Very clean and great area to be in. Parking is $15 a day. Didn't realize till I got there but if your staying for an extended stay can add up.

When we got to the hotel checked the beds in your accessible room and it was so low to the floor it was hard to transfer my husband and my brother in the beds so they slept in their chairs. And then the pool lift was broken after being told it was working before making the trip. So the next morning by went to check out at 9 am way before check out time and was told they never got payment when it came out my account so from 9 am to 1 pm and numerous calls to Elias at the hotel they tried to charge my card 7 times and locked me out of my account til I can make it into the bank on Monday, which is very inconvenient for me because I am traveling with two wheelchairs and myself out of town. I have no way to get gas or to pay for food because my account was locked. We travel the country and this is by far the worst experience ever at a top notch hotel. So I hope someone reaches out and makes this right.

Cleanliness The staff was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. They simply asked reservation questions without a smile or any cordiality. They charged my card $45.00 and I still don't know why. Very disappointing with the service I received.

Great location for a conference we were attending locally. Had to extend our stay by one night due to a flight change and the staff were amazing in helping us secure a room.

Their “Starbucks” menu included no iced options and when asking the barista to make an iced espresso with cream and a flavor, she put 2 hot shots in the bottom and filled the rest of the cup with half & half, making it literally white and taste nothing like coffee, yuck!

Generally a nice hotel. Staff was nice and room was clean. Just be aware that they DO charge a $15 per day fee to park and you receive that bill when you check out. We booked this room through Expedia and their website clearly states that the price you pay includes all taxes and fees, which is obviously wrong. It's not that the $15 broke the bank, I just hate being nickled and dimed for bs fees.

Room was exactly as ordered, but it took almost an hour to check us in. Lack of fre breakfast was a surprise, worse, there was no coffee in the morning (it was there in the afternoon, they took it away in the morning )

Would stay again!

It was very nice. It was clean enough. There were little flaws like on two of the clean towels was long strands of hair folded in it. Also long strands of hair on the floor. And an old receipt I folded in a book/ catalog in the room. But overall it was nice. I would stay again.

Hotel and room were VERY clean and check in was quick and easy. The staff is very polite and friendly and go out of their way to help, especially the young lady in the Bistro cafe. The only issue I had was the microwave in the room didn’t work, but we didn’t find this out until our last night when we went to use it. It was much too late for the staff to do anything about it at that point but when we let the front desk know the next morning while checking out, they got right on it. The only other thing, though not an issue really, was the price of items at the Bistro restaurant. $17 for a burger smaller than one in a McDonald’s happy meal, and $12 for a glass of wine was ridiculously overpriced to me! Especially when the wine was not top shelf and a whole bottle could be purchased anywhere for less than the price of one glass. So, great, clean hotel with great service, just eat and drink elsewhere or byob.

The hotel was clean with adequate parking. Nice sizeable bathroom. The tv area console features a moveable table. We rolled it between the beds and could do some work or you can use it to have dinner. It's a quiet location but close enough to the convention center area.

Everything from check in to check out was great. Rooms, staff, dining, bar, outdoor area were all top notch.

The room we booked depicted in Expedia did not match the description or picture. A sofa bed and King bed was depicted. Assigned room was smaller and had no sofa bed. I booked this room because it had a sofa bed included. The staff member was not friendly. He reluctantly settled on giving us a room with 2 Queen beds. Instead of apologizing for the issue he pointed out how we were saving money on this 2 Queen bed room. Lastly, this hotel adds an annoying sneaky $4.00 data fee to the 2 days of parking. I would have paid an extra amount originally to get what was advertised on Expedia. Nothing special about staying in this hotel. We won't return.

We came back from the parks and room service never came, both the rooms hadn't been clean with no towels for us to shower.

Fantastic value in Orlando. This hotel seemed nearly brand new. Very clean and modern finishes. It was not overly crowded despite being a popular time of year for vacationers. There is a parking fee but it was pretty low compared to other hotels we looked at. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great. I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from breakfast because after I ate my stomach was in cramps for the entire day. I noticed a few ants.

The room was clean always had fresh towels. Not all the plugs worked no shower curtain in the bathroom just a piece of glass. That was odd. And other than noisy neighbors the first night it was a good stay.

I did enjoy my stay at the Marriott, it was great and I personally had no issues. I stayed here because it was close to Epic Universe and the drive was less than 10 minutes. Our room was clean and cleaning services were super nice.

I was surprised on how clean everything was, including the AC.

It's a newer property. Everything is clean. It's designed thoughtfully. The staff was great. The room was very well designed and most importantly, clean.

It was ok….looked more appealing online. Toilet in 222 had to manually flush. Was only there 1 night and was tired so I didn’t complain. No bellman to help. Towels and bath products seem cheap.

I enjoyed my short stay very much. The hotel staff was was friendly and professional. My room was exceptionally clean just like I expected it to be. Slept very comfortably. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

What I didn’t like was there was a visible patch/wet discoloration on the ceiling in the bathroom and the poor structure of the shower which could of had a full closing door instead of a half door because it makes water go all over the ground and that could be a potential hazard of slipping/falling. But overall it was great. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

This property was very nice. The only thing was that Expedia oversold rooms that the hotel didn't have. When I selected and payed for a king room, when I got to the hotel, they only had queen double beds available (and the queen beds were very small, felt like a full). I suggest going through the hotel website or giving them a call before booking through a third party like Expedia.

This was a nice property and rates were very good. I was surprised at the $10 per night parking charge. There was plenty of parking spaces, and should just be built into the room price. I was pleased with the stay and would return in the future.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Though advertised as free parking, I was charged $10 per night for parking. I also could not get my AARP discount because I booked with Hotels.com. The shower in my room only allowed half of the water coming out the bottom faucet to make it to the shower head. The shower drain was also slow leaving you to stand in ankle deep water while you showered. I ordered wings for from the lobby bar and had to return them because they were ice cold at the bone. So, very clean and updated hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows.

Found this hotel at the last minute after leaving another hotel in the area because of how disappointing that one. Courtyard was great. Clean with great, helpful staff. Definitely would go back.

Everything was great until we got into our room. There was a odor of cigarettes and smelled like someone had just smoked 2 packs of cigarettes. Then periodically noticed ants, bed bugs, etc on the walls and near the bed

I had a concern that the parking fee was not conspicuous on the Expedia website, and therefore I could not make an informed decision on what hotel to book. When I exercised by right to complain about it, the front desk personnel was argumentative and dismissive of my issue. Ms. Ashton, a very nice manager stepped in to resolve. She moved us away to a private space, listened to my concerns, gave me eye contact, and responded swiftly. By the time I landed to my destination, she had relayed my concerns back to me in writing, provided a route forward, and addressed my concerns regarding the employee. I am loyal to all hotels, but when a hotel goes above and beyond to keep my business, I return. Ms. Ashton's responsive, professional and courteous managerial style is the reason I will make Marriott a priority hotel for my future travel needs.

Love the location

This was just a quick one-night stay with my fiancé before heading to Disney. This hotel is in a nice location, situated right between MCO and Walt Disney World Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. I did find it odd that there were two shampoos and no body washes in our shower, but that just may have been a fluke, and I’m sure I could have asked the front desk for a bottle. I also noticed that the water pressure is very light, which could be a bit of a challenge if you have thicker hair and are used to a heavier water pressure. Overall, this was a great stay for the price, and if we need something in a pinch, we’d definitely consider staying again.

The bathroom was my favorite part. Very clean very modern. Front desk was helpful and efficient when asked to replace the iron in our room.

I reserved a room for my son and they would not let him check in because he was under 21 This was very stressful. I had to find him another hotel to stay at. I felt the desk clerk was rude. I would not recommend this property.

Nice and spacious room. Everything was still looking like new. It is about 15 minutes from Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall.

My stay at this location was excellent. Wasn't crowded, peaceful, clean and comfortable room. This location turned out to be close to several locations I had planned to visit while down. Definitely would recommend and stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the clean rooms and walk in shower. They had food service available but we chose to eat out at some nearby non chain restaurants. Overall the experience was good and would stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

As for you, Hotels.com: if you’re unable to mediate or assist in resolving simple issues between your customers and your partners, then what is the point of booking through your platform?

This place is a roach motel! They don’t clean thoroughly so you will certainly find crumbs and food in drawers and around the bed. I have pictures of the roaches and I have waited 7 business days and left multiple messages for management. No one bothered to contact me back. There is ongoing construction across the street that is loud, dusty, and it’s an eyesore. Don’t even think about sleeping here if you have an early flight, you might be awakened at 2am with a fire alarm going flood every 5 minutes for hours!!! They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay at this place. It’s disgusting and the customer service is terrible. Michael Simon or Samantha Walding did not bother to call me back after a whole week. They are not good for management if this is how they treat Marriott members. Save yourself and choose another place to stay.

Excellent hotel and clean. Unfortunately the pillowa were so bad we toased and turn the whole night. Please upgrade to nicer pillowa. They would go flat every time we tossed and turn. So disappointed. Other than that, the room is great!

Room was dated, bathroom had a mold smell and ac in the room didnt work priperly. I complained twice about the ac and they sent a twch right away who couldnt do much about it, other than tell me the ac had a sensor that was keepijg the compressor off. I dont recommend this Courtyard.

Paying for parking is ridiculous, the snack market is way over priced, the wayer pressure in the shower head was too rough with no way to adjust it, other than that I loved it!

The hotel was very clean and up to date. It was only a one night stay, but we will definitely be using Courtyard hotels in the future. The guest registration gentleman, sorry, didn't catch his name, was efficient and friendly. Thanks for a good night's sleep!

The room was very clean. The bathroom was updated but unfortunately the bathroom fan in our room didn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal as we were using cold water to shower since it was so hot. The hotel was nice but it was a bit far from entertainment options. I was pleased with the parking. There was plenty of space to park. The hotel does charge for self parking. The area was safe and quiet. If you have a rental car I would say this is the perfect hotel since many attractions are a 10-15 minute drive. The dining selections were few around this areas, so plan ahead if you don’t have a vehicle.

I loved they there was a restaurant onsite and parking was reasonable. All the typical amenities of a Marriott property. There was a microwave and fridge but no safe. I need a safe in my room. The room was fine, clean however there was a weird smell upon entering the room that reminds me of a sewer smell. I think towards the bathroom. Pillows were flat. Location was convenient and pricing was good for this time of year.

Didn't like the bathroom shower. Shower head was spraying everywhere. When we walk in, room smell like they spray a whole can of lysol. Had a hard time sleeping with the smell. Woke up with an allergy in my throat. Had a bad headache too.
