Beds were super comfy. Loved the balcony in our room. We spent a lot of time out there. Bar staff at night was a bit rude but front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Pool was cold at night but felt good after walking all day. Would come and stay again.

Asif was so friendly and went above and beyond for anything i needed and gave me free late checkout, Precious was super warm and kind, and Arracli made breakfast so fun, chatting to everyone:) Location was amazing and rooms were really spacious and clean. (Full length mirror in the bedroom for the girlies wanting to take pics before heading to Disney! Nothing, it was a basic and convenient hotel and amazing value for money, just no wow factor

We've stayed here many times, but they seemed to have updated the beds and they were rock hard (also had fulls instead of the queens booked). Might not return due to hard beds. I've never liked the barn door on the bathroom.

Very disappointed. I specifically use the filter " breakfast included" when searching for the hotel but the room selected was apparently not including the breakfast. On top of that I was given a room without a balcony which was at the 2nd floor and it was very dark inside, no natural light. I will never evenr go back to that hotel.

The room itself felt grimy, when I walked in it felt like it was just stale air, the floor and carpets felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and I ended up wearing socks to not feel like I was walking on a dirty floor. The sheets at the very least looked clean but also just felt grimy, ironically the hotel itself felt and looked clean but my room just felt dirty. I would’ve said something when I was there but I only stayed for 1 night and didn’t want to gamble moving to another room just for it to feel equally or more grimy

I liked the pool, and the staff. It was lacking a hot tub. They only provided very basic tv programming. You cannot log into your streaming services unless you bring your own device.

Clean room with lots of space, helpful staff, great outdoor pool area. Close proximity to Disney Springs, only took us around 20 minutes to walk there.

The breakfast is basically continental but you pay for it. Which is fine I knew the that the breakfast was not free but did not know it was basically continental. Then charged 18% services charge on top. Breakfast for 3 was $75. I am sorry am I I the alone one that thinks if you are going to charge me that much for breakfast I shouldn’t have to make my own waffle and fill my own glass, especially if you are charging me a 18% service charge.

Charged $20 resort fee. Water slide was shut down the entire time we were there. Staff unwilling to do anything about it. Stay away from their low stated internet rate. EVERYTHING IS AN EXTRA CHARGE. Parking $20. Resort fee $20. TOTAL SCAM. Booking.com is COMPLICIT with the scam.

nothing. My son fell off the bed in his sleep and busted his head open on the dresser that’s against the bed. We immediately ran down stairs to get an emergency first aide kit and we were told they didn’t have one. Upon questioning and arguing why a hotel didn’t have one , the staff at the desk said go up to your room and I will bring it to you, 15 mins go by we call the front desk to see if they have any idea when they are coming to know what are next step is, they put us on hold for another 10 mins. They didn’t take my son’s busted open head as any concern and did not care to help in the slightest bit.

The pool advertised heated with a fire pit. No fire pit and the heater was broken

No locking door on bathroom, just a flimsy barn door attached to a piece of plywood, not attached very well, $20 for parking and pool fee on top of $100 security deposit, musty odor in room, half sized pillows, dog barking for hours obviously left unattended, and the kicker was being told we'd have to pay for an extra breakfast buffet for our kid even though we had a room reservation for 3 and was told breakfast was included. Just felt nickel and dimed to death for subpar amenities. Just an outdated hotel that needs some renovating, staff was friendly.

Always a great stay at this property. It’s well maintained and a beautiful lobby area and rooms. The bar and restaurant are really nice. There isn’t an ice machine on each floor.

The hotel is clean and the staff was great. It's very close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing i didn't like was the 20 dollar resort fee and 25 dollar parking fee attached per night.

The area was good its in the hotel plaza area. The staff was good although my room key didnt work and I had to go down twice and then call for staff to come to room the key didnt work. The only thing I didnt care for they allow all size dogs in their hotel I guess I should have read that somewhere before I booked. Which makes me wonder do the dogs sleep in the beds with their owners. Otherwise it was good easy parking.

We stayed at The Crowne Plaza for a few nights. The staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. The location of the hotel is great, about 15 mins or so to the Disney parks. Also, there are plenty of restaurants very close by. The room itself was clean, nice and cold, and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a great choice!

This hotel is very deceptive. It does not look anything like the photos. Very plain and very standard. Nothing special about it. So disappointing. With all the options available to us we would have picked another hotel. It was a vacation, not a business stay. Expected more for our money.

Room was clean everything was nice you have plenty of outlets all over the room except I didn’t expect to pay a parking fee for each night which should be free. And you can’t smoke/vape anywhere not even outside. Just too expensive for a basic room with balcony.

Hotel itself was nice and in a convenient location. Only negative was there was someone’s fake fingernail on the ground in the room.

When we got off the elevator, the hallway smelled moldy. Thankfully our room did not! Very clean. Shower curtain was broken and door to balcony had issues. Breakfast was alright-eggs were very tasty!

Look this is a 70’s hotel trying to look modern. Rooms were repainted but the old heavy spackle is still there. The beds are terrible. We are talking $99 specials at the mattress warehouse special kind of mattress. Also if you look around there is a lot of damages on the property that is not being taken care of. From all the dings in the elevator to the non working ice machine on floor 4. Which to be honest has been that way for a while since the removed the ice machine name off the sign around the corner.

The location was close to the EDC silver line shuttle, food, shopping, and entertainment. I didn’t use the bar, pool, gym, or restaurant this trip since I was focused on EDC, but it’s great to know those amenities are available. I travel alone and security was visible and doing real rounds, which made me feel safe. Minor negatives: I couldn’t connect my streaming apps like Netflix to the TV (first-world problem), but I’ll just bring my laptop next time. Also, ask for a printed bill at checkout since the texting feature was delayed. Overall, great value, location, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was great always is, this time it was the staff. Nothing seemed to go together,we had free breakfast on our itinerary yet the front desk said no and wanted to charge me $23 pp and $27 for parking despite not having a car! This was a bad stay compounded by bad attitude staff.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. They actually have someone downstairs in the breakfast area who watches you eat and has a list of people who did and didn’t pay for breakfast which was crazy. Let’s make breakfast free to everyone, we already had to pay for the 2 nights, resorts fee, and parking! All the added unnecessary fees were ridiculous. I know it’s Florida but the room and covers were really muggy and sticky. After checking out, I was charged twice for my resort fee and parking fee and never received my deposit back or got my money back for the double charge. I will never stay there again.

I had many unexpected charges upon arrival. My room was not ready until an hour and a half AFTER check-in time! The rooms smelled and felt damp and musty. There were roaches everywhere! We slept with the lights on! The way they fixed this for me was to “refund” the unexpected parking fee they charge per night, which I still haven’t received! Also haven’t been refunded the refundable deposit I had to make upon arrival! This place is TERRIBLY GROSS! Will never return as they are not even accommodating to their issues!

I bought the package with breakfast included but the front desk said I didn't have. I showed them the confrmation email and they still ddin't accept. They wanted me to contact Expedia myself and have Expedia to call them, I finally did. The house keeper did not replace shampoo and body lotion. Also during the check out, they still charged my breakfast cost until I requested them to remove. Finally, when I reviewed my credir card charge, they still charged me full deposit credit, not real cost (which is lower), I have to contest it through my credit card bank. This is a terrible hotel, don't go!

First night bathroom door didn't close. It was sliding door that kept sliding back open so me & son were unable to get privacy whenever either used it 2. Using shower caused water to leak all over bathroom floor & into front door foyer so hotel moved us to different room on 5th floor. I booked this 2nd night (8/10/25) through Hotels.com 3.We had same issue in new room with the shower leaking water into bathroom floor and into the front door foyer. Bathroom door had same issue kept sliding open 4. I asked for another room with upgraded shower. Manager said he didn't have any but gave us free night (8/11/2025) & different room on 7th floor. He told only perk was we could view fireworks at Disneyland directly from our balcony from 9pm-10pm that night. My son & I sat on balcony for entire hour & saw nothing. 5. TV also didn't work in upgraded room. No cable 4. Mgr gave us a coupon for free dinner for 2 at the restaurant located in the lobby & also signed it. When we went to redeem it the waitress at bar said she didn't know what it was & said she had to go get permission to let me eat for free. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was truly 5 stars. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Since it was my birthday, they even surprised me with a free room upgrade, which made my stay extra special. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

It was perfect for a 4 night get away! The pool is beautiful and there were days where I had to work and the pool would be empty during the day which made it quiet and perfect! I would def stay again!

Overall not a bad place. But we coudln't get any room service on time or properly. Calling help desk alwasy a gamble. No one would pickup. Had to argue with the front desk to get a room clean service. Deent place but not worth the moeny you are spending. Except for the lcoation benefits, nothing is attractive. Pool maintenance is bad and not clean.

Didn’t get house keeping no microwave bed felt hard and wet

Had a late check in around 1am & no one was at the desk. Security took our payment & ID to the back because the representative was busy on the phone with someone. While waiting in the lobby we saw 2 small roaches. Waited 15-20 min for her to come back out to give us a room key. The room was super clean which was great but the door had to be pulled to ensure it could properly lock. We were visiting a Disney park the following day & left the DND sign on the door while away. Come to find staff still entered our room while we were away for the day. Not a big issue, but thought it was a sign of no room service needed & common courtesy not to enter seeing as I may have had valuables in the room. Other than those minor issues the stay was great, room was clean, check out was quick. Probably would not be staying again.

After we got back from Disney I had to have maintenance come up and fix the fridge and the telephone, neither were working and we had snacks that had to be refrigerated. Then after we got back from the pool I noticed a horrible smell coming from the fridge area. It smelled like milk. We don't drink milk but I guess someone from a previous stay has spilled and when they moved the cabinet to fix the fridge it stirred it again. My son was asleep so it wasn't to where we could move rooms.

This hotel was amazing for my family and I. The Hotel was very clean, pool/waterslide was great, breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and clean. Ana at the Front Desk was Amazing and so were the other employees. They took excellent care of my family and I. Ana gave us a room that I requested. I requested for a for a quiet room; it was perfect for the kids to sleep in. And last but not least, my daughter forgot her iPad at the hotel, they found it and Ana provided me with information about shipping the iPad back to my home. Now that is a 5 star service! She cared for my family and I. I recommend this hotel for ALL families.

Very affordable, very clean, very close to everything, in my opinions pretty much worth (value wise) the same as any other more expensive hotel that has a 1 Room 1 Bathroom. Just no microwave in the room.

Everything was perfect! Donna was so helpful when we arrived and kept checking with us to see if everything was how we wanted it to be.

This was a middle of the road hotel at best ... they charge a resort fee for some reason ... they are not a resort.

Great location in Lake Buena Vista. I had a fireworks side room. However, 2 hotels blocked everything but the glow from the shows. Not the hotels problem, but I was bummed out. Rooms are clean. However, there was not an in room safe. I'm running into this more and more for some reason. They did wave the parking fee for me which I really appreciated! I wasn't planning to eat breakfast there, but the food smelled great(for breakfast anyway). The eggs and potatoes had a little kick to them. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. I will definitely consider staying here again.

My husband found a bug in between the bed sheets and comforter. (we have video if needed) and for breakfast we picked up a bagel that had mold. (picture also available)

Great location near major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The pool and other amenities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is always good.

Very nice stay. The only complaint is noise. I could hear the trash being picked up around 11pm both nights and noise travel through hallways when people talk. Otherwise it was great.

One night stay, Disney weekend, clean place to stay was quiet, pool was nice with a small water slide, they didn’t have any towels down by the pool

Door was hard to close and open in room 712, balcony door was hard to open broke 3 nails, smoke can be smelled through AC with people smoking on balcony’s. We did have an issue with room 713 playing club loud music at 4:30am. Took 3 calls to front desk and about a hr later once security said cops will be called I was able to go back to sleep. Front desk did take care of us but for them to not know this is going on on their 7th floor at that time is beyond me . Crown plaza is off my list for any future stay. Thanks

It can be very difficult to get in and out during prime times of the day. The parking lot is in need of repair as there are some large potholes that could swallow a small car. Overall the place was clean minus the overwhelming smell of weed smoke everywhere. Do not be fooled by the pool pics. It is tiny (maybe 20x20) and not heated at al which lead to some unhappy kids. There are much better places to visit for the same price.

The area and convenience can’t be beat. It is close to everything. You can see the Disney fireworks from the balcony at 9:00pm. The staff was friendly. The it was clean. There were some issues with the hotel as a whole. The bathroom door is a barn door. The door has a very wide crack on both sides that doesn’t allow for privacy from whoever is in your room with you. Also the main door to the hallway … although it also has a lock and a top lock it has a crack opening as well that allows a large amount of light from the hallway. Although I am not sure someone could see though it… it made me uneasy enough I moved a large chair infront of the door at night. It rained

Hotel was nice and in a good location. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to Disney springs. Bed was comfy and noises weren’t an issue. Our door was really hard to close and the shower flow was horrible, but it seemed liked that was just an issue with the room we got (518) otherwise it was a good stay.

Donna was great a couple of things need to be updated on Expedia Parking $$ and Rooms that has the photo suggesting you will have the fireworks view but Donna was great to accommodate 🤗

We enjoyed our room. The cleanliness of the hotel as a whole was wonderful. Staff was friendly and great! Only downfall was I booked a room with a view of the Disney fireworks and we did not get that

The good, the hotel is a great location. The staff were absolutely amazing, and very helpful. They have a pool with a slide, that my kids loved and a snack section in the lobby that was excellent. House keeping was amazing on had everyone restocked when we got back from the park. The only downside was this is an older hotel. It is clean but definitely a little less appealing to the eye and they said room service was available but it wasnt when we were there. I would stay again.

I liked the lobby, pool area, and customer services. I did not like hair in the towels and sheets. I did not like receiving damp towels for replacements.
