Recently renovated the rooms are clean, beds are beyond comfortable!!! We had been hotel hopping for about 2 weeks while our boat was in for repairs. By far this place had the most comfortable bed.... I'll be back simply for the bed.

I would never choose to stay there again. The building is in poor shape. The carpets were dirty. I could not believe that it was a Wyndham Hotel. Pool was not open. I wouldn't have used it. The building is run down. The lighting was dim to hide the dirt and condition.

It’s very clean and well maintained. If you don’t want to spend a lot and don’t want go fancy, it’s your hotel. The staff was so sweet and the decor was really nice. Military and veteran related. Very close to everything you can walk to Cracker Barrel. Only minutes away from the base.

The staff were very friendly and kept the place clean. It’s in a nice area. I loved going for walks to the river. The only thing is they don’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat at near the hotel.

Stayed 5 days it was clean and comfortable. The first 2 days i had an issue with my tv but they were quick to fix the issue. I did leave something behind so hoping i will be able to call and get it back.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. In our first room the flooring was coming up, and I stubbed my toe on it. The room would have been fine without this issue. We changed rooms and the second one was in much better shape. The soundproofing was poor, thus the rooms were quite noisy.

The good was that the front desk ladies were very nice. And the location was alright. I mean for $89 I guess you get what you pay for. I’m not giving it 1 star because this all has to do with the owner obviously lacking the care for the property but the employees do what they can with what they got.

molding seem to deteriorate the most! When repainting they don't take care to clean splatter on the door molding. The stripping along the outside of the tub has mildew.

They were so accommodating and made me feel so much better. And it seemed pretty safe area and there was no riffraff at the hotel. I will definitely be back. This is a clean, no-frills, and reasonable accommodation. The bed and pillows are comfortable (not too hard, nor too soft) The staff was warm and welcoming. There is cleaning service every day, which is no longer the norm. It also has a petite pool which we enjoyed at the end of our stay.

Good price and location for visiting family, but as soon as you step into the stairway all you smell is mildew. The room also smelled like mildew and everything was vaguely damp. Cracked tile in the bathroom and gaps in the shower, I'm surprised there wasn't mold everywhere.

This property was a 7/10 for us. The room was clean but it was a small roach in the bathroom upon arrival . Housekeeping lady was very nice and fast. Front desk people were also nice . I took my son to the pool and it was very dirty and full of bugs. Clearly hadn’t gotten cleaned or covered in a while. There was a microwave and fridge/freezer in our room which was very convenient.

We made a quick stop to sleep, and the experience was good. Only complaint is that the sheets that were on the bed had a foot print that didn’t look like dirt but more like a stain. Should double check the sheets that are being put on beds

Was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Close to highway, traffic very busy, making it difficult at times to get to the hotel, no elevator. Swelled clean, There was nothing for breakfast, except coffee, crackle barrel was behind the hotel, it was a good place to go for breakfast, easy to get too.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it was listed as Pet Friendly. I was traveling alone and going to my brother's funeral. When I arrived they announced that pets had to be supervised at all times. I feel as if I had been tricked into registering there. I was stuck. I couldn't take my dogs to my brother's funeral that I didn't want to miss. My adult daughter who traveled separately from me said she would stay with the dogs. She went to smoke a cigarette and during that time people in the office went into my room and saw the dogs alone and locked me out of my room that I had paid for. They said I had to pack up and leave right then. I am a 76 year old woman and have trouble driving at night. That made no difference. I had to drive back to Orlando from Jacksonville in the pouring rain. These people are heartless. I don't recommend this hotel especially if you have a dog.

The property shows signs of age but the friendly staff made it easy to overlook.

This isn’t a bad property to stay at, fair warning there is NO ELEVATOR so if you can’t handle stairs then the first floor is your only option. Also, if you can’t do an extra extra firm mattress this is definitely not the hotel for you. The room was very clean and so were the linens. The sinks are at hip level so it was not comfortable when getting ready. But it looks like it was recently remodeled so that was a plus.

This is my go to hotel for stays in or around the orange park area. Always clean and very friendly! Never any issues…

Overall it was very good. Cleanliness is very important to us. They did very well in that respect. Both Denise and Karen were very attentive.

Dirty throughout room….The bathroom only had one washcloth and two towels. The ceiling and around tub were molded. The mirror over the sink was molded. It was trash and webs in the crack of door. It only had two small pillows on each bed. The ac unit making noise barely blowing heat. The refrigerator had mold and wasn’t working.

The inconvenience was the fact once you arrive heading to waterway, there's no signs or indication where to turn to get to property, forcing me to drive onto the toll road costing extra money, drive all the way across the water, exit and get back on toll road costing more money to return and figure out the motel was accessed from same parking lot as larger motel beside it. Also, no coffee in room, must go downstairs on other side of building, for me anyway, to get coffee, leaving my sleeping family in a room only secured by the door knob lock. This made me feel my family's safely wouldn't be as secure as using the deadbolt and latch from inside door. Staff was good though.

Stayed here for a week well we were down from NY riding dirt bikes at local motocross tracks. Plenty of room to park our trailer out back and we’ll lite. Rooms were very clean, ac was cold and beds were really comfortable. Staff was also very friendly (especially Karen). Definitely will be staying here again

We slept good, very clean room, the young lady at night and the young man in the morning. Very nice people. The only i didn't like was their breakfast, but thats ok. We went to WAWA AND IT WAS WORSE! LOL

I liked the location of the property, as I could happily walk to anywhere I needed to go to. The only thing I didn't like was the face that the door on the first room I was given didn't work and I had to change rooms. From ground floor to upstairs

Very friendly staff. Loved the patriotic themed artwork throughout the hotel. Clean room with small fridge and microwave, flat-screen TV cable channels. We were given a handi-capable room with a large open shower and a "lower" bed. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, almost "tilting" toward the headboard. The shower head was handheld and awkwardly mounted in the corner of the shower. Plenty of hot water though! The free "continental" breakfast consisted of flavored muffins, coffee and a variety of juices. Overall this was a good place to stay for a week, relatively inexpensive, close to shopping and restaurants.

Easy online check in process..when i arrived the room was ready and everything was clean..there are no elevators at this hotel but t hats not a problem for me..plenty of parking available..Motel is near restaurants and a fuel station..

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. If it wasn’t for them, I would have given a worse review. My room smelled horribly of old urine and mold, and it appeared to be coming from the air conditioner. The bed was really hard and I could feel the springs in the mattress. The refrigerator kept my food cold overnight so that part was great and the shampoo and conditioner smelled nice. The towels were clean and the linen on the bed appeared to be clean. The quality of the room overall old and rundown with cracks separating the sink from the wall and the tub from the wall. There was a Cracker Barrel restaurant behind the hotel so that was convenient and I had a nice meal. Would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

2. The inconvenience, not due to the hotel, but the construction on the main street to the hotel. Coming from another state and first time, its confusing to have no enterence to the hotel due to contruction and gps wont give another way. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. No lotion, so bring your own
