    It is on an extremely busy thoroughfare with racing and loud mufflers sll night and morning. Alot of small inexpensive fixes in the room not done.

    Amazing location! Got tons of fast food nearby and a little bar not to far down! Staff is super sweet! And the rooms and pool are very clean! Definitely stay here if you want comfortable!

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed by the included breakfast to just be waffles and some pastries and juice. I've stayed at Days inns before and they've had a much more extensive breakfast. Room was very clean other than a few spots here or there. Only complaint was mother-in-law had to call The desk due to people being in the pool at 3:00 a.m.. you think they would take care of that themselves.

    Did not like anything about this place. It's in a sketchy area. Homeless people hanging out. Dark parking lot. The room was not that clean. Smelled of chemicals and mold. The room felt very damp. Would not recommend this place, nor stay again.

    The room was clean. The place is old and it shows. The heat/air conditioning was noisy all night. The walls are thin and we heard a toddler crying most of the night. I had to ask for an ice bucket as there was none in the room. The dresser drawers were falling apart. There was no place to hang towels. No hotel or area information in the room. Think twice about staying here.

    Nothing The hot water I left running for 15 minutes and it still didn’t get hot. I finally took a rag bath. When I checked out. The front desk said ,” you have to let it run for 30 minutes, the hot water heater is on the e third floor”. Why would o book a hotel stay and not be able to shower!

    The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, the room was missing a smoke detector, there was a door to the adjoining room which the lock was broken, the front door did not lock tight enough for 2 women and 2 kids. Too many men checking in. Only saw one female (the receptionist). There also doing work on the building so the entire first floor was vacant. To creepy and too old for us. The elevator looked to be falling apart too. Couldn't bring myself to stay, our sixth sense was exploding. Moved to the doubletree. Women please stay away!!!

    Property looks like buildings abandoned, Staff didn’t know where my room was located and mention that his manager has assign people to rooms than don’t exist. Room was dirty. Furniture was broken and fridge was rusted including some of the furniture. Wanted to leave and go somewhere else but just drove 4 hours and could not drive anymore. Property needs to be demolish and build new one. Would not recommend to stay here

    Rick was an absolute GEM! my room door got locked at 2am when me and my friends went out for the night and returned. APPARENTLY there’s certain rooms that lock up when it gets cold so MAKE SURE TO ASK WHAT ROOM YOU HAVE. Rick ever so kindly got the door open for us and thankfully we were let in. The beds were extremely comfortable and i loved the mirror, my ONLY “complaint” is that the amenities aren’t modern. Specifically, the shower pressure wasn’t my favorite and it takes forever to heat up BUT besides that i had a great stay!

    You can throw a cat through the room door crack, looks like someone kicked in the door, shaky room security. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, warped. Very little hot water at the sink, shower worked but not great water pressure, won’t win any awards. Overall place needs TLC. But for $70 a night near the airport it worked for one night. Cleaning lady was kind but couldn’t speak a lick of English. TV channels were very poor selection and hard to operate. Internet worked good. Coffee maker but no coffee in the room. Room number was 118 if anyone cares.

It worked for the purpose we needed, a place for 5 hours of sleep but not a place i would ever stay again.

    Claim to be renovating, but all the pallets of construction materials in the front parking lot are old, plywood peeling apart, the tarps are all degraded. So, it must be a REALLY slow renovation. The check in person was very personable, she helped me feel made like it would be ok. But, at the room. The door had been kicked in, so the lock didn't really work well. There was a 3/4" gap under the door. The floor was really filthy, I kept my shoes on. Really bad mold smell. All the furniture was worn and beat up. I dont mind a little lived in, I forgive a lot. But, I am not exaggerating when I say that the swivel office chair looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. It was actually covered in rust and caked on filth. I didnt want to touch it, let alone sit in it. I have never seen anything like it in a hotel before. There were black smoke marks coming out of the electrical outlets. -thats never good. The toilet seat was broken and so old and worn out. There was dried pee on the floor by the toilet. There was no hot water, couldn't bring myself to use the shower anyways. Now, I support small business owners. I dont want to leave bad reviews and cause anyone hardship, but this place needs an honesty audit and overhaul.

You could literally hear everything and they continued to go in and out of the room and you could hear the door slamming. I called the front desk and nobody fixed the situation. The next morning I hat to have the remaining night cancelled and refunded. The lady at the front desk apologized and said he need to call the manager at 10 am and he will process the refund. I called back at 10 am and the person was so rude and told me there is nothing they can do and that they will not refund me the money. He told me that I have to call Expedia and that whatever the lady at the front desk told me was not correct. Luckily Expedia has the best customer service support and was able to resolve the situation and give me a refund.

    I’m sorry, but the only good thing about this place was the staff, they were courteous and kind all the time. But the place it’s awful, it’s old , moldy, very deteriorated rooms , dirty carpets , cracked wood, old lamps , dusty curtains, and of course they have roaches.     If you’re a local, be aware that you’re no longer allowed to book at this location — at least, that’s what I was told by the receptionist, Maria. There was no 24-hour notice, no accommodations, nothing. They simply took my money and casually told me I couldn’t extend my already paid reservation. Property had construction materials, bins and huge storage containers everywhere making parking limited and property unsitely. Roaches seen at the waffle bar and in our room. Carpet felt wet/damp all the time, AC was just okay.

Breakfast over by 9am, could extend the hours a bit longer. Traffic at this location is a bit rough, morning & rush hour. Upside, I would stay here again. Close to a lot of places to grab a quick bite and shopping. Close to the airport and the booking price for this place through a hotel app ( not the hotel ) should save you a few bucks. If you don't mind a few things needing an upgrade then this place will do. Clean beds, pillows & sheets, bathroom looked new. 3 1/2 ~ 4 stars I'd give it for the other areas mentioned.

    We received no prior notification of the pool closure, nor were we given any type of discount for lack of use. We were not even permitted to sit on the outdoor furniture in the pool area. The breakfast was mediocre: waffle maker did not heat up enough to thoroughly cook the waffles. The other options were apples, yogurt, and an assortment of muffins. The room was in dire need of upkeep: our socks were filthy within minutes. The carpet is beyond needing cleaned…it needs replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet seat was loose; both were fixed when we reported it. The shower hardly had pressure, so the shower head was replaced. The full length mirror on the bathroom door was very old & barely hanging on to the door. With as few guests that appeared to be at the hotel, the rooms should have been staggered a bit to eliminate any neighbor noise. Neighbor phone conversations could clearly be heard. The telephones did not function & ours was filthy so we wouldn’t have touched it anyway! There was a notice at the check in desk that the phones were not working. There was no cable tv, just wifi (YouTube etc). We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many places. This ranks the lowest and we do not recommend it and we will never stay here again.

    It was horrible they did nothing for me i checked into my room No TV phone was broken they switch me to another room i had no service on the tv even when being switched to another room i had to go to sleep counting sheeps horrible i do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotels they have better hotel room in the vicinity please do not even think of staying at this hotel its a horrible hotel HORRIBLE.....

    This particular hotel needs to step up on the breakfast. The only thing I see this hotel serve for breakfast is muffins. The average price for the stay should have more food options, especially in this new era. UCF Days Inn near Boardwalk has more food options. Also water pressure for the showers needs to be checked.

    I first walked into the lobby to a woman yelling at the attendant stating that she had already paid and was trying to show the man her bank account where the charge went through but continued to push her phone away from him stating that if she wants a room she will have to pay, the woman looked at me and showed me that she paid and asked do you see the charge? I said yes. He immediately told her and her kids to wait outside and told me to sit down in the lobby, I told him that I would rather stand because I had just been sitting in the car for 6 hours, he told me I can stand in the back against the wall. 30 min goes by he calls me up to check me in, tells me that my room was not paid for and I made sure he looked at my phone so that he could see that it already came out of my account and told him I was not paying for it again. We exchanged words and he immediately apologized and stated that he was looking at the wrong account, I went to my room to find out that the fridge and the tv did not work and there were holes in the walls and broken fixtures, I went and asked for a new room but was told they had no more availability. So knowing I was only staying one night I would just go to sleep… I was up all night because of people screaming and commotion happening outside. The room was filthy, the staff were insanely rude, tv didn’t work, fridge did not work, and they didn’t offer breakfast even though they advertise with reasoning “due to staffing issues”

    This was hands down the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in. When I arrived I learned the pool and the hot tub wasn’t working. But when I called I was told yes it’s working fine. That’s the only reason we stayed there because we had a 2 days football tournament and I thought it would be good to recover and relax at the pool and hot tub after the first days games to get ready for the next days games. We get to the room and the TV didn’t work and their wasn’t a remote. I told the front desk guy only to be told i don’t know either. The shower didn’t work either it literally had 2 streams dripping out of the shower head. To top it off when going to bed when we moved the sheets in one bed there was fecal matter smeared on the inside sheets of the beds. It was absolutely disgusting don’t ever stay here!!

    Exterior and rear parking area was dirty and very unattractive. Front exterior was well lit and cleaner. Front lobby and breakfast area was very clean and bright. We did not eat the breakfast provided because we got up late. When we went in to check in the night before there was a heated discussion going on between the host and a guest that had just arrived to check in and when we returned to the lobby approximately 1 1/2 hours later she and her children were still in the lobby and hadn’t gotten there room yet. We had to change from our first room because the door would not lock from the outside so we couldn’t lock it when we went to eat. The second room was fine and we had a very restful night. The pool was closed for renovation and there were several people in the lobby complaining because the tv service was out which wasn’t important to us anyway. Overall the accommodations and stay was ok. The facility is in need of being updated and cleaned up.

    I walked in and was told I didn't smell good and to leave. It was cold outside and after I had paid in full for my room was told to get out and I could not call my Uber from the lobby. The front desk representative then proceeds to call the police on me. Horrible experience service was terrible. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. No smell should allow someone to turn you away. This is illegal treatment. I then did not get an instant refund and slept in the airport .

    We liked that it was close to our car rental. Our room was close to the front of the hotel and the road noise was extreme. The sheets on the bed were too short. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a musty smell. It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower.

    Meh hotel. Many claims online about shuttle serivce- does not offer shuttle to/from airport! Also did not answer multiple phone calls when I tried to confirm availability of transport from airport- which it appears to offer online, and the reason I booked the hotel. Would not recommend.

    We had rust in the bathtub and were not able to take a shower after driving back from me beach! And we had dried up vomit on the fridge door! I told front desk about it and they didn't do anything, didn't even come to look at it! Very noisy, woke up twice during the night from all the noise from other people on the hotel premises!

    We arrived for this reservation and pulled up to a building that looked completely deserted. The grounds were poorly maintained and scraggly. In the lobby we were told no rooms were yet available and we'd have to wait. Glad that happened because as I wondered around the lobby and used the restroom I had seen enough. Piles of personal laundry on luggage carts, suitcases piled in the trash, filthy bathroom where the toilet flooded, etc. We left. Horrible experience for us.

    Room was a bit musty or damp smelling; I don't know maybe this is a FL thing? Bed was super comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty basic and not well stocked so I wouldn't rely on this. Otherwise, room was fine for a short stay without breaking the bank.

    Check in went great easy and fast, my room was in need of an update, it had a funny smell, Tv isn’t work ( Wi-Fi not connected) ripped carpet, missing vent on the ac/heating unit, the hotel is in the process of remodeling, which I feel that should have been told to us during booking the pictures online wasn’t what we saw when we got to the hotel, and the price we paid for the two days was to much.

    The hotel is old and musty. That place is in need of many upgrades and modifications. It could definitely use some modernization as well. The guy that checked me Tuesday night was very unfriendly and was also extremely rude. He started by ignoring me to walking away while I was trying to get information. His name is Juan and I have seen other references about him, in the reviews, that mentioned that exact same thing. I was told by a different staff member that they have had many complaints about him that were related to the same issues that I have stated here. That is really unfortunate to allow him to be employed at this establishment.

    The first room they put me in the door didn’t lock. The second one had a hairdryer that was shorting out and smoking. If I would have kept to on it would have caught fire. I unplugged it and took it off the wall so they would replace it. Smoked up the room!
