Th A/C cooled the room off nicely. Thae room was nice. The bed was great. Overall it was great for a one night stay. I would stay here again.

With that said, the rooms are huge, the bathroom is always clean and you get a fridge and a microwave. Oh and mgmt is AMAZING! THE WIFI AND THE FLOORS IS A SMALL QUALM. There's no roaches which is worth EVERYTHING to me because these days all these motels have bugs but not this place. This is always my go to place to stay!!!

I was septic so about this place but I really enjoyed my stay and it was really clean!

I didn't receive a receipt. The room was close to inhabitual there was a strong mold smell and the bath room had holes in the walls maybe that's where the smell was coming from. There was a chair in the room that looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. Not sure if they sold me a out of service room because of the price. The room was in deplorable conditions.

The Tv did not work. The light switch to the restroom did not work.

Next morning we leave to grab bfast come back and my girl opens one of the nightstand drawers and finds a bag full of crystal meth we end up calling the cops to come and grab them that just tells you how poor this room was cleaned missing outlets exposed media wires no phone to communicate with front office. Definitely do not recommend and myself will never be coming back !!!!! here

Bed was comfy. Tv works. Fridge works. Window shutters were broken and held up by tape to keep it slightly shut. Clothing rack was hanging on by 2 screws cause it didn’t reach both ends. Desk provided in room but no chair. Bathtub looks like it could have seen better days. No body towels provided. Light in the restroom did not work. Washing machine was out of order but also its alarm was going off throughout the whole day and night. Made it hard to sleep at night to the point where I did an early checkout around 5-6am.

Good staff and mostly clean. Shower could’ve been a bit cleaner, and had a couple people swearing at night once and someone knocked on my door at 6am. Could just be my experience though.

Worth the price, but the only down side is the location of the hotel is right off the 55 freeway so there’s a lot of traffic trying to exit the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is clean, and staff are friendly. There’s a lot of stores and places to eat around the area.

Everything was what I expected, no big issues with the property. Parking is a bit difficult since the main lot is small, but there was extra parking a bit further from the rooms. During my stay, there was a MANDATORY cleaning on Tuesday, even when I had the do not disturb sign on the door handle. The front desk employee had room service come into our room while we were getting ready to clean. I tried to turn down the service as we were in the room but the front desk employee said no it is MANDATORY. Rooms are in fact soundproof barely heard other guests.

This place is NASTY they give you stained towels that they look they have been reusing for years and the bedding has bed bugs and the rooms have a nasty smell

Some of the pictures need updating, the outside does not look like it shows online, its more beat up, and also the front staff could be friendlier, the shower was not dirty but it could use a touch up, specially the tub, for what it is and what youre paying its ok, not poor but not the greatest, therefore my raiting like that, i feel like its only good for one day stay.

A place that does the trick when you need to sleep somewhere for a short period of time. It was clean enough, and I had no issues to deal with. The property is a bit run-down, but you get what you pay for, and that was good enough for less than 12 hours.

This hotel is old and looks like it. The pillows were lumpy, there were bars of soap and their wrappers on the window sill, and the toilet paper holder came out of the wall if I didn't hold it in. That said, I was a woman traveling alone, and the property was so well lit that I felt pretty safe, despite the rundown condition.

I've never had a bad stay at this place and I've been reserving rooms here off and on the last 4 years. The only real complaint I have is that the WiFi kind of sucks. I haven't stayed in a room that got good WiFi connection yet. Other than that excellent all the way around. Oh and housekeeping could mop a little bit better.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed

The staff has minimal communication skills. The room I was given had a dirty clogged bathtub and broken furniture. We were given a new room after being questioned if we clogged the bathtub. Sketchy people rent rooms for longer stays. The pool is drained. Overall pretty dirty. You get what you pay for.

I love this establishment!!! They've been our go to when we had a housing issue. The price is fair and the management is always so helpful and kind. The rooms are big and always clean, even the floor, which is something I've had an issue with just about every where else my son and I have stayed. I had an issue with the tub this most recent stay but management accommodated us right away with a solution and without question or attitude. I've never been disappointed staying here, ever.

The only complaint I have about the hotel is the WiFi. It's really slow and you have really manuver to find the signal but that's small potatoes! Hotel MGMT is wonderful, the area is fantastic with lots of food and stores around, and the rooms are big and housekeeping does a great job cleaning. My feet weren't dirty after walking around without my shoes

Horrific place. Not clean, gaping holes in the walls, front door did not fit allowing wind and the possibility of small rodents to enter, worn furniture, baseboards dirty. I want my money back!

The stay was cheap which was perfect for my family at time. It was quiet the inside of the room is clean a little outdated but it works and the outside is a little bit run down but it works and u get what you pay for. Staff were very kind and respectful.

I was disgusted by the uncleanliness of the room. Broken bathroom mirror. Bathroom sink pipes leaked onto the bathroom floor. I had to put a towel on the floor to soak it up and leave it their. Rusted bath/shower pipes. Dirty microwave and refrigerator. I didn't use the shower. I was not going to subject myself to any germs. The molding on the entry door, lock side, was as If it had been broken down. No walls, light switch covers nor blinds were clean. Basically filth everywhere. Because I couldn't believe it, I took pictures. TV didn't work. Exposed wires. The outlet to charge my phone didn't work. I didn't realize it until I left. The blinds were missing the two top slats. Constant light from the hallway lights. Holes in the walls. One was stuffed with tissue. I didn't want to use the towels or wash clothes. Stained. Air conditioning units were dirty. Please don't put this on your list of hotels to stay in. I was very disappointed in Expedia 's recommendation of this establishment. It was so bad, I looked for bed bugs in the mattress. It was midnight so I wasn't going to look elsewhere. I was leaving at 5:30 am. Because I was so creeped out, I got approximately two hours of sleep.

The room was clean, as soon as i walked in i could smell it. Didnt have a chance to interect with house keepin since everything was in order. The clerck was nice, helped me out to have a smooth check in as it should be and when i checked out it was the same, no hasless no issues.

Only problem we had was connecting the TV to the Wi-Fi other than that we will definitely be back!

The room was kind of 50/50. It smelled clean and the mirrors and pictures on the wall were nice but room was not ideal. There was a “leather” chair at the desk that was completely cracked top to bottom with chunks of leather missing from the chair, the mini fridge door was being held on by a piece of tape/ keeping it closed. The blinds had painters tape and clear tape on half of them keeping them closed and the top was being held on by a ziptie, the remote had a large rubber band holding it together, there was no phone in the room and the bathroom had spots and stains across the walls / hair in the tub. We Checked out early and didn’t sleep too comfortably.

The Tub had hairs and it look like mold around the edges. Also the faucet to wash you hands wa broken and you cant even use it. No remote in the room i had to go ask for it, and when i mention it to the person in charge he just minimize what i said and did not address the issue. Never again will i saty.

For a non-smoking room it definitely smelled strong as if someone was smoking in the room once you entered the room.

Cozy room that is a nice surprise in contrast to the outside of the building. Mini fridge and microwave available in room, plenty of space to hang clothes, dresser available as well. Comfy love seat in the room. Biggest pleasent surprise is their internet was immaculate! Strong signal, no drops. Staff was always cheerful and welcoming.

Had to leave early cuz the floor was leaking in the bathroom between the tub and toilet, under the desk in the corner of the room and by the front windows. Offered a downgrade to a single bed to stay with no compensation for our wet items. Once we decided to leave was only offer a small refund that didn't even cover the last night let alone the two nights we had to cover because their floor was leaking. Also, we discovered a couple of cockroaches alive and well, scurrying across the floor. I strongly recommend against this spot. Has a lot of potential but still in disrepair as well as staff not knowing how to handle customer service issues. Super disappointed in my 2 of the 4 days booked to stay.

The hotel is so close to the freeway, that the noise level was extreme the whole time. The windows and the front door did not block any of the noise outside.

First impression, receptionist gave me the key card to a room that was already occupied. Finally able to get into my room, noticed missing drawers. Keycard then wasn’t working, had to get a new one twice.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! Stay here at your own risk 😭 sounds dramatic, I know, but all it takes is ONE bedbug coming home with you and you’re screwed 😖 Got a room upstairs and killed 2 bedbugs on the second night there 😭 spent the entire night separating all my clothes and such. It’s also behind a gas station, kind of run down, room looked like it was surface level cleaned, corners and edges were dirty. AC looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Wiped down the counters in the bathroom and the wipe came back dirty. Shower was dirty. Don’t cheap out, get a good quality hotel. It’s close to Disney, but at what cost. 😐

I didn’t feel dirty or unsafe, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My window was held together by a zip tie and tape. The chair was horrific and the bathtub didn’t drain. Never again.

One important thing I can highlight is the cleanliness of the room. The floor, from my perspective, was never cleaned and the day prior to our departure we prompted for cleaning but only towels were replaced, the bed was not made. For 5 days the floor was cleaned.

One of the worst places I have stayed. The wall mounted lamp switch came fell apart. the floors were dirty, the hairdryer didn't work, the bathroom mirror was broken. Unlike most hotels there were no ice bucket or drinking cups. Come on. Just awful

if i could give this place a 0, i would. room was absolutely disgusting, had roaches and was NOT cleaned. bathroom walls had wads of hair, toilet had a strange red stain. when we tried checking in, front desk let us know we had to wait 30 more minutes as the room was not clean. when we entered, there was no blanket on our bed, the sheets were stained yellow, wallpaper was peeling and full of stains, and the floors were dirty. dust covered nearly every surface. we found a roach and checked out the same night we checked in! did not even stay a full 5 hours in this hotel, and i have yet to receive a refund. do not stay here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is more outdated than pictures show. The toilet and room dresser were not in a good condition. The door to the hotel room doesn’t close all the way and lets’s a crack of light in. Also not the safest area. While I was staying there I had to call 911 because there was a domestic situation where the guests were fighting very loudly and it was a dangerous situation.

The room was older, but very clean. However, the wi-fi was flakey the two days I was there, and there was frequent police activity.

It was okay expensive for a really basic room shower was not great and bed too.

A/c drained onto the floor so there was a puddle in the room, bathroom window was left open with no screen so who knows what was in the room when I arrived. Price was low.

When i got the key, the sleeve was wrinkly, old and dirty. Used many times without replacing for a clean one. And advertising a pool, but when we got there there was no water in it.

This is tough. Great room, clean, well equipped. But I could have been killed! I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and to my surprise two men were already in the room. They could have easily shot me thinking it was a room invasion! Wow.

The place is a little dated but very nice and clean the workers are super sweet and accommodating. We showed up just after midnight and he was able to honor the deal we had and made the process so easy. Only complaint was the entrance to the place is hard to find. You have to enter the gas station to get to the hotel

This place was so so. They didn't seem to care much about taking care of the place. Everything is out dated. Customer service, nice guys but so so. Its listed on here they serve breakfast, they don't. Room key kept turning off every couple of days. If you can a better place to stay I say do it.

Huge room. Moldy bathroom ceiling, huge gap under door, pool was not working. Rooms do not look like pic. Messy area around the rooms. Bathroom window wide open with no screen. Shower didn't empty. Just a mess.

We ended up staying elsewhere for our two nights, we got offered another room but we declined seeing the state of our initial room, didn’t want to bother hopping around the rooms. But unfortunately this place has gone down in the last year.

When I got to the counter to check in the receptionist told me they were over booked and charged me extra to upgrade to a “bigger” room which in my experience was the same thing I booked a king sized bed.. the air conditioning system was broken so our room was hot called the receptionist and said there was nothing they could do because they were over booked and I booked with a third party. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times within the last 2 years and this would be my last it has deteriorated so much the pool has never been opened regardless of the time of year I’ve stayed. This is a waste of money and land they need to remodel or sell the property to someone who will take care of it.

I wasn’t going outside after dark. First time I’ve ever used DoorDash. Someone lit off fireworks every night right outside my door. Not the little ones either. The crap my pants ones. Doors constantly being opened and slammed closed. People reving engines in the parking lot. I think a lot of people live at this place and they might not like visitors. Staff is nice but can’t go back.

I barely managed to get through one night but couldn’t bring myself to stay longer. When I asked for a refund for the second night, the motel just wanted to move me to another room. If cleanliness, comfort, and basic hygiene matter to you, I would not recommend staying here.

A property in transition maybe. Had a 2 room unit. Back bedroom had a bed and floor lamp, thats all. Main room had bed (comfortable) and night stands, no bedside lamps, only a floorlamp on top of another nightstand in a corner across the room. Hot water to shower took about 4 minutes, then it was fine so be patient. Never saw any breakfast items or coffee when Ieft around 7 am. Parking lot very tight once you drive through the gas station to access the property. Managed to find a spot for trailer on my own, desk clerk not much help either. Dont recommend anyone wander around area at night.

The people next door to me were doing drugs. It advertised a pool and its on the website. The pool was DRAINED My door stuck. The tiolet seat was broken. The room smelled. The tub and door had some red substance on it..and there was a small ciuch that had huge stains on it A terrible disappointment

I didnt know it was possible for a place in villapark to be so disgusting. Bugs in the shower, used flossing toothpicks in the shower. Decided to take all the sheets off the bed to see how clean it was and found a fat puddle of dried blood, i almost threw up. Chairs were broken and drooping to the side, bared windows, woke up to leaf-blowers right outside the door at 8am. But you know what… there was a spatub in our room next to the shower and atleast they kept that clean, along with the floors

Looked nothing like the photos. Run down and dirty. Spiders and flying insects in the room, bathtub and toilet was stained and disgusting. Walls were dirty. Windows did not lock and door did not seal properly, there was an inch gap around the front door. Anyone could have climbed in our room through the windows at anytime. All the base boards were molded and falling apart as if there was a previous flood. Pool is closed and empty, currently being used for storage and junk. TV worked, no WiFi, and half of the lights worked. Would not recommend and would not go back.

The manager lady was completly irrational and very aggressive and rude. Me and a coworker were splitting a room because i worked day he worked swing. We made reservation for 2 but he checked in before me cuz i was working, he explained this to the lady who told him to have me come register when i arrive so i did but she then said i cant register because i wasnt there on check in and refused to let me register so i just crashed out but when coworker had to leave for work at 11pm she made him wake me up to leave the room or he wouldnt get his ID back that they keep (weird in itself) we explained over and over i was the second tennant i offered her my CC and ID and all she kept saying is when he leaves room is checked out and will call cops if anyone stays...so whats the point of making a reservation for 2 tennants if they wont honor it...i ended up losing out because i couldnt find another rate place i could afford to pay for all myself so i ended up paying for half a room and sleeping in my car the rest of the night!! Funny thing was, i made the darn reservation not my co worker and i got screwed bcuz i showed up a couple hours later. Im pretty sure she just passed judgment and thought we were gay and clearly has issues to work theough becaue she very harshly discriminated based on a completely inaccurate assumtion! Shame on her and neither of us will EVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN! To much hate and irrational thinking going on in that managers head, shes dangerous.

Access to motel is thru a gas station. Parking lot is narrow and one way in with no exit. Must back up to get out. Room is renovated and clean with microwave and fridge but i didn't see a coffee maker. Pool is closed. No phones to call the front desk for help with tv, which kept resetting to no signal. Staff showed me how to reset. And perhaps not their fault but at 6:30 am someone kept banging on the door next to mine and calling out loud for them. Needless to say, i couldn't sleep with happening for a solid 15 minutes. Lastly. The person checking me in never said a word to me. No explanation about taking the office number if i needed to reach them, no welcome, no asking about my stay, no thank you. If the bed wasn't so comfortable, I'd rate them lower.

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was super nice and welcoming. The area is very quiet and safe, stores like walmart and target are close by (5 - 10 min drive) and a lot of places to eat near by.

Booked this hotel based on ratings. Not what I pictured. Stayed only one night. Front desk was friendly, no other staff, other than cleaning persons.

The pool is drained and coffee machine in my room was broken. also nobody at the front desk has been working there longer than a few days apparently because no one knew how to do anything and had to call their manager about every question I had lol

they kept me at the front desk for over an hour because they couldn't get their money from Expedia virtual card. they finally let me into a room and it was in disarray. Bathtub had black stains and was coming apart. the lights were nots all working. overall felt dirty and not maintained. Expedia did refund my money and I found a better hotel that night.

Price wasn’t bad but a bunch of things needed repair in the room. Headboard woke us up when it broke off wall and bruised my girlfriend’s forehead. Most of the molding is missing broken or damaged. This place has potential but needs work. Pool was empty and looked like it need it a lot of work. Going into summer that sounds like awful timing.

Room was clean, but had like a thin metal frame that stuck out and made an awful clink noise when you accidentally tapped it. Along with that the air conditioning/heater unit needed the manager to come in with a pair of plyers to make it work. Worse part was the noise coming from it, we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk so we had to unplug it since there was no on/off that functioned. I really like this hotel, but that room needs some updating.

Shower wouldn’t drain. Manager tried “Roto-Rooter” it no success. And did not give us another room with a functioning shower. Then went to try the pool. Overall wasn't terrible the bed was really stiff. They have a nice air conditioner though. My main issue would be the fact that I didn't get my deposit back because I had a visitor in the room. These rules were not explained, but I suggest to anyone in the future to either find a different place to stay or pay VERY close attention to the rules which will be on a orange piece of paper in fine print. The manager will take any chance to keep the deposit money and that includes not telling you the rules of the motel.

For the price, this is a safe and clean place. Very good service at the desk.

The room was very good and I have some concerns like the drainage on the sink is not working well and the bath tub is not so clean for this time. But my previous stays were so good

It was nice enough for the amount of money I paid on the area is shady I wouldn't let my children go outside by themselves the facilities literally behind a gas station but for a quick stay I would give it a thumbs up

Only then did he call a manager and the manager said to check me in anyway and deal with Orbitz later. Stressful checkin but everything else went smooth.

We only stayed one night but got a good nights sleep. Comfort bed, nice decor, light weight towels, quiet (even though close to freeway). Free coffee in the lobby. Weak WiFi. Hint: driveway is easy to miss, turn into gas station and you will see the motel behind. Friendly check in😀

Room was not like the pictures at all. Everything was either damaged, outdated or didnt even work, and was barely cleaned.

I was greeted nicely, check in was good, and the climate control in the room was excellent. It was just like my house, clean and comfortable with a little bit of maintenance to do. A little paint touch up here and there but a great place overall. A comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good shower for a reasonable price. A quiet too. I didn't hear any freeway noise or road noise. I heard a toddler upstairs for a bit, but where can you go that you don't hear the youngsters. That's life.
