If you ever have a problem, they fix it right away.

Our stay was great. They offer shuttle service to Universal studios. They have a free breakfast buffet. They also offer a "kickback" meal from 5:30p-7p which is essentially a free dinner buffet. You also can get 3 free alcoholic beverages during that time. The staff we very friendly and our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside is there is a lot of construction going on outside so it can be a bit noisy during the day.

Check in was easy and fast. The lobby was clean and with lots of small amenities. Our room was clean and spacious. We stayed for 3 days and every day were greeted by wonderful staff, had beautiful meals (breakfast and “dinner”) and had the available popcorn and fountain drinks. We also had some alcoholic beverages that were included in our fair.. the pool was nice and clean and the gym had everything needed for a small workout. Overall, we loved it.

Maid came in every day we stayed whice was good. The shuttle was more of an inconvenience because it only had 4 departure times to universal and 4 times available for arriving back at the hotel. It would be a leave early before the park closed or late to arrive at Universal sort of situation so we had to pay for parking. Also the hotel did not count for early entry but that's all the issues we had. If you have an annual pass for Universal this hotel is perfect. The staff was wonderful all during our stay, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Our rooms shower didn't work but we had a tub so we took baths which isn't the worst thing when you've been at the parks all day. Food was good. No complaints there. Room was clean, comfortable, wifi and parking were good and free.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much! We encountered two small problems, but the staff resolved them quickly so I can't complain. Our kids (8) and (11) loved the pool and hot tub the most. We all enjoyed the breakfast and the "happy hour", which was basically dinner. I appreciate that parking is free and that there is a shuttle to the theme parks each day! That was a huge cost and time saver. The suites are perfect when you have some who want to stay up and watch tv and others who want to go to bed. The value here is unmatched. We will definitely stay at a Drury Inn & Suites again.

The hotel is near universal, it offer shuttle, it is clean, they have breakfast incluided, they give you three drinks a day and lunch from 05:30 PM to 07:00PM for free. It is in a very affordable price. They started this year to charge for packages sent to the hotel.

The front desk were friendly. There is no early access to Universal Parks if you attend this hotel just a FYI. Rooms were cleaned daily.

We stayed at drury inn for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. This will definitely be our orlando hotel for future holidays. Breakfast and the evening kick back was beautiful and very much needed after a full day at the parks. The staff literally can not do enough for you and made our stay as comfortable as possible

But the hotel had poor wi-fi. The pillows were old and soft. When I asked for a meeting room for a short work call, the staff did not seem to appreciate my request. All in all, it could have been so much better.

We live locally, but wanted a special night out to celebrate my husband's birthday. We chose the Drury Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The 'happy hour' was a nice bonus and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub.

I liked the fact they made it convenient for travelers, especially us traveling with kids. The free food and drinks weren’t the best but it definitely was convenient and helped keep money in my pockets.

First time there and it was excellent. I will look to book again at a Drury when booking a vacation.

Great hotel near the theme parks. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. I didn't get to try the "dinner" because we checked in too late for it but that is a great perk the hotel offers. Breakfast is great to have in the morning.

The employees were awesome, professional and friendly. The property was very clean and quiet. Plenty of space for parking. Food was excellent. Close to amusement parks.

Great experience with my family of 4, including 2 teen boys! Customer service was on point. Loved the location. Grocery, fast food and a Ross at walking distance. The breakfast and kickback were a hit.

Loved the hors d’ouvres and happy hour. Clean rooms. Just need little upgrade to one or two fixtures. I wish they’d have bigger refrigerators and higher placed microwave. It’s a nice central location. The gas station near the property is a plus.

The rooms are dated and had a musty, moldy odor.

Free breakfast, free afternoon snacks, very friendly staff, laundry machines on 7th floor. Towels were replaced and bed nicely made by room service every day. Convenient location, kids loved it, will stay here again

Outstanding service, fantastic meal options and clean beyond “normal standards”

It’s unheard of to provide the meal plan and beverage plan you do. And top that with exceptional staff members that pay attention to detail and really do make you feel welcome. Almost like a happy family reunion.

Wonderful family stay . Breakfast and dinner were great and service was spectacular. Staying at these hotels again.

Nice size rooms and a good choice at breakfast although it does get very busy. Free parking at the hotel which is good. All round a good solid choice as a bar in Orlando, not a resort hotel, but it does have a pool and the staff are super friendly. There is a ‘kick back’ slot every evening from I think 5ish to 7ish, free popcorn, soda, light snacks and alcoholic drinks.

Overall good, Whole Foods across the street and 7 eleven next to property walkable, close to Disney parks and Disney springs. Breakfast was good and at 530pm they had pulled pork , hot dogs, salad when we were there . Only negative is that it was a bit musty in the room.

The Drury Inn in Orlando never disappoints. We love the comfort, kickbacks and convenience that it offers. We look forward to every stay and hope that this location continues to thrive!

Amazing place for family stay, service was great and food was good too, I like the fact that almost everything was close by.

First of all I booked the wrong week so I had it escalated and the guy on the phone was awesome and understanding. He let me switch my weeks and I happily paid the difference. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend this place. Very close to universal studios and volcano bay.

Great stay

The property was average the food they serve the same thing every day. The 3 free drinks is water down and the pool looks like an inside pool on the picture its very deceiving. Overall i give it a 7 out of 10 because the price was to much. It is in the middle of all the parks great location and easy check in.

Our first stay in a Drury, just one night. Very nice hotel, what really made it stand apart for us was thr friendly workers and especially the amenities- very nice evening snacks and breakfast. Will definitely try to stay at a Drury next time, especially if we will be there during the 5:30-7pm hour!

We absolutely love this location. We choose it twice a year for our vacations. The food is always plentiful for breakfast & dinner. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel at home. The beds are comfy. The rooms are always clean. If there’s an issue with your room, they find a resolution extremely fast. It’s close to all the theme parks. Like I said, it’s our favorite place to stay in Orlando!

This Drury did not offer gluten free options at their meals. The dining area was a little too small for all the people who were staying there.

This was our 2nd time staying at this great hotel. Nothing to complain about since everything has been great.

We have stayed at this property a few times. They are always friendly, quick and efficient when interacting with customers. We had a fridge issue during this stay that was promptly addressed.

Enjoyed our stay... well worth the cost. Staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was convenient, and the free parking was an added perk. Also, although we were unable to take advantage of the 5:30 PM Kickback Dinner, that was an added bonus which was appreciated.

I stayed at other Drury’s and this one was terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Drury in Disney Springs!

And the breakfast has good options and the hotel is near a lot of great shopping places.

I had never stayed at Drury property before but I was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was great, and the perks like free drinks and nighttime snacks are a wonderful bonus. I especially want to call out Vicki in hospitality. She was amazing! Kind, helpful, and always made sure everyone had the best experience possible. I had an early morning flight out and she made sure that she was there extra early to make sure I had a hot breakfast before I got on the plane and that a traveling volleyball team was fed and ready before they left the hotel. I would return here anytime I'm in Orlando.

Loved the happy hour and breakfast, nice little treat to have fresh popped popcorn. Room was spacious and clean. Ample parking. Great stay!

Suite was very roomy and clean but bed was quite soft and lumpy. They need to upgrade their mattresses.

Excellent hotel, spotless rooms with a delicious aroma, immaculate bathrooms, and impeccable facilities. The service was exceptional. Upon arrival, Samuel greeted us with great kindness and courtesy. The breakfasts are divine and the dinners delicious. Plus, there's coffee, popcorn, and hot dogs in the evening. Definitely a place to sleep a thousand times over. The entire staff is friendly and wonderful. We were delighted; it's definitely our favorite hotel in Orlando.

Everything was great other than you could tell the sheets had not been changed. Comforter has something green like snot on it. Deal breaker for me. We ended up getting our own sheets. Shouldn’t have to do that

The man (sorry did not get his name) at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Overall good stay, except for one night at 3:45 AM when someone started playing pounding music that went on for hour and a half. I kept thinking it would be taken care of being it was so loud but it wasn’t and I finally called the front desk and they did take care of it immediately after that. Elevator was also extremely slow that we used the stairs. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.
