Location. Staff was nice. Our room was dirty. The floor was wet from a leak from somewhere. Very muggy inside the room and hallways. This is an older hotel and do not recommend for a stay.

Expensive parking, very good staff.

Dirtiest place I’ve seen! Horrible..

I liked the service at the hotel, especially the hospitality shown to the guests. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hotel truly stood out because of its excellent customer service and commitment to creating a positive guest experience.

Elevators rattled a little too much. They had been recently inspected, but scary
- 2/5
Late check in was a breeze as the front desk woman was wonderful. I got to the room and immediately reeked of cigarette smoke and it never went away. I was too busy with business activities to switch so late in my stay. In addition to the smoke smell (on a non-smoking floor) the a/c was automatically set at 60° when I walked in and there is no way that was 60° as I could barely sleep with a sheet as it was so hot in there. I asked for a call from the manager on my check out day, as I was headed to the airport, and I am on day 6 with no contact.

The hotel took deposit and still haven't released it, they assured me that they will leave a note and l can cancel for free but penalized me for 1 night that l have already paid for and stayed. Still cannot get my refund for the rest of my booking. Will try never stay at Hilton The way reception desk supports you and then you realize that they didn't do anything to support, they did not refund, they did not release your deposit, literally nothing...

Throughout the property, there were visible signs of wear and deterioration, including rusting door frames that contributed to an overall neglected appearance. The hallways had a persistent musty odor, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Inside the room, the air conditioning unit struggled to keep up with cooling, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially given the Florida climate. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not align with the expectations typically associated with accommodations in this area. Significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and facility updates are needed.

It was a decent room. It smelled like it used to be a smoking property. The parking is weird, either the street or $30 for valet??? pool was clean, no hot tub though. Beds were comfy and no bugs so that's good i guess.

2/10 Customer Service was not good, no greetings from front desk no nothing. Everyone on their phones, the energy wasn’t welcoming. The same young lady who assisted me turned around and provided better service to the guest after me.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The room was average but clean. I’ve stayed here a bunch and never had any major complaints. Also - free cookies upon check in? Say no more!
- 5/5
The only problem was the parking dollar amount
- 5/5
We Loved EVERYTHING! 10/10 would recommend whe staying in Orlando !!
- 5/5
My stay was short, but I was comfortable. The staff are well trained.
- 1/5
I have pictures and video of the room. There was a trash bag of clothes in the room. A really old a/c system that did not work that well. Lots of chipped paint all over the room. When you turn the shower on water shoots up hitting the ceiling. Also, you cannot leave the property without scanning your room key.
- 1/5
We stayed in room #1205 and the cleanliness was not up to par. We constantly had issues with our room door and the bathroom door also was scrubbing the floor preventing it from closing. Our bathtub was not cleaned properly as well as the towels that were given to us has stains on them. The elevators gave us problems seemed very risky to use and the parking is completely over priced. Overall not a great experience for what I payed for. I needed a convenient place to stay while I was on a buisness trip and I was satisfied.

Overall the stay was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was contacted twice to make sure everything was going well by the staff. You had to pay for parking which I did not see when I booked the room. I have an oversized vehicle which was not able to fit into the parking garage so I had to park on the street. Unfortunately other people who did not want to pay for parking took up most of those spots and I had to park a block and a half away. If they did away with the extra money for parking less people would park on the road and leave those spaces for oversized Vehicles like mine. That would be helpful

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone from check in to check out including parking attendants were very pleasant, courteous and informative. I had just come from another Hilton facility which was higher priced and supposedly a higher tier facility and it was not nearly as pleasant an experience.
- 3/5
The staff is amazing, the property needs some renovations or upgrades. Rooms wasnt clean and vents had built up dust. Im very disappointed in the DoubleTree cleanliness.
- 1/5
No, we did not stay there. They couldn't check us in.

Yes, the stay, the parking, the breakfast, everything worked perfectly. Dinner out at a nearby restaurant was fun too.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

Love the hotel, staff and location. The parking garage is a disaster waiting to happen and is not worth the $35 parking fee. Broken infrastructure, leaks that look like structural damage, exit gate that doesn't work and no staff to handle it.

Excellent location and great staff. Hotel is just outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. Carpet was old and stained, and paint peeling. But, bed linen was clean and bathroom was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great staff
- 3/5
Again to reiterate: the cleanliness issues requires more than just the staff to use the same products. They don’t have any blame in this. Lighting in the rooms could be better, but it’s not something insanely important for most people. The elevator door in the parking garage is *very* shaky. First ride was a bit concerning until I realized that it’s an ongoing thing. Aside from those issues, I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite. It’s clear they value customer service. Front staff is great per usual. Special shout out to Jah from Parking who was very kind to take a photo of me and my friend that dropped me off one day!

Terrible parking set up and hidden fees. They charge you $33 dollars on top of your room to park in the parking deck that you have to circle the block. Free parking is on the street. The room was so basic and old for almost $200 a night, no fridge and you have to use your key to use the elevator so when your hands are full better get that key ready. Staff was fine it’s not their fault the set up was outdated and inconvenient they just work there.
- 3/5
The room was spacious The gym ok a bit old Hotel a hit old
- 1/5
Location The front desk staff were unfriendly, aggressive, and uncooperative from day one. I called about a delivered package and was told it hadn’t arrived, but when I went down in person and asked again, they suddenly found it. Housekeeping was poor — used towels were folded and put back instead of being replaced, they smelled bad, and the room was not properly cleaned daily. We were also told complimentary water is only provided on the first day, which was not clearly communicated. To make matters worse, we were charged for receiving a package, paid the fee, but it was not recorded. When we followed up, staff were dismissive and unhelpful.
- 2/5
Parking is expensive and the cleanliness of the entire place is just disgusting.
- 5/5
From check-in to check out and all the staff in between that, I interacted with we’re wonderful! Very kind and considerate! The facility itself was in good and clean condition. 100% recommend staying here.

Initial room had faulty toilet, no toilet paper holder and dirty windows. Moved to 2nd room with shower light not functioning and when told I didn’t leave anything behind in first room, manager had to recheck and found 2 pairs of pants left in closet. Not a Hilton hotel experience.

Perfect location is your business is downtown and want be off the busy areas. Property is a bit dated but good overall. Friendly staff. Easy access to I-4
- 5/5
Nice clean room, with an excellent staff everywhere. Some areas could use an update but
- 3/5
The hotel itself feels somewhat outdated, and getting there was more confusing than it should have been. GPS directions did not lead clearly to the entrance, which added some frustration at the start of the stay. While the property is centrally located in downtown Orlando, which is convenient if you want to be in the city center, the hotel does not offer much in terms of standout amenities or perks. Additionally, the front desk service fell short of expectations. The staff member I interacted with was polite but not particularly warm or upbeat, especially compared to the level of hospitality I have experienced at other DoubleTree locations. Overall, the stay was just okay, mainly convenient for location, but lacking in service, clarity, and overall experience.

Was very disappointed in the hotel. Half of the lights didn't work, the toilet paper holder was broken and staff didn't fix after they said they would, the blowdryer was broken, there were stains on the drapes, there was mold in the air conditioner vent.
- 3.5/5
Our first time in Orlando and did not know what to expect. the hotel is situated uptown but downtown easily accescible with bus 102 (just outside hotel on left is a bus stop) and at Lynx Station (10 min by bus) you have all kind of connections. There is a nice breakfast but for a bit on the expensive side.

Our visit was awesome. Every employee we interacted was polite, friendly and professional. Everyone greeted us with a smile and they went over and beyond - Did not encounter a sour person. Our reservation was for a handicap accessible and they were able to change to a roll in shower. Can't laud them enough. Room was large and comfortable.

Great location, concert venue and restaurants close by. The room was clean and fresh. Bed and pillows very comfy. Check in staff was pleasant and friendly. The valets were helpful on getting around.
- 1/5
This place isn’t worth it. Seriously go to another Hilton for a better experience. The toilet wouldn’t stop ghost flushing every 12 mins, the carpet had stains, the room isn’t worth it. You’re literally paying for the view and bed. Fixtures weren’t working, room was completely outdated. I could go on. I’ll stay at a different Hilton.
- 1.5/5
The front desk staff was friendly, although they were not able to fully resolve issues, such as the lack of bath soap in the room. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping did not make the bed for two nights. The room was also quite dark and would benefit from better lighting. It would be helpful to offer filtered water near the ice machines on each floor. Charging $6 for bottled water feels excessive, especially given the lack of basic housekeeping service.
- 3/5
During my family 's (2 adults and a teenager) 4 day stay at the hotel the room was tidied once and even with that one cleaning the garbage was not removed
- 4/5
The only downside was the pool. It needed an urgent upgrade with plants and a vending machine. Parking was expensive, but I suppose it’s downtown. The last thing that bothered me was the loud flushing sound. It echoed through all the rooms next to, above, and below mine.

The hotel was exceptional.

All staff, including valet and desk personnel were so professional and welcoming. I will be back!
- 1/5
Parking is 35 dollars a day, unless you park on the street outside which is limited. We got our first rooms smelled terrible. It was very moldy. And we had to switch rooms. No fans in the bathroom. Hotels is pretty old. Our toilet dos not flush properly and it had a whistle sound when its filling up water after each flush which is funny but could be irritating for the other person if you get up late at night and use the restroom.

- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made.

- 1/5
Hotel was older, bathroom not particularly clean, only two towels weee provided for three days, washcloth still had makeup on them, only one bag of coffee was provided in room upon arrival, no pool towels were out.
- 4/5
Garage elevator not working and far right elevator to the rooms was very noisy and jerky.
- 5/5
I'm absolutely sure everything was delicious.
- 2/5
Very old building, room was clean but carpet is worn out, dining was non existent. Pool area very diry, garbage was overflowing the bins. Outdoor furniture broken. The garage access did not work. Staff was helpful especially the Starbucks employee.
- 3.5/5
The staff were amazing and very tentative The parking fee especially since the garage elevator was down and I had to climb stairs anytime I needed to leave the property in my car.
- 3/5
Room is decent but it was hard to sleep due to the AC and some noises. Hotel needs some updating.
- 2/5
Staff couldn’t find the reservation at first. Had to go find a manager. They did not do turndown service. When we asked about it they said they don’t unless requested. There was no notification of this whatsoever. The room key is supposed to open the garage gates, but did not ever work. We told them each time, they re-scanned but still did not work. I feel they probably should have replaced the cards because we saw that others did work. The garage elevator also did not work. Again, would have been nice to just have gotten a heads up and an apology. Staff seems to know about the problems yet have no interest in doing what they can to make it right or easier.
- 2/5
The room doesn't feel clean. The elevator at the parking does not work. Sorry but for the price I expected a better maintenance.
- 5/5
The room was a little rustic. Some things looked old or broken
- 5/5
Loved front desk lady, didn’t catch her name but she was so nice and helpful. I will def come back!
- 4/5
The breakfast at restaurant was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
Everybody was extreme who works there. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was the best. The snack bar was overpriced so bring your own snacks and a great location! Beware it is $33 to park there overnight, but there are free parking lot right next to it
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was impossibly low to the ground. They charged me for a third room I didn't book or ask for. The food was horribly expensive: $34 for fish and chips. $22 for a burger. $4.50 for a coke. I wasn't provided a check-out bill when we left.
- 5/5
Good location nice staff, comfy rooms.
- 4/5
Front desk and valet staff were great. Bartender (didn’t catch her name, but was likely in her 50s to 60s with dark hair) was less than friendly. Room and amenities were as advertised. Overall, it was a nice stay.
- 3/5
Location The thermostat was uncontrollable. Said at the same temperature, it vacillated between heating and cooling all night. very frustrating.
- 3/5
The unstable internet connection kept knocking me out of a nine am zoom meeting. That was virtually my only problem with the hotel, which was very nice, and the fitness room was convenient.
- 5/5
Staff at lobby was rugh
- 2/5
The rooms need to be upgraded. Ceiling peelings. The remote control didn’t work properly. No microwave. The central air was not cooling. The doors were difficult to open and close. The room key was supposed to open the lever to enter and leave the parking lot but it didn’t work. I had to call for help each time and this included a $35/day fee for parking.
- 1/5
Charged for parking when I already paid in the hundreds for the room. No one told me I needed the card to get out of the garage when I checked out because they were all in the phone but just took my keys and said “you’re good” I then had to pay to get out of the garage. Which you will also charge me from the deposit. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet had a leak. So your feet/socks got wet when you had to use the toilet. For the price, I would never recommend this hotel. Way nicer and updated hotels that don’t nickel and dime you for the same price.
- 2/5
When we arrived in our room, there was leftover food from a previous guest that looked like it had been sitting there for days. The room itself felt dark and uninviting, with no overhead lighting—only a few lamps, which didn’t provide nearly enough light. The kitchen area was especially concerning. It looked like there had been a leak under the sink at some point, but instead of properly fixing it, the cabinet floor was left with visible water stains and what appeared to be mold. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell—we couldn’t tell if it was coming from the old food or the water damage, but either way, it made the stay uncomfortable. Another issue was the AC unit. The switch was positioned low enough for our toddler to easily turn it on and off, which is a safety concern. On top of that, the thermostat didn’t seem to work properly. We tried adjusting the temperature multiple times—even setting it as high as 85—but the room stayed freezing cold. We ultimately had to turn the AC off completely just to feel somewhat comfortable. While the lobby looked nice and updated, everything beyond that was a letdown. Overall, this hotel is in serious need of a major update. For the price you’re paying, it simply isn’t worth it. The experience felt more like staying in a slightly upgraded motel.

Location. Looks very old. Doesn’t smell old but just looks like it has been there a very long time. Price reflects the picture on the profile and the in person photo looks far older.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
On my first day, the sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty, and I had to request that they be changed. The shower floor had noticeable black buildup that suggested it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The toilet was unusually loud when flushed, and I could clearly hear water running whenever guests in neighboring rooms used their showers. These issues created the impression that the room was not well maintained. I also noticed candy wrappers and other debris in the elevator, which raised additional concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. While breakfast was described as complimentary, I was surprised to learn it was actually more than twenty dollars per person. The hotel itself feels dated and in need of a remodel to meet the standards reflected in its ratings. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps your team address these concerns and ensure future guests receive the high-quality experience your hotel is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- 2/5
It is not made clear that there is a 33.00 parking fee added to your bill! It not clear in the booking....so big surprise. I think that is expensive parking for Orlando. I was expecting a free parking lot. The desk people are slow to welcome quest. They were busy working on some paper issue and did not say hello and indicate that they will be with me in a moment. Just ignored me until they were ready.

There was nothing about this DoubleTree hotel that was good. I will never want to stay there again, then so mush $288 a night? not good at all.
- 5/5
The room was spotless clean the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the stay.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, staff was great, no issues, was a very nice stay with the family. 2 adults 1 child
- 5/5
Room was amazing, staff were great.
- 5/5
Staff very courteous. All good. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
AC unit was noisy. Bar food was quite good, self parking expensive
- 5/5
Room was Amazing
- 3/5
Stayed here for a conference downtown, and I was very disappointed with the room. The tub had chips in the paint and scratches; the TV didn't work; there were loud noises whenever someone in another room flushed their toilet; and the room smelled of strong chemicals. Other than the room, the hotel was very nice with lots of amenities; I wish the actual room we were staying in had been of the same quality.
- 5/5
Service was awesome
- 5/5
Came up for a football camp for my son. Our stay was good. We had to leave early this morning, so didn’t get to try the breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again.
- 3/5
Average hotel located a little bit of a distance from the airport and Disney Park. The hotel is dated and a bit dingy but overall clean. Our room was decent but had water issues coming from the toilet, the bathroom door could not close due to the plywood being warp from what I believe to be a long history of water damage. Maintenance did respond right away when water started pooling out from underneath the toilet so that was a plus, The staff is okay and the food at the restaurant on the main floor is good.
- 3/5
Room could have used a carpet cleaning and the hallways smelled musty
- 3/5
Would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
- 5/5
Fresh and clean room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff were excellent. Property is nice and clean.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was so kind and helpful
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Very dirty needs to be redone horribly
- 5/5
The room was clean. And the service was great
- 2/5
This used to be a decent deal but the property has gone downhill. Parking is $32 a day, elevators need servicing, and although housekeeping entered the room they didn’t make the beds or even empty trash. Much better options in this price range
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking. Carpet was black and really old. We stayed on the high floor which is supposed to be nicer but really had a disappointing stay. Only stayed one night because of it. Called the front desk and unfortunately we’re not able to switch rooms. Parking was expensive and inconvenient. Really dirty overall. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
The mattress was sunken in, in the middle. It was very uncomfortable. The toilet leaked constantly and was annoying. The curtains were too small and allowed a lot of sunlight in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady to vacuum the room because of the debris on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Amazing king suite. 10/10 recommend. Everything was immaculate. Staff was amazing and so friendly.
- 5/5
travel all the time however, lately a lot of the people working behind the counters and some of the hotels I’ve been at have been unprofessional and/or just not that hospitable. Not the case here everybody behind the front desk was very polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable even the valet parkers of the car were very nice and polite. The hotel was great. The room was nice and cozy.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hotel was clean, well located, and offered great value, with restaurant food that exceeded expectations for the price.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly!
- 1/5
No heat trying calling for extra blankets no one answered
- 5/5
Close to Kia center
- 1/5
Had to switch the room 5 times
- 1/5
Terrible would definitely not visit again , no room service, No hot water , smelly bathroom
- 3/5
Good room. Old hotel. Some common areas are nice others are tired and need upgrades. The parking garage is dirty, low lighting and at $33/night a rip off price. Courteous staff.
- 5/5
Room and staff were great
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very courteous staff & very clean. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay.
- 3/5
Water took forever to get hot in shower. Toilet ran all night long.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Staff was very professional Great location
- 5/5
All the above and they responded to my needs and desires immediately. I'm certain I will be coming back...
- 3/5
Staff was incredibly helpful but we had to switch rooms as the A/C was not working - no fan no nothing in the first room. The second room- fan worked- but no A/C. Engineer had to come repair to get it to cool. Aging building needs preventive upgrades
- 1/5
No hot water in the entire hotel. Both heaters in my room did not work. It was under 40 degrees both nights I stayed. The hotel was booking guests without telling them that they did not have hot water and then would in return only offer 30% off of your stay…
- 4/5
The room was nice however i feel since im paying a deposit i shouldnt have to pay for self parking if you're paying for valet one or the other but not both.
- 1/5
The check-in lady was not very nice, she was very short with me, when I asked the best way to get to our room she just pointed towards the opposite end of the lobby, and did not warn us about the $75 deposit for each night. Just charged it to my card. We had a double queen room on the 12 floor that faced the highway. The room was so loud due to the highway traffic, even on the 12th floor. (if you are unlucky to get a room that faces that way, ask to move) I only got a few hours of sleep each night. The bathroom had a vent fan but no switch to turn it on. So good luck there. We stayed for several days and one bed was made nicely daily while the other just... wasn't touched for some reason, and the coffee in our room was never restocked. The valet costs $36 per day, and $33 for self park, regardless on how often you come and go. We paid for breakfast for each day and on the last day they had no record of us. We waited around while they "checked." We saw that the employees where just having a little chat instead. When I was checking out the lady was so kind to me and that was nice. She told me the manager would call me today but it's past 6 and still no call nearly 12 hours later. The upside- when I asked for an extra blanket they did give me one, the valet guy and last desk lady was nice. But I expect better of Hilton.
- 5/5
All was freat
- 4/5
the room was good! the staff was super helpful and friendly especially with the parking situation which was a little odd but not bad! i do wish there was some sort of complimentary breakfast. otherwise, it was pretty decent

- 2/5
I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels without the same brand recognition that offered a noticeably higher overall experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not fully meet the expectations I had when booking. With some updates and improvements, the hotel could better align with what guests typically expect from the Hilton brand.
- 2/5
Check in clerk couldn't find a room and I had a prepaid reservation. People we were with were checked in quickly. We had made reservations at the same time.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds + pillows!
- 5/5
Room was great and the staff friendly, helpful and courteous!
- 1/5
The worst experience ever. NASTY DIRTY and DISGUSTING
- 3/5
Staff was very nice, my only real issue is that the property is extremely dated. Looks like it hasnt been updated since the 80's.
- 1/5
No hot water
- 5/5
Great place. Just be aware that parking is very expensive…$33 self park and $36 valet. Otherwise great stay. Recommend upgrading to the Jr Suite.
- 2/5
Not hot water and no EV friendly
- 5/5
Everything was clean and everyone was nice
- 1/5
Cold showers the whole time and no discount
- 3/5
The was fairly clean.
- 3/5
Cool
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The food was good for dinner, but there was a stale odor because of the carpet and the carpet is torn in the room. Could use a lot of painting. Did not like the way parking was - hard to get in with key card and out, drive to 4th floor, take the elevator down then walk across to lobby, then back up the elevator to room floor. Staff was very nice.
- 3/5
room was amazing! everything was good but we only had hot water for a day out of a 4 day stay… but other then that good service and comfy rooms. but no hot water for multiple days was wicked!
- 2/5
We later found out from friends who stayed that the hot water never returned, even after three nights, which confirmed we made the right decision to check out that same evening. In addition, parking is not free and is quite expensive, which was disappointing. While the location is nice, the building itself is very old and in need of major updates. The rooms had a strong, humid smell. We requested to be moved to another room, but the second room smelled the same. That was another deciding factor in our decision to leave. On top of that, the staff was not very friendly, which made the experience even more disappointing. We checked out that same night and immediately moved to a better hotel at a more convenient price, where we were much more comfortable. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location, but the lack of basic amenities, outdated facilities, and poor customer service made our stay unacceptable.
- 5/5
Great old Hotel, and also great location.
- 2/5
Rude staff, no hot water, bugs. How is this a Doubletree property? We checked out 2 days early and found a new hotel.
- 1/5
our room had pet smell and beds were bad we had rashes all over body and could not sleep at all we have reported to reception on this , we had young kids and it was very difficult to get good sleep on those beds
- 1/5
The hotel hasn’t had hot water for days. They should have called to let guests know this but of course that would be good service and that no longer exists with these companies
- 1/5
The night we check in, there was no hot water in the building
- 5/5
Very courteous staff. Rooms were great. Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Very clean - super friendly staff - front desk manager, Miguel, was super helpful 10/10
- 4/5
Beakfast was very good and their custer service outstanding. Thank you.
- 3/5
It was a nice hotel, but the hot water was broken the entire time of our trip. Very unpleasant since it was cold.
- 4/5
Overall a nice stay. The location and property were good. Staff was great, shout out to Kelly and the Valets!!! Parking was a nightmare, $32 a night!!! The free street parking spaces were not marked!!! The bathroom was recently remodeled, but tiles weren't finished. The bathroom amenities were great but didn't fit in the shower and fell like a booby trap.
- 4/5
Room was great as was staff.
- 1/5
At check in we were told the hotel had no hot water! They should have called us so we could find another hotel. I want a full refund plus issue back my One KeyCash of $35.70
- 5/5
Good hotel friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean and nice layout of the room we stayed in. It was set up very nicely and was very functional.
- 1/5
No hot water, checked out before stay. Need a full refund for this charge
- 1/5
There was no hot water during our stay for the coldest few days of our year yet in Florida and it is a state law that there must be potable hot water in order for a hotel to be open at all. Our room 1326 had multiple issues, water damage around the window leaving dripping water each morning, the ac did not work (thankfully it was cold already), we were unable to use the shower not only due to hot water being unavailable but the tub was disgusting and had major staining and did not drain it became a pool in a matter of a minute, and there was no toilet paper holder at all it was broken prior to us arriving an never fixed. The phone also looked broken an had many missing buttons. The staff was nice and location but that does not make up for the issues we had to unfortunately endure on this trip.
- 3/5
Everything was fine except for no hot water in the entire hotel.
- 1/5
No hot water for entire stay
- 1/5
failed to tell us they were out of hot water before check in. only offered a 30% discount although it was 40 degrees outside. was forced to go elsewhere. communication before hand would have been so helpful instead of having to find a last minute hotel during NYE
- 1/5
There was no hot water for the entirety of our stay. When we raised the issue, staff repeatedly dismissed it by saying it would be fixed “shortly,” which never happened. The property itself is outdated and unclean, giving the impression of prolonged neglect. The parking garage provides no signage or instructions on how to access the hotel, resulting in us wandering aimlessly, hauling luggage up multiple flights of stairs before finally locating the entrance. To make matters worse, the 5th-floor parking garage elevator is out of service and presents a clear safety hazard, with exposed wiring and sharp metal protruding from the elevator button panel. This is not merely inconvenient—it is unsafe and unacceptable.
- 5/5
Central location very close to the arena, great employees, rooms were perfect size and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.
- 5/5
Didn’t do any of those N/A
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. My husband was impressed with the view and the hotel as a whole when we stayed for his birthday.
- 4/5
Great shuttle service. Front desk staff could be a little more helpful.
- 3/5
The room wasn't clean everything..
- 4/5
Staff
- 4/5
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was attentive. It was a good value for the money.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Property was good but could use some renovations. For example, the tub in the bathroom shower was peeling and the caulking around the toilet was moldy. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because I was told that my reservation didn’t include breakfast contrary to my Expedia booking. Parking was also an issue as there was no control by the parking staff which nearly caused me an accident. More than likely I would not stay here in the future.
- 5/5
Everything was spot on! Donna at the front desk was extremely delightful! Thanks for the cookies 😊
- 3/5
The breakfast and waiting staff were amazing! The carpet in the room as dirty and the walls and door of the bathroom were damaged. It took over an hour to get towels in the morning and additional bedding for the pullout after being requested. The lobby area of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms could use an upgrade and minor repairs.
- 3/5
The bedspread had something brown on the sheets that was sticky very disappointing. The tint on the windows also was missing up the view of the outdoor viewing from the room. Everything was very overpriced. The cost for one night I could’ve spent two nights elsewhere with a better viewing better service and more.
- 3/5
The staff was very courteous; the room was clean. It needed a little maintenance; there was a slight moldy odor coming from the air conditioner and a separation between molding in one of the windows.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms were spacious and location is great! We walked to restaurants and the surrounding area is nice! Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Very nice rooms with modern finishes.
- 2/5
Outside and lobby ooks great inside the rooms is dated and old . Doors are hard to open for the bathroom and there was no shower curtain
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 3/5
The parking garage is a bit steep to paek.
- 4/5
Clean room. Kind front desk staff.
- 5/5
The staff was so great and the beds were so comfy! Thank you !!
- 2/5
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby itself was also extremely nice as well. Our problem occured once in the room. The chrome plating behind the bathtub faucet was off the wall by 2 inches which left a gaping hole. The towel rack for the towels was just sitting on nails not actually mounted. When you pulled the towel away from it the entire rack came out of the wall. The toilet paper was the same way. You pulled the paper and the entire handle came out of the wall because it was resting on top of the nails not actually mounted with them. A baby roach crawled out of the bathroom sink when we first ran it. The AC unit blew cold air out of the top and blew hot air back into the room on the bottom. The TV was very small for a modern room. The inside of the shower curtain had small blood stains on them. And lastly the mini fridge door isn't able to open all the way unless you lift it so that it can clear the magnet mount on the inside of the dresser it is stored in. I understand it is going through a bit of a remodel but this was the handicap accessible room and parts falling out of the wall and old technology are things that need to be addressed.
- 3/5
The facilities are a little bit old, the mattress has sunk in.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and offered us warm delicious cookies upon arrival and also upon checking out. Everybody was very nice and the restaurant food was very good too would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outdoors was amazing and the scenery was beautiful..
- 1/5
Front desk was extremely rude especially the elderly white lady. Her tone and demeanor was disgusting. The real reason I will Never stay in this hotel ever again is because I was There with my friend and her suitcase went missing after she gave it to front desk to hold after checking. The elderly white lady at the front desk claimed she had the bag in the back but when she came back she quickly denied there was a suitcase. Then they tried to blame the poor housekeepers. Highly don’t recommend spending your hard earned money on a hotel where your belongings isn’t safe.
- 3/5
This hotel is in need a of renovation. The parking is overpriced and the parking deck itself is sketchy. Room was okay but didn’t look like pictures
- 3/5
The bathroom door didn't close/open properly. I had to forcibly close and open the door
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
The only thing I don’t like was that the cleaning lady was knocking at my door since 9:30am when checkout is at 11:00am. Like come on I need yall to go. We went there for a concert in the Kia center and we went to sleep late Why you knocking my door at 9:30am? Very rude.
- 5/5
Great service !!!
- 5/5
Outstanding service
- 2/5
Nice reception people
- 3/5
The room was very clean, but it was freezing. It was 57 degrees and when we couldn’t get it warmer, we let the desk staff know. Someone came to put the heat on while we were out, but it was putting out cold air so still 57 n hour later. We let the desk know and an hour later we were still freezing with no response from the staff, so called again. That staff member didn’t know anything about it, but offered to switch us to another room. That room was also freezing, but the heat did work in that room so we got it to a comfortable temp. The wether was in the upper 70s outside so no reason for the room to be so cold. The fact that we were ignored for an hour when it was almost painful cold in the room definitely impacted how I see that hotel. I am sure that was not representative for all Doubletree, but it was a big disappointment.
- 3/5
Parking fees ridiculous that’s it’s not included in hotel stay-fees stacked on top of more fees
- 5/5
The room was very clean and staff were very helpful.Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Front desk Donna was awesome
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a Starbucks on site was also nice. Some of the carpet near the elevators was stained and looked dated, but clean.
- 2/5
Shower was warm not hot. Parking in their attached garage is a horrible ordel. And you pay $35 for the hassle. In your face gouge, and a hassle to boot. Exiting the garage the next day was a 20 minute ordeal. horrible experince.
- 3/5
This hotel needs a thorough upgrade
- 2/5
I was HIGHLY disappointed in this trip as Hilton brand is supposed to be great. The rooms were old and smelled muggy. Everything felt dirty. The elevators were old and needed cleaning inside and out. The bathrooms didn’t have much space at all to put any toiletries. The way the curtain rod was hung the curtain kept sliding to the middle and water kept getting on the floor. The toilet clogged twice and for a family of 4 trying to use one toilet that’s very difficult. I was shocked that there wasn’t a continental breakfast and no complimentary coffee downstairs. Those are two staples that most hotels have or at least the coffee. I was also surprised to find that even though we parked our own car we still had to pay for parking. With that said the lady who made our coffee was super sweet. Very disappointed in Hilton, though.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 2/5
They were very kind and did bring me an extra blanket while we were at the concert (I was expecting to freeze like most hotels.) It was more like a beach towel.
- 4/5
Hair dryer was broken, and quite some time to get replacement after I made request. Other than that, the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great staff, rooms were clean
- 3/5
Parking lot is old and sketchy
- 5/5
Reception ddsj clerk very friendly. She answered questions and gave us helpful information.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel, helpful staff.
- 5/5
It's what you would expect from a DoubleTree! Clean, more upscale, and fairly quiet even for the location by the highway. I don't remember if it's written in the listing but keep in mind there's a $35 parking per night fee. Good hotel!
- 2/5
Room was dirty. Stains on the pillows. Open electrical outlets. Stains in the shower. Smelled like weed. Front desk lady was very unwelcoming and rude.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was neat, spotless, and great atmosphere.

The restaurant menu and the preparation of the food . The Cobb Salad was not properly done and the salmon was not cook . My husband could not eat it . Love the ladies I encountered at the front desk . The room was ok .After my bitter encounter with the guy for valet Parking the other young men and ladies were ok . Never did the breakfast after the encounter the night before in the restaurant.
- 4/5
It was ok a very short trip didn't have no issue
- 4/5
Room was clean, well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The room had a very bad odor. It was loud all night. I didn’t have a restful sleep. Staff was nice (valet and front desk)
- 1/5
Room was canceled without any notice. I arrived at 745pm from out of state and was told that my room was cancelled at 7pm because they could not contact me when I had already contacted the hotel front desk at 2pm earlier that day concerning my room. The staff was not helpful and did not care to make any other arrangements.
- 4/5
My concerns are why do you have the tv on a timer,? We try to turn it on,but it came on at 9 am.
- 5/5

- 2/5
The room was dated . Thermostat on 89 still was to cold in the room. The pool was filthy at best, frogs in about a week Mattress on its death bed.
- 1/5
Had to ask for many amenities the room was supposed to have but did not. Called the front desk for a tv remote, it was finally on my third call at 12 am they finally delivered it. I called first at 6:30pm and nothing. The bed sheets had blood stains on them, and the bathroom had dirt all over it. Disgusting room.
- 5/5
We have been staying at Double Tree Orlando every Thanksgiving visit we make. We noticed the rooms have been redone and they did an excellent job. Would recommend the hotel for sure!
- 5/5
Excellent !
- 5/5
The room was nice and the staff was courteous. Overall, I would stay there again.
- 5/5
It was clean and good the only thing wasn’t make me happy was elevators was old and noisy I was scared anytime try to use them for going to my room.but reception and ambience of hotel was good.

Shower was AMAZING! Room was clean and comfy, check in was fast and friendly
- 5/5
You pay for parking. But it’s a nice hotel in downtown.
- 2/5
Hotel is a bit dated. When your told there's free parking its annoying paying 32 dollars a night for parking. There is only 20-30 free spots that are impossible to get, the reat are paid.
- 3/5
Rooms need to be renovated and need new mattresses! Very uncomfortable sleep.

- 5/5
Everyone was super nice. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and sheets.
- 5/5
Excellent, very clean
- 3/5
Room was spacious and clean with good customer service.
- 1/5
Staff great! Room nasty, hotel out dated!
- 2/5
The fact you have to pay additional for parking and breakfast is ridiculous the room was ok the best part of the stay was the shower it’s too quiet and your sleep is disturbed because you can hear everything in other rooms the hallway doors opening and closing all night
- 3/5
Staff was fine the room was ok excep the twmp control was terrible. Unable to warm the room and the sound of the ac unit was abnormally loud
- 3/5
A/C was too cold for the mild outdoor weather and unable to be adjusted. Additionally, no one came to fix it despite being reported twice. The beds were way too soft and bowed in the middle. Very poor nights sleep for my family.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay 10/10
- 4/5
Quiet, clean, fast and amicable service. Thank you!
- 5/5
Room was stunning , corner king was all windows and the bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! Clean and updated ! Only small issue was electrical outlets next to bed were quite loose and phone charger would not stay in. Loved the crabtree products in shower, and lovely to have keurig and mini fridge !
- 4/5
Clean rooms, very nice
- 4/5
The location was perfect to get to the concert. The people at the front desk were very pleasant and my room was nice.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The property was everything right that you would expect from Hilton the shower was the best I ever had hot and hard very very excellent.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The room needs renovation. The carpet is dirty. I was scared to let my feet touch the floor. The couch had all kind of dirt and stains on it. There was even an electrical outlet just hanging out the wall. However, the room was spacious and the bathroom was decent.
- 5/5
I was comfortable with checkin. With me being alone I felt safe with only being able to come up with a room card.
- 5/5
Great stay only complaint is the $34 to self park your car is outrageous
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Very clean and accommodating.
- 3/5
Over charged me for parking
- 5/5
A perfect stay!
- 2/5
Horrible front desk staff!

- 1/5
I did not stay at the hotel due to over packed and no rooms. And now I’m fighting to get a refund
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
Carpet in room 608 was dark and just not pleasant, felt very old and neglected. Both beds gave us the worst night of sleep possible. Finally slept after 3 am, top mattress felt broken and worn, rolled you to the outside of the bed.
- 3/5
Stains on carpet

Room was VERY comfortable and quiet, which was great since we were there for a music festival. Toilet was loud and oddly tall. Requested a 2 queen bed room on the corner and were put in a king room off the elevator. Fortunately, staff quickly fixed this and put us in a 2 queen bed room off the elevator. Again, super quiet, so no issue. I was hoping for a continental breakfast, but you have to order off a menu for the free breakfast, which was fine since the options were decent. Parking garage is TIGHT, especially in a truck, but overall, we had a comfortable stay here.

I had to sleep in my car
- 3/5
The hotel has seen better days and needs a major renovation.
- 5/5
Very accommodating and sincere staff!! Had a minor inconvenience and without asking staff made adjustments :))
- 2/5
Th staff was the best part. Everyone was friendly and helpful . The hotel was outdated . The bathrooms had mold in the shower. The paint job in the rooms is so bad it’s funny that our group had a vote on whose room had the worst paint job. There was a massive leak that extended out on multiple floors and into the dining area. The elevators were shaking and creaky. Out of the 20 of us and 11 rooms we collectively decided to never stay at this hotel again.

Clean room and amazing staff.

Nice staff

This hotel needs a refresh. the elevator for the parking and the area around it was disgusting. The main elevators are worn out and old. i stay at hiltons and this was one of the worst.
- 1/5
Horrible cigarette smell. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall. Do not recommend.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable room and bed. We had a good nights sleep.

We had items removed from our room (either stolen or trashed) that shouldn't have been. They were never retrieved. Still waiting on hotel management to respond.
- 1/5
The room is so old, and the property is also. You need to renovate it bc it is not Hilton quality.

First room toilet flooded
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and maintenance responded quickly to AC complaint. However, there was no chair in the room and bed had raw jagged metal protruding from bedside, deliberately covered only by a thin bed-skirt. Injury waiting to happen. Bathtub was peeling and chipped. Room def in need of updating.
- 5/5
Beautiful room. Employees are super nice! Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The toilet leaks in room 601.

Everything is good
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
Air conditioner wasn’t working at first. Was fixed quickly. Had to park on the street cause refused to pay to park where I paid to stay .
- 3/5
Nice staff, pool was closed. Had to pay extra for parking and breakfast ..located in a weird spot where nothing was around
- 3/5
Room was not as accommodating to wheelchair accessibility as I had hoped. Difficulty with no door hold when entering the room or the bathroom. Marble threshold at room entrance and bathroom entrance difficult to get wheelchair over, especially if you're alone. Beds are too low for handicap person to get out of, especially if having to get back into a wheelchair. Shower entrance was wonderful.

There was a roach in the room, the bathroom looked a little outdated.

Did not checkout the pool areas however, the hotel is very dated and could use a face lift. Great location and staff was great.
- 4/5
Check in blood be better. Check in staff, a little unprofessional.
- 2/5
Most of the staff was veru friendly and helpful, only issue initially was being moved to a different room than the one i selected online. Apparently it wasnt clean or something. On the like of cleanliness the room had multiple large bugs in it, not sure if they were roaches or what but was gross all the same. Some of the things like couch had a stain on it and stuff so not very cozy overall. Windows were very dirty, to the point of not being able to see well out the window. Upside was the lady who ran the store in the mornings was very nice! And one of the older front desk ladies as well who helped me get my room switched to the same view i initially requested was helpful but tbh shouldnt of happened anyway.

Came for a quick overnight food sucked but the young man running the restaurant was awesome!

Staff did not assist me moving my reservation to another Doubletree due to conflict with Uber prevented my arrival.I spoke to their agent (Kevin) when I arrived at the other location. They are marking my reservation as a “No Show “.I have. Discussed with Expedia without any resolution.I am canceling my Uber account.I had to call the police to assist me.

Check in was disorganized and the receptionist was too busy answering his phone. The lobby was the cleanest part. Pics online are very deceiving. Elevator was scary. Room was damp and full of mold. The carpets are saturated, bedding damp, mattress had metal pieces sticking up in my back all night. At 1am security started banging on my door yelling security open up. I was alone and sleeping so I called the front desk to find out the problem. The receptionist laughed and said oh my 9’s look like 4’s. She had a delivery for a different room. Scared me and then I couldn’t fall asleep. Parking is a scam. It was $32 for self park or $35 for valet. When my bill came it was $36/night due to tax/fees. It’s dark and the area is unsafe. I was approached by 2 different people that were hanging out in the garage asking for cigarettes, money and drugs. Security did nothing. STAY AWAY. Very disappointed that a Double Tree Hilton property would operate this way. The furniture looks like it was nawed on by critters. I moved hotels. Being that I was in town for a family medical emergency this hotel was not a complication I needed.

Truly this was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed one because they charge for quite literally everything without tell you prior. Two there we stains on our floor and Nats in the bathroom. Front desk lady told us water would be included in our rooms nope it was not it was $3 a piece. Parking was complicated and 32 dollars extra a night +they had $75 per night down payment. Front staff was not there when we needed services she sat in the back despite me saying hello multiple times. We specifically asked to pay separately for parking and the original front desk lady said sure but as we were checking out she complained and said “I don’t have time it will come off the room” ok well tell me that’s doing you job it’s not. They also allowed homeless on property and that felt very gross to me.

I’m still angry.I had a confrontation with a Hispanic Huber driver who thought I was going to the Hilton. She refused to transport me to this site.I called the Police to get me out of this situation. There was another. Doubletree (near Seaworld) close by.The Policeman transported me to the other Doubletree.I called the downtown hotel to transfer my reservation there.I spoke to Kevin.I stayed at this location after the stressful situation.I have reported to Expedia but no solution and I’m charged for a room I didn’t use.

Perk was the transpo to and from the concert at Camping World Stadium. That was awesome. Oh and the cookies!

Every thing and staff was top notch

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. On site parking and breakfast was expensive. Gym has a nice dumbbell set.

We found cockroaches in the room. Also, no towels. Also, no light at pool in the evening. We tried to change rooms but none available. Reported cockroaches to manager. Only refunded us $20 on room. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Our room was so comfortable and really large. The bed was plush and slept well.
- 5/5
Valet was efficient coming and going, checked in with friendly staff and offered hot cookies. Can only get to your room with your room key. The room is extremly clean and cosy. Was so close to the arena will be booking again soon

Just an average place to stay at an average price.

From Valet to Check in to Bartendar, it was a wonderful experience. All were friendly and helpful. Thanks also for the recommendation of the cute little Italian Place down the road.
- 4/5
The room was very roomy and clean. The hotel is on the older side but it was still a good stay for the price.

- 5/5
Front desk staff was very helpful when coming in later to check into my room
- 3/5
Requested housekeeping services twice and still did not receive it, had to stop housekeeping in the hallway just to get clean towels. Upon checkout housekeeping knocked at door even before checkout time. TV needs to updated wasn’t able to watch anything. Movies were $24 a movie…wow! .Dont think I’ll stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay. Parking too pricey unless you want to try to find a spot in the street. The beds were AWFUL. So lumpy and soft and miserable
- 3/5
Rooms were nice, lobby was nice, and the area was quiet. The only complaint we had, was that there were animal droppings on the stairs heading to and from the parking garage. Other than that, everything else was good.
- 5/5
na

They offer a nice selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby also!
- 4/5
Overall it was an ok hotel. It’s just kind of old and dated. Probably would be much better if they renovated the rooms. Room looked old fashion and we had ants in the bathroom. Staff were nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
Very nice property, could use some renovations, but overall enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and valet were very respectful
