The location is great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the lighting in the living room was too dark. They need to fix this problem and also some paint job. The rest of the hotel was very good. I can stay there again.

Loved this hotel! The check-in was so easy, price was great, room was beautiful and comfortable and so clean, breakfast was wonderland amenities were fantastic. It is so close to all the main attractions of the area and plenty around it for dining options and shopping near by. Free self parking was convenient.

Times for shuttle are dumb on really hot days - if you want to go at like 2 your going to have to uber or drive and pay for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Buena Vista Orlando Suites. Very nice & spacious room and kept cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and the staff very inviting and helpful. From Robert in the front to the staff inside We enjoyed speaking with them especially Tammy . Truly a sweetheart .That goes for all on the floor , including the gentleman that came from behind the wall and changeout the trays. We truly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orlando . The best part it’s close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventures .

Although, they do had a shuttle for Disney, but not Universal Studios. But that's ok. The only thing they should've had is a shuttle for the airport at least. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks for everyting.

Stay was great. I did not rely on the hotel bus due to having to book an hour in advance. That was inconvenient for my small family. Traveling with a toddler, I wanted better options of availability. I was not aware of that prior to check-in. That was my responsibility to check. The room was great. Staff were all friendly and it was very convenient to Disney. Also my daughter and I walk a lot so we walked the property at night and always felt safe.

Only down fall was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate out the building without any protocols but overall our stay was amazing will definitely be staying again

The location is great 15 minutes from the Disney's park's. The rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs major improvement, the eggs were always cold and the majority of days they had the same thing. No fresh fruits. Everyday we had canned pineapple or peaches. That was a big disappointment for me.

We experienced a false fire alarm at 11:30pm after a long day at Disney World. The alarm emptied out the entire hotel. There was no direction from the staff. Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was not great. The bottles of water averaged $6 per bottle.

My only complaint is the shuttle service. The website should detail that since the pandemic the hotel shuttle no longer transports to or from Universal Studios ONLY to Disney. If I would have known this or if it was made clear on the website, I might have chosen a different hotel to stay at during my trip. The website states the shuttle takes guests to the theme parks. Not specifying, only to the Disney theme parks. Otherwise, this is a phenomenal hotel.

Only issue - unsupervised kids kickedn our door (2x) around 9pm. Also the guest from across the hall were yelling and screaming at each other at 1215am. It was loud. It was yelling then 15 minutes later we heard laughter.

What a terrible experience. This year marked 18 years of staying there. I've stayed under the last name Zoglio, Lupo, Piacitelli... since 2008. The check-in experience was a nightmare. The manager Aiysha treated me so poorly I still cannot wrap my head around it. This hotel has changed greatly. They still do not have a restaurant or poolside take-out window. Breakfast lacks and they no longer serve fresh fruit. They also use paper plates and plastic ware. My room request for a lower level was honored, but the room could have been cleaner. There was a 2t-3t sock on the floor in my room. The staff at the bistro are 10/10 and the chicken wings, extra crispy, were perfect. The gym opens way too late, at 8am, which is odd. Check-in was so terrible that I actually called Southwest to see if I could get on a flight to come back home..I arrived to the hotel at 12:50pm and didn't get into my room until 1:40pm. I had fresh hot take-out food with me that I picked up from around the corner at 12:38pm and did not get to eat until 2pm. I had to go next door to Caribe Royale to try to pan out why things were so difficult at check-in.

Very nice resort with a great location near the Disney area. The room was clean, the staff was always courteous, and the breakfast was good average. We especially enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the property.

The location is ideal and the facilities are great. You can even use the pool in the Caribe Royale, no issues, I was very happy. The US, taxes on everything, the price you see, is never what you pay, this is not a specific hotel thing, but in general, taxes on this and that seems underhand.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful our refrigerator went out first day they had someone there to fix it within minutes. Room was clean and spacious. The price was in my budget I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a horrible, stale smell that didn’t go away. To make matters worse, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly—there was dust everywhere and the bed linen wasn't changed. The staff is wonderful, the shuttles are convenient, breakfast is great, beds are super comfortable, housekeeping keeps the hotel very clean and the price is very reasonable. This was our third time staying at Buena Vista. The staff actually remembers us and treats us like family. Tamee and Robert at breakfast are particularly hospitable. They are wonderful with my kids and provide such excellent, friendly service. The housekeeping staff does a beautiful job and even made my kid's beds with their stuffies tucked in and waiting for them. We love this hotel and will be back!

Great property to stay for families with children at any age. It has great amenities plus you can enjoy the Caribe Royale amenities that are great for all family. Breakfast was excellent. We were disappointed with the shuttle bus service offered by the hotel because we reserved ahead and they never showed up to the park to pick us up. This is something they should improve, maybe have the driver contact the guest to ensure we will get back to the hotel, we had to take an Uber back two hours later after the park closed because we were waiting for the shuttle .

The room was clean and a good size. We chose the queen instead of the king room so that we had a separate living space. Being able to close that door between rooms ensured we did not hear any guests walking down the hall. We were at the front of the hotel so you could hear traffic but being six floors up it wasn’t that bad. The breakfast room was busy but well stocked and had the most amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed being able to use the amenities at the neighbouring hotel. Pool there was really nice and had a walk up bar with food. Parking was easy and found spots every night. We would stay here again.

The Royal Caribe is beside this hotel and you can use the large pool with water slide at no extra costs, great for kids. We arrived late and checked out early for park entrance and the hotel was very conveniently located. The breakfast was better than usual and I don’t know if the scrambled eggs are real (I’m assuming not) but it was a better option than most. I didn’t feel sick after eating and I stayed away from the high carb options which was everything else. This was expected for this hotel in this area which serves hundreds every morning. Nothing

If you are looking for an average hotel with larger rooms then this is for you. As far as amenities, it does provide a restaurant for breakfast which is complimentary and a quick service pizza and wing kiosk. They do provide a pop-up bar between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. There is a small pool on the side of the hotel that faces the parking lot, but outside of that there isn't much to do. There aren't many restaurants or establishments within walking distance, however, you are able to use the pool at the Caribe Royal next door. The room was fine and served our purpose. For the money, though, you can find better properties.

I stayed at this hotel my very first time in Florida and now it’s my first choice every time I go. The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, and the location is convenient. They never miss! Location is convenient because everything is close by but the traffic around it seems unbearable sometimes !

Housekeeping brought us new towels and made our beds daily. The staff was SO friendly every time. They even held our bags before we could check in so we could go to the beach!!

I liked there were two rooms to watch tv with a closed door between. I got to have the remote! It was hard to cross traffic from certain directions, but Orlando is busy.

Location was wonderful. Easy to get to and parking was plentiful and close to doors. The bed itself was very hard for me. I’ve had several back surgeries so I was in torture trying to sleep. I asked for a topper or anything to help but they said there was nothing they could do for me. Room 203

Location was okay, not far from the parks. Im beyond disappointed and disturbed by the experience my family and I had during our stay. What should have been a place to rest turned into an emotionally and physically stressful situation that we are still upset about. The most serious issue was discovering a bed bug in our room. After finding it, we immediately turned the room upside down trying to inspect everything ourselves because we were so alarmed and uncomfortable. During that process, we found dirty towels that were still folded from housekeeping, blood-stained sheets that now make us question whether they were connected to possible bed bug bites, and even a moldy piece of something left in the room. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the response from staff afterward lacked any compassion, urgency, or accountability. Being told that because their test supposedly came back negative that “it didn’t happen” was insulting and dismissive. We know what we experienced and saw firsthand. The emotional distress, panic, lack of sleep, and constant fear of bringing bed bugs home is unreal. In addition to the bed bug issue, one of our rooms was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The room smelled strongly like pets, there was urine on the bathroom floor, and housekeeping failed to properly restock toiletries. Altogether, the condition of the rooms reflected a major lack of care and quality control. What is most upsetting is not only the condition of the property, but the complete lack of empathy and follow-up from staff. At no point did we feel genuinely cared for or taken seriously. This experience caused significant inconvenience, stress, discomfort, and ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay for my family. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and properly addressed.

I can't believe to tell you how AMAZING this resort is, from the hotel, staff, food, cleaning, this is the only hotel I'll stay when I'm in Florida, this hotel get 10000% in my book

The bathrooms need to updated. The food in the Bistro restaurant was not good the pizza was undercooked and the chicken was dry. The breakfast was so-so.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were so clean and the beds are so comfortable. All of the employees at the breakfast are so friendly and welcoming but One of the employee’s (Ann Marie from Puerto Rico) at the morning breakfast was so nice and you can tell she loves her job. She assisted us and she went above and beyond for my family. The breakfast is so good and fresh. When we asked for toothbrush and towels they brought them to our room. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. And we will be back.

Very close to Disney The beds are the worse I have ever slept on in my entire life. Hard as a brick unable to sleep so uncomfortable. Will not ever stay here again due to low quality of sleep

Breakfast Buffet was also fresh and being refilled. The heated pool was amazing. My children enjoyed all the way till 9pm at night. It’s so nice amenities were great. Everyone was so friendly even with my son who is autistic.

The staff were all so welcoming and kind! Also, this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I appreciated that we were able to use the neighboring resort’s amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight of my kids’ day - they all looked forward to going downstairs to breakfast! I also loved the bus system to get to and from Disney - it really saved us a lot of time and money. Overall, such an amazing hotel and a great value. My only critique would be the bus systems’ hours for pickup - it would be so helpful if there was an 8:30 pickup time for all parks. We booked a late pickup time for Hollywood assuming it must stay open late because of the bus schedule, and were sorely mistaken. Thankfully, we had friends in the area who could come rescue us when the park closed!

Everything good only the AC program system does not allow adjustments so the room is never cold enough.. And there is an unpleasant smell coming out of the hands sink.

My family of 15 stayed one night for my mother’s 90th birthday. The staff was very friendly and took pictures of us in our mideval costumes before and after we visited Mideval Times for our celebration. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and enjoyed by all.

Learn from our mistake and avoid taking a cab from the airport. Plan your Uber ride in advance. Also CVS is across the street and they sell water for normal prices.

The suites are big and comfortable. I liked that it had a little living room especially when traveling with children. It was also clean and they cleaned the rooms everyday. Since we stayed a while having the fridge and microwave was a plus. This is my family's second time staying here.

The room and the staff are friendly except the one in the dining area that judges us because we brought our food to our room. She said why bring the food to room it will not be hot. Mind your business because we have kids to feed. I do not experience this in any hotel that we stayed asking about bringing rhe food to room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, breakfast had a great variety, and the pool was a nice touch. That is a sister hotel with a larger pool that we didn’t visit, but I’m sure it was great!

Location to Disney was perfect - Just a 10 minute drive! The hotel property was new, clean and well laid out. Breakfast area is large and the food options were plentiful. Nice pool area, everything seemed new. As for th room- our beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We will definitely return on our next trip to Disney!

Our room was spotless, had a pleasant aroma; just as the rest of the hotel did, had plenty of towels available in our room, sheets were pristine. I really liked the separate living room with coffee bar and mini fridge. My son slept on the big couch by choice and said he was very comfortable all night. I also liked that there’s a door that can be closed. No noise from the living room or hallways can be heard from the bed. It also gave my husband and I more privacy. The breakfast was delicious ! The menu of the buffet consisted of breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, cubed potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, mini donuts, mini pancakes, French toast, and mini bagels. They offered butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and two of jellies. To drink there was milk, juice and piping hot coffee. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had pizza and wings from the pizza shop in the lobby. Not the best pizza but the wings were delicious. Overall we recommend this hotel 100%. It was inexpensive, the staff was friendly, the whole place is very clean, the breakfast buffet is superb and the amenities offered were a great plus ! We will definitely be back.

We called for maintenance because the shower was clogged and the water doesn’t drain fast enough, Arnold came and fixed it immediately, He was so gently and professional what a great worker Buena vista Hotel has, two thumbs up.

Hotel was great! Walking distance (3 mins) to Caribe Royale which was where conference was, very convenient. Idk why but it smelled like sulfur and feet. It was awful. CVS across the street, as well as an Indian restaurant, but that’s it really. No other food places in walk-in distance. Pizza in lobby but didn’t try it. Still a great hotel.

All staff were very welcoming , explained everything thoroughly at the time of check in along with the check in process being extremely quick and easy , and the location of the hotel is extremely convenient for all parks, along with cleanliness of the room always being kept up by the housekeeping staff.

They should probably tell you if the sister hotel next to them has an event (Boxing match). That they take over the parking lot and the people staying in the hotel have to park at the sister hotel in their extra parking and walk all the way to our hotel. Pretty crappy when I paid to stay at a hotel and can’t even park in the parking lot at my hotel. Then have to lug all my belongings from my car to the hotel also. Not right at all.

The room was big and clean and the breakfast was very good. It is near the parks. The service was very good. The only reasons I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was that it is not very walkable in the neighborhood and the pool is a little small. Otherwise great hotel.

If you're looking to be close to Disney, free breakfast, free parking and free shuttle for a good price, then look no more. Tip for the shuttle, make sure you get the QR as soon as you get there because fills up quickly. But is like 10 minutes from the park so uber will be like 15 bucks

No complaints on the bed, can’t rate the pillows as I brought my own but my kids didn’t complain. The pool was just great & it was nice to have the option to visit the neighboring resorts pool. My room was noisy from outside traffic, when asked for a change I was given a room that was not close to what I reserved. Shower pressure was too low. You would expect good customer service for a 4 star hotel but the receptionist wasn’t helpful. I was told that I would be give a different room if I waited until noon. I waited but when checked again, she gave conflicting responses that made no sense, and was not pleasant to talk to. I had to go back to my room, cool off and call the manager to get the room changed which was quiet but the shower pressure was terrible. I was disappointed. The shuttle service to Disney was very helpful, we missed initial service as it was fully booked, it needs reservation to hold time slot. It was helpful to not to pay for cabs.

They charged me a fee of $23.63, which I was aware of and I have no issue with. However, they also charged me an unauthorized fee of $72.04. I don’t know what this charge is for, and I was never told it would be charged.

So they moved us to another room the next day which ruined our first day of vacation. I want compensation for that

The room was very clean and neat. But the fridge didnt work and the handle for the shower nozzle was just slid on and wasnt connected. It would just fall off anytime you used it. Maintenance guy was extremely pleasant and apologetic about the stuff he had to work on but was able to do quick fixes. Staff was very nice but not much food choices in the hotel. A coffee area with chips and drinks fridge. A pizzeria and breakfast buffet was really poor choices and staff sends you next door to another hotel for their restaurant, bars and Starbucks. They need to work on their own hotel to make it an attra tion on their own because their location is the best part. Its close to everything in Orlando, so hopefully they make some changes...

Strategic location-close to Disney springs, quieter outlet mall and theme parks. Free parking. Resort fee was $21.00/day as of Jan 2026. The rooms were clean, spacious and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable but the bed sheets had some orange-red stains. Our room faced the highway so we heard some traffic noise; the pillows were very firm for our liking and had some lingering old odor in spite of having fresh/clean pillow cases on them. Needless to say, our 3-night sleep was not the best. However, their service was impressive. Polite and friendly staff at the reception; very accommodating and helpful employees at the breakfast area. They acknowledged and greeted our 2-year-old toddler whenever they saw us. Continental buffet breakfast has good selection. What made our breakfast times special was the hospitable interaction we had with Tammee. She is friendly and has warm presence that makes you feel that she owns the place. Kudos to Tammee and Irasema who work great together - both were hospitable and excellent at keeping the dining area organized and clean. It has a small heated outdoor pool where it is quiet and calm. We (my husband, 2-year-old toddler and I) actually took a dip on our night 1 of 3. Though the temp was in the 60's, we felt fine in the heated pool. We used our credit card for their laundry services. I would not hesitate to stay here again in our future stay in Orlando. Areas to improve on: bed stains, available pillow softness option in each room.

Srayed in standard suite with 2 queens. The layout was great. Very clean room, property was very well maintenance and clean. Staff was outstanding. Great location so close to many main attractions. Trafffic can be troublesome but once used to your surroundings and figure out the layout you can get around fairly easy. I would highly recommend staying here. Cant wait to go back

meeting Victoria at check-in, which was smooth and quick, to ordering pizza in house. The suite was perfect! Loved the size and layout. There were three of us (5, 52, 53) and we had more room than we knew what to do with. I had see mention on another review about noise levels. We stayed in room 704. Which is the top floor end of hall on 12/23. No noise. We did hear a little bit of traffic but honestly that’s every hotel everywhere. So unless you’re just impossible to please be sure to stay here when in Orlando. You WON’T be disappointedt.

Our last few stays in BNV hotel has nothing but great. We love staying here for the fact that it’s closer to everything, the rooms are clean, great for family and its affordable especially for an overnight stay. The free breakfast, which was a BONUS, was also good. The staff makes sure everyone are good :)

Suite was huge with a whole sitting room we never touched. Mini fridge is good. Get a 12pk at the CVS across street and they’ll let you bring into the parks. Bus was not conveniently timed (eg 920 and 1120 for a 9am open) so never used it. Ubers $10-20 or more if at rush times.

Our stay was excellent! We were deciding between 2 different hotels and ended up choosing this one last minute. We are so happy we did, this hotel is top notch! From the housekeeping staff to the breakfast attendants, every one was genuinely kind and helpful. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean and the breakfast was great! The only thing I would say is, it would have been nice to have some non pork meat items to enjoy during breakfast but the variety was still good. The heated pool was great and the pizza was delicious from downstairs. We will definitely be staying there again! Thankful for such a great experience!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the exterior and interior look quite nice. However, we did find that some of the room’s facilities are a bit outdated and could use a bit of updating. That was a minor issue for us. On the bright side, the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also quite decent.

The room was clean surprisingly was huge , staff was friendly the breakfast was the best from all other hotels that I have been . The staffs in the cafeteria were exceptionally friendly and keep the place spotless . Only thing I have to complain was the room I was staying was noisy think is from the vent. That kept me up at night .

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The breakfast was very good. The big issue was the mattress. Room 434 it was like sleeping on a concrete slab. I understand that everyone likes to have a different firmness to sleep on but this one was so uncomfortable that my body was hurting the next morning like I just slept on the floor. The last night I laid all of the extra pillows under me to try to create like a pillow top to sleep on to try to get some rest and not be hurting the next morning before needing to be on the road for 9 hours. Other than the mattress our stay was good.

This is our go-to when we want to spend the weekend at Disney. Our family of 5 fits comfortably in the deluxe room with a bigger shower and a sink. There’s an extra sink in the area across from the shower room so multiple people can get ready at the same time. It’s only 8-10 minutes from the Disney parks, which is great for the Disney experience. When warm, the pool area is a blast for kids and adults alike. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Amazing stay with great staff and great breakfast

Amazing hotel

The property was absolutely beautiful. The pool so clean and peaceful. The hotel smelled clean and fragrant. We unfortunately we put at the end of the hall and once you passed the room before ours it smelled of just musty and moldy. Our room smelled the same way just old and gross. I thought it was the air conditioner so we kept that off and it still smelled. I called and they would of changed our room for the next days but being in and out we just dealt with it. My parents were staying at the same hotel same floor and their room did not smell. I was spraying the room. Also there was a gross stain on the sofa chair in all honesty if it is permanently stained throw it away.

The property was lovely. The staff (especially Sandra) who cleaned the rooms were great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room service (Andrea was very helpful) was good. The staff on duty during breakfast were great. A special mention to Tamee who was absolutely fantastic and made breakfast an enjoyable experience.

Great Stay. Room was pretty clean and the breakfast was really good too. My kids enjoyed their stay and did I.

In response the hotel treated us with kindness and respect with special thanks to the reception team and hotel manager, Carly who allowed us to check out early without penalty. Would I recommend families stay here ? Absolutely ! For us elderly couples it just wasn’t aimed at us. They deserve their high guest rating.

Breakfast was healthy coffee was very strong. Staff were very pleasant.

Room was very clean and the beds was super comfortable. Bathroom space clean.. water pressure slightly low for showering.

It was perfect, saved us litterally last minute as we refused to stay at another hotel nearby, booked it whilst in the car park and 5 mins later we was in our room! Hotel staff and everyone we spoke to was lovely, smell and cleanliness couldn’t be faulted! If you’re a couple, family, anyone and you want to be close to Disney and have a trouble free time, this is the place to stay 100 percent

Beverly was our clerk at check in and she was great, informative and accommodating. The room had a great layout, bathroom was stylish but the bed could be more comfortable. I found the location of the pool and whirlpool kind of awkward because is right next to the room where the complimentary breakfast happens with everyone watching you using those amenities.

Room was awesome!! Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was so friendly! Found my new fave place to stay when we come back next year! Only thing I wish is that they had transportation to Universal also

Was very clean and the breakfast was amazing and well varied.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Housekeeping friendly, breakfast staff friendly. Front desk, really hit or miss. To access the pool you must go through front lobby door. Pool had visible rat traps and we waited over an hour one day for clean towels at pool. In room movies are 24.99. You get what you pay for here. I think the sister resort, Caribe Royale was the one with much better amenities. We will not stay here again any time soon.

pool was good- market payment not working and eas not be able to purchase water at pizza restaurant it was 11:05 pm , fitness center too small.

Upon arrive I could smell the cleanliness from outside. There was cucumber infused water as well as mango infused. Rooms were huge and beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was better than any continental breakfast I’ve ever received. Disney Springs was not far. This hotel seemed to be near a lot of stuff. Me and my family were very pleased with this hotel.

Everything is great in this hotel. Space, cleaning, staff. It has a hot breakfast buffet style. We loved it!

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Having access to the pool with a slide at the sister resort was a great perk.

This is offically our Orlando go to. The room was the perfect size for a family of 5. Very clean and conveniently located. The pizza place downstairs was a life saver on most nights and I'm pretty sure my kids enjoyed the pool more than Aquatica!

Great location and clean room with separate area to eat/ sit from bedroom. Love that it includes breakfast and parking. Just beware they do require a deposit upon check-in and it takes 3-5 days to get back

Buffet was the same every day. Missed sausage and gravy, bacon and waffles.

Please add a pillow top to the beds I stayed in room 706 and the beds were very hard the view and room were beautiful but the beds comfort was hard

Breakfast was ok,,, room was clean, but the maid didn’t leave coffee cups on the second day, nothing special about the room if it was a VIP room. Nothing close by except gas station and CVS across the street. I thought it was walking distance to Disney springs but it wasn’t walkable in my opinion because of heavy traffic.

Hotel itself was uncomfortably cold but when we got to the room it was absolutely baltic. Turned off the AC and turned the heat on despite the fact that it was 90+ degrees out. Heat did not help much co turned everything off and by the last day of our stay (three nights) the room was bearable. Suite was not cozy but more functional and has everything you need. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast is buffet style and very basic but again adequate but another day there and we would have skipped and gone to the Waffle House up the street as breakfast very repetitive with the only change being sausage link or sausage patty. Check in and out very efficient and front desk staff very professional.

Great location. Clean & saved lots of money compared to Disney resort hotels. Free parking, free breakfast, free shuttle to the parks.

I like the simplicity of the property. It was comfy for my 2 night stay. The only thing I think needs improving is the breakfast options for people with dietary requirements.

Breakfast was nice, being able to utilize the pool at the hotel next door was great, my kids loved the water slide! Staff was all very friendly
