They r very helpful and polite...Rooms are clean and I visit there a lot when in town. Rooms are amazing .Feels like u u live apartment.Some have full kitchens and walking distance to stores and Martys if u like to drink There is nothing I don't like or I wouldn't go back.

Very confused by that. Rooms were big, had kitchen, stove, fridge & full closet.

Even a five star hotel does not say 10:30 check out. Misleading information pressurizing me to check out by 10:30

Although the staff appeared friendly enough, this hotel was perhaps the worst location I stayed at in the last 20 years of traveling the United States. From the obnoxiously loud permanent residence above me to the halfhearted repairs of the bathroom to the complete inconvenience as the room itself I will definitely never return to this location. I’d rather sleep in a campground. In fact, I slept with my clothes on and did not run the AC for fear of disease/pests. These folks need to do some serious thinking about what they actually offer.

Once he realized it wasn’t going to work he didn’t want to give me my money he gave me an ice cube tray from inside the laundry room with the dirtiest ice I’ve seen honestly. I didn’t take it he just laughed it off like it was an every day thing

Very poor

The location was amazing. The location is central to where I needed to be. Between Orange and Villa Park. There was a bed bug that bit my hand four times before I caught it and killed it. Then I realized the the mattress was dirty and had some blood stains. It was incredibly dirty under the bed. With dirty and hair. And the bathroom was patched up in the most unprofessional way.

The one thing that bothered me the most and I will never return to this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone, when I got back to my room after dinner about 9pm, shortly after entering my room, the front desk (or owner) told me to go back to the office and he charged me $17 and change. When I asked why and what the charge was for, I could not understand his reason because of his broken English. I have never had front desk ask me to go to the desk and then charge me for something, after already checking in and I don't even know what the charge is for. The add on Expedia is deceiving. I should of done my due diligence so it's my own fault.

The place is in need of some serious upgrades. Did not compare to the pictures. Strong smell in the unit and dirty linens on the bed. Price was great and maybe you get what you pay for. Disappointed to say the least.

Very large and comfortable room, with two large beds and a sofa that apparently is a sofa bed though we (party of three) did not open it. Three chairs, a round table and a desk, making it possible for us to use laptops to do some work. No clothes hangers in the closet, and a missing bulb in the bathroom light fixtures. Easy parking. An older motel in a convenient location. Overall, an excellent value.

It was great that it was renovated. Missing- peephole for door, luggage rack, slip mat for tub (could be slippery). Fridge and microwave were locate under the closet bars so you couldn’t hang anything and there were no hangers anyway. Otherwise it was a nice stay for under $100

We got a SHACK for $130. Absolutely not worth it. You'd be better off at a motel 6. So extremely dirty. The cherry on top was the shower curtain as a blanket. Gross place.

it was close to the event that we had to attend. we just needed a place to stay for the night. it close to different stores. bed was comfortable. price was a little price of a motel. it has weird smell when we first came in and floor was dirty. my son was running around the room and saw his feet so dirty. needs a little renovation some of the things are outdated. didn’t even shower or use the towels.

it was very old fashioned with antique furnishings and bathroom looks straight out of the 50s...it appears that remarkably few updates have been made since then! I was pleasantly surprised to find I had a full suite which is basically a borderline studio-1br apartment complete with walk in closet (potential small room if necessary!), large kitchen (with old gas stove & full set of empty cupboards, large fridge w freezer, comfy dining table & a large window covered in ancient styled curtains overlooking..well...nothing but neighboring wall...). Everything was screaming in desperation for remodeling or at very least a few repairs! both sinks leaked as well as the shower, which took what felt like decades to heat water enough to shower, and there were chips and cracks everywhere. Oh plus a couple of the nightstand lamps failed to work, but in their defense several such lamps were generously provided (almost implying that instead of removing broken items the owners maybe just added working appliances to the mix!)

this was the worst hotel. upon arriving there were police in the parking lot. the rooms were dark and dirty, this picture does not give it justice, we checked in and checked back out, this should not be fit for your website, my daughter and I were scared to stay there. I would like a resund.

some traffic noise during the day. but restful during the evening. plenty of places to eat or grab small meals for motel room frigerators. Wonderful no complaints.

Owner/Manager is a very nice man. All were very accommodating. No pool.

Rooms are filthy. We were booked for 2 nights. Stayed one. If we didn't arrive so late we would have not stayed at all. Didn't even shower there. Too disgusting.

Dirty Bath Room. The room was hot and the Air Condition was very loud. There was a coin operated ice machine and soda vending that did not work. I do not expect a five star quality product and service but for the amount I paid, there are better choices. Service at the lobby was friendly and with a smile. I even got a bottle of water, which I did not expect.

This motel was a little bit rough around the edges, but at least they go out of their way to make sure the room is clean. Def wouldn't wanna stay more than one night, though.

Extremely peaceful. No noise. Peaceful guests. Very intelligent staff. No bums or loitering suspicious activities. Easy parking, with CCTV everywhere. Clean . Efficient. Plenty of all nationality restaurants across the street. Target with Starbucks across the street. Round table pizza and Norms down the street. My bonus was the 24 hour fitness across the street. So I checked out, went to the gym, then work. Yup. Good times. Thank you to Tan and Her Family who take care of this well built establishment. Thank you again for a peaceful night's sleep.

There was a pair of men's underwear near the bed at check in. Also, the bathroom window was open and no screen. Could hear a drug deal going down outside the window. Check in person at night was kind. Person who appeared to be owner not friendly at all. When complaint was made not a good response. Location good but will never go back.

Very clean and unique. Nothing fancy but a great place to sleep in a central easy location. Lots of great food close by including the Hawaiian grill as well as the Bakery directly across from parking lot. No coffee but who drinks from room coffee pots anyway and the coffee giant is a easy walk. Quiet for the most part and safe parking.

This was an overnight stay. The room was cozy and clean. The only thing missing was a closet to hang my clothes. Great microwave, refrigerator. There was a landline phone but there was no phone jack to be found. The bathroom sink was aged and cracking but still usable. It was close to shops and restaurants, walking distance. It was a very nice stay.

We were in town because we had to take a class nearby. Chose that hotel because it was the closest to the destination. The location of the hotel is so great because it’s so close to the Orange mall and there are so many different places within walking distance that you can eat and shop. There was even a Trader Joe’s, CVS, and sprouts! The staff was extremely nice; even offering us water at check in. The room was a king bed and bit weird because there was no real fluid color scheme but the amenities in the room were really good. We enjoyed having a couch to sit on and the microwave and refrigerator. It’s an older hotel; but only the bathroom showed it’s age. Overall, this is a great value for the price and the location is great!
