    The room was clean the hallway area smell great but inside the room it was a bad smell. Very old and musty smelling like they need to change the carpet and then the outlets were very loose you couldn't even plug in anything hardly except for on the lamp. You can tell that there is some updates but they really need to consider changing the carpet in those rooms It was very stinky.

    My stay was good. The room was comfortable. You can hear the jets from the airport. The place is clean the staff is nice. But they charge you for parking. I'm not fond of paying for parking for staying at a hotel which I'm paying to stay making it more expensive.

    Bad The whole place our rooms was not good. My bed was wet when I laid in it that night, but water came up in my bed and my daughter looked at her mattress. She had a great big stain on her mattress and the lady at the front desk was horrible. We ask her if we checked in early because she had rooms open and she told us it would cost us 40 more dollars to check in while the hotel wasn’t even worth $40 to start with the little manager. That was there he hadn’t been there that long, but he was nice. He took care of it. You know he did take some of my bill, but it was disgusting. It was not like a country Inn and if I were you, I would take it off of my site because people was really discussed it about it. The pool was nasty. It was nothing about it and when I was on the ship, I booked a room with Fairfield Inn, and canceled out our return room there. I didn’t even have a shower curtain in my bathroom.

    Secondly, one of front desk employees are incredibly rude. One woman in particular looked downright miserable. Even when we said good morning, she completely ignored us. The only saving grace about this place is the housekeeping, which is amazing. The women who do the cleaning deserve a raise. I will never book at this hotel again and strongly advise others to look at other options because there are much better options for the price.

    This hotel completely ruined the start of our vacation. We booked two rooms for our family of six for just one night before departing on a cruise, but the experience was so frustrating and unpleasant that it overshadowed what should have been an exciting trip. The problems began before we even arrived. We called the hotel shuttle and were told it would pick us up in 15 minutes. After waiting more than 20 minutes with our luggage and my 82-year-old mother, nobody arrived. When we called again, we were suddenly told it would be another 40 minutes. When we expressed our frustration, the employee hung up on us. We tried calling back several times and our calls were ignored. When we called from a different number, they answered, but as soon as they realized it was us, they hung up again. As a result, we were forced to find a taxi on our own while assisting my elderly mother and managing all of our luggage. This was stressful, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. I have the taxi receipt to document the additional expense we incurred because the hotel failed to provide the shuttle service we were promised. Unfortunately, things only got worse when we arrived. Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and dampness. The carpets were old, stained, and visibly dirty. The beds had noticeable stains that were honestly disgusting.     The first room we were given was horrible, the dampness was in the air and the smell and feeling of dampness was overwhelming. I asked to be moved to another room and it was more pleasant but the door didn't close unless you hip checked it and then put the latch across. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was hot as hell, I got almost no sleep. As we were only there for a few hours, I didn't ask for another room, definitely expected more from a hotel with the Radisson name on it.

    People are always friendly and place is clean and always smells great. Location is also great. This particular place always had good breakfast choices but this last time there were many changes that I didn't like or could eat. They had sausages that looked like hamster pellets , no bagels or cream cheese and just wasn't what it used to be. Hope they go back to how it was before.

    The hotel is old and dated- they only had one receptionist at night and the line to check in was 8 ppl deep when I showed up. They charge for parking $16 a night which is ridiculous. The hotel room smelled musty and moldy. Area is super close to airport and that’s about the only good thing about this place. They charge way too much money for a basic data room.

    I unfortunately didn't have a great experience with your hotel. I called and complained about the strobe light effect happening in my room 146. The outside light in the bushes outdoors was flickering so bad it gave me a migraine. Felt dizzy at times. So, no sleep. I have video!!!

    We chose this hotel because we were stranded overnight (missed flight) and thus picked one that had an airport shuttle, BUT the shuttle doesn't start running until 5:30 a.m. so this was a waste of time - if the airport has 7:00 a.m. flights then the hotel should provide shuttle service at least two hours prior to that but instead I had to order an Uber to get transportation. Very disappointing!

    The first room had mold in it. I visually saw it and smelled it. It was obvious and clear. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, and though they got me into a new room, the desk associate was rude about it. She was concerned because now she cant "book it to someone else". I said the room has mold...i cant stay in it, it should be fixed before you book someone else in it. The new room wasnt much better, but i did get good sleep, so i can say it was average. Overall, good location..but they shouldnt be trying to argue with customers dissatisfied with room conditions. Sours the experience

    The front counter staff was not very helpful when it came to using their shuttle service. We called the hotel three times and still just said it would be there every hour. After waiting an hour we took an Uber back.     The Hotel was in a good location for the airport. Travelling around the world, many Hotels give you 2 bottles of purified water per day. This Hotel doesn't, and because the nearest store that sells bottled water isn't anywhere close, they sell a single bottled water for $4 that you probably can buy 24 for $4 at Walmart.

    I was looking for a decent place to stay near the Orlando airport and what I got was a nice surprise. It was in a perfect location, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and they had a selection of snacks and nearby restaurants. We ordered dinner from our room. They had a few different offerings to choose from, and we chose Denny's which was across the street. Very convenient and good. It was so nice to be right near The Parking Spot where we needed to park the next morning at 6am to get to the train station/Brightline. I would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness and comfort if you need to stay near the airport, train station, or The Parking Spot.

    Location is great as it’s in walking distance within restaurants and shops. Airport shuttle was helpful and a very average free breakfast. The facilities are NOT what are pictured online. The pool / wade pool was filthy compared to the photos. We did not even bother going in because it looked so dirty / the area outdoors didn’t seem well kept. The cleanness of the hotel room was also not great. The bathroom / bed were clean but there were crumbs all over the bar and toilet paper stuffed in the peep whole that was clearly left behind by a prior guest. The tv didn’t work to do anything other than cable, when I called the front desk all the staff could say to me was “well it’s broken so don’t use it” felt careless and unwilling to fix.

    The staff was great but the hotel itself needs help, from what I've seen. Waiting in the lobby we noticed that there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling air vent. The lobby definitely needs an update and the guest computer wasn't working, but that's not too big of a deal unless you need it. The room I stayed in was awful. I got hit with the smell of mildew, which may have been from the mini fridge leaking on the floor leaving a wet spot that had to be avoided. Between finding dead bugs on the window sill and having to deal with the smell every time I walked in the room I am sure that I won't spend another night at a Country Inn. Luckily, I was only there for one night.

    The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with our late check in after a busy day at Disney. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. $10 for parking, breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and it only took about 7 minutes to get to the airport. I would stay here again

    Cute and quiet little spot after the hustle and bustle of theme parks. But when I arrived early I was told very sharply that there would be a $45 charge for early check in. Ok so I went to brunch. I ask to store my suitcase and it storage was an empty conference room. No tags given no receipt. Finally went to my room to rest. It smelled like mildew so I had to keep the AC running bbq to keep the smell and moisture down. Went to bed, no blankets in the room. Went to complementary breakfast and it was inedible. Powdered eggs and some sort of processed meat product. The orange was good. Went back to my room to take a shower. Get dressed not the shower and the wall has black mold that someone tried to paint over. At this point I was already wet so I had no choice but to finish. Reported this to the front desk person and his réponse was he would ‘let them know’. Don’t stay here unless you like mold and musty smells. And Soylent green for breakfast.

    Pictures online are NOT the real representation. Front desk lady was rude on the phone. Carpet is heavily stained. Hallways have a smell that they tried to cover with air freshener that only made it worse. Was charged a $45 early check in fee that wasn’t disclosed on their site. They’re are way better hotels in the area for the same price. Go with them!!!!

    The room was extremely stale/damp smelling, was pretty gross. The carpet in the room didn’t seem to be vacuumed and the bathroom smelled like urine and chlorine. While the outside of the room smelled like a bottle of room fragrance was dumped in the hallway. The location to the airport and the free shuttle was great, however I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel.

    Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. No room available when we arrived late afternoon due to not having house keeping staff to clean them. After waiting 30+ minutes they gave us an "upgrade".     Horrible experience with this hotel/Expedia. I accidentally booked one night for the wrong day. I realized I had made this mistake immediately and contacted both Expedia and the hotel to try to change the day or cancel altogether. After a week of back and forth, the answer was no changes/cancellation. So I am out the money for a night never spent in this hotel. And never will. Regardless of policy, sad to think human error cannot be considered in a case like this.

    Location Needs updating. All the carpet needs to be replaced because it is well worn and badly stained. There were missing tiles in our bathroom and a handheld shower sprayer you have to bend down to use. There was also only two bath towels. And we don’t like having no daily service. There was also only one tiny garbage can. Lastly, the dining room is too small, especially when large groups of people going on cruises are there eating about the same time and staying at the tables after they have finished breakfast.

    The only issue we had was that once we were on the shuttle to the airport the driver advised us that she was not authorized to take us to terminal C. We were dropped off at terminal B and had to go through the terminal and down a level and then take a bus to terminal C. It was very stressful. We are in our 70s and don’t know our way around the airport. I tipped the airport staff member who helped guide us to the bus stop so that was an extra expense for us. The hotel website should state that the shuttle only goes to terminals A and B.

    We really liked the location of the hotel. There is a nice park behind it that is very walkable, and it’s also within walking distance of several restaurants. The swimming pool was decent as well. The shuttle service was very fast and efficient when picking us up from and taking us to the airport. On the negative side, we did not have hand soap in our bathroom, which was inconvenient. The room keys malfunctioned several times, and we had to go to the front desk repeatedly to have them reactivated. Additionally, the front desk staff on the first day were not very friendly. Another downside was the breakfast schedule during the holidays—it starts at 7:00 a.m., so we were unable to have breakfast before leaving for the airport.

    Booked a 2 queen bed room but got just one king bed room. I let them know that I am going to checkin late because of the flight delay. We were group of 4. The room was not cleaned and we found an airpod case in the sofa bed. The room didn't even had a towel. I went out at reception but got no response even after waiting for 30 minutes. In the morning, I met the assistant manager and he said that they were sorry and can give me the 50% back. It doesnt even make sense, despite going through all that, I was atleast hoping they could refund my full amount. I would give 0 star if I could.

    We got in early, 10am and kept being told soon, but it was lies! We would have gone and did something with our time after we went and ate and came back when they said to check. They had two room attendants book sick, they knew this, and they made everyone wait and made it the customers feel its their fault. We didnt get our room until after 3pm but some had to wait even longer! The room was barely cleaned, just enough, to make it usable! Dirty towels and beds that looked slept in! Pre booked airport shuttle for 5am, first shuttle of the day, and they almost didnt have a driver, people were booking ubers instead. This was totally unacceptable when paying over two hundred dollars for a room. Will not stay there ever again! It gives Radisson a bad name!

    I attempted to check in around 5pm and no rooms were available due to being short staffed and no clean rooms available, per the registration clerk. There were at least 10 people waiting in line at that time and to her credit she was patient and had a good disposition despite being the only person checking in so many people. I was told the wait time would be around 30 minutes. I left and returned an hour later to a 30 minute wait. Upon getting to the room I tried to lock the door and the lock was broken. I called to the front desk to let the clerk know to which she stated that the transport driver would come to check it upon her arrival from the airport pick up. After a 30 minute wait I went to the front desk to request a different room since it was late and I needed to get some rest due to an early flight the next morning.

    Check in was quick, however the room and hallway smelled funky. The AC unit was dirty with black and brown dust in the vents. The room was very large but felt unclean (shower was gross, carpet was stained- didn’t feel clean) At 2am we were awoken to repeated lights going off and doorbells/knocking. Apparently they double booked our room. When we tried to check out, at 330/4am no one was at the front desk to give the physical keys too. We called multiple times over 10+ minutes and then had to just leave to make our flight. I would not recommend, had a bad experience, and would definitely not come back.

    A friend had recommended this hotel as she had stayed her multiple times and said it was a good hotel. We just needed a room to sleep in at the end of our vacation before flying home. Upon walking into the hotel area, there was a strong scent of cheap, stinky perfume or the equivalent of dumping multiple bath and body works scents out at the same time. I’m not sure what this hotel uses for “air freshener” but it was horrible and nothing I’ve ever smelled before. It gave us terrible headaches and the entire hotel including our room smelled like this stinky scent. We got to our “upgraded king suite”, the room was dark and dingy, the carpet had multiple stains on it, the shower head was caked in build-up and there was hardly any water pressure. The bathroom floor was also minimally cleaned. There was no bathmat and no wash cloths. It had two body towels and two hand towels and that was it. Neither of us felt comfortable even taking our socks or shoes off in the room because it looked and felt dirty. When we each showered before bed, we immediately put socks on until we crawled in bed. Thankfully the bed appeared clean when I pulled back the blankets. We debated about trying to get refunded and finding another hotel, we were there less than 12 hours and won’t return to this location. Not up to the standard of other Country Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at and NOT worth the almost $200 we paid. Do not recommend.

    The moment we stepped out of the elevator on Level 3, the entire floor had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was filthy, and we were honestly shocked. Even my 11‑year‑old asked, “Is this really a hotel?” because the smell was overwhelming. When we entered the room, the odor continued. From the elevator to the room, the carpets were stained, which likely explains the terrible smell throughout the floor. I had also requested a shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 9:10 PM. The receptionist assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and asked me to call when ready. What I didn’t know was that no one would answer the phone. I called 15–17 times with zero response before finally giving up and booking an Uber. The service showed no accountability and no reliability. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Not a chance.

    The staff canceled my paid reservation before I arrived and did not notify me. My flight was delayed and I arrived later than expected at approximately 2 am only to learn that my room had been cancelled and given to someone else. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms in the area, so my husband and I spent the night in the lobby of the hotel. It was not an ideal situation to say the least.

    The room was janky, nothing fresh about it, cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, old tub, the beds have springs in them….and you can feel them. We usually stay at another hotel, we will be going back there next trip. We drive from St. Augustine the night before a trip to catch early flights, This hotel does not offer early shuttles. Avoid if you can afford a little more.

Despite the long wait and inconvenience, the hotel’s only gesture of compensation was to waive two days of parking fees—just $10 per day—which felt quite inadequate given the situation.     We were put into a "dirty"room when we arrived after a long day of travel. Urine on toilet seat, toilet paper on the inside rim of toilet. Spills on nightstands. Crumbs and a toothpick on the carpet. It was obvious the (old and dirty) carpet had not been vacuumed. Upon checkout we were told it was a "dirty" room that had been "cleaned" by front desk associates because of staffing issues. We asked for another room but were told we had the last room available. If it wasn't 2 in the morning, we would have left.

    Room was very nice! Clean, comfortable with excellent service. Airport shuttle was prompt and very friendly! Within easy walking distance to several restaurants. I am an 67 year old woman and walked alone to an TGI Fridays and a Potbellies sandwich shop, passing other restaurants along the way. There was even a Mexican food truck, coffee truck and ice cream truck sitting almost on the property!

    Definitely lacking staff support. The poor Night Shift guy is apparently the only one available to do anything for anyone for late check-in or early checkouts. The pool and Jacuzzi outside were filthy so we didn't use them. The room was dingy and looked like a contractor for a prison company designed the room. There was damage to one of our windows with a gaping hole where the air just blew through all night. Definitely won't stay here again.

    Average hotel experience. Slightly older carpets and bathtubs, but was definitely acceptable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was the usual continental fare. The hot tub did not work which was a definite disappointment. The airport shuttle ended at 9pm, so consider this if you have a late flight. There was a park less then 2 blocks away with playground, disc golf area nice for walkin and bathrooms. Was a nice area to take kids while killing time before heading to Cape Canaveral for a cruise.

    I arrived an hour early so I went inside to see if I could get Earley check-in. The lady at the counter was so rude. She said for $40 in a really rude way and I said never mind. I’ll be back in an hour. When I came back to check in, she was horribly rude to me again and she asked for my credit card for incidentals which I was only staying overnight and literally only use the bed to sleep in. When I asked how to get to the room, she pointed around the corner at which point I said where do I park and she said oh you’re parking that’ll be $10 so she handed me a pass to put in my windshield for one day. When I finally got home from my stay, I checked my credit card and she charged me $50 in which now I have to dispute. Before leaving the hotel when I asked her for my receipt, she said it’ll come through Expedia. I wasn’t thinking about it at the time but I don’t use Expedia. I used Orbitz. So now I have no receipt from her for the parking except for my one day pass that she gave me for my windshield. This lady was so rude and mean that I don’t even wanna go back to the hotel again in January when I need to go to the airport again to pick someone up.

    This was a great hotel and I liked the location of it, the clean rooms, the friendly staff and how quiet it was despite it looking pretty busy! I would definitely stay here again.

    Room had animal urine stains in carpet and smelled awful. Front desk was very kind and moved us to amother room. The smell was better but could still faintly smell animals. However, the bathroom was dirty so we just slept on beach towels for a few hours and left.

    I specifically asked for hotels with 24 hour shuttle service and this hotel came up. So over an hour waiting at midnight for the shuttle only to find that they stopped at 9pm. Once arriving at the hotel their was no one at the front desk at which point we had to yell to get someone to check us in.

    Room 209 unclean. Sucker stuck to tv stand. Toilet would not flush. One hand towel for 2 people. and 1 wash cloth. Wheelchair accessible room for 6foot 2inch man not in a wheelchair and we did not rent a wheelchair room. Poor quality control.

    Place was alright. Nothing amazing. Fire alarm and fire department showed up while checking in. This lead to a bad start. Room was nice. Carpet had stains. Curtain was messed up. They placed us in the room right next to elevator and ice machine but seem to not be an issue or I was just tired. Had an early flight out so just wanted to be close to airport.

    Was initially told that 6 orders could be shipped free seeing it was a party of 3 but when we got there was told that we had to pay $5 per package. Management was called and we didn't have to pay anymore. Also we had to confirm with front desk that our packages were delivered even though they said no package was there. We gad to show proof of delivery of package. We got our packages after a long wait for them to locate it. Id give them a 5 out of 10

    Called the front desk twice to clean our room and to get fresh towels was a hassle and they never came to clean. The room smelled of mold with damp floors nothing would dry. The workers always seem to be nonchalant and unreliable. Breakfast was bland. Will not be returning.

    No check in until 3 pm, long line up and it took 45 min to check in!!! luggage storage $15 + tax. Reception not very friendly. The other room my sister stayed has terrible smoky smell. Room rate is reasonable. Not much public sitting area. Large room though with microwave and refrigator. Ok to stay for 1 night.

    One of the beds comforter was lumpy, had asked multiple times for it to be changed. After leaving for a few hours and coming back to still find the lumpy comforter wasn’t changed. Noticed old blood stains on the curtain. Overall, not the greatest experience at this hotel.
