It was easy check-in was just saying for work for an overnight stay I ordered to go food and they had disposable silverware downstairs clean staff was nice. I would recommend.

Room was very clean as was property overall. Breakfast was delicious.

Not much the breakfast was good. The man at the front desk was rude, I asked for a luggage cart and he told me I would have to go to different floors to find one. The room we had was horrible, the decor was dirty and worn out, the tv was not directly in front us, we had to turn all the way to the right to watch it. There was also a large group that was staying at the hotel when we were there. The staff catered to them, making us feel invisible. My overall experience was terrible.

The breakfasts were good. There was a hot breakfast including eggs, meats, oatmeal, waffles as well as muffins, yogurts, boiled eggs, juices. The areas were clean and the food was plentiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

However, I was disappointed to find that none of the rooms have a lock on the washroom door, which can be inconvenient for families and affects privacy.

Terrible staff interactions. They were not friendly and very rude, especially, the Assistant Manager and Food and Beverage Management. This was my first and last time staying here. I have never had a bad experience at the Hampton until this experience.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites wasn't so well. The check-in process was great & staff were very accommodating. However, upon checking into our 1st room, there was an awful stench coming from the A/C unit. Maintenance came & sprayed the room but it was short lived. We moved into another room which smelled okay; however, we had to deal with flying bugs & the pillows had an awful stench that smelled sour like pet urine. Breakfast also wasn't so great. I still like the Hampton Inn & Suites but I will not be staying back at this location.

The room was clean when we checked in. All the staff we encountered greeted us, and always checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Very polite staff! The breakfast was very good Parking easy with no problems. And very clean room. I stay here every time I go visit my sister it's my favorite place to stay.

The room smelled strongly of deodorizer, the floor was sticky in the breakfast area and the chairs were in bad shape.

The breakfast menu was very good except for one item...the choices of cereal. Two of the 3 were full of sugar! Like lucky charms, etc. Usually there is raisin bran, corn flakes and something like the cheerios. Very disappointed since I like cereal in the morning. These sugary cereals are unhealthy especially for kids.

Yes, they allowed pets. Rooms were cleaned where there was "no" scent of previous animals.

This time we did not travel with a pet, but saw other guests with pets! Everything seemed to be going well!

They charged me twice on my credit card

I have tried telling others but they did not understand. In Room 404 there is HOT WATER going into the toilet. If it’s going into the whole floor or the hotel ! $$$$

The breakfast was good and we were very pleased when after the first night our beds were made, towels were replaced erc. After the second night the beds were not made but the towels were replaced. And on the next two nights neither the beds were made nor the towels replaced.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There was no alarm clock in my room. The faucet in my bathroom was placed at an angle to the sink, and it made it difficult to get my hands under the faucet to wash my hands and caused me to splash water all over the counter. The thing I didn't like the most was there was no Military discount for my room cost. I was given the choice to click on military discount and the only thing offered was for a military contractor discount. It was explained to me that the contractor rate was for military personnel staying at the hotel that was contracted by the military, and the rate was not for veterans. I am a retired veteran of the U.S. Navy. The hotel is located in a Navy town. The Navy puts a lot of money into the local economy. I felt this was very disrespectful to me as a veteran of the armed forces. Especially with a Naval base just a few miles away from the hotel.

Excellent location. Room was fresh and clean. Cooling and heating system worked perfectly. Plenty of free, onsite parking. All staff were personable and professional. A very clean and safe place, especially, if you need to bring your pet. Highly recommended.

It was difficult to get the attention of people manning the front desk...they were usually hanging out behind the door to the office. The AC unit was noisy and except for some small wire shelves there was nowhere to put clothes when we unpacked our suitcases.

It was great, only two small issues that were correctable. There was no shampoo in the container in the shower. And the pool was out of order, but we were allowed to swim in the hotel pool next door so they were very accommodating.

Minus: we had a handicapped room. The bed is 'lofty'; a person in a wheelchair cannot possibly get high enough to get onto that mattress. My wife needed boosting and crawling every time.

Room was nice and clean; it had plenty of electronic outlets which is a plus. The only drawback was the location of the room; the primary window faced the back and early in the morning a delivery came and the workers were loud.

It was okay but not worth the extra price they charge compared to some other local hotels. Staff was not very friendly and stood around talking and playing on their phones. 830am and most of the breakfast items were empty with no one around to refill. Orange juice was just dispensing water. Hotel reeked of marijuana multiple different times

Room was spacious and seemed pretty clean. The pillows were so uncomfortable and the AC motor was very squeaky enough that I had to turn it off to sleep. If that wasn’t bad enough, the maintenance guy thought it was a great idea to run a very loud vacuum right outside our room at 7am. Probably won’t ever be back here again.

Have rarely stayed at a Hampton Inn that I didn’t like and this one was no exception. They were on point, hits all the right notes and over the top pet friendly for our fur baby. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Very nice clean hotel although the rooms in the front, where our’s was, was loud. We were woken up by the morning traffic.

Our room had cockroaches and ants, the shower still had other peoples hair and filth everywhere, they never swept or cleaned room, shortage of toilet paper , cancelled our reservation and never notified us , terrible counter help, manager lousy service!! very unhappy

We got there late at night and checkin was super quick. Our room was clean and spacious as we got a king suite. I wish we were able to spend more time in the room to utilize the space more. The only issue we had was one of the window shades wouldn’t pull down all the way and light shown into the room which kept our toddler up

Excellent location to highway and not far from downtown Jacksonville. Close to Timiquana Golf Club too for the tournament! Great value and clean!

It is an ok hotel for a quick stay but construction going on getting close to it and difficult to find entrance. Not much very close to dine in or shop. Bed was not comfortable but the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was pretty good.

Reported the shower-head did not work properly half the water was pouring out bottom faucet into the tub. The tub did drain properly. I always stay here, when I visit my sister, this is first time I have ever had a problem. The front desk said they would get it fixed soon as possible. I would stay again, the bed are very comfortable, and nice breakfast and very clean

it was our second stay in 8 months! We felt comfortable staying there again and it was affordable without being too cheap! We enjoyed the breakfast, and it was right down the road from our daughter! The elevators were actually not working as efficiently, so we actually used the Stairs quite a bit

The room that they placed to sand smelt like dogs. There was puddles of pee on the floor from a previous dog. The room was not clean. It was dog hair everywhere.. I did not know that the room my book was a room for dogs… And I am upset because they did not reimburse me back my rent my money because I know that when you booked the rule for dogs, you pay more

Easy check in but breakfast was lacking

From check in, the text follow up, the check out- i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Loved the bed, stand up shower, pillows could be firmer, but that’s fine. Will be back soon for sure
