Towels were small and hair dryer was not provided. Also, the mattress was uncomfortable.

Very bare bones place. Not much in terms of amenities, and the one notable one in the room, the television, did not work. I suppose that really soured me on the experience, but I would not stay there again.

It was an easy check in. Convenient location. Really old tv, wasn’t that clean, beds are uncomfortable with one very thin sheet to cover yourself with. Bathroom was super small, and front desk help was ok not really able to understand them

I was unable to sleep because of all the noise people above me were extremely loud someone was playing music so loud it was ridiculous I had to wake up for work in the morning felt terrible

Very convenient location for my needs and the staff was very courteous. I appreciated the covered parking as well. The room was not very clean when we first arrived. There was hair on the floors and in the sink. The linens and towels were poor quality and our room had shutters that didn't block the light as well as curtains would have. We left a tag on the door requesting cleaning service while we were out for the day but the room wasn't cleaned, though the tag had been flipped to "do not disturb." I know many places no longer clean every day but I generally expect motels or hotels to let me know if I need to request housekeeping services specifically. My key card also didn't work the next day for some reason. It was easy enough for the front desk to fix but it was a nuisance that I haven't had to deal with elsewhere. Personally I'd only stay again if the place were half what I paid.

They handled the situation very unprofessionally and the manager kept trying to tell me I’m still getting a deal after increasing the price. Don’t stay here, there’s better options and cheaper options.

Cheap one night
- 2/5
Bed was horrible. Shower was in poor condition. No shampoo or body soap. No shelf to put it on. Had to put it on the dirty floor.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet space.

Website states that pets are allowed at regular price. That statement was not honored at check-in. There are many paint spots on the bathroom facilities. The paint job was obviously done by an amateur. Please have a family member scrape off the paint spots with their fingernail. The garden is a nice addition.
- 4/5
Very decent Motel and accommodations. Access to the Motel requires entry from the south only because of a raised center road divider with an entry lane to a freeway onramp. That means you have to either enter the main street from a road 1/4 mile south of the location or drive south on Tustin, pass the Motel and go under a freeway overpass and turn left at the next intersection and turn around in a shopping center parking lot and re-enter Tustin heading north. For $125 per night, that sucks.
- 5/5
It's pretty good. I don't have any complaints. For the price, it's pretty good. A fridge, a microwave. Only thing is I wish they had a way to watch Netflix but you can bring your fire stick or whatever and hook it up to watch movies with your lover.

Was ok
- 2/5
Room did not look like the pictures on the site. I was greeted by an unpleasant employee at the front desk when I came to check in. When I got to the room, the beds did not have comforters and the shower water was luke warm at its best and the shower pressure was minimal. This place definitely needs to up there amenities or lower the nightly rate.

walls are thin!
- 3/5
Walls were thin. I could hear conversations from both rooms adjacent to my room. On a scale from 1-10 for comfort, the bed was a 4.

Bob was super helpful at check in. Great night for a quick stay in Orange County.
- 1/5
Too expensive for rooms that aren't maintained
- 4/5
It was perfect just for a 1 night stay!
- 1/5
Smell disgusting
- 2/5
The heater didn’t work, the room temp was 51°. No blanket on bed just a bed cover, we used the 2 towels for some heat. The floor tiles creaked due to missing grout. There was no weather stripping around entry door, you could see light coming through, as well as cold air. At 8:00am when we left, front office closed, left key card thru window slot blocked with a rolled towel…if the room 241 was average then we definitely do not recommend a stay this hotel

Check-out at this location is at 11:00 am. However, at approximately 8:30-9:00 am, construction began on the other side of one wall of my room, as well as another area down the hall. I called the manager to complain, and asked that he allow me to stay until at least 12:00 pm, if not later, as I had very little sleep the night before due to the discomfort of the bed. I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me, and needed as much rest as possible. If he could not grant me the additional time to rest, then I asked him to refund a portion of my stay. He said that he would hold further construction until 11:00 am, however, this was a lie. Instead, he began what sounded like power-washing another side of the building, causing an equal amount of noise, this time on another side of the building that effected my room. The manager insisted I leave by 12:00 pm, which I did. I would greatly appreciate Expedia's assistance in expediting a refund of my rate and fees from this location. They do not qualify to be listed on your site.

The property looks decent from the outside… The buck stops there. The staff were really nice and check-in went quickly. The actual room smelled horrible and it’s the first thing that hits you. They don’t keep the windows at least cracked to get some air in there. The pillows had dust all over, the floor was not swept at all, the water in the bathroom came out cloudy and the toilet had no handle attached to it. I contacted Expedia with photos of the problems in the bathroom and they contacted the front desk. The staff refused to fix the toilet and claimed they had no more rooms. They then refused to refund me for the remaining day. Expedia expressed disappointment with the staff’s attitude so much that they paid for me to get a room at another hotel so I checked out a day early and I had to brush my teeth in the parking lot with water I had in my car because I refused to put that nasty water in my mouth or on my body.
- 4/5
Easy parking, clean rooms, fair price, close to freeway
- 2/5
I stayed 3 nights. Room service serviced my room with Towels, emptied the trash and a made bed after the first night. After the second night, they did nothing! No Towels, no made bed, no emptied trash. I have never stayed in a hotel with No Service. Very disappointing.
- 2/5
Not a very good experience. Checking in was very slow, rooms were not very clean with rust in the bathtub. Late night slamming of doors snd people drinking in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Walk ways extremely dirty; Television did not work; broken furniture, broken floor slats throughout room; no closet for clothes and metal rack for hanging clothes was hanging loose from the wall so couldn't hold clothes; towels hard and only provided for one person one time regardless of number of days booked.

Straight-forward. Nothing too fancy, but SUPER convenient for what the rate is. Family-owned. The lady who helped me check-in couldn’t have been nicer. Planning on staying, again.

Check in was challenging because the clerk did not understand the use of diminutive names for example: Cathy for Catherine so gave me a hard time telling me he could refuse me because my reservation had the diminutive (I only use) while my CDL had the full birth name. When making the reservation I did not see a flag stating a fee for a second vehicle for a two person reservation. He did not want to give a key to my friend who would be arriving later from LA. He finally agreed to give my friend an envelope in which I placed the second key. He charged $15.00 for my friend to park. We went out early morning for stargazing, I noticed more than 12 open parking spots. There was popcorn and other small debris on the floor when I entered the room. The coffee maker did not work. Positives were good location for access to Black Star Canyon and the water pressure in the shower was good. If one person just needs a place to stop for the night en route elsewhere this is fine, for two or more people looking for a leisure place to meet and visit this isn't th eplace.

I would suggest to the staff or owners a few things. 1) when they provide the internet codes be preprinted on paper rather than handwritten so it would be easier for the customer would not have to guess if the clerk meant UPPER CASE or lower case or combination. 2) I remember from staying there the the card keys were not the typical card keys and remembered they should be returned to the front desk. When I left on Tuesday morning the office was still closed and there night window was there but really no place to leave the key. So I used the night window and pushed through till is was safely out of reach of anyone from the customer side from grabbing. But suggest something easier to leave these cards at front or suggest the key be left in the room.
- 4/5
No bells or whistles, just a reasonable rate.
- 3/5
The basics are covered, the facility is a little run down but the staff were wonderful. If they would only find a way to keep the homeless off the premises during the night.
- 5/5
Very kind staff. Good location.

Someone was trying to break into my room before sunlight. I called Hotel from my room, shaking with fear, and told them I was scared someone is breaking in. They said, "There is nothing I can do!" They said, "You scary, call police" DO NOT STAY HERE! They won't help you when you need help. The room had old sheets, food left on the bedspread, mold on the shower head and in the shower. Disgusting. Not Safe.
- 3/5
Could use a little more upkeep to room.

I came in around 2am. My mom was in the hospital. I paid Expedia. I had to pay them also. Tv remote didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work. Told the man at front desk. He didn’t care at all. Never again will I stay there. Telling anyone who will listen.
- 3/5
The room had no remote for the TV or channel guide. I went to the front desk and asked for one which was never brought to my room. Negligable service.
- 2/5
But conditions
- 3/5
Location was good for me, price was acceptable. The only issues I had was cleanliness was questionable, and bath towels were old and worn thin as well as the bed pillows and sheet.
- 5/5
The person checking me in was very friendly & helpful!
- 2/5
Run down little hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. Water pipes make loud screaming noises when first turned on. My spouse took a shower when we got in at 1am from a long day of traveling. Within 30 min we get call from desk about all the noise we were making. I was sound asleep. Never even heard the phone. He was just getting out of the shower. Thanks for waking me up.
- 1/5
The fire alarm didn't have any guts in it and didnt work, the front door had a 3"gap in one side at the bottom, the floor was very uneven, when you walked out the door the ground was saggy from the air-conditioner water running off onto it and we arrived a little over an hour early to get ready for a funeral and the were going to charge us $25 more to chec in even though the room was ready - this was a horrible hotel and not worth the $150 we had to pay - the reviews and the pictures didn't prepare us for what we had to stay in
- 5/5
Nice location. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. Easy check in and out, ataff was friendly.
- 2/5
Loud banging noises at 9 am woke me up two hours before check out

Its a nice place with very easy access to the freeway and easy to get to.
- 4/5
The shower was Phenomenal
- 3/5
Typical motel. Thin walls. Easy to hear music from our neighboring room.
- 3/5
Extra door hinge missing. Small towels. Front door was dirty. Sign door was dirty. Comforter on bed was as thin as the sheet. The only good thing was that it was quiet and no problem with parking.

I decided to stay at this hotel based on reviews. I was looking for a place to stay on the fly while traveling thru the Mojave Dessert and limited cell service. I wanted inexpensive, clean, safe area on Memorial Day wked/'21. I did not want to pay an "arm & a leg" over Memorial Day just for a place to sleep! Based on reviews I chose O.Tustin Inn; it is right off the 405 therefore extremely loud even when inside the room and throughout the night. Although I would stay there again because it met my safe, clean, inexpensive qualifications; however, I rate it FAIR for cleanliness, safe and inexpensive. I was traveling x-country and stayed in other places after looking at reviews for my above stated 3 qualifications and the other places I stayed in, on the fly, I would rate higher than the O. Tustin Inn. I would recommend this hotel but only as fair. Luckily it was a cool night, we did not need the AC because it did not work. However, I did not mention this because I don't think I would have gotten any compensation--so why bother saying anything! We really just needed a place to sleep and Starbucks the next morning!!
- 4/5
Close to my office at work and makes it easy to get to work in the morning.
- 4/5
Hotel is clean and in a good location. Needs some updating... but what you would expect for the price
- 1/5
Terrible, the room they gave us was used, dirty, smelling bad. when we told them, they didn’t even offered an apology...just handed me another key and that was it like nothing happened.
- 3/5
The hotel is right by the freeway with easy access... I’ve been coming to this hotel for a long time. I was disappointed on this visit. There was hair on one of the pillows and when I grabbed a towel there were some dried leaves or some sort of debris on one.
- 1/5
WHAT A JOKE
- 4/5
Orange Tustin Inn was one of the cheapest rates I found when I searched. It was 11 PM and I was just looking for a place to sleep. The bed was clean and very comfortable and since a good sleep was my main goal, I was satisfied. Just about every other aspect of the room had issues. Broken furniture, water stains on the ceiling, large gap below the door (about 1/2") terrible lighting, inaccessible power outlets. In general the place is very run down.
- 4/5
I stay here often... it’s clean, quiet and safe. However, I’d feel better if they got the heavy duty locks on the doors fixed. It’s a comfort thing.
- 3/5
Bathroom had black mold on ceiling. Heater made horrible noises. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were minimal and rough.
- 5/5
It was clean enough for my 10 month old to stay there. The guy who checked us in was real cool and helped us with a problem we had. It was in a okay area .. I felt safe. i will probably come back next time im in the state !

- 5/5
Enjoyed it
- 5/5
Late night arrival 3am all went smoothly. Room clean and all amenities ok
- 5/5
Convenient location clean rooms and friendly staff.
- 3/5
It was close to Orange Circle, which is why we stayed here for the Orange International Street Fair. It was nice and the price was right. Could’ve been a little cleaner.
- 4/5
It was good enough considering the price. Shower was nicer than most motel 6 showers I’ve seen.
- 5/5
My room was great and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet paper roll had no holder but that was fine. Everything was in great shape and working condition. I have been there before and this was the reason I returned.
- 4/5
However, the TELEPHONE had no dial tone. Also, there was NO BAR SOAP HOLDER in the shower/bathtub. There was NO GRAB BAR IN THE SHOWER/BATHTUB -- it looked like there had been one there once, but it was missing. And even though I am not disabled, a grab bar next to the toilet would have been nice. In the "dressing area," there were enough hangers but a couple of CLOTHES HOOKS would have been nice for hanging up pajamas or damp clothes. A large, heavy WALL MIRROR WAS NOT MOUNTED ON THE WALL -- (although it looked like it had been once) but it was sitting instead on a low dresser, totally useless. All in all, my stay was pleasant, but my room needed the repairs/upgrades I have mentioned in this review.
- 5/5
Great place would stay again. Thanks the parking lot was a little small but not to bad.
- 5/5

Told the guy in the front that I was checking out! He didn’t care and still let this rotten Peterson back into my room
- 4/5
Very nice motel and happy with our stay. Looked like the room have been recently upgraded with new carpet, fresh paint and bed. Will stay there again.
- 1/5
No Kleenex. Little teeny tiny packet of shampoo (useless). The bed will give your back a workout, and not in a good way. Hair on a towel and in the bathtub. The freeway next door is roaringly loud. No lamps in the room, which seemed odd. Read the reviews. I'd be okay with a basic room if the cost was under $100, but this is priced as if there are amenities. An unpleasant experience.
