Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

They charge over $20 per night for parking and have a large parking lot. That's too much on top of the room price. The rooms are big with nice mattresses and small fridge, but why no microwave? Every hotel room should have a fridge and microwave at minimum. They also don't offer coffee in the morning, but you can buy it from Peet's in the lobby at an overpriced cost. The hotel lobby and pool are well-kept and nice. It's not a far drive to Universal Studios and Disney, and there's several restaurants and shopping in the area.

Wi-fi wouldn’t work. Front desk had no idea how to fix. $20 breakfast buffet was not worth the funds. Lots of unexpected extra charges

The property is literally meters away from the entrance to the Walt Disney World complex. Hotel is well kept. The staff was really nice. The hotel’s property is not very large. Delta hotels here maximize the property.

Upon arrival, I noticed a loose toilet handle and unstable toilet seat. While disappointing for a 4-star property, I initially overlooked these issues. However, there was also a persistent noise coming from the room that disrupted my sleep. I hoped it would resolve itself, but it was still present the following evening, after I had already lost a night of rest. I contacted the front desk and maintenance was sent to investigate. The maintenance employee stated he had never heard anything like it before and even knocked on neighboring guest room doors around 10:30 PM trying to identify the source, upsetting that guest. Unable to resolve the issue, the hotel decided to move me to another room. I had fully unpacked and was traveling with four backpacks and a large checked suitcase. When I asked for assistance moving my belongings, I was told no one was available. I was forced to pack and move everything myself late at night while already exhausted. After settling into the replacement room, I discovered more issues: a recurring beeping noise. I recorded it and returned to the front desk. An engineer eventually fixed it, but later I could hear similar beeping coming from nearby rooms. I also discovered weak water pressure, a bathtub that filled even when the stopper was not activated, squeaky beds, and white stains on the furniture. When I called the front desk multiple times regarding these concerns, no one answered. This is NOT a 4 star stay!

Very clean 2nd room- bed was a lot better in the first room. 1st room- The refrigerator made noises. The cabinets kept opening by themselves. The bed was really springy and hurt my back. 2nd room- refrigerator did not work.

The location is great! There are sooo many restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, Wells Fargo bank, gym, Walmart & other shopping stores less than 10 miles away which is what we needed ...really about 5 miles or less away from this location. It is right by the highway so that's another good thing. The room was clean & comfortable. The front desk receptionists were all so helpful & kind. This is hotel is also right by Disney Springs & the AMC movie theater. We went to the movies & afterwards walked around at the different shops...very convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel & we will definitely be back for another stay!! There was no microwave in the king size room. That is all really.

Hotel is clean and nice. But... had to get switched from a suite to a regular double bed room. In suite 1st no fridge like advertised and the sofa bed was horrendous and had a "funk". Then in the regular double bedroom the drain in the shower tub wouldn't drain while showering. Had to suck it up. Seems like most rooms were having the same problem. Went with a big group and most rooms same thing in the shower drain.

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. We did not use th on-site restaurant our bars. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The property is literally next door to Disney. We have stayed here several times.

Nice location, easy access to Disney even has a bus stop outside the hotel if you want to save a little money on uber/lyft and it will take you to the springs and you can catch a resort bus to go to the park if not on a blackout.. hotel is nice it has two washer and dryers.. they work well only need one cycle is coin operated for roughly about $5 the desk can exchange your money for coins. They do have a pool but we did not use it..They also have an on-site bar.. which was fantastic.although it does close a bit early. The rooms were as to be expected, nice basic rooms nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. They have large dispensers wall mounted in the shower for their Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner. It's a good spot with a great location for Disney World travelers. They could improve on providing clean sheets and overall cleanliness of the rooms.

Had a great stay overall. The property was very clean and well-kept. I didn’t expect there to be a bar inside, which was a nice surprise, and the pool area was super clean and maintained. The only downside was the pillows—they weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that, it was a good experience and I’d stay again.

I like the location. Room was nice but I absolutely can’t stand and will not ever stay at hotels that charge me $20 to park in the lot they made for me to park in for when I stay there. Are you out of your mind? Lol Trillion dollar Disney already charging me $35 to park which is a bit much but now hotels charging almost just as much? I hope lots of people read this and find a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking and also charge for breakfast when that should be complimentary at some hotels still I’m sure Paying for breakfast and parking

The room was normal size and everything seemed to be in working order. There was free parking and the location was easy to find. Disney Spring is 1 mile away which makes it walking distance. The remote to the room needed more batteries because it did not work properly all the time. Also, I wished that they had a service elevator for the staff to use

Front desk people are always super helpful and accommodating for storing luggage before/after check in/out. Breakfast is not included, but I was aware of this.

Some parts of the room are starting to look dated, in my room the 3 lights over the sink were all at varying levels of brightness, the dresser would randomly creak and lastly I checked out and thought to hit the buffet but it looked like it was closed since there weren’t any attendants (admittedly that’s on me but it also looked like it was already closed and this was at 10am)

Hotel looked and smelled clean. Staff was polite and attentive. Rooms were nice but a little antiquated. There were no usb or type c charging ports for cellphones or tablets. Housekeeping was loud while attending to rooms in the immediate area. Breakfast is offered, but I believe is a bit expensive at $19 a person. Also had to pay for overnight parking, which was not disclosed, nor was there on site security.

Bar and lounge didnt open until 4pm even on weekends. I had to ck out at 1pm and sit there for 2hrs waiting for flight. It would be nice if I could eat and drink at hotel instead of taking my business elsewhere. The hotel would really benefit on having food and drinks for guest at all times.

The Buffett was overpriced, the hot tub wasn’t hot, the pull out couch had mold on it, the tub was dirty.

The bar was stock but as for breakfast i do not know because it was not complementary and parking should also be free as a guess of the establishment but it was not

If you are going to the theme parks they do not have a shuttle. If you like firm mattress then this is your place. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great hotel close to amenity’s. They need to get the 2nd elevator fixed.

The hotel is 3 stars no more than that. They had two elevators one didn’t work for the five days we were staying there. The smell at the elevator was terrible and we had to moved to another room because since we got there the toilet was dirty. The staff is good and nice but I wouldn’t stay in the hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel next to Disney and was really pleased with the experience. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet in the evenings — perfect after a long day at the parks. Being so close to Disney, it’s one of the most affordable options around that still provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you’re visiting Disney on a budget, this is a fantastic choice.

Very clean, staff was able to answer any questions or concerns I had during my stay! Breakfast is a bit pricey.

Custodial (room) service was horrible!!! We spent the first night, we went out the next day only to come back to beds made, trash NOT emptied, wine glasses still filled with last night soda, 2 fresh towels so we couldn’t take extra showers, and no hot water in the evening. In the morning I complained to the front counter staff, she said she would tell the manager and assured me it would be corrected. Come back late that evening to only the beds made, everything else STILL the SAME, trash not taken out, two towels, no hot water, and glasses still NOT cleaned. It was very disappointing!

Stayed at this hotel for one night and had possibly the worst experience ever. The room was insanely noisy making it impossible to sleep. When asking for a room change staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. Onky bright side was that they gave me a refund

Room was very clean with staff keeping the room in great condition. The quick food service in the lobby was also very good and fast. The location was also very convenient as many restaurants were within close proximity some walking distance. The location was also very close to major them parks. The only issue was this area's traffic can get quite congested especially during work hours. We had to plan around the morning work drive and evening work drive. A very enjoyable experience overall.

Not much Lady in reception wasn't friendly or helpful. I didn't get the room I booked, because it was unavailable (what a surprise!). Instead I got another room, I asked if price remains the same, she said yes. And later when I checked my bank account, I was charged $50 more. Also she charged me for breakfast I specifically asked NOT to add. AC in room is sooo loud, had to turn it off to get some sleep. There is only blackout curtains in the room, so if you want to let some sunlight in, you will be seen from the street. Floor in the room was very dusty.

I had an amazing experience staying there. I will highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Orlando. The room was spacious. Employees were nice. Facilities were good. However, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast options. I wish they had better food choices. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

Our room was clean and spacious. Great location central to all the local amusement parks. Staff were friendly. They have a nice big pool.

The staff was accommodating. The room was very nice. I love the fact that there was always water and snacks in the lobby. This is the first time not staying on property Disney and its literally a 15 minute walk to Disney Springs.

Clean Room, Front lobby staff was great. I have lung cancer and requested a room away from others due to my coughing. I didn't want to have others hear me coughing. Outstanding breakfast buffet. A popular fully staffed Bar area. Nice pool area just an Outstanding stay! Will return and stay there the next time I'm in Disney Orlando area.

We were given room 720 which is up against the elevator. It was a long travel day and checked in around midnight. You could hear the elevator ALL night you would hear the clunking and thud noises almost every 30 or so seconds. I almost went down to complain but it was late and my 5 year old was not having it. I had to put on white noise on my phone for both of us and a PM Tylenol for me. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they’d pass it along to the manager. Terrible room with nonstop noise.

Did not use breakfast.. Staff great. Room clean. However I did not use the hotel for business this time.

The rooms are always great but the hotel front desk cannot get the check-in process correct. The last two times I had stayed have been an adventure and not a good one at check-in. This last time, they took a while to find a 1 bedroom suite, which I specifically paid for. Then once I was given the room key and went up to settle in, we received a call that we were given the wrong room because housekeeping had not cleared that room yet. So we had to collect all of our belongings and go down to first desk to get new keys. We did not even get an apology. Need to do better!

No complaints . Def fast check in. No line . Weather was bad so didn’t get to go to pool or hot tub.

Great location. Clean rooms. Every thing was nice, not fancy, not 100% perfect but great for a last minute trip at a great rate. Front desk employee was very nice, polite, and patient. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were a little soft, so I didnt sleep great, but that's personal preference. Shower is large, nice products on the wall, great water pressure with an adjustable spray.

It’s dumb they charge you extra to park. 20 dollars a day to park your car. Makes no sense

Unsure as to how safe of an environment the location is. Upon arrival customers of the hotel were in the parking lot smoking Marijuana. Not family friendly and very concerning environment to be at.

Hotel was very clean with great service

Overall a decent room for a 1-2 night stay. Especially if you plan on being out most the time. Very clean, which is the most important. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little dated. The mattresses were pretty stiff and the mini fridge was very loud and would wake up us periodically throughout the night. But again, pretty minor issues.

Hotel is in a great location. Can walk to Disney Springs i just over 20 mins. Very Clean and smells fresh. Rooms do show signs of wear and tear. Scratches dents etc. I've stayed here twice and would stay here again for the great price

Lobby is so nice and bright! Step off elevator into a dungeon! Chipped tile, peeling paint, rooms are so outdated and pretty dirty! Pool closes at 7pm? Really? Never heard of a hotel pool closing before 9pm. Air conditioner in room so loud and clunky! Bathroom is so small, shower so slippery! And the corners everywhere were filthy! Beds uncomfortable! Cmon! Do some updating!

Great hotel always return to delta hotels every time were in orlando

We booked Delta Hotels for one night since we arrived in Orlando late. Check-in was fast, but we were asked to walk back to the parking lot to put a permit on our car, which was inconvenient. Once we reached the 4th floor, the hall had a very strong, musty odor, and inside our room it was even worse, humid and unbearable. I have a medical condition, so we asked to be moved, but the hotel was fully booked. While we were at the desk, another guest complained that none of their rooms had hot water. The staff told us they couldn’t help since we booked through a 3rd party, Expedia and I needed to call them myself. Luckily, Expedia answered me right away and resolved the issue, refunded us, and rebooked us at another hotel past midnight. Delta is not a 4-star property, at best 2 stars. Poor conditions, bad odors, and unhelpful service make it a hotel I cannot recommend.

When i arrived and got out of my car, someone had taken a crap in the parking lot prior to my arrival.

Average at best. Food/drink offering looks ok on paper but in reality very poor. May be better off rethinking the model if the hotel isn’t busy enough to do food well. Air con in room would only set to freezing or off. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean but felt dated in rooms especially. Wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff members that took care of us like family. I was worried because I'm a single mom traveling with three children but they made it so easy for us and so enjoyable. I can't recommend this property enough!! We will definitely be returning!!

Very professional customer service

We liked the convenience of the location but the hotel needs some tlc, the bed backboard was peeling off, shower head was lose and elevators were dirty, our overall stay was just ok but we will not stay there again.

Ok I’ll make it Quick Because I have stayed here many time before. Went to check in early so of course my room wasn’t ready but when I went back at the correct time the roo still was not ready until 45 minutes later. Don’t offer anything I had to ask for it free breakfast from a different Front desk Agent . Reso was for a king I got there at 2 and and they still didn’t have one ready at 4 . But when they did it was right next to the elevator, and super loud lol. Second night was better but I had to get a different room with 2 beds and the wifi was terrible . Over all everyone was extremely just not the Night guys he was not to friendly I had to engage him lol he still wasn’t warm to me. The Bartender and the African American Girl and the lady in the restaurant were super helpful and great and engaging they made me feel right at home loved it . The stay could have been better for what I payed , and the room was late and there was nothing to make up for that

We love the Delta. Rooms are always super clean and the staff is great. Only downside is the over priced breakfast buffet. Next stay we will have breakfast at one of the local restaurant's.

The people are friendly and professional. The room is very large and looks clean, but is very musty smelling. I had fabreeze with me so sprayed it a couple times during our stay to deal with the smell. Please be aware they charge $20 for parking the rental car over night. I would possibly stay again, but would be sure to ask for a different room if i smelled the musty smell and not try to deal with it myself.

Super nice hotel!

Good. Beds are comfortable, rooms and gym were clean. TV in my room didn’t work, which I just wanted some background noise so it didn’t bother me. I’m sure it was an easy fix but I didn’t care to request maintenance.

Additionally, tried to use the restaurant around 10:00 pm. Front desk said they were still open, but when I swung by, two employees were at the kitchen doing cleaning. I knocked the door, called them, waited for 15 min and nothing….they closed and left. They even came outside to say it was closed. Vey poor customer service.

Bathroom is small, shower head was old and water did not pour out properly. Location is a bit inconvenient needing u-turns to get to most destinations with heavy traffic on a busy street.

Only happens to me. When I arrived flushed the toilet and didn’t work. But it was fixed in under a half hour. Thanks to the maintenance man.

Every staff member went above and beyond in terms of friendliness as well as graciousness. Beautifully spotless room . The bed was super comfy too. The pool area of course was clean and the grounds very clean and pretty.

Inside the hotel was well decorated and clean. The rooms were ok. Carpet in the room could use a steam clean and the vinyl headboards on the bed were torn...not the material that should be used for a headboard. The bathroom was very nice except our shower handle was about to fall off. The outside of the hotel was very dull and unappealing. Could use a nice bright paint job.The area was busy and a bit noisy due to the fact the hotel is right next to other buildings. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of spaces. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. Very friendly and professional!

The room was quite small, which only bothered me in the bathroom. I hit my elbow on the vanity while using the toilet on 2 occasions due to the tight space. The hot tub and pool were nice. The breakfast had plenty of options.

Good hotel

My reservation confirmation said we would be in a junior suite, but we were not given one. Wasn’t a big deal, but just saying that happened. I don’t think hotels where you are staying should charge $20 to park there though. That being said, the room was fine, and the gentleman working the front desk was nice.
