The staff was all friendly and helpful, but they missed cleaning our room for one day. They didn't change the bed sheets during our stay, although we checked out and checked in again on the same day (my roommate stayed in the same room for 15 nights; whereas I stayed 6 nights there).

As a 4 star hotel it falls pretty short on several aspects. The room was pretty small with a tiny restroom. It was also severely outdated and run down. The bathtub had black stains in the basin and dust on all the light fixtures (even over the nightstand between the beds). The parking is extremely expensive at $35 a day with no long term rate and they have a large section of the lot roped off for their valet service which is an extra charge daily not including tip. When the main lot fills there is an auxiliary garage off to the side, but seems like they are pushing the valet service for the extra money. Staff was friendly, but this is more of a 3 star hotel experience.

It’s close to the park if you’re going to Disneyland.

Our 2nd time staying here, room was clean and well-maintained and the staff was very helpful. We enjoy being close to Disneyland and other attractions but the hotel itself is calm and relaxing, not too overcrowded. Drinks at the bar Saturday evening were a perfect relaxation setting.

Charging your customers $35 for parking every day is a total rip off.

Ive stayed in different hotels and i have only 3 requirements, safety, comfort and cleanliness. Hotel Fera have all these and more. I felt recharged after staying here. They have a safe parking area and everything is clean. Thank you and this will be one of my choices in the future.

Great place comfortable, staff was super helpful. Love the automated elevator wait time is zero, very efficient. Was convenient for Angles stadium and other venues. Many restaurants near by.

Everything was fine except for the parking. The gate wouldn't work using my room key, even after reprogramming it three times. Very frustrating.

Breakfast was the bombest

Hotel was nice and clean. We didn't use many amenities because we were visiting Disneyland. The only downside was the Hospital across the street with sirens quite frequently.

Awesome service by all staff. Bar is nice good drinks and good selection. Rooms are clean well maintained only thing missing is a fan in the bathroom it feels a little humid in there after showers otherwise everything was great!

Been to the hotel a few times before. The room this time was not as updated, but still comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't 100% had some long black hairs still in the bathtub/shower. No face soap or makeup remover. Everything else was good. Bartender always on point. Enjoyed the love music on Friday and Saturday. Highly recommend

Additionally, the hotel was hosting an anime/comic convention during our stay. While we understand events are part of the hotel experience, some of the costumes were quite frightening for my six-year-old and made her uncomfortable using common areas like the pool. Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay overall and hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Our tub didn’t look so clean. There was four of us staying in the room and had to call everyday for extra towels and it took like 20-30minutes to get them delivered to the room. Other than that everything else was fine and the front desk staff was super friendly.

Our room definitely needed some TLC. The bathroom definitely needed to be painted. The AC unit was so loud that it would wake us up in the middle of the night. Even though the room was warm, we had to turn it off because we could not sleep. The lighting was awful! I could not see how to put on makeup (even in the bathroom). Even though I wasn't happy about those things the hotel was not awful.

I checked in on May 15, 2026 at approximately 4:20pm. The hotel lobby, bar, lounge area appeared to be nice and clean-well maintained. I was given a room on the 5th floor. As we got off of the elevator it smelled a little like mildew. We were in room 512. Once we entered the room I noticed the paint on the ceiling was peeling. The bed/comforter appeared to be lumpy and there was dust on top of the end table by the window and white dust on the base of the tv/dresser. Additionally, the tv wasn’t in working condition. A sign was on the screen that indicated that the cables may not be properly working. I walked into the restroom and the toilet seat appeared to have some tiny, beads of debris on it, as if there was some paint or something that they attempted to remove. I went back downstairs and requested another room. The front desk agent indicated that she was not sure if she had another room but would check. She then gave me another room, 523. I indicated that I’d come back down with the keys for 512, she said no need. Leave them in the room. My sister and I go to 523, enter the room which has more of a mildew smell than the first room and this room is a little cleaner but the toilet seat is peeling and the door hinge is falling off. Not the the best condition but we didnt request to move again it was an issue to be moved the first time. The 5th floor of the hotel is clearly, not the best maintained floor. I suffered with asthma all night due to mildew.

As always the service was excellent, the room was very clean and this time we had our view towards Disneyland and were able to see the fireworks from our room.

I was in town to watch my Mets take on the Angels. This hotel was perfect. I was able to walk to the ballpark in about 15 minutes. Plenty of dining options around, including my first visit to an In-N-Out burger. Disneyland was a 5-minute drive away. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Anaheim.

This is always our go to hotel. Friendly staff, safe property, clean and amenities are great. Food is good and Starbucks down stairs.

The lobby was nice, the only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the room. The first room had hair in the bath tub, stuff on the sheets, trash on floor just overall not clean. We went back to the lobby & they changed was rooms which was way better overall.

A towel holder fell and cut my husbands foot , we brought it down to customer service and asked them to wait till we got back to fix it . We left a do not disturb sign on the door . Came back and it was fixed . Reported this to manager and they didn’t do anything about it. They invaded our privacy by entering when we asked not to .

Had a great stay at this location. Kind and helpful staff, clean room and 5 minutes walk from the shopping outlets. Also very family friendly. Definitely recommend.

I booked this stay several weeks in advance, however, once I arrived to check in I was told the room is not available. Extremely inconvenient.

Beware booking and prepaying with expedia. Your room type is not guaranteed. Also responses with staff regarding issues tend to be less than professional. This past stay I also over head valet openly talking in a disrespectful way about women.

Housekeeping: No room cleaning was provided for three days, even after notifying staff. Breakfast: The vegetarian options were insufficient to nonexistent, offering only a bare minimum. Parking/Arrival: Parking was a major hassle, with no accessibility for offloading luggage, making for a pathetic arrival experience. Service: Overall service was negligent, with staff failing to address complaints or provide necessary amenities. It is highly recommended to seek alternate accommodation if you expect basic cleanliness and service.

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Made the room humid. Someone was sent to “fix” the air conditioner and they changed the ac filter that wasn’t even the issue. The repair guy said it’s an old building and all the rooms would be the same. No one did anything to help this matter. The hotel is only nice downstairs at the lobby the rooms are terrible.

The entire property was nice and clean and the staff we interacted with were all extremely kind.

The first floor aka lobby is beautiful and clean. The rooms are outdated and limited. Our tiny refrigerator sat randomly on the floor. The bright white flooring was stained grey in parts or still dirty. The bed is an old spring mattress and the pillows are fluffy on appearance but quickly go flat. Our curtains did not allow for blackout so the morning sun is offensive and the windows are not soundproof so the freeway noise and constant ambulances make for quite the noisy stay. The perk is that it’s literally across the street from UC Irvine

My reservation was for 4 adults and we only got ONE bath towel in our bathroom. Only detail we didn’t like.

It is in a good location to the Angels stadium, and Disney is just minutes away. Not as much traffic around during the week. There is no complimentary breakfast, The Peel restaurant is over priced. Overall, it is a nice hotel. Just nothing special.

Kind staff who provides great recommendations in the area. If you are ever looking for a place to stay when going to Angels stadium for a game this is prime location. Nice on site bar and very close to shopping and food as well.

It was a good deal, so can’t complain too much. Hotel could be cleaner and better maintained. Shower sucked. Breakfast was depressing unless you got lucky and it was a buffet day.

I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. But it needs to be said. Probably one of my worse hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ve stayed in different hotels nationwide, and I’ve never had to pay for parking. I’m used to getting my room serviced every day and getting restocked with clean towels because, well, that’s the norm right? You have to request every day to get your room serviced and I had to ask for more towels. Two towels for family of four doesn’t cut it. Yes hotel is very nice, but I won’t be staying there again.

We went for a baseball game. The lobby was the happening place when we got back from the game. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed our stay.

Over priced for location and amenities

The room was clean, it provided amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. The pool was warm for night swimming and the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will go back on our next trip.

I request a quiet premium room. Everything was good except the traffic noise. The window is not soundproof, and I could hear the engine noise from the 17th floor. I had to downgrade to another room. A young lady at the front desk is very helpful.

It was my anniversary and left a message to the general manager after getting transferred like 3 times and they never got back to me. When we got there they didn’t even greet us and staff doesn’t have any customer service. Not an ideal place to stay at just because of staff that they don’t feel welcomed.

Yes. The room was great. The blankets and pillows were a bit too starchy/stiff, not soft so I didn't like that. But everything else was great and the complimentary cookies were to die for.

Still by far one of my favorite and convenient double trees! Close to the freeway and easy in and out for parking ( it is 35$ a day though) check in cookies are super yummy my only complaint was that the bathroom was a lil dirty but nothing you can’t survive lol just in the corners ☺️ over all 10/10 stay and area!

Since this hotel is one of the tallest in the area, it offers some incredible views. On a clear day, you can sometimes see all the way to downtown la.

Lee went above and beyond to answer my questions with patience and kindness, and Art made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Their positive attitudes truly set the tone for a great experience. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service — they are a real asset to your team.

Several issues during our stay: Found drain flies in the bathtub, shower curtain was broken & asked hotel to replace (they never came), common areas had not been cleaned, room safe was not working, ordered towels, which I'm still waiting for, parking information phone number provided in the app was disconnected, and finally, parking gate did not open using one's card & staff did not notify us about the issue. Very disappointed with our stay and I will never stay at this hotel again. It is sad because the hotel has a lot of potential. I notified staff about a few of the issues and they were not concerned & did not offer any solutions.

The front desk was super kind and was able to help me with my parking issue... and thye gave me an extra cookie which I really appreciated.

We arrived at 7pm to check in and was told we couldn’t check in. And there was no time estimated. We left and came back later around 1130 and was escorted for a janitor to open the door for us to stay. It was wierd

STAFF - since Sunday 2/8 I have been trying to get a hold of someone insecurity and theft and loss due to a theft and loss report that was already filed regarding my work cell phone. Every time I call I get transferred no one picks up and no one calls me back.

Very nice experience at this hotel. It was quiet and the staff was very nice. The only problem that I had was that my water didn’t get very hot for a shower but they accommodated me by waiving all the parking fees which was 35 a day. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

I booked a room with 1 king bed and had been given a room with 2 full size beds. I was told that hotels.com messed up the order for the room and was then offered comped parking. Although during my stay the parking was free for everyone who had a room key. Very Very poor experience

The staff was great, welcoming, and listened to our concerns. The bar atmosphere and lobby are very warm and, at times, energetic. The coffee and snack shop are great amenities. The room was nice. A few negatives: the hotel is right next to a hospital, so be prepared to hear sirens off and on throughout the night. We were very happy to see they had a pickleball court, but since we didn't expect one, we didn't bring our gear and borrowed some paddles from the front desk. The paddles were old and falling apart, and we informed them that they needed to get new ones. There were stains on the lobby carpet, and even though they said that the carpets get cleaned, I wouldn't believe them, as most stains come out with a thorough cleaning. Or at least put in new carpet so your lobby looks classy. The last thing was that they have a nice outdoor area to sit in the morning to enjoy your coffee and pastry, but not when it hasn't been cleaned from the night before. It's not hard to wipe down tables and empty the trash at the end of the night, but somehow they don't have that in their rotation.

The room was great! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Quick and easy check in, even though the front desk guy wasn’t too friendly. Got to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room. Next day for checkout I called the front desk for a question regarding late check out, and they said sure and we go to check out an hour later. Very overall and will stay again in the future

I don't know why i have to pay for parking .if i stay in the hotel . I understand the valet parking but self parking 35 dollars ... .

Fera Anaheim mentioned being short-staffed, so housekeeping had to be scheduled. That was understandable—one day of cleaning and towel replacement during a 3-night, 4-day stay was sufficient. However, our room was still missed despite calling to confirm at 1:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM. We had to request towels and go down to the lobby to retrieve them ourselves. The only positive was the front desk and valet staff—friendly and welcoming. A simple hello truly goes a long way.

Overall a good stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Only minor issue is I could hear a lot noise through the walls from my neighbor. I’m not sure if this was due to a corner room or not, but seemed louder than usual.

We’ve always had a good experience at Hotel Fera. This year was no different. Seamless check in and checkout. The only thing is if you are tall the standard double bed option is not for you. the beds are quite short.

The lobby bar and vibes after Supercriss is always a good time. The rooms are nice and beds are comfy.

Check in receptionist had neutral energy and the bed was to hard on my back. Also breakfast waiter service under staffed took a while before being seated for breakfast buffet. Also one if the check out receptionist doesnt look happy and inviting. I can probably find other hotel better.

The location was convenient the room was clean, the bathroom is a bit dated where an update would feel more clean. Parking fee is high and unreasonable even though it is further from Disneyland, but I understand it’s an additional way to make money on things that should still be complimentary.

No room cleaning, no body cleanser and not enough towels..... To cherry top, there was baby cockroach under the bed as well as a lot of drug related activity on lobby floors during nighttime, definitely not a "family Disney friendly" hotel.... Won't stay again here nor any other double tree

the room was clean - the bathroom was small but perfect for the two of us. there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion & soap fully stocked. we were only staying one night but had a great amount of towels! self parking is super easy, about $35 for overnight parking but easy access in and out of the parking lot with your hotel room key! the hotel has a little bar downstairs and has a little convenient store as well. The rooms are soundproof, I have never slept so good in a hotel before. Looks like a lot of people who come to Disneyland like to stay here as well! We even saw guardians ride from our window, it was pretty cool. Not to mention how close it is to angel stadium! overall, great experience and can’t wait to book again next time I’m in town

Staff was not friendly. Room service or front desk would not answer the phones, we needed towels and blankets and could not get any. The body wash and conditioner was empty in the shower. The toilet was dirty upon arrival. It’s very loud and you can hear the people on the hallway. Not the best hotel , but we were in a rush to find one same day. I would not stay here again.

There were hairs stuck to the back of the bathroom door as well as a harden conditioner outside of the conditioner bottle. I called for my desk and they said they would send someone to clean it next day. Indeed they sent someone to clean when I wasn’t there, and they changed towels etc, but they did not take care of those 2 issues. Otherwise everything else was good, it would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for this issue. We’ve been here before and we like it. We love their cookies!

Clean hotel facility. Great front desk staff named stint who was very nice and welcoming. GM was stellar working on Xmas day, and assisting with a ride to Disneyland due to a terrible ART shuttle service experience, which has nothing associated with the hotel directly.

We had small decorations set up and took everything down and set our trash by the trashcan at checkout. The hotel is claiming damages and charged us $200 for “damages”. We called the hotel for clarification and they switched their stories multiple times and were really rude. Nothing we did warranted the treatment we received, much less such an exaggerated “fee”. Our credit card company is investigating this scam. Be careful booking with this place

Great Stay

The whole facility was dirty, long hairs on the rooms carpet.

What I would say is the Handicap bathroom could be better. It should have a tall toilet with a open front toilet seat. If the would set it up like bathroom in the lobby it would be perfect, as that is where I had to go to use the bathroom.

The staff was amazing! They were kind, courteous and welcoming !The Valet service was impressive!

Only thing will be the parking lot!!! As a guest and still need to be pay per day !! Other than that Great hotel for family!!! Can’t wait for 2026 !!!

Breakfast had only 4 options so after few days it was repeating, long time to get the breakfast, buffet croissant was dry. parking entrance & exit didn't work well.

The breakfast was, in fact, not free. I was disappointed that they were not offering the breakfast buffet during the holidays.

I gifted my granddaughter, a trip to Disneyland I rented the room for my six-year-old granddaughter, her mother and her 6 month old sister I was not able to stay and paid 183 dollars because I wasn't told I had yo be there. And of course, Disneyland trip ends late. My daughter and my grandchildren had to find another hotel in The middle of the night and I still had to pay for that hotel. I'm very disappointed and feel I should get a refund.

Only stayed the night so just an overview: the bedding was very comfy, bed slighty springy, bathroom was dated and paint chipping off, noisy plumbing, room had crumbs, beautiful lobby with bar and cafe, welcome cookie delicious, and staff was really pleasant.

We loved our stay, everything was great. The only thing we would have liked is a better shower head, the one we had wasn't the best.

Short staffed no room service available

The staff was friendly, but the room bathtub was dirty. There was trash in the trashcan and gum on the wall in soap open that was already used on the bathroom counter. They did switch our room, but the AC did not go off and we caught four extra blankets several different times and they never bring them.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, very polite staff. The only thing we wish the room had was a microwave, other than that it was excellent. My family and I stayed for 3 nights, bed was comfortable and the food from the restaurant downstairs is a 10/10 as well.

This hotel is great for the pricing. The restaurant they have serves great food and it’s a friendly staff that goes above and beyond. There should be more staff because I noticed at times they are short staffed. It’s close to freeway and Disneyland (about 5 min drive ) so it makes it easy to get to where you need to and most rooms are updated.

This was our first time staying here, we booked for a concert nearby. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent. The lobby bar was fun and service was on point.

We had a good stay. The room was clean and the view was nice. My friend on the other hand did not have the same experience, the front desk made a mistake and when she called to make sure this was being taken care of the girl at the desk was very rude.

I request the connection room did not give me. And I requested twice to request it.

Absolutely terrible, thanks for having me pay a $50 a night for the deposit when it doesn’t matter and they charge $35 for overnight parking and $10 every time you stay. No microwave nor bath tubs as well as the mini fridge isn’t cold. We had mold in our shower and the middle destacable wand in the shower didn’t even work. The only good thing is how close it was to Disney and the shopping and food center next to it.

Staff was unwelcoming and unkind throughout our stay. They looked down on us for using Expedia to book and made sure we knew it. There was an error with my booking and they made no attempts to resolve it because I used Expedia to book. Beware of booking here through 3rd party.

Front desk staff was amazing and so was housekeeping the only issue I had was the shower pressure it mostly non existent.

They don’t clean your room with overnight stays and didn’t tell you that you needed to request them to do so. No towels and front desk would never answer messenger.

The lobby of this hotel is beautiful , extremely updated , beautiful lighting. However the rooms are very average, the water pressure is terrible. There are no plugs through out the room there is a fridge on the floor. It’s just discombobulated.

Rooms were outdated and old. Nothing like the pictures. Parking is too much to pay for having to park away from hotel. No info was given upon check in, services offered, restaurants, etc. Bathroom was too small, water damage in restroom. We will not be staying here again.

Upon arrival the front desk staff provided no information on parking. They also did not share the correct information regarding the Disneyland shuttle. At the restaurant the service took long. Overall a nice hotel but service could improve.

Great services great rooms

My stay was great. Only thing was that we went to bar around 10:30pm, we asked a young lady for a drink she said that she would get back to us, there were 2 other bar tenders. We waited for about 20 minutes finally I asked one of the bar tenders if I needed to get a number or raise my hand to get our drinks. Mind you, we were sitting at the bar. Was not super busy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The management is terrible. Communication with Housekeeping was a real disaster. It took nearly 48 hours to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. Despite three separate phone calls to the front desk. Cleaning rooms at 5:30 pm is a real inconvenience.

The breakfast was great! I ordered a regular plate, but they also had a buffet. Delicious! A definite recommend!

The staff including valet were extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice. Was very thankful to have a roll in shower. The only con that we had was the ice machines being broke down except on 2 or 3 floors. We would and will recommend Hotel Fera to everyone who is headed to or through Anaheim. Hope to see you again next time Matt Rife is in town.

Very good hotel; would stay again. A little pricey since nothing is included and they charge you for early check-in and late check-out. Parking also seems unnecessarily expensive. The staff is wonderful though - very friendly and accommodating!

Dirty glass not swapped out, large helium balloons & rose petals left in the room, hair in the shower, burnt out light bulb, no toilet paper, and almost falling off toilet paper holder. Lots of traffic and noise in the area, daily sirens going by. I wouldn't stay here again.

As far as the hotel is concerned, however, service was very hit or miss. Front desk staff didn’t give us our breakfast vouchers until I asked for them nor did they take a credit card upon arrival so they had to call me to come by to capture one. We also weren’t offered the famous Doubletree cookies until I asked for them. Additionally, our room wasn’t serviced until I requested it and then the staff member I spoke with acted surprised that we wanted service. Isn’t that part of the regular hotel offering? The waitstaff was generally very friendly and helpful with the exception of one bartender who may have just been having a bad day. Overall, this wouldn’t be a hotel I’d return to, but the price was very reasonable and accommodations were basic.

Loved our stay and the fresh warm cookie

We had a lovely stay at the Fera Hotel for 2 nights. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our suite and highly recommend. We also partook of the room service 1 night. In addition, it’s conveniently situated. I love (and my kids truly love) the cookies you get at check in! If I could change one thing- it would only be that they add recycling!

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, and I later discovered what looked like possible mold on the bed sheets. I didn’t notice it until the last day, but when I brought it up to the staff, they were disrespectful and acted like I was just trying to get a free stay instead of addressing the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and customer service.

Clean room but room was not cleaned for our entire stay.

The check in staff was nice but the room had paper thin walls. We hear all the traffic all night! The doors slamming in the morning and they did not clean our room. We tried calling the front desk to ask if we could have a room transfer since we were right next to the traffic but no answer. The room felt dirty with old stains on the counters and dressers. Before booking, I called the front desk to confirm that the deluxe rooms came with a microwave, since that was important to me as I was going to be bed ridden from surgery. They told me yes, the deluxe rooms have one, though they cost extra. So I decided to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived, however, there was no microwave in the room. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said they had removed all of them recently. Also, I had just visited a month prior and booked the same room but just with double beds instead of one king bed and that room had a microwave. I’m not sure if they actually removed them in a span of a month, were lying about removing the microwaves, or just didn’t want to give me a room with one. I explained that I only booked the deluxe room because I was told it included a microwave, but the front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked what the difference was between the regular room and the deluxe one, and apparently, the only difference is that it’s on a higher floor — which doesn’t matter to me at all. Overall, the front desk wasn’t very helpful and didn’t make any effort to fix the situation. The room itself was decent, but the poor communication and lack of customer service really tainted the experience.

Great hotel and staff. Only issue is self parking is 35 dollars per day….a bit excessive in my opinion. Company needs to update their in & out card reader at the parking lot. The card rarely worked and we needed to buzz the attendant several times to exit the lot during our stay.

I stayed in two different rooms first two nights I was in a premium king size room. When asked if I could see Disneyland fireworks from my room they said yes but we weren’t able to. First attempt to eat in the restaurant they did not seem that busy but took the server/bartender around 10-15 minutes to get our drink order and food order. My son was super fussy and others around us got up and moved because my son crying and waiting was to much for them which is understandable since they were waiting just as long to be helped. For dinner we decided to do room service because we didn’t know how service in the restaurant would be. They show a limited menu for inroom dinnibg but when you call they tell you that you can actually order from the restaurant menu kinda pointless to have an inroom dining menu. Overbooked and couldn’t provide rooms to multiple guests. Check in is at 4pm but couldn’t check into rooms until 5pm. Poor management and customer service from the manager. Needs new manager and coordinating. They cannot handle being busy, it ruined my wedding weekend and I wish I never booked here in the first place

Staff was really nice

However, our check-in was pretty rough. We booked 3 months ahead, but when we arrived they said they were sold out, then had to create a new reservation for us. The front desk staff tried his best, but we waited in the lobby for an hour until the manager finally sorted it out. Not sure if this was a hotel or Expedia issue, but waiting that long after traveling all day was really frustrating.

For the price… old beat up furniture, broken drawers and broken showerhead, cheap tp, right next to a big hospital and fire station so ambulances and firetrucks all night long, no free continental breakfast, ADDITIONAL $35 parking fee… clean at least but will not stay there again. Unfortunately the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. My 5 year old son and I were awoken @ 5:50 am by the police attempting to arrest someone with a warrant in the room next to us. It was a full team of officers with huge guns and vests and helmets occupying the 7th floor. They were speaking on a megaphone to try and have the person come out of the room. From my understanding it became a dangerous situation, and we were told by police to leave our room because “the man in the room next to you has a weapon”. Not exactly the Disneyland morning we were expecting. After hastily dressing and packing, my terrified 5 year old son, my cousin and I rushed past the room and officers to the elevator. The front desk staff got us a new room so we could get ready and leave for the day. When I asked for a refund I was denied- due to booking through a 3rd party, and offered “complimentary breakfast” instead. Absolutely baffling considering our safety was in jeopardy, on their hands, and they thought some eggs and bacon would solve this problem. My son is still bringing up the incident and had expressed how scared and unsafe he felt. Horrible and traumatic experience, will not be stepping foot in this hotel again.

They changed the way they serve the breakfast. Now you can choose a $20 entree on the menu and have to pay $11!! At least before they had fruits and self serve. The bathroom had female hair all over the shower. I stopped staying at the hotel because of the breakfast believe it or not.

The receptionist was kind and professional in her communication, letting us know upfront that management has a strict no-refund policy and would not make exceptions. While I appreciated her courtesy, I was disappointed that management could not show any flexibility or compassion given the circumstances. I fully understand that hotels operate under set business policies; however, unexpected emergencies do arise. A gesture of understanding—whether a partial refund, credit, or alternative resolution—would have reflected a higher level of customer care. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it left us with a negative impression of the hotel’s management practices. I hope management will reconsider their approach in situations like this in the future.

breakfast is not free. the property was nice and so was the staff. parking lot was annoying and front desk forgot to give us meal vouchers. hospitals near hotel so you’ll hear sirens all day. close to disney about a $10 ish dollar uber ride. decent hotel but not sure if i’ll stay again

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy, Room is large and clean, and justa at the front desk was so sweet and personable. Great stay and very nice amenities.

I didn’t like this hotel at all. Every time we would go into the elevators they were dirty. One of those times there was throw up. Another time there was urine inside of it. The noise was extreme and the housekeeping never brought me the items I requested. I could never get a hold of front desk everytime I tried calling

It was excellent.

We enjoyed the entire stay. Beds and pillows very comfy…The shuttle was a plus for Disneyland trip! The cookies fresh & warm! Staff was great, only minor issue ice machine not functioning on all floors.
