    Hotel needs to be slightly renovated but it was good enough. My bedroom had old water in the bathtub. Staff was kind to change my room and add a free breakfast. Airport shuttle was convenient and driver was nice and funny.

    I reserved the hotel room one month previous to my trip to orlando ,unfortunately i missed my fly at the airport for bad weather; when i checked in at the hotel one day later they didn't have a room for me anymore ; because i showed up on time i never got any refund for the test of the four days left in the contract!

    Everything was great! The only thing I would say is for the it to be a Hilton hotel the bath tub had yellow stains inside and I understand it’s a little bit of an older hotel but that through me off. Also with the shuttle, got us to the airport perfectly in the morning. My flight back really late at night but I was able to get my luggage and wait outside in the appropriate area that I was told to and I still had to wait about 30-45min for it to pick me up. I called twice to let them know I was there waiting. In the time I was waiting there, I saw every other hotels shuttle pick up more than once. So just something to note if you’re coming back on a later flight and expect their shuttle to come at a timely manner.

    Nothing I didn't like about this place. The food was great including the breakfast. Staff were extremely kind and helpful in every way imaginable. I'll get a room in this hotel every time I come back to Orlando for any reason. Better than any hotel in my home state. Solid 10/10.

    Location to the airport and cruise port is great. Staff is excellent. And the bar and restaurant area and food is great. The property is starting to show its age. Pool area is wonderful but there were broken tiles around the edge. Ice machines on floors 2, 3 and 8 did not work. Also shower was not clean.

I discussed this issue with the General Manager, who was made aware of the inconvenience caused. The situation escalated when the hotel staff blamed the other guests that were occupying the room, who were nearby and overheard the conversation, which added to the embarrassment. Furthermore, the room we were eventually assigned, room 900, had a malfunctioning safe, and while waiting for maintenance to rectify the issue, another individual was able to enter our room, highlighting a significant safety concern. l was advised that a refund was not possible due to booking through Booking.com instead of booking directly with Hilton.

    This hotel is close to the airport and shopping area with many restaurants. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Dinner was comparable to a chain restaurant in prices and menu. Staff was nice. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, runs every 15 minutes. Good deal for a one night stay.

    Stayed for just one night and was given a unacceptable room, and when asked the staff would not change the room. The room was not as shown on your website and half the room was taken up with gym equipment. There was no facilities for sitting to eat, No table, one chair and no luggage stand.Very disappointed.

    We had no remote or power to the TV when we arrived, but maintenance was available on a Sunday which was impressive. Special KUDOS to front desk clerk, Javaughn, who expedited getting maintenance assistance for the TV after 1+ hours of waiting, and regular coffee (not decaf) to the room after 2 contacts/requests with the front desk the next morning. He’s a rock star and gets stuff DONE!!

    Beautiful property, love the room size and pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating allowing us to check-in early due to us having an early flight. My only two complaints the bathroom could have been cleaner and no laundry on the premise. I preferred to wash my clothes myself than having to use a pickup service.

    The property was beautiful, loved the entrance and lobby setting. The pool was a hit with my husband. The room was spacious and the tv entertainment was excellent. The only complaint is of the bathroom tub could have been cleaner, found hair and maintenance could be better. Otherwise, we will be back in the future

    We got dinner in the restaurant and it was very good, our server was excellent. Beds were so very comfortable and they gave me an extra blanket because my husband likes to sleep in the attic zone. The staff was all very very nice. Shuttle to the airport was super easy and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be.

    This hotel nobody invested in it seems for decades. Everything looks like it is from the 80's. Iron did not work, coffee never got replaced during housekeeping including other things, dirt next to elevator in hallways, can't get anyone to answer phone for housekeeping/reception. The whole place looks like something from X-Files TV show.

    The bathroom in our original room was especially frustrating—there was almost no water pressure in the shower, and the tub drain was clogged, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water while trying to shower. We were offered a different room, which we accepted, as well as a breakfast buffet as compensation. While we appreciated the effort to resolve the issue, the breakfast buffet was also disappointing and did not make up for the overall experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the lack of quality in both the room and amenities made for an uncomfortable stay overall.

    I was in room #729 and, overall, it met my needs. The shower/tub drain stopper wasn’t inserted in the drain when I checked in and I understood why the next day when housekeeping placed it in there (it was broken and not allowing the water to drain while showering. And the door to the room was so heavy that I almost got my hand slammed in it every time I exited the room (it closed QUICKLY). It would have been nice if you had a hot tub on your premises (I got a day pass to another resort to enjoy theirs).

    We had an absolute disaster with our International Flights back to Australia, which were cancelled, causing us to get stuck in Orlando for four extra days. After the cancellations we quickly booked this hotel online and arrived at 4 am. Because it was after midnight they did not have any rooms available straight away (about 10,000 people had been displaced also) so my family (2 adults and 2 kids) slept in the lobby. The general manager of the Hotel, Amar, saw us in the morning and came to ask about our situation and immediately got us into our room, and gave us a complimentary breakfast because we had had such a rough time. He personally checked in on us during our stay and nothing was too difficult for him or his staff. The compassion and care we were shown after such a horrendous situation with the Airline and our flights was so touching, I really cannot recommend this hotel enough. They also have excellent amenities and breakfast was delicious. Thank you Amar and staff!

    We booked and prepaid our room for king bed however we were given a room wth 2 queens when we asked to speak to speak to the manager she was very hostile and when we got got to the room the sanitation was worst than I have ever experienced when we returned to the hotel my wife needed to use the washroom and when she went to the room the toilet was disconnected and placed in the bathtub and a hole was cut in the wall behind it there is not enough words

    Stayed one night only after a cruise, nonetheless it was a great stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The staff amazing, including the shuttle driver Felix who gave us so much info regarding the surrounding area and amenities. Super close to the airport. Would highly recommended.

    We called 9 times for the shuttle and hotel phones were not working so we ended up having to pay for an uber from airport to hotel. When we arrived we were told they had a power outage with no apology or accommodation offered. We were then told elevators were not working and to use the service elevator, arrived at service elevators to find they were out of service as well. We were then told by front desk staff to use the stairs to get to our room on the 7th floor-WITH OUR LUGGAGE, and were offered no assistance!! The room was sweltering hot and the ac did not work, and the bathroom floor and tub were filthy. This is our second stay here and after this experience and the price we paid for one night, we will not be staying here again!

    Check in was good, meal in bar good then went down hill. Lift not working after dinner had to use service lift. Couldn't have a bath a plug was broken. Top it all toilet over flowed at just after 7am. Hotel did act quickly & changed our room, complimentary breakfast & refund staff were very apologetic.

    House keeper went in our room when we were not there. Reported it to front desk got attitude from the girl and she I had just come in and to call in the morning. Morning came informed morning manager and she didn’t seem to care. Horrible expirence and breakfast lunch and dinner is not complementary.

    The room could use a little more attention. The ceiling had black stuff (looks as if there was a leak previously) and the curtains had stains. Other than that it was good. The staff was AMAZING; everyone was extremely nice as well as the parking attendant. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT COOKIES.

    Rooms are spacious but a bit older. I am satisfied with the rooms. Smart TV available so kids were super happy too. Staff was nice and courteous and they accepted request to store luggage before check in without any hassle. I didn’t go for breakfast due to early flight, so can’t comment on it.

    The check-in process was awful. Two people and a very long line. Terrible customer service - these are not well paid employees that want to make the customer happy. No washcloths at all.     Not even a single thing was good with this Hotel and staff. Stsrting from check in to check out whole experience was terrible. we went there early as per flight and asked for early check in and we were ready to pay for that she said they dont have any provision for that. She said I will try and call you once the room is ready. she called me at the time of original check in which was 4 pm and still they gave me different room which i selected at the time of my on line check in.     Our pillow cases was dirty and the staff was slightly rude,I didn’t understand the logo double tree where your cookies await meant we got in late our first night wasn’t greeted with a welcome we only had one face towel one had towel and one big towel in our room we had breakfast at the restaurant it was awful it was really cold however they did remake us some French Toast but the other food was really cold and the host was very rude to us it took another employee to suggest they give us fresh French toast… once we got it we was told we only had 10mins left but it was other guest sitting as well people was still coming as we were leaving they treated us like the as if we weren’t paying for our food…..

    The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They addressed our needs promptly and ensured that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Housekeeping also exceeded expectations. Our room was cleaned daily without exception, with fresh towels replaced and beds made each day. This level of service has unfortunately become less common in recent years, so it was refreshing to experience such consistency and care. That said, there were a few concerns that impacted the overall experience. The most significant issue was the parking fee of $22 per night, which was not disclosed until the day before our stay. Since we booked through a third-party service, this fee should have been clearly stated upfront. When traveling unexpected fees can be frustrating, and this additional cost was disappointing. Valet parking was available for $30 per night; however, even with paid self-parking, parking availability was extremely limited in the evenings. On one occasion, we were forced to park approximately a quarter mile away and walk back to the hotel after a long day.

    Nice hotel however, they had problems with the toilets not flushing and smelled like mildew and they moved us to another room and the Mgr Marie said to contact Expedia to get a discount on my room for inconvenience ! It’s documented on my account if you can contact them. The maintenance guy said they are working on the toilets and the heating was not working as well so they had to fix it... it was a bumpy road .

    Waited 2.5 hours to get into our room. Check-in was at 4pm and we got our keys at 6:30pm. When we reached our room we could not adjust thermostat. They sent a maintenance person up who got it to our desired temp by removing panel from wall, but still we were not able to change the setting. Just very strange and awkward. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Not a good first experience.

    Although first impression was very favorable...our room (107) had a few issues.     Clean and convenient location. The free shuttle service is a big plus! The shuttle drivers were helpful both to and from the airport. Room cleaning service did a great job. Overall it would have been excellent except for Maria, the front desk supervisor who was not very helpful and had a rude stance. One person could really ruin one’s stay. Sorry, I had to say it. She could benefit from additional customer service training. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars instead of 4.

    Service was terrible. I sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes and was never approached by any server and I ended up leaving, I asked for a wakeup call at 4 30 AM for a very early flight as my phone would not charge. NO CALL. Lastly the chocolate chip cookie that is the brand identifier was nowhere to be found. Needless to say, I will not stay at this property again.

    Staff held us up at check in for 30 minutes when i had already picked out our rooms and said they were checking for rooms with 2 beds. They never came in our room to clean after we talked to someone twice about them coming back in 5 minutes. Lastly, the room had a very bad smell like someone had walked into our room and used the bathroom with the door opened right before we went in. I enjoyed my experience the previous time but i’m not sure i’d recommend it to a friend.

    Staff was courteous and friendly. The lady working the Starbucks cafe Sunday morning 11/16 was really nice and made our drinks well. The only issue we really had was our towels. One of our towels looked clean at first sight, but once I used it after a shower, a bunch of small hair (think of hair residue from men shaving facial hair on the sink) was all over my body. It was so gross. I took a closer look at the towel and there was a lot of hair stuck in the little fibers on the towel. I showered (again) and had my friends call front desk for more towels. Once the staff that came by brought a set of towels, I tried to explain to her and show her the towel, but she just took the towel and said "it's okay" (as if I'm apologizing) and her nonchalant response made it seem to me that the dirty towel they placed in a [Hilton Honors Member] room wasn't a big deal. I had always felt good staying at DoubleTrees (my preferred choice of Hilton hotels) because of the cleanliness - now I'm not so sure.

    Double tree is not a cheap motel, so I expected a better experience. However, the room was very old and clearly not well maintained. What was even more disappointing was that on the second day, the “fresh” bedsheets had a large stain and a long hair on them, which made it feel like the cleaning was not done properly at all. For the price they charge, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes these basic issues seriously and improves their cleaning and maintenance standards.

    I was given an accessible room #325 and the shower head was stuck at an awkward angle and the height adjustment catch was missing. You could also hear the person on the other room taking a shower at night so much that I actually thought that water was running in my room. People were not friendly either. The only thing friendly were the shuttle drivers. The inside staff did not seem very happy.

    Booked this hotel for a family of 4 last week cruising out of Canaveral and WOW!!! Less than a 10-15 minute Uber or hotel shuttle ride to MCO and less than an hour ride to Canaveral. Their complimentary hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes to MCO. Our flight arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready but Isabel at the service desk gave us a free breakfast voucher anyway! If you have the time make it to the restaurant, ask for Emilyann... She is absolutely incredible. Her customer service was impeccable and my children loved interacting with her! She had other local recommendations to try but we had no reason to go anywhere else. The food is amazing! Our family valued the service from this hotel so much that we canceled our return hotel stay with another property and rebooked at this DoubleTree. Furthermore, on our return trip we were early for check-in but the front desk knew we had rebooked and had a room ready for us! Don't look anywhere else, book here and you will not be disappointed.

    Disappointed with the front desk service. Our room was not ready at 4pm (check-in time) they said we had to wait and would call when it’s ready. They never called, we went back to the front desk at 6pm then got our room. The room needs maintenance, the shower was slow to drain. The overall property doesn’t seem to be taken care of (I.e. dirty glasses left on tables in common areas and used pool towels left on the deck chairs) and no clean towels were available for the pool.

    Paid a high price for one of the worst rooms. Only one curtain, room was illuminated all night since it's right above the main entrance. Shower showed the dirt etc. from over the years, nothing prevents water from getting out, whole floor gets covered in water. THE WORST: Put the do not disturb tag on my door, came back at end of day and it was on the floor and my door open! My room's door was left open all day. Their valet and parking is stupid.

    Overall the property is good, but I use to work in a 5 star hotel before and I know good service and bad service. I just think maybe you guys need to train your staff members how provide better customer service. I had an issue your staff should always apologize to the customer on the company’s behalf.     The room we stayed at was pretty good except for a couple notable items. The room doors closed extremely fast, I found myself fighting to keep the door open or blocking the door from hitting my wife when entering or exiting. The tub in the bathroom leaked constantly and the drain plug hand a bunch of silicone around it but unfortunately did nothing at the entire thing was just resting in the tub, totally detached. The safe stopped working during our stay as well. These are very easy quick fixes that I think once rectified, would make this and easy to recommend property.

    One of the beds sheets were dirty I called to get it change it took 2 calls and a trip to the front desk to get someone up to change the sheets the housekeeping lady then changed the sheets and discovered that the sheet that she was replace on the bed was dirty also so she had to take them off the bed and put another set on to go to then tried ti put the dirty comforter back on the bed which I showed her that it was dirty also. The next morning I also discovered that the pillows on the other bed had black stuff on it also was not satisfied with my stay

    First day all was fine. Next day our room was not cleaned or made. No beds sheets or towels changed or replaced for clean ones. The elevators were not working all day and following day. We have to wait along with hotel visitors and cleaning crié to share a cargo elevator (one), we didn’t have our room done until midnight after calling three times, there was no ac in the corridor outside our room, the ice machine didn’t work. Nobody fixed this in like 24 hours. Breakfast was good. Will not stay here again.

    The hotel itself was very clean, very nice the disappointing part of my experience there was with the front desk staff, very rude, not pleasant, not welcoming, lack hospitality. Made me not want to asked any questions while I was there. And it was like that with the front desk people when I arrived and all throughout my stay and the icing on the cake was the front desk woman who checked me out, she was the rudest one of all!     I had to change my room from 8th floor and did get a much better room. walls are thin. hard to get a good night sleep. But the second room they put me in was much better. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. All in All -good

    Toilet didnt flush.room smelled musty. Very sparce coffee accessories. No -do not disturb sign. Bed very hard but pillows were soft. TV only got 2 channels.you have to pay for parking!

    I came in to catch an early morning flight, I just needed a comfy bed, hit breakfast and shuttle to the airport. There were lots of other options in the vicinity for a lot less and breakfast was included. Everything else was excellent. I had already booked my return overnight stay. I will just skip the breakfast and dine elsewhere.

    Absolutely exceptional. Our shuttle from the import was quick and easy, and upon arrival we were greeted by Marie and Allison. They were friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and relaxing, from getting us squared away to helping with bag tags for our cruise as we were checking out. Will be staying again when I’m in Orlando next, would rate higher if possible
