Noisy air conditioning all night long, didn’t sleep well.

Don’t stay here, it’s cheap for a reason. Booked a week here because I was told affordable and friendly. That’s a lie, owners rented out multiple rooms to large groups with a bunch of kids each. Kids on scooters loud all day to late night. People right outside your door playing loud music from cars and singing drunk.Dirty diapers in front of room doors. Called office and claim they will address the nuisance guests, but they did nothing! Owners don’t care, they scared to call cops on nuisance guests, when they have the right.

The price and convenience to where we were. It needs some renovation.

Microwave and fridge worked, and there were no bedbugs. They'll let anyone stay. The first night, there was a domestic dispute, and the second night had our neighbor auditioning for the live theatrical version of Stomp all hours of the night. There's also a surprise $100 deposit after you've driven 8 hours to get there, so if you didn't plan for that extra AFTER paying $300+ for 2 nights for a room with a bathroom door that won't close, you're screwed.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms weren’t very clean. There were paint chips everywhere. No curtain was on the kitchen window so it was very bright in the morning. The shampoo was in an impossible to open packet. There was no conditioner. There were no outlets near the beds to charge our phones.

Shower and bathroom counter dirty. Water based paint wipes off very easily. It had been there long enough for the ceiling paint to start peeling which means none of it had properly been cleaned in a long time. Towels and wash clothes had stains on them.

Nice for a 'no frills' motel. Do not like that not all doors shut all the way, gaps at top n bottom. Floor was quite damp outside bathroom, and bathroom floor was extremely slick.

The windows in the bathroom and the bedroom did not lock which was a safety concern. Even bigger of a concern when the employee would stare into the window. We did not feel comfortable here as 2 unarmed women traveling alone and ended up leaving early. Front desk didnt care why we were leaving early only cared to mention she could not give a refund "because we booked online". Entire experience was bizarre. I would not recommend.

Heater in first room was not working. No refrigerator in room. Microwave was on floor. Floors were uneven. Gap in bottom of door. Got transferred to a different room which heater worked in that but still a gap around door. Thank god it was only for 1 night

In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.

There's a big gap around the door letting in all the cold weather. The fridge didn't work.

It's was nice just really cold do to the gap under the door. Also my bathroom looked a bit dirty

They might want to invest in their heating system if they want visitors to stay with them during a Buffalo winter. My room’s heat did not work efficiently if at all

The room was neglected. The rug was vacuumed nor was the garbage taken out. The microwave didn't work. The shower water was cold-warm barely warm but the sink water was extremely hot. The worst part was the horrible bed situation. Besides the beds being uncomfortable, when you request a king size they put 2 double beds together. The problem is the beds kept separating all night long. So instead of getting what I paid for, they just gave me anything. Also it was freezing in the room. They could have turned the heat on since it was so cold outside. I had to sit in my coat, gloves & hat for over an hour waiting for the room to heat up. I then sat in my car for another hour waiting for the bathroom to warm up enough to shower. Since the water wasn't warm enough to heat the bathroom. I didn't expect to be at a 5star hotel but I did expect the room to be clean & well maintained. As a traveler, all these things are considered a huge inconvenience. All we want to do is to shower, eat & sleep. All of that was delayed for hours & therefore delayed my traveling which disappointed my employer. I had such a horrible time, I left a day early forfeiting an entire day. I chose to sleep in my car & shower at my gym, for the last night instead of spend one more day in this motel. I usually try to support local motels when I can during travels. This motel made me regret my choice. This is the first time I had to write such a negative review.

Newly renovated. Seems like it's heading in the right direction. No issues. Staff was friendly.

Remodel looks like it was done by a five year old. Toilet would not flush. Entry door outside has no weatherstripping. Beds hard as rock and makes super loud noises bangs when you move 80 bucks to much for this shelter only stay

The staff was very courteous and the room was ok but had to ask for a fridge as the room didn't come with one

There was a huge crack under the door which allowed the cold air in all night, if a critter wanted to visit it would have been very simple to get in, after I pointed it out it was like it wasn’t a big problem. I think that’s kinda poor way to treat a customer. The rooms should be safe and secure not with a hole to the outside.

Staff were very friendly. Location. Carpet could have used a vacuum cleaner/cleaning. Bathroom floor could have used a mopping. Required a closet or something to hang clothes on. Caught in the rain and it was diffuse to dry clothing.

I woke up way before my alarm due to a freezing room and couldn’t fall back asleep. When I went to use the restroom, the light wouldn’t turn on and I realized the power was out. No water, no electricity, no heat. When I spoke to front desk they said all I could do was to try and get 15% refund through Expedia

It had a wardrobe with no hanger rod to hang clothes and no dresser doors. The mini fridge was setting on a milk. Crate with the microwave sitting on top of that.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was small, but clean and comfortable for the money.

The bed sheets had stains on them. No local TV broadcast station. the staff were very professional.

Old, run down, dirty sheets, paper thin walls, smelled bad, smoke detectors went off for no reason in the middle of the night, stained tub and toilet - yuk
