    This is the worse place to stay. There is no staff that works in the office. The night worker was the rudest. You have to use a phone to call for assistance to get checked in. The first fee times I called no one answered then the guy finally answered and was rude and said yo give him 4 minutes while he finished taking his break or whatever he was doing. Then hung up on my face and when I needed to ask him more questions he closed the wall to the office on me.

    Our experience checking in included a woman having a drug overdose and being given CPR by a staff member. Should have left then! Seems that there are quite a bit of people using this hotel as housing. We had to change rooms 3 times. Our friends had to as well. Thankfully Tasha was amazingly helpful. We had planned to use the kitchen to cook but there was nothing in it. No cookware whatsoever. The AC clicked all night. The water had no pressure. We had a couple of roaches. But we survived! I wouldn't stay there again.

    I have stayed at mini woodspring suites hotels and this hotel in Orange Park is very typical of what you will find on their properties. I will say this particular property in Orange Park was better than some I have stayed in but it still had the same old problems. Namely the floors were filthy. I don't think they even mop the floors when they clean the rooms, the outside of the property was very dirty. Cigarettes were everywhere and there were no one picking up any trash. They had one poop stand that was overflowing so I would say a very poor job of upkeep on the outside of the property. The staff was above average so I will give them credit for that but still a long ways to go to make a meaningful experience on an extended stay. I would be careful with this property choice

    The refrigerator didn’t work for the first week and no one offered me any money back the people live on the premises and they are so rude they charged me for towels that I never received and I asked for toilet paper and they acted like it was a pain to get them for me so I just bought my own and you only get one towel per person the bathroom stays locked on the first floor and they let people live there for free and it’s disgusting a man was taking a dump behind the dumpster and there is alligators in there pond back off area be very careful there it’s a very dysfunctional place to stay I paid over 4K and then the young man didn’t know how to do Klarna and said he cannot accept it as a form of payment because they charge 150$ each time you re-check the room out it’s a joke not sure how they won an award bc they don’t deserve it.

    Room was very clean. No problems with that. We arrived on Friday afternoon and went right out to dinner. Came back to the room late and found that there was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room. The desk attendant said that he couldn't issue supplies "after hours". ???? I went out to buy MY OWN toilet paper. We then found that the remote control for the TV did not work. I took the remote down to the attendant and he replaced it. Still did not work. He told me he would have his tech check it out in the morning. We came back to the room the next evening and still no TV; nothing had been touched - the remote was exactly where I left it. Lastly; it's a suite?? And if you want a coffee maker, you have to rent it for an additional charge??? : (

    Hands down the staff was very pleasant and nice, good location, plenty of parking. The room was clean but for an extended stay hotel, the amenities were lacking. It would’ve been nice to have some ice cube trays in the refrigerator, Kleenex in the bathroom, only had 2 bed pillows (1 thin and 1 thick), it felt like the floor had been cleaned with furniture polish (feet felt slick on the floor, big eewww) no blow dryer, no coffee maker (not even in the lobby), the sink plug in the bathroom was missing, hallway carpets needed cleaning.

    Everything was fine but some things could be better. Could have used a closet and an ironing board/iron in the room. Bathtub was not very appealing... looked dirty but mostly just old. Also could have used an additional nightstand. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. It served our purpose very well.

    The rooms were exactly what you would expect for an extended stay at a hotel. Had all the amenities that we needed. I will say for whatever reason this particular extended stay hotel does not clean your room daily they clean it weekly so it does function like an extended stay hotel if you’re staying for a week your room will not be cleaned.

    The place was very clean and quiet for the most part. There's a small man-made lake which holds a couple of alligators and a small fleet of turtles which kept me entertained. Great for short term stay. Would recommend and revisit

    Workers there were pleasant for the most part but there were only there to do exactly what they were told, none of them went above and beyond for you and just there to work which most of them live there as well,most were seen smoking outside multiple times a day. Oh and if I wanted clean towels I always had to bring my old ones to get new ones, one time they said I had to wait till the next day to get new clean towels. Over all this may be a hotel to stay for one night at most but good luck with multiple nights, you’d have to be on the top floor to get a good night sleep here in my opinion, only great thing I can say is parking is good I always had somewhere to park!

The grounds were littered with trash and no one seemed to know how to be a good pet parent. We were traveling with our dog and ALWAYS picked up her pooped. Come on - pick up after your pets. If you can’t enforce the rule then have someone on staff patrol the areas and do it. Staff and tenants hung out by the entrance/exit doors smoking. This meant that non-smokers, US, had to walk through cigarette and pot smoke to enter or exit the building. The first night we were in the wrong room so the next morning we were moved. Two days later we were moved again because apparently that room had no hot water and was supposed to be placed on a "do not use list.” Our third room was okay but on the fourth floor when we had requested a ground level floor weeks prior to our stay. It could be a great place to stay if these few things were addressed.

    The room was okay but the floors in the room was filthy I had on socks on and you can tell it was an animal in the room, dishwasher didn’t work at all, we was giving 1 plate and 2 saucers no pots and pans or utensils and the ones we did have they were dirty. The toilet seat top had all dust on it, parking was good, as far as the area it’s nice I use to live in the area near by the hotel.

    Spacious room. The full-size fridge and freezer were really convenient. I like that there were no carpets in the room. And really appreciated that they are dog friendly and offer a super affordable pet fee ($10 a night). I didn’t like the front desk hours. No one is available to help until 10 am on weekends. I had somewhere to be on Saturday at 9 am but was late because there wasn’t an iron in the room and I had to wait for the front desk to open at 10 to get an iron . So just bring your own iron. There’s also no kitchen supplies so if you plan to use the kitchen bring everything you need for it. While the room was mostly clean, there were visible dust bunnies in the sheets. I had to dust the bed off before we could sleep in it. And the pillows are really flat, had to fold them to have cushion.

    I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. These had to be the worst beds we ever slept on. There’s no mattress only box springs it’s a pretty new hotel. I think the only had the box springs delivered and never the mattresses. No hair blowers no coffee and very noisy. Underneath the bed, they were completely filthy. The hallways were completely filthy. And the best part was whoever used the room before us left their shampoos there and they were never taken away so that tells you the cleaning department never did their job job very dirty hotel?

    Everyone needs to understand that this hotel is actually closed overnight so if you were checking in late, you cannot get in. If you’re checking in after hours, they tell you to dial 500 however nobody answers. When I finally got to my room, I opened the door to other guests staying there! They were as surprised as I was so in summary don’t stay here. The halls are filthy and the people that stay here are filthy as well.

    The hallways and elevators were absolutely nasty. Food in the halls and used Q-tips in the elevator the whole time i was there. No staff is there overnight so if you need something you're pretty much on your own.

Someone came knocking twice at my door trying to get into the room claiming it was hers, I received a call stating that I owed money because I was mistaken for someone else, and housekeeping came knocking early in the morning asking if I was checking out when I was not scheduled to leave that day. Not sure where the communication break down took place, but it felt stressful. The second night was without any incidences.

    No hairdryer in room, no shampoo or conditioner only a bar of soap, only provided two very thin pillows per bed. This is an extended stay hotel and it appeared the majority of its residents were living there long term. Lobby closes at 4 most days. Staff was friendly but we were told supplies were limited and we couldn’t get extra towels only exchanges during lobby hours. If you arrive after 4pm you have to use the lobby phone to check in.

    I checked-in and when we get to the room, it was dirty! The desk, the tv stand. Then an hour later I saw and kill two small roaches. We left the room to another hotel, there were even two roaches near the elevator. This hotel is infested with roaches. I have pictures and videos.     For the price, it's a good value. It's an extended stay hotel so it does not have many of the amenities that a hotel has. Such as shampoo, extra towels, coffee, ice. It smelled and appeared clean, however there was chewing gum in toilet, hair on counters and all over the shower walls and when I dried up water on floor, the towel became very dirty. Then again for the price, $87 a night, its okay but need to pack cleaning products and many more other things I don't normally have to pack.

    This is a great hotel…I love it. I spent almost two weeks here. My daughter wedding and catching up with friends. Jarred front desk is amazing. The maintenance man was awesome. I can’t forget about Tasha on point very helpful. They all were so helpful during my busy week.

    Staff were unfriendly. They havent clean the room for more than 3 weeks. Return duty towel withinhour of operation and they didn’t have any clean ones, said they will accommodate room with clean towel and they didnt, when i arrived at the hotel after hours staff said they don’t provide towel services after hours. The first week of staying at the hotel they cut the locks of my company truck, staff said they would look at the cameras but never did. Very disappointed with this stay, even though i stayed at orlando and miamj locations before and with pleasant experience.

    In dealing with Hotels.com I did my reservation on line ,I check the box that says pay when you get to property. But when I got there front desk says Hotel.com had already changed my card for the first night. I exspress my concerns to front desk that didn't want it on the card I was paying for the 2 days with my debit card. Front desk says there's also a 100$ deposit that has to be done with a card only.So I gave him my debit card and told him to put the 2nd night for the room and the deposit on my debit card. He than charge my credit card that was being held on file for the second night and put the $100 deposit on the debit card. That wasn't the way I wanted to pay for my stay ,he did the opposite of what I just explained to him.

    The room wasnt very clean. Its not that it was terrible dirty. It just looked like some just made the bed and piled a stack of towls in the bathroom but didnt clean. The freezer smelled of fish. There was a purple finger nail like a press on plastic nail in the dishwashers. We had reserved a room to have kitchen cutlery and flatware, we found 2 frying pans. Notified the front desk and they forget. 24 hrs later still nothing from the front desk. Asked about the kitchen supplies again and they apologized but they had forgotten. Beds are old dented spring mattresses and the air conditioning is doing its best. At least they are friendly and i didnt fear my car getting broken into. Plenty to eat nearby and quick access to the highway.

    The room needed to mop and proberly clean. Half the linens were cleaned and was requiring a fee to change.....unacceptable. my overal experience was ok....just tidinss needs to be inforced. Was there a housekeeping crew because the hallways and elevators looked unkept for days.

    Tyler the front desk assistant told me that the guys waking in behind me could be murders. He also stated he didn’t like my support dog who is for comfort. He told me he works two jobs to afford his charger an new house boasting that snakes are better then dogs. When I reminded him that he was at work an that I was a customer not a friend her began to get guarded. He closed the blind then said he wasn’t going to be available. When I gathered my items from out side there was no carts available an made it difficult to gain access. I asked Tyler for a closer room due to my disability an he refused to accommodate me. He also told me the deposit was 150 instead of 50. I feel like he has a mood disorder an should not be working alone . I asked for a refund after he stated the comments about murders in the building. He said it was to late an talked with a confident attitude of evil. I have been a guest at a different location an seem better customer service. I had a question about if my stay was extended an Tyler said I would be charged every day for time extended. I felt very uncomfortable giving him my deposit via debt card due to his untrustworthy attitude an very personal conversation that was not welcome. I am a paying customer that deserves respect an quality for service that is being paid for. I want a full refund an full apology.

    This is designed to be an inexpensive, long term rental. Rooms are spartan, no frills, but very clean. Bring your own shampoo, blow dryer, and anything else you need to be comfortable. You get a small bar of soap and a tiny flat pillow. Thats it. There is housekeeping twice a month. You can get replacement towels and linens at the front desk. There is a lot of traffic noise. Ear plugs might be helpful.

    The room was nice but the bed and tub was old and uncomfortable the stopper was pulled out of the tub; left sitting on the side broken exposing how disgusting the drain is. You could feel the springs in the bed, the two pillows was to small and dirty, I always take the pillowcase off to see what I'm laying face made my stomach turn. Other than than place was nice.

    Check in was a great experience. Daniel was amazing, professional, and absolutely went out of his way to make sure my girls and I had a safe place to lay out heads after strange experience with the Airbnb we abandoned.     This stay was very nice and it’s a very nice facility. Housekeeping has to do better. The facility is new and with the right upkeep it can look nice for a long time, but it’s not has clean as it should be.

    I was put in a room where there was no hot water in the shower and every day I was told there was not another room that I could be transferred to and there was no offer of a refund of my money. Even more disheartening than not having hot water to be able to wash my body for 3 nights is the fact that they already knew there was a hot water problem in this room but continue to put people in there and for the total disregard of a person’s comfortability I would not stay again or recommend it.

    The customer service was phenomenal. Cleaniness was very good all but under the beds. There was stuff from previous guests. Other than that is was very clean. It was quiet. Our dogs was welcomed and everyone was so nice. The beds were not uncomfortable but could have been a little better. Bring pillows because they are comfortable but flat. Overall the stay was excellent and i would recommend this place to my family and friends. We had to travel because i had aurgery and it was literally 1.1 miles away feom the hotel. Again, dont listen to the negative reviews because it eas clean, quiet and EXCELLENT service. We even met the general manager and he was super professional and nice along with thw other staff.

    Nice property, staff has a negative attitude. We requested a room on the first floor due to a person in our party having knee problems. We were given a room on the second floor. The AC in that room didn't work so we reported it. The desk sent a staff member up to look at it and couldn't do anything to correct the issue so they had us change rooms. This time they put us on the third floor (punishment for reporting a broken AC unit??). The next room ,on the third floor, the card reader on the door didn't work so the staff member went and got a replacement key card but that didn't work either so the staff member disassembled the card reader, did something and put it back together...it worked. Went into room, put personal items away, went to relax by watching TV and there was no remote control in the room. Reported that to the desk and they said they would be right up with a spare. Also requested two additional pillows since there were none in the closet as is the case with most of the hotels. After 45 minutes of nothing, called desk again and the male staff member said "Oh, he forgot" and would find one and bring it up. Ten minutes later a phone call from the desk, no spare remote controls were available nor were there any spare pillows available. We asked for another room and were told that there were no other rooms available. At that point we were done with the poor service and attitude and opted to find other lodging. Bottom line. nice property...lousy service.

    I’ll never stay at this property again. Booked a handicap accessible room because my mom was traveling with me in a wheelchair. Once they checked me in had swiped my card etc they informed me I would not get a handicap accessible room and offered me no solution even after I stated my mom was in a wheel chair. No staff at hotel after 9 or ten so if you lose your room key you are SOL and will be locked out your room and hotel until the next morning.

    My fridge had food spilled down the inside of the door, some of the kitchens drawer handles had dried something on them. I found a fry under the AC unit. Wasn’t the cleanest for sure. The lobby was nice and clean, but not the room. I also found fake eyelashes in the sink in the bathroom, and makeup dried on the inside of the sink. All in all- I’m not super picky but this is all the issues I had… so I wouldn’t pick this place unless you can handle some remnants of previous tenants there. Staff were super nice and helpful though.

    The hotel is new and very clean. No frills though. No hair dryer, no kleenix, no coffee (a big deal for us coffee drinkers), no breakfast, and the front desk is only open from 10:00 to 4:00.

    Nice and clean. Kitchenettes with a two burner cooktop and a big refrigerator and dishwasher. Clean and safe. Bring extra pillows with you as they don’t have extras. I had two very small pillows for my bed. That’s the only downfall that I found.

    They had no shampoo or the little amenities expected in a room. The towels were small and scratchy. The walls were paper thin, could hear a gentleman next on the telephone conversation. No night time front desk personnel.

    I usually don’t stay at extended stays, well I’ll say I stop staying at them due to cleanness, but this one is fairly new. Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice area! Staff is awesome, esp Mr. Willie

    The floor was dirty and I called the number for the operator and she told me that the rooms are cleaned every two weeks I explained to her I was only staying their for 2 nights she still said sorry rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks. She refused to have someone clean the my room. Overall the lobby was fine and parking lot is clean and big.

    Hotel looks clean and confortable but when I was coming back after spending a good time with my family and I was coming in to get to my room with my kids I was stop really rude for this guy asking me if Im staying in this hotel because he never see me before and my answer to him was yes i show him the room key so he try to take us back to the lobby and said he will call the police state he is the manager in duty but no ID or name tag to be honest I though he was drunk because the way he was acting I dont feel secured and I went straigth to my room with my sons few minutes he show up in my door knocking the door yelling open the door do not make me open the door asking for my ID and after all the yelling and his attitude problems I ask for his name and I told him I will reported to his manager because I do not like his attituted and the way he approach to me or my son,s he said his name was André but if he treat me that way in one night stand I feel really sorry for the rest of the guess who stay weekly 😡

    The man who checked us in was playing on his phone when we arrived. I waited 3 minutes or so until I said excuse me and he finally came to check me in. He was very slow and disinterested.

    I Arrived at the reservation after driving for 3 hours to get to the location and proceeded to call and have to wait for staff in order to check in for over an hour to where I was greeted by one of the staff members and basically berated about how I was taking up their time and wasting the money on an Uber to go to a Christmas party. Through check-in, he continues to make comments of how I am taking up his time, and that he should have kept walking, instead of checking me in because I was making him late. After taking the payment and checking me in your proceeds to give me my keys, but failed to properly scan them for them to work for the door and made it out that I should’ve been grateful to even get the room at all so I had to proceed to go back downstairs and wait again in order to get the key activated so I can enter the room. Instead of a resident, I made a reservation and payed in full to be considered a nuisance. The entire check in was rushed as he just hurried me to sign forms without explaining with the only thing I was told was the deposit which he reminded me that I’m getting charged three different times. Very infuriating!
