Me and my boyfriend couldn't even make it inside, the outside looked horrible. And I wasn't gonna stay there. Ended up going too nobile hotel parkway at celebration orlando. Way better there for the same price Very trashed and not taken care of

Location next to everything for caribbean carnival events and size of room was great Bathroom was dirty needed to be cleaned toilet and tub prior to our stay. Never received breakfast here.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. They were so quick and responsive. The room was very big and two beautiful beds. Shower room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. Little bit far from downtown. If you have a car it is perfect place to stay.

Absolutely Nothing When we pulled up my friend and I were immediately being picked up on by 4 men drinking and listening to music in the parking lot. I get in the shower and notice pubic hairs on the ceiling then shit smeared by the toilet paper. I get out and go to office to get cleaning products, he was rude and on the phone. Didn't care about what I was saying. I go back start cleaning and ended up cleaning the entire room. It was so disgusting. Then I pull the covers down and notice a yellow satin on my bed and my friend kept sniffing her sheets, I asked her wtf was she doing she said smell so like a dumba** I smell...It was the worst smell I have ever smelled. So it being 2 am I go back down to bitch and get sheets and he was still on the phone. Whatever. I go to change the sheets and there's a full syringe under the mattress. I lost it. Called him since he seemed to only care about phone calls lol. He tells me he will take care of it tomorrow. Wtf!?! We left and found a different hotel.

Sheets looks dirty, tv didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t stop running. Shower and sink cracked. Vending machine took my money. For $250+/night not worth half that.

It was close to the fairgrounds. The water was amazing and the room was clean. You can tell the room had been we modeled, but you still had paint peeling and there was no coffee pot

Looks nothing like the building on the outside. No care in cleaning/maintaining property. We laughed if we could have just paid the “hourly” rate by the entire overall experience of the overnight stay for a concert across the street.

Nothing The room was musty and had a cigarette smell the floors were filthy. The bathroom shower curtain was very cheesy, and it kept soaking the floor. The whole atmosphere of the hotel gave ran down.

The day we arrived our key wasn’t working, after 3 attempts of changing keys the maintenance man had to kick the door down. After an hour of banging on the door lock we switched rooms and it was disgusting. Feces on the toilet, mold in the bathroom. Nothing was wiped down and had weed stems in the sink. After our 3 day stay we go to leave and someone had purposely flattened our tire and marked our car with a zip tie. NOT SAFE.

Room smelled musty and wss not clean. No clean towels. Had to return the dirty ones to het new ones. But none available. Floor made my feet black colored it was so dirty. Weird people outside at night.
