Germaine at front desk was so helpful and friendly. Lady that worked breakfast was so kind.. everything was immaculate. Loved spaciousness of our room.

Stayed at this location multiple times always a great stay!!

The floors in our room were extremely nasty. The carpet was sticky due to the dirtiness. The bathroom had stuff on the walls that needs cleaned off near the toilet. There was an odor in the room that was not pleasant as well.

The room itself was OK, but the layout was weird and made it difficult to watch TV. You had a bed on one side of the room, a couch on the other and a desk in the middle, below the TV. The staff was nice and did their best to deal with the issues, but there was not much they could do. Next time I'm in Auburn/Opelika, I'll try some place else.

Everything was great. The Breakfast not so good.

Ac was not working properly it was stuffy the moment we walked in. Breakfast was terrible. Not clean, the worker sat there on her phone. When informed things were out she did not care. The syrup was all down the container.

Staff was super. Room was clean. Down side - pool was closed and the outlets didn’t work in my bathroom. Kind of pricey fo the product.

We did not get to stay when we arrived our room had been given away! An employee ran our card without permission before we arrived and it blocked so they rented to somebody else last min! We had driven four hours and had no place to stay after midnight! We had to find another place 35 min away! Will never use your site to book again! Very dissatisfied with the service and the desk guy was very rude about it!
