We did like everything about this property, the only thing was kind different, we did not have any room cleaning the 3 nights we were there, i did not ask for that because we thought was part the service since we were not in a time share, but the rest was perfect.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. We loved having the restaurants on property. The activities were great for our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received a text or call each day asking if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable. We used Lyft to get to Disney and Universal. Both parks were close by and didn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to get to them. We will definitely be staying here again.

If you plan on grilling bring your own utensils

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The options in the pools and hot tubs were fantastic. We loved having access to propane grills, however, the instructions on how to get the tools and the grills lit were not very clear. It was great to see the ducks, turtles, and other wildlife. We did not use any of the other amenities, but walked along the property, and it was beautiful. The biggest downfall were the thin ceilings, maybe even the walls. The people above us must've been on a completely different time schedule because they were making noise between midnight and 2:30 AM and it interrupted our sleep. Mind you, we are all pretty light sleepers, but those hours are very late in our opinions. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully not a sold out holiday weekend, with disrespectful neighbors. Staff was excellent. Thank you!

Hello. Now that I have been home a few days and have had time gather my thoughts i would like to express them to you about our stay at your hotel. First off check in was great . Room was lovely. Except the very very uncomfortable beds. They need to be updated. Pool was nice to look at from our room. But that is it as to our resort fees. I am boggled as to why we would have to pay them? To use the pool that had ducks( I know you can not to anything about that) but to have to watch where you are stepping in the pool to avoid the duck poop is absurd. Not only in the pool but all along the pool deck was covered in duck poop. If you can’t control the duck situation you should hire on more cleaners for the pool area to keep the pool cleaner . We went there to enjoy the pool area and relax at the resort. We had 3 days left and reached out to the front staff to see if we could move hotels. But were told we would have to do it though Expedia. The pool bathrooms where not clean. One bathroom I went into , there was an ants nest right next to my feet as I was using so that scared me as I could not put my feet on the floor. The other bathrooms went into there was no soap in any of the dispensers. The property is not cleaned and maintained as it should be. By the waters edge pool there are several stones on the patio very lose my husband almost feel with one. Had it been an older person. They definitely would have fell. So tell me what my resort fees were used for?

Good location and friendly staff No ramp access from the buildings to reception

sheets were dirty and had blood on them, asked for new sheets but it never came. Very noisy since room was right next to the elevator, kept waking up throughout the night from people screaming and being loud.

Everything was perfect! My six year old granddaughter had a blast! Didn't even need to leave property. The pool activities were great! I wish they would have had karaoke more. Only had it one time during our stay.

Lovely rooms as long as you are away from the construction. Clean facilities and awesome pools and amenities!

There were 2 lifeguards at the pool working the waterslide that were on complete power trips. One was a woman with a whistle. She was crazy with it. Blew the whistle every time someone went down the slide. It was so disruptive and shrill and just absolutely annoying. But the worst was Nelson. He made my 5 year old autistic son afraid to ride the slide. My son didn't understand why he could only slide feet first and he needed reminding.

Property was great! Found food at the bar pricey 18$ burger no sides. Furnishing in room was old (strange)- beds were great though and rooms were very clean!

Loved our room but the only thing that was negative was a fishy smell coming from the bathroom. I’m guessing it was coming from the sewer. All in all, not a bad place to stay and will book here again

The stay was amazing room were nice the only thing is things went missing in our room . We had gone to a convention which we received a lot of makeup products. When we were ready to do our bags a lot of stuff was missing. I feel disappointed since we had mentioned it to the manager the day of arrival, so it makes us think how could it had gone missing. The room amenities, pools, and food. Everything in one place. The noise from other rooms. Everyone seemed to always be moving furniture. With just a few furniture pads the crazy loud scraping noise could be solved.

Room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t the cleanest. The building itself felt dirty getting to the room. Elevators were gross, signs falling apart. The room was 6/10 clean. Basics were surface clean, bathrooms were clean, but fans were dusty, baseboards were dirty, walls were extremely dinged up.

You just really can’t go wrong with a Blue Green property. They had so much to do. Everything was nice and clean and it felt really safe

We had a two bedroom room. It was spacious. The balcony was great to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The points sale pitch was exactly 2hrs, as stated when we signed up. We've been on a few of these at other resorts that were TERRIBLE! We're talking 6hrs and a whole day wasted. This was not our experience at Bluegreen/Hilton. When we told them "no" at the end of the presentation, that was it. No over the top pushiness, which I appreciated. All staff members were 10/10!!! Everyone made sure we were taken care of. The text feature to contact the front desk was very helpful too.

The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. Dust/dirt/food all over the floor and counters. One of the beds had brown/yellow stains on the comforter as well as food crumbs. Mold growing on bathroom doors. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. We had a security issue of someone trying to get into our room and when I called to address the issue & to get security to our room the front desk lady, Delores hung up on me multiple times for no reason. I went to the clubhouse to address both the security issue and the fact that their front desk is hanging up on me when I’m having a security issue and the manager, Jessica could care less. She made excuses for Delores hanging up on me and didn’t address the security issue. She looked annoyed the entire time my husband and I were talking to her.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth.

Room smelt very musty, especially the closets, the dishwasher didn’t work, washer dyed our clothes, the sliding door and door to the big bedroom were difficult to open and super squeaky. The pools were top notch. The property grounds were upkept phenomenally. Staff were pretty stand offish. All in all I will come back because of the property itself hoping next time the room is better.

The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the space. It was a decent walk to the main pool but there were plenty of towels and chairs. There was ample parking near our building even with renovations on the building next to us.

I wish u would have a few more items in your little store.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel, but what stood out for us was the pool and our room which easily accommodated 4 people (there was room for 6) in decent full kitchen we would come back

overall it's a very good and comfortable resort but the room has cheap barely usable kitchen utensils, flexible rubber (whisk etc.) WiFi continued to go out

The amenities Dirty and run down, unfriendly staff, kitchen items missing or broken, light didn’t work, ceiling fan loud, kitchen sink leaked, coffee pot didn’t work, soup empty in master shower etc. I reported all this to staff and they did nothing and didn’t seem to care. The place is overpriced and falling down. Trash everywhere.

Loved that there was options for the pools. Each one had a little different feel to it. The suite we had was beautiful! Perfectly located in the direction of a Space X launch that we were able to view in the wee morning hours after our arrival. The kitchen had much of what we needed to make our meals. Loved that there was a washer and dryer for those unexpected needs. Enjoyed the variety of daily activities at the resort. We would definitely return to this location.

We really loved the pool! The room was really nice especially for the price! The screened in balcony was wonderful! We would stay here again 100% Their food was good too!

The on-site restaurant and drinks were pricey and underwhelming. Overall, if you stay here, come prepared, and you’ll want a car.

Amenities were average at best. The room was dark and dated - but clean - so it was fine. Property could use updating but the staff was always very nice and helpful - and the crowd was chill - all families and older folk. Wouldn’t stay again but if you don’t care about amenities- it’s an affordable option.

The staff kept my credit card during check-in for about 30 minutes which was suspicious. Later after check out the resort has charged (unauthorized) a large amount of money extra.

The floor has not been mopped in quite a while as my grandson had black feet from the room. Multiple lights were burnt out and took over an hour to have replaced. The shower had black mold or mildew along the cracks and the toilet broke which I fixed myself. The stove was broken on the bottom and the rooms lacked upkeep. Unless your a timeshare owner here don’t expect a lot place has gone down hill and this use to be our favorite resort to stay at in Orlando. I have pictures to prove the claims hopefully I can attach to rating. They push the timeshare tour so I unplugged the phone and blocked their calls. The pool was the nicest area and not too crowded with pleasant water temps. I will spend a little more next time and go to Marriott due to cleanliness issues with rooms. If you’re going to spend upwards of 2k for the stay go to another resort that actually upkeeps the rooms. Very disappointed in this accommodation and will not be returning to The Fountains in the future.

That we had to wait an extra hour when we checked in on time at 4 pm for a room to get ready. Only to be put in a room that smelled of must and had electrical issues. But, they did put us in a new room that was much better. We also didn’t like the smell of marijuana.

I loved the location of the property and the location of the room which was on the highest floor. The exterior of the building was disgusting! The elevator was so old and dilapidated that we thought it was going to collapse while we were in it.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was literally sparkling and huge. The grounds are well kept, the playground and walking areas are great. The arcade was so clean and had great games. The views were amazing everywhere. Wish the did a breakfast buffet.

A very great value for the accommodation! Only problem was all the TV remotes would not work. But they were very prompt to bring replacement. Nothing really other than the TV remote not working and there was no ability to log into Netflix

2nd room was much better but clearly they don’t clean the floors because our feet were black after an hour of being in there. TVs barely work and only 1/3 at a time. Water pressure in the shower is absolutely terrible.

Rooms were clean and quiet, and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved having a bundle for the pull out sofa that actually had all right pieces. The pool area was perfect. Kids loved the slides, and we loved the hot tubs and convenient bar and grill.

The dish washer wouldn’t stop and had to be turned off by the fuse at 3am when I woke to the most awful sound, the heat couldn’t be used as it would smoke and burn and set the fire alarm off and there seems to be no rules on the noise levels as upstairs were loud and banging about up until 4am every night No telling you how to get in and out of the property you need to use your room key for the barriers to open Staff at the Starbucks area made it feel like you was an inconvenience to them Basically you had to try and work out the whole thing yourself how the hotel worked where to eat ect I wouldn’t stay here again

The pool area is AMAZING for kids and families. The splash park appeared to have been recently updated and features an awesome shallow area with lots of colourful sprays and dumping buckets. Additionally, the main pool is massive, and there was never an issue getting chairs and it did not feel busy. Towels are also conveniently accessible with your room key at the towel dispensers. The only thing that would be great for parents to know is that the double waterslide has a height restriction of 40" and you can't (or aren't supposed to) ride double with a kid under 40" (it is supervised by staff) so that can be a tough conversation with a little, but there is a lot more to do!

Note - they are renovating some rooms so there is a little noise early, but they are updating so that is a good thing. Would stay at the fountains again.

The cleanliness of our room

Biggest issue we had was no communication of check out. So we had to rush a family of 6 because it had past without our knowledge. 1 hot tub was down, another had no jets. Otherwise great spot to stay. Room service only comes if you ask

Not a 4 stars resorts for sure. It is not kept well. The rooms are old and smell old. The fridge has a smell also.

Only issues I had was the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, you had to fiddle with the handle. Then with the shower the water seemed very harsh and left my skin super dry on top of the actual shower head was spitting out the water weird. Hot tub was also very small for the amount of people at the resort.

We were with out hot water for the first 24 hours, and were told they were working on it,, finally we asked to be moved to a different building. I got a call 30 min before check out to hear that they needed to enter the room for a leak above and they needed to come immediately,,, they never showed up and we just left. Not too sure I would return with all the other great resorts in the area.

Our trip was wonderful. Very relaxing and that’s what we were looking for. My only complaint/issue which was resolved concerned the elevator in our Bldg 8. For first 3 days only one elevator available and it was making noises. I called the front desk to notify them and the next day the elevator that wasn’t working when we arrived, was now working. Don’t know if original elevator that I complained about got fixed because we had no need to use it after the 2nd elevator was working.

The room was awful too much humidity. I would never go back to the resort again my room supposed to be three bedrooms. They gave me two bedrooms. The car was GMC. They gave me a different truck. It’s got high mileage in it.

terrible stay we got no water for two days straight no water at all in our room, we were never called or offered a different room, this ruined our vacations and hotel didn't properly address this situation.

Rooms were clean, kitchen stocked well, overall we were happy with accommodations.

The resort itself was beautiful and have wonderful pools. Our experience was not good because the hotel had no water for 10 hours and felt like they did not handle this properly. They should have offered us another room and another building. They also trimmed trees right at our balcony at 1:30 in the morning. This trip was not a good experience

Overall pleased with the resort! Maintenance on the exterior needs to be addressed but since Hilton just bought them out, I would imagine it will be. We asked for an updated condo and they obliged. We were happy to not be in the units by the large pool, that pool is party central! The indoor/outdoor pool was more our vibe. The restaurant in the clubhouse was wonderful. The pizza was amazing! The resort is centrally located near shopping, parks and restaurants.

Perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen and washer/dryer made our week long stay so much easier for me. My 4 kids (ages 11-16) loved the pools and game room. There was daily activities that we all enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed this property. Even though it was large, it didn’t feel overwhelming. Starbucks on site, plenty of pools, nice paths to each building. Very friendly staff. Ricardo at front desk and Spencer at concierge were very personable. Fitness centre and arcade were great. The location was so convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Even though our room wasn’t renovated yet (others have been) we were still very happy with the space. The only thing that I’d say was not “perfect” is that at the main pool - since there aren’t any lifeguards - one night (out of six) some groups got a little rowdy by throwing several balls in the pool taking up a lot of space and being overly loud - and many kids were cannonballing in the shallow end which can be dangerous. This didn’t ruin our fun though. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool staff especially stood out – they were attentive and made our time by the water even more enjoyable. Our room was perfect: clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or settling in after a long day, everything was just right. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run getaway. My overall experience was good. The only thing I was not pleased with was that the building I stayed in only had 1 elevator in service. This was very inconvenient - the wait for one elevator on a busy weekend was not something I enjoyed.

Big pool fun for family of all ages

The pool areas were great, a lot of activities for the kids. Rooms were ok, a few minor issues but overall, a good stay!

The rooms are vary spacious and comfortable. The property was very prety and clean. The pool could be a larger for the size of the facility.

If you can summon your rudest inner Karen or just immediately (and politely) ask for a manager the instant something is wrong, you will have an exceptional stay and problems will be resolved or viable workarounds will be given to you. Just know that the normal employees are typically not allowed to present those workarounds. Construction was going on the whole time but posed no real issue at all other than being the likely cause of the Wi-Fi outage. Had that not happened, we would give 5 stars across the board except service. The Wi-Fi issues just exposed why this is their only current flaw. Just bad communication.

Was asked to do a sales presentation when I declined I was treated like I was a beggar.

Overall, it was a 4/5 stay which came down to 2.5-3/5 after the staffing issues which made me feel like it was a budget chain hotel not a bespoke resort.

Our shower pipe wasn’t the best and acted up and we were showering with scorching hot water .

Upon arrival I had to pay a additional $112.00 I ask hotel.com would there be anything additional I had to pay and I was told no that everything was paid except the hold for deposit which was $100 also,luckily I had the extra cash.our stay was great hotel was excellent pools clean public bathrooms were very clean i would love to go back here

Resort was pretty nice. Grounds were well kept. Pools were nice. The iced-water dispensers at main lobby, and the outside bars were much appreciated. Our room was nice, but had a couple issues. Guest bathroom sink drain kept popping out of the U-trap...draining sink water on the floor. We told mngt about it first day. They "fixed" it by just popping pipe back into trap. Problem was, it was not a good fit...and kept popping out. Couple other very minor things...but overall a nice stay. Location was a reasonable 15-20 min Uber to either Universal or Disney.

Easy access to area attractions. Property is working on renovations. Property was dated. Ceramic tile floor in condo very pitted with loose shards throughout the main living space. Broken faucet in guest bathroom. Light fixture in master bathroom shorted. Stress crack across the ceiling of master bedroom. Interior of condo not the cleanest.

The property is nice , convenient to shopping and food options . The rooms could use a really good cleaning. The floors needed to be mopped . Pool area very clean .

The fire alarm in building 5 went off a few times in a two days due to faulty sensor and the management does not even send any notes or anything to the tenants. No actions from the resorts. I had to request to move to another building. They did moved our family but the whole vacation is ruined.

This resort definitely needs some updating. The area around the property needed som cleaning and some places even needed repair. The room had contemporary furniture but was not very clean and the showers had very low water pressure. Based on the cleanliness of the entire property and our suite, this was more of a 3-star property in my opinion.

Easy check in and check out. Amazing pools! Plenty of poolside seating, fun activity schedule, close to attractions/grocery store/restaurants. A great place to relax and enjoy some sun shine. On site gym, multiple hot tubs, water slides, indoor pool, pool side bars.

Generally, we would stay at a different resort when we travel to Orlando but decided to give the Fountains a try this time. Big mistake. Portion of the resort we stayed in was gutted for construction and an absolute mess and inconvenience. Certainly was not what we were looking for in a family getaway. Every morning construction started around 7am and continued to the evening. Kids were woken up daily to the sound of hammering and drilling, stench of paint and cut concrete. To add to this, resort staff did little to help other than listen, commit to follow ups, and ultimately ignore (including “director level” staff). The exception to this was the housekeeping manager who did her best to keep our unit clean from all of the concrete dust and construction debris. Instead of using the lift trucks, the crew used the patron elevator all day, everyday to move materials up and down with no regard for the guests. The heavy over-utilization of the elevators caused them to break at times and we had to stay up on our floor for hours at a time. Easy enough to take the stairs from the 4th floor but not with all the equipment that comes with having a baby travelling with you. We were not informed the building we were placed in was in such poor condition in advance, and the bottom line is that the building should have been closed until all work was complete. Instead, they chose monetization over the comfort of their guests. Will not return here. Lots of options, look elsewhere.

Great stay - 2 bedrooms with kitchen was very spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had enough dishes + pans + etc that we could actually cook. Super-nice bathrooms and comfy, downy beds. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. My kid's favorite part was the arcade and they had a nice market for grab-and-go items. Would definitely stay again

I do wish you guys had like an adult only swimming area. Or at least enforeced the parental supervision policies. On numerous accaucse I left the hot tub because of the awkward moments of 3 to 7 little kids playing in them with no parents. So i would just end my good time to avoid issues. I saw 2 parents litterelty walk their kids down to the pool. Tell their kids to come back to the room when it closes and then leave. And all of those kid immidetly ran to the hot tub. So i just left again. I honsetly loved 95 percent of my stay minus the above issue. Definetly would do it again.

As a family of 6 we absolutely loved this resorts and the facilities it provided. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to cold weather. But we will definitely be coming back ! Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice stay. It's part of a time share property so a little anoying when it comes to the staff trying to sell you on something that you don't want, even after you tell them multiple times that your not interested. When you check in reception tell you that you need to speak to some staff next to reception to get a parking pass, in reality it's just pushing you to speak to someone about timeshare and has nothing to do with obtaining a parking pass. Deceptive. But the property is nice overall. Well maintained.

This property was perfect for my family of 7. The condos were spacious and provided everything we needed for our week-long vacation. Perfection at its finest. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

I try to stay at Bluegreen every time of visit Orlando. This is a great place. It’s quiet, staff are nice, and the resort is amazing.

Nice 2 bed condo, would stay again

It was a nice stay. It was quiet and there was enough supply’s in the kitchen for us to make meals. The availability of services from the main office was soso but the pressure to watch their “timeshare” presentation was a little too much after our long journey. I could have done without the long check in. The area also had enough quick places for food but don’t expect a large variety of restaurants. Overall it was good but I wouldn’t say it was 4 stars as it was originally rated. I’d give it no more than a 3.5

The property is nice and everything but the check in process was a problem for me. The young lady who checked me in was amazing but it was after the check in when i had to get my parking pass. She sent me to a different counter and a different person. I've stayed here before and knew they try to sell you time share when u get your parking pass. I declined all the offers and refused to give out my phone number to them because of the annoying spam calls. The guy was very rude when i refused and didnt want to give me my parking until i gave him my number. Eventually a manger came over n gave it to. I wish they wouldn't do this. Especially after a long drive there. All i wanted to do was just get in the room and get settled in.

Great for families! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful for our 10 day vacations. They even had fishing poles available to rent for my son to fish in their lake.

There is only one gluten free option here for food which is pizza that wasn't that great so we have to go out to get anything for my son to eat. The water pressure in the showers are terrible and the washing machine sounds like a cement mixer. All in all it's a pretty lousy experience here. Also most of the employees we've encountered look miserable or aren't very personable. We just came from Hikton grand vacation seaworld and it was a completely different experience.(much better) This property got bought by Hilton a few weeks ago and you can tell the employees aren’t happy about. I would Avoid until it’s completely turned over and renovated by Hilton.

It was a first time at resort,was looking for a relaxing time,well my arrival and guest service was the start of my nightmare I had booked online and put a deposit $157 and the $327 was deducted as I arrived then I gave the Front desk rep (A) a credit card for incidentals and a $100 deposit hold.then she tells me it was declined which I new she was wrong because I checked my balance before arrival.then she tried again and she she would be back meanwhile I called the bank and was told that they ran the card 5 times and 1 went thru she kept on telling me it was not showing up and started to raised her voice at me and being disrespectful.told her she should not ran my card so many times it got it block, she needs to concentrate or get more training how to operate system.then I called for a manager Mrs. Channel came out with a pad of printer paper with 5 credit card transactions and was told there was a resort fee $84 and gave her another card she was telling me it was declined, suddenly manager looked at her computer and my 100 deposit appeared in system and I guess for all that hard time she waived fee.when I booked with Expedia Taxes and Resort Fees included.next day my daughter wanted some food when I tried to pay for some chips and soda and encounter same lady and she wanted same card that I used for dep,I had cash or another debit she was screaming and manager came out were texting my info on phones likeI criminal ,My shaver was stolen from my room only my medicine return

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool during our visit. I will say the staff was friendly. They did accommodate us. There was staff on site and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Apenas hice el check in pague la estadia con tarjeta de debito, el ultimo dia cuando fui a hacer el check out me tuvieron una hora porque ellos no encontraban en su sistema el pago, yo les mostraba mis recibos y asi y todo me tuvieron una hora, un mes después del viaje me encuentro que hicieron dos cargos en mi tarjeta de credito por el importe que pague en las instalaciones. Hace 1 semana que me estan pidiendo disculpas y diciendo que lo van a resolver pero no tengo solucion.

Had some issues with ants in our room. They were quick to come in and spray unfortunately the ants kept showing up. I still like this place. The workers are friendly and my son loved the pool and arcade. Easy to get to Disney. I've stayed here a couple times in the last. This is the first time we had any.issues.

The room was large and spacious. Location was great. Beds were comfortable and the view was fabulous! I was able to walk the property after work and by the little lake.

I was aware of the construction that was taking place and it was not an issue or factor for my stay. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were all the same, and too hard for my preference. The furniture was dated and just "odd". Time did not allow for using the pool, but it did look inviting from the lobby.

Slow/long wait for coffee/breakfast. We were told free breakfast when we booked, never figured out where. Coffee machine in room broken. STILL waiting for a bill from hotel for $-- room charges, we checked out 3 days ago!
