The room appears clean but there was dirt all along the walls and corners/trim. The towels and sheets appeared to have been washed but had the appearance of being dirty. Tv didn’t change channels. Parking lot had holes in the payment and stairs were not well maintained. Was much different/worse than pictured.

Location was good with local food options, easy expressway access. Pool was a handy option. A little tired, but clean.

For the Hotel owner/leadership: This review is intended as constructive feedback and not criticism. One thing the hotel appears to be doing well is maintaining a strong advertising presence and generating bookings through its marketing efforts. A potential long-term strategy would be to dedicate a portion of those booking revenues to an ongoing renovation fund. Even if renovations begin one room at a time, each completed room could be marketed as "recently remodeled" and potentially command a slightly higher rate. This approach could create a positive reinvestment cycle: upgraded rooms generate additional revenue, which funds further renovations, eventually allowing for larger improvements, including exterior updates. Over time, these enhancements could improve guest satisfaction, strengthen reviews, and increase repeat business. As the property continues to improve, some of the current operational policies—such as requiring guests to notify the office before checking out early—may become less necessary and could instead be incorporated into standard booking terms and conditions.

Nothing I didn't like the fact the sheets were discussing, bathroom was super dirty I didn't even want to touch anything. Everything was unsanitary. The area was unsafe and ghetto.

Zero. Nothing. Absolutely a horrible experience. I did not spend the night, it was that bad. I ended up having to get another hotel. People hanging out slide their rooms drinking smoking on lounge chairs. Dirty room. Dirty sheets (I have pictures of them. )Staff was unbelievably rude once I told them I couldn’t stay in my room. Front desk actually said, ‘I don’t care about you’. The bathroom had hair in the sink. The old nasty caulking on tub was torn apart and parts were black… gross.

For what I needed it, it was great. I just needed a place to sleep since it was work related. The only issue was, there was not hot water but staff was extremely helpful and offered me a full refund but I declined it and stayed. Overall, good!

The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke; the keys didn't work, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was a lack of security, and we were nearly mugged in the parking lot. I paid for a rate that I didn't even use.

Ice machine on 1st floor broken, doors in room sticking, breakfast was cereal not even toast - toaster broken, and in a shaky neighborhood.

Convenience to Kia Center I was discriminated against by Sam the front desk lady.

Breakfast was only cereal. Close to Camping World so that was helpful. They charged an extra $104.95 to my cc after I fully paid that they said would be refunded. Its been 6 days and one phone call and they still haven't refunded. Having to dispute the charge. Extra headache.

Took 45 minutes to check in. 1 person on the desk. Line out the door. Hot water was not working. Said they were working on it but still not working next morning. It was close to where we needed to go but it is definitely dated and worn down. Not much choice for breakfast but was better than nothing. The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the ac worked well. Bed was comfortable. If you just need a cheap place to sleep in downtown Orlando it fits the bill. Just don't expect much

The 3 nights I was there not I or any other guests in the hotel had hot water for showering. Charged full price as I and other guests were not discounted on the price for this very important amenity. Terrible way to run a hotel if you are expecting return business.

Even if everything was working and was well run at this hotel I really couldn't recommend this hotel. The price for this hotel is attractive because, quite frankly, it's inconvenient to everything - not theme parks, not downtown - really nothing. And it's in the hood. Careful, those are facts. That said, I'm sure when then hot water is working it's a fine hotel with clean rooms and at least one front desk clerk doing his job and then some

It was close to Orlando. We didn't have to pay for parking. Not much to like. The room is worn out. locks on doors loose and questionable. TV didn't work. shower valve had to be played with to get water, not even sure there was hot. missing drawer in the dresser, which allowed a good look at the filth and debri for years gone buy, evidence of construction repairs under the airconditioner and under the cushion of the only chair in the room. The adjoining door to the room next door was loose and had no weatherseal, so we could hear the conversations and be overwelmed smoke that others were obviously enjoying.

This was a flashback from something out of the movies, the lobby was clean looking the staff seem very uninterested in being there. He mumbled everything to me I had to asked several times to repeat his questions and answers just during check in. No elevator so I took my bag up the stairs myself. As I’m walking to the room you can smell the stench of weed. I arrived to my room as I’m looking in the window I notice dirty quips and tissues in the window. The door was also jimmied at one time. The keys didn’t work so I had to go back down. Once on the room I was shocked that it had a very clean microwave and refrigerator. The 1st bed the sheets were dirty or permanently stained. The 2nd bed 2 out 3 pillows were dirty, 1 with red makeup and the other looked like it fell on the dusty floor. The bathroom, I didn’t have enough cleaning supplies to throughly clean to want to use the toilet or shower. Air conditioning was loud but worked. The lamps had so much dusty grime on them I don’t think the outlets would’ve worked. I l checked out and went elsewhere.

It’s an older property that’s reasonably well maintained. A few notes about our stay.. Room: The frame of the king size bed wasn’t properly secured resulting in one side dipping quite low when weight applied. This is a disability access room, so that could be a serious issue Bed itself was comfortable tho! No in-room coffee maker No facial tissue in the room Only one small bar of soap The property: One room facing the parking lot had a broken window covered with plastic sheeting & caution tape Several utility (??) covers along the sidewalk were missing- resulting in an openings each several inches in diameter, and 1-2 inches deep - easily a trip hazard Breakfast: only coffee, cold cereal, yogurt, and apples Would we stay again? Yes. Affordable, clean, comfortable, close to downtown

When I first pulled to the hotel looks like nothing like the photos here ! I check in the lobby and look abandon but continued the process they stated from the hours of 11pm to 7 am there no receptionist to help so you cannot loose your card if you do you won’t get back in second towel bed sheets you need to bring them to the lobby and they give you new ones … so went up to the room and had trouble getting in so went out and when I went to bed I notice a roach but didn’t think nothing of it then I saw on the bed and I had a pair of sneakers and when I turn on my left iPhone light the sneakers was full of 100 hundreds of ROCHES bathroom desk walls MY CLOTHES beds etc and I left and booked a hotel elsewhere … that place was infested with roaches don’t not booked it abandoned hotel worse service ever ! Never again disgusting place ! WARNING DONT BOOKED IT

My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, very disappointing and did not meet even basic expectations. While the room itself was passable, although the sockets did not work,the overall experience was let down by several factors—most notably the breakfast offering. The breakfast was particularly substandard and lacked both quality and variety. The options were limited to unhealthy choices such as white bread and overly sweet, sugar-packed preserves. There were no whole-grain or nutritious alternatives available. The cereal selection was equally poor, consisting only of highly processed, sugary varieties. To make matters worse, the only milk option provided was whole milk, with no alternatives such as low-fat or plant-based options for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, at times, uncomfortable due to the overall atmosphere and level of service. One of the most concerning issues was the behavior of the staff. I overheard employees using foul and unprofessional language while speaking with guests, which created an unwelcoming and inappropriate environment. This is not what you expect from a place that is supposed to provide hospitality and comfort. The service overall was poor, with little attention to guest needs or basic professionalism. During check-in, the attendant was wearing food-service style gloves, which felt out of place and raised questions about hygiene practices rather than reassuring them. Additionally, the general environment around the property was not well managed. There were groups of guests sitting on the pavement outside, which contributed to a disorganized and uncomfortable first impression. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here based on the lack of professionalism and overall atmosphere.

It was obvious what still needed to be upgraded. NO BED BUGS. Which is most important. A/C worked great. Shower water could have been hotter. The water was tepid. Staff were extremely friendly. Even with booking online you still needed to check in & out at the desk.

Price is good, location is good too since it's minutes close to downtown. Room & bathroom NEED RENOVATIONS ASAP! If not all rooms are like this, then we got the nastiest room there. Our room was very old, furniture old, smelled like mold, curtains old and nasty. AC too, sink outside of bathroom was extremely old and broken, safe was rusted old metal, bathroom was in really bad shape, toilet leaked water on bottom side when flushed. The tub was slippery and showerhead was spraying water everywhere, really small bathroom where toilet is. TV did not turn on at all, we tried from control and manually. All the electrical wiring was old dusty and seemed dangerous to touch, two lamps did not turn on. Towels were hard and nasty, stained with what seemed like blood (brown substance color) Beds were very small, though it states full size, they're more like a twin size, pillows are small, filled to the brim with a hard substance, squared. The room wasn't dirty but not clean either. Not a place I'd recommend for family stays. Pool was there, seemed ok, but water just looked dirty. Not one person in the pool there and there were young adults and some kids in the hotel. Breakfast was continental, did not make it there, it was set in front desk where there's barely any space for anything, literally. Do not recommend for a family for even one night. Pictures look very different than what the room we stayed in looked like!

We stayed for a few days. The staff was super nice and the room was clean. The amenities could do with a little improvement, but we had a positive overall experience.

The room was severely in need of renovations... everything was old, used and nasty. Will never stay in a Days Inn again. The company should wake up and start a serious renovation & stop renting rooms of this quality for the price I paid... this was a $30 room at best and I paid over a $100. If I wasn`t so exhausted after my day, I would have went to another hotel, and gladly paid more for an up to date room. I will be spreading the word about this place. If I were you, I would close this hotel down and start renovating from the ground up!

Night clerk was passive aggressive. Air conditioning was less than desirable. Trash was found behind TV stand/cabinet. Area was not inviting. Only stayed one night but will not return.

The rooms booked were not available at the time of check-in. Then I was offered rooms w/ beds that weren't comparable which I declined. After a short while I was eventually given two new rooms, however upon going to the room it was already occupied. The staff was unprofessional and apathetic.

The first room had exposed electrical outlets, excessive late-night staff noise, and an uncomfortable incident involving someone attempting to access the room. The second room was unsanitary, with used bathroom trash, cockroaches, and water leakage from above. A third room was also unclean, with used beds and wet towels, and staff were unprofessional when I raised concerns. Due to these ongoing issues, I ultimately checked out early. A refund for the incident was denied, if I could rate this hotel 0, I would. They shouldn’t be in this platform at all.

I had a roof over my head and the air conditioner worked. The hotel didn’t have many options for breakfast. Cereal and toast and yogurt. The room wasn’t exactly “clean.” Floors were dirty and the vanity had a strange black substance on the lights. There was at least one bug spotted in the room. The pillows are very small and square. The beds were double sized, and I guess it’s on me for thinking that would be sufficient for a family of four. Rooms open to the outside world. It’s a motel more than a hotel.

The staffs are wonderful, the property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was such a miserable experience, by the time you go get something to eat it’s all gone.

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The room had cockroaches. Needless to say, I did not stay the three full nights. They are refusing to refund my money or at least give me a partial refund for the two nights I did not use- services they did not rendered. Also, there is no breakfast available.

I booked this Days Inn in Orlando specifically because it was advertised as smoke-free. What a joke. In the middle of the night, I woke up to my entire room filled with the strong smell of marijuana. I eventually realized people were smoking right in the corridor as if it were completely normal. The next morning, I called the front desk to report it. Instead of any concern, I was given some vague excuse about it being “medicinal on certain days.” Seriously? That’s supposed to justify smoke invading a supposedly smoke-free hotel? Absolutely unacceptable. And that was after dealing with a filthy room. The place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, the bathroom was old and covered in buildup and lime, and the tub looked like it hadn’t seen bleach in years. I felt uncomfortable even using it. To make things worse, the breakfast was ridiculous. The options were basically bread, cereal, and a terrible coffee — and calling that coffee is generous. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was also extremely unpleasant; some people were talking loudly and having completely inappropriate conversations for a shared dining space. It felt chaotic and poorly supervised. Between the dirty room, the overwhelming smell of smoke, the dismissive response from the staff, and the miserable breakfast setup, this stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Paint splatter everywhere, no remote for the tv, no trashcan, the handle in the tub was broken, the humidty in the room was terrible i wouldnt be surprised if theres mold, the dresser/cabinet door was broken, the bathroom door didnt close all the way, the front door didnt sit flush, there was a gap where the front door bolt was where you could see right into the room.

The room was atrocious. There was gum on the bedside table, stained bedsheets, stuff on the floor, hair on the shower wall, the electrical was hanging off the wall, the door didn’t shut properly, and to top it all off - a DEAD ROACH was on the floor. I was stuck 1,400 miles away from home with no other access to another hotel room so I had to stick it out. I’m not happy with the quality hotels.com provided with their hotels on their website nor their customer service of telling me it’s out of their hands to help me obtain a refund even though I booked through them to avoid things like this. I paid money to feel unsafe and unclean.

There was no coffee at the breakfast, the fridge in our room did not seal properly, and the floors were very dirty. They also did not give us new towels each day. The towels were very stained which is very off putting on white.

The room was fine but when I showered and then came to bed, nothing there was water flooding from under the floor next to bathroom. I guess bad pumping.

We had 4 rooms before we had a decent room. They had cockroaches, The sheets were dirty, and there was no hot water at the sinks.

The staff were great, the room had a funky smell. Like a mop that has been in a bucket that was sitting it for a year. The mattress was like a mattress that was found outside on a curb.

I would skip this hotel. My room had two dead big palmetto roaches, the room smelled, toilet top was broken, breakfast was unappetizing. I had to change rooms, next room I was given was mediocre to say the least. I was offered a 10% discount refund, so far I didn’t get.

Easy check in and clean area

I stayed one night for a concert at the stadium the price was right although the Uber man didn’t particularly like the hotel and told me to be leery of the kind of people that stay there, but while I was there, it was just people attending the stadium concert so I was comfortable the hotel is very very old, but it was clean. The room was very, very clean and comfortable.

The room looked clean. Their was a spider on one of the beds when I arrived. There were roaches on the floor and in the tub. The sick was slow to drain. The room smelled. And the towels, pillow cases were dirty

This hotel was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed in my 50 years of life. All of the amenities listed on site were missing, especially a coffee pot of all things. Check-in was a nightmare as they had one person that barely was able to handle his job and his name was Juan. Thankfully, we were only there to sleep for the night in a few hours, but it was not a pleasant experience at all. The hotel room was old and the bathroom was moldy along with a broken toilet. I would never ever consider staying in a place like this again. Thank goodness it was cheap that I don’t feel like I lost out on that much money. But then again cheap means very poor conditions.

This by far was the worst location I have stayed at and I’m not picky. Checked out after first night. First off, it took 45 to check in. They were aware of the event happening and wanted to charge $50.00 for early check in, so the rush of everyone at 3pm caused the long check in. There was only one employee the first 20 minutes then a second came in. It was a long dreadful process. For the room, very outdated. I cracked my ankle of pet of the bed that was sticking out and the TV didn’t work. To say the least, I would NOT recommend. Also, not in the best neighborhood.

Check in was TERRIBLE! Everyone at the hotel was there for a concert nearby and no one was allowed to check in early so when 3pm rolled around it took about 90 minutes for up to get checked in and we were only in the middle of the line. Recent paint inside and outside which was nice but no top sheet on the beds and the TV didn’t work. Also no hot water. Will not be back for our next Camping World concert.

My guest and I didn’t feel safe at this property. All it took was a walk into the lobby. This probably the worst place I have been. I am a travel agent and will NEVER recommend a Days Inn by Marriott. I was charged for a stay that I didn’t stay. This charge should be reversed and refunded.

They guy at the desk was polite and friendly. That is where the positive stops. I should have know since he informed me that TV's were to remain in the room. There were roaches in the bathroom, the room smelled like a mix between stale cigarettes and despair. There was rust, poor drywall patch jobs, etc. I am glad I was only there one night. The midnight parking lot activity was also sus. And I know because every time I rolled over the bed squeaked loud enough to wake me up. We did not stick around for breakfast.

The place was horrible. Room next to ours was completely smashed. Got in our room. Went to the bathroom. Roach was crawling up the wall. The toilet was broken. No water pressure in the room. Cigarette burns all over the non smoking room covers. And despite them having security on premises, some baser, hooker, or a combination of both was knocking on our door at 2:45am. DO NOT GO TO THIS DAYS INN.

If I could give -5 stars I would. This is an utter hell hole. Disgusting room, so unsafe, and the towel guy tried to enter our room after only knocking twice when we had a do not disturb sign. The only nice thing was the amazing front desk lady. She was a sight for sore eyes after the experience we had. The place is crawling with horrible people and we even found a pube in our bathtub. Stains on the floor, inside safe wasnt operating. An absolute nightmare. I understand you get what you pay for and that our stay was relatively short and cheap compared to the majority. But it was an experience where I feared for my safety. Its a good thing Florida allows us to bear arms. That towel guy almost met his maker when he tried to force himself into our room.

We stayed here on the way to our disney trip as we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night since we got to orlando an night early and our disney hotel wasnt available yet. While i didnt expect or need anything fancy, i at least wanted clean and comfortable. This place was so nasty. The pictures on hotel.com were 100% off and decieving. We walked in to complete grossness. And ROACHES. Yes i said it, roaches. Black hair on the bathroom floor that didnt belong to us. The lamps on the table looked like they hadnt been wiped in a cantury. The whole place felt sticky, door lock didn't work...need i go on? I was so disgusted. I cannot understand how we had to pay $125 to stay in filth. I will be fighting to get some money back as this was the WORST experience and place ive ever stayed at. Horrible job days inn!!!!

My room was dirty. Used q-tips on the floor around the toilet. Thick dust around the door and around the floor edges. There were no washcloths in the room. There was no shower floor towel. The shower water would not get hot. The front desk staff was rude when I tried to get my $100 cash deposit back. He wanted me to sign the form saying that I got my money back before I actually received it. When he saw that I was not going to sign the form until I got my money, he threw a $100 bill across the counter to me.

Property is extremely run down. Ended up checking out just after check in and booking another hotel room a few miles away. We found problems with the toilet, floor tiles were broken and stained. It was also missing a shower curtain.

We took an Uber to and from the hotel and both drivers said the hotel is notorious for prostitution. The pictures on Hotels.com do NOT represent the condition of the hotel.

It was cleaner and better cared for than most older motels. The pool was pristine. Multiple HBO channels, USP charging stations and an actually quiet HVAC unit.

Great stay like always , I stayed earlier in the month of Feb and at the end of the month from New England and it’s always a great stay.

Very clean Room. The Room was accessiblle as i have mobility issues. The Bed was very comfortable. Nice location, with many shops & Restaurants.

This was horrible place to stay at. Someone had an extra key to our room and they tried to get into the room but the door top latch was over and they were unable to get all the way in. People were selling drugs in the rooms next to us. We also had to switch rooms bc the air did not work.

Was there for 45 minutes male two male house keepers almost busted in the room during an intimate moment to give us towels that should have already been in the room. Front desk seemed noticeably depressed and unhappy to be at work.

I saw roaches, the toilet didnt fully work, the room was kinda dirty on the floor. The staff didnt know what to do when i did the check in. There were like 4 people when i did the check in and it took like 15 mins… I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The hotel itself was great for the price and served its purpose very well. It is smack dab in the middle of a questionable area. If it was my only option I might return but only as a last resort.

Get in the hotel late thinking that my room will be available since it was already paid for. But wasn't they give a room not with the king bad as i requested and paid for. Very disappointed. Do not recomend to no-one.

The property seemed to be in disrepair. What was done was done poorly. AC was extremely noisy. Had a lamp that didn’t work. Most of the receptacles were worn out. While trying to settle in we had a knock at the door and when I answered I was propositioned. And to top it all off the water while not fully cold was very far from hot. We normally have good luck with Days inn but this one was very disappointing. The only thing I can say was at least it was only for one nite. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else.

We reserved a 2nd floor room, which was confirmed with our reservation confirmation. When we checked in we were given a 1st floor room which was not mentioned or explained. When we questioned this and showed them our confirmation we were unapologetically told “that’s all we have”. Not sure why you allow reservations for a specific type of room if they may not be available. This wasn’t a “request of available” but indicated that was the type of room we reserved. Not impressed.

The pictures published in the website are not the same in the reality. It serms like a scam! Only the lobby, the breakfast are and the Pool are real. The room and the bathroom were so dirty, with stains, rusty accesories and unhealthy! I booked for 2 nigjts and we only stay for 1 night because we arrived at midnight from the parks. Do not stay in this hotel. It will ruin your trip. It’s cheap but dirty. The manager never showed up! They don’t care if you leave and/or you are complaining!

I’m going to start with the front desk. The clerk was not friendly at all. Nasty demeanor. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. The room was disgusting. Shower rod falling off the wall. Shower head falling off as well. The tub had a dirt ring and dead roaches. The outside was loud and GHETTO. We only stayed to sleep a couple hours and leave otherwise I would have wanted a refund and changed hotels. DO NOT stay here. HORRIBLE experience.

I have never stayed at a hotel so terrible in my life! I don't know who gave them false reviews online but it was a total disaster!!!!! Right before we went to bed the HEATER went out! Called the receptionist he said he was coming to check it! Fell asleep the guy never showed up so now we are COLD! Went to speak to the manager and he was more concerned about running his report. He would not check the heater until after we checked out! And I'm positive the manager didn't check it then! I requested a partial refund! I'm sure I will never get it! DAYS INN has really fallen off! I will be contacting the corporate office!

Very dirty, lots of damage in room, bathtub faucet falling off, hairdryer falling off wall. Housekeeping kept coming and taking the towels, but not leaving any new ones or taking trash. Did nothing in the room bit take the towels. Nothing on the free breakfast but toast and cereal. Unsafe area. Staff was friendly though

This property was filthy, and I took photographs of the bathroom floor, where it looked as though someone had had explosive diarrhea on the floor and it had never been cleaned up. In addition to that there were live cockroaches in the room. The property would not give me my incidental deposit back. They said I would have to wait five days

Was generally unclean upon entering and cockroach was present (dead) laying in the sink area. Chose this hotel as was near and event (walking distance <1hr) as would not be able to secure ride after event - got what was paid for. Would not recommend to stay for multiple days unless tight on $.

Don't trust the reviews here that give one star. The building is old - yes, were there waterbugs - yes. But the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, there is a huge parking lot and quick entry and exit to the highway. I can't say for sure about the breakfast, I slept until late all these days) The perfect location for EDC Orlando. For this budget you definitely won't get better! I'll book for next year too.

We didn’t even get to stay there, someone pulled a gun on one of our friends, that was staying there when we got back, not a good area and didn’t offer any refund, took all the money, stay away from this spot lol
