Every thing was great and staff was very friendly

Room was clean, one of the queen beds sheets did have a stain along with one of the pillow cases. One pillow was well past it's life and probably was due to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel had a great bistro with very friendly and helpful staff.

There was no Continental breakfast and in my opinion the prices for for a large coffee and a burrito was a little overpriced. The same as a hamburger and fries. I believe for the price that they charge you there should be some amenities that you don't have to pay for.

Starbucks coffee was what you expect. So that’s good if you like Starbucks. And you get free refills. But skip the macchiato. Only tried breakfast there. Breakfast sandwich was on a hamburger bun and made with “liquid” eggs. Not good. There was yogurt and prepackaged yogurt with fruit. It’s not a buffet bar and it’s not included. Overall pretty much what you expect from this caliber hotel. And it’s not walkable to much.

Room was clean and spacious, bar recommended great conversation with bartender staff was very helpful. Pool area was good too....

Front desk receptionist was very welcoming upon arrival. Check in was super quick, and seeing a Starbucks in the lobby was a game changer. I had full intentions on ordering DoorDash for this stay; however, the Bistro/Bar was too convenient. The Bistro served excellent food in very timely manner. The bartender, Jennifer, made me feel comfortable and right at home. She is laid back and too funny. Her customer service skills an hospitality will definitely be the top reason I return!

I've stayed here twice, just for short trips to see family in the area. Super nice facilities and rooms. Great breakfast! Gym is okay but fine for a short stay. Location isn't awesome. It's very convenient if you need to get off the freeway and stay for the night. But if given the options, I'd stay somewhere with good food places in walking distance. But if you have a car, it's not far to get to some.

We've stayed many times and we continue to stay here everytime we come back. It's comfortable, clean and close to family. Home away from home! Nothing we didn't like!

Location was close to where my family lives and easily accessible. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and we had the items we needed. Breakfast at the bistro: I paid extra for this ($100ish). It is not clear on the website what breakfast entails. There were 4 in my party and the only way to feed all 4 of us each day was to get pastries. Pastry options included 4 types of muffins and a croissant. We ate the same thing every day. My husband and I tried the hot breakfast once and our sandwiches were only hot on the outside and not even warm in the middle.

Great stay. The front desk staff were fantastic, the food staff member made an amazing cobb salad and the atmosphere was welcoming. Loved the set up of the room, bed facing the large window, perfect to view the sunrise. This hotel is minutes from the highway and a short drive to downtown, St. John's shopping area and the Cummer Museum. Will definitely stay again.

remote probably needs new batteries, Fridge not balanced on all feet No comp breakfast $201 a night and $46 for two coffees, two juices, an omelet with potato’s and a breakfast sandwich is a bit much. We won’t be staying with your chain again.

From Friday to check out on Sunday. Everything was great!! Friendly and courteous staff from check in to check out. Everything was so smooth, the entire process. The outside was clean, lobby was spotless. The room was perfecf, very clean. I'm so satisfied. Not that much, hallway noise at night. Would definitely stay here again and again.

The property is good and in an excellent location. However, the property has a problem with hard water that force guess to spend a lot of time washing the soap off your skin. They also need to replace the bed mattresses and pillows that are too soft.

Overall, we really enjoyed staying here! Our suite was spacious and clean and the hotel itself was very nice and located in a good area. Our only critiques were that there was no table or chairs near the kitchenette, which made feeding our toddler a bit difficult, and nothing came stocked in the kitchen so if you didn’t already have plates, utensils, napkins, etc. you were out of luck. To be fair, the kitchenette only came with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge (no freezer), so that’s probably why, but it still came as a bit of a surprise. Also, in the bedroom, the ac worked great while it was running, but as soon as it would kick off, the room would get stuffy. The living room didn’t seem to have this problem. Finally, our room was on the side of the building closest to the street and there was a lot of road noise from motorcycles late at night. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling with kids, I would recommend requesting a room on the backside of the hotel.

My stay was ok I am just very disappointed on the housekeepers they kept knocking on my door and it was not near 12noon after one time I say we still here getting dressed they came again at 11;08 am so annoying. Then the wifi didn't work wouldn't connect I had to call the help desk to get connected manually and in the restroom sink the housekeepers gotta clean better it's black mold all around the rim and the walls also need cleaning from the previous customers do better housekeepers cause our price don't get discounted

The hotel was clean and safe. The staff was courteous. The bistro in the hotel lobby was great for a late night snack and for breakfast. We added breakfast to our room rate through Expedia, and we were pleasantly suprised.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned. We found food in the sofa and hair in the bed. I didn't like that they do not change out old wash clothes and towels with new ones. Ours dirty pnes were removed but I didn't receive any replacement wash cloths or towels. I called for new ones but never received them. The next day I found a maid and got some replacements. The trash wasn't removed from day to day. Other than that, my stay was good.

It was extremely comfortable, however, if you are looking for breakfast to be included (free), you may want to make other plans.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in resolving an issue with my reservation.

We called to ensure pets are okay and they said yes. Get to the hotel and it’s 100$ extra why get a pet friendly hotel if you have to pay extra. Next I booked a room with a couch/ pull out bed. We arrived to find no pull out bed/couch. They moved us to a room with two queen beds and the worst balcony room iv ever had. The balcony was covered by the main front building and the black hot roof top. Very disappointed. And I will never come back for the amount of money we spent. Also barely any grass for your pets to use the restroom at!

Everything was amazing. Property was in good spot with everything close by. All staff that encountered were friendly and courteous. Property was also clean.

Came into town for a wedding. there was a special rate withe breakfast vouchers but I was told I was too late to get that rate but later learned I had merely reserved the room incorrectly and they could have allowed me to fix it. Far more frustrating was that it was impossible to turn off the AC fan.and this lead to my wife getting a cold.

The stay was pleasurable. Please work on more comfortable pillows for the bedrooms. I would strongly recommend a stay. Hotel was clean, friendly customer service and the rooms were extremely clean.

Blackout curtains were the perfect touch to the room. The room was very cozy, clean and quiet at night. The AC worked fine. The only bad thing was a musty smell coming out of the water faucets and shower.

I’m always a fan of Marriott’s courtyard properties. While I had a couple little issues with things in my room, (tub plug on drain nonfunctional and mini fridge was possessed and kept me up all night with its demonic sounds,) the customer service and accommodations were on point as usual. Very satisfying.

It would like to see a coffee pot set up in the lobby early in the am like 4 am for the early birds. The coffee pots in the room are one cup 2 at the most

Absolutely the worst two nights in a hotel I have had in a very long time. Even over sea properties are better than this one. The first night I had to fix my own toilet because it ran all night. The second night the AC sounded like a mini generator going and vibrated leaving me with only two two choices: turn off the AC and suffer through the night or Call and complain and likely have me moved when I was already settled into my room. The next day I went to the front desk To complain not only about my bill being overcharged and not going through Expedia, but through Marriott, but I took a video so I could let them listen to the noise. The front desk could absolutely careless and actually turned it on me of why didn’t you call us or wouldn’t the housekeeping staff have known? How am I going to answer the second part? Was I looking for compensation no but I was expecting an apology for the horrible experience and I got none zip zero. So no, I would not recommend this hotel and Marriott should be ashamed of themselves.

Nice staff just pee all over the toilet seat so concerned about the cleanliness. They may have just missed it but not sure and the tv didn’t work in the king bed handicap room. A disappointing for a $150 night hotel

Hotel was nice and looked newly updated. Staff was very pleasant. Only 2 issues were the room smelled musty, but, that is probably coming from the a/c unit. And, there was no complimentary lotion available to use.

Our stay was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room met our family's needs. Room was clean and spacious.

It was a very good experience, It was quiet. I hah surgery on my shoulder and i went back to my room afterwards and could rest.

They need to hire more people to work breakfast. We waited 30 minutes to be waited on. She was very nice but overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the manager was not interactive.

They made us feel welcomed and was unbelievably awesome with my daughter who was there for a baton competition! We can not thank everyone enough for your lovely hospitality! We will most definitely recommend this hotel again and again! Thank you!!!

TV is in a weird spot, you can’t see a good amount of the TV when laying on the bed. TV didn’t work when I arrived in my room. Bed is extremely uncomfortable even with a foam topper. Facilities are clean but the room has just a weird layout.
