Quiet and clean hotel. The maid service didn't make a lot of noise early in the morning so we could well!

Love the hotel. Clean, location. The check in guy didn’t tell me how to access the club lounge that I paid for so I missed using it a few days. I found this gentleman to be not so helpful. He was the only one that was that way everyone else was amazing. Perhaps he had a bad day. He also said he was an atheist which I felt was unprofessional.

Highly recommend this location, top scale staff too and walking distance to eating areas.

Pillows are too fines , bed is ok , no shutter for us and no coffe at until 6:30 needed to go early to the airport, other than that is good

Came in at 4 to check in, the lady at the front desk told us that it STILL wasn't ready, and to come back in 30 minutes. So I leave to go grab some groceries, and not even a full 10 minutes later, she calls me and my room is ready. She also did not know what she was doing, and attempted to say that we had to pay the full amount AGAIN at the desk. Furthermore, our room didn't even have body wash. When I told the front desk, they said that they were all out of body wash. The only semi-decent thing about my stay was that the other guy working the front desk during my check-in was the only competent one.

The front desk receptionist was the best ever Her name was A’Dreana who had s degree in hospitality. She provided us with all the information we needed. The Resturant was really good. She even told eu how the owners kept the hotel up. A fantastic experience

The staff was awesome, so friendly and accommodating. The shuttle picked us up at 1 a.m. at the airport and took us back to get our rental car the next day. Right beside In N Out and many others within walking distance. Beautiful mountain views nearby.

The room looked very outdated. Old furniture, bad paint. No central air conditioning. Had a wall / window ac unit. Bathroom had signs of mold. No ventilation for humidity of the shower. Besides the room everything else looked nice, and Modern. Very disappointed for a Sheraton property.

The hotel was clean and coffee was good. I booked this property specifically for its close location and shuttle service to and from airport. My daughter and I were arriving slightly too late to pickup our rental car and we had a ton of luggage because I was moving her into her college the following day. We called hotel for a ride when we arrived at the airport and was told the shuttle was out of service. We told to get a taxi or uber and Sheraton would reimburse me. I submitted my receipt and still have not received a reimbursement. It was a great hassle late at night and then had to pay for it. I would have stayed at a less expensive hotel that didn’t have shuttle service and saved hundreds of dollars. Now I’m out the uber fee, waisted time and money.

......but enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a room for our return trip to just relax before heading home....the rooms are comfortable fitted with nice linens ....the Sheraton is quiet....its very welcoming....the staff overall is welcoming...its a stay you enjoy...

Even the one star I gave is too much the facility for a Sheraton was absolutely atrocious and hygienic old rude staff noisy loud air conditioner I don’t know what else to say. We were stuck for two nights because of the holiday weekend and no other nearby location had availability.

Front desk was not very accommodating to a few small ask. One was a 30 min late exit, they wanted tk charge me. But they were friendly. Only was there for one day.

My water did not good hot and that's important they moved me after they had the facility check it out. I enjoyed my stay the grill-cafe was very reasonable for a hotel experience

The airport shuttles only run on the hour. There’s very little within walking distance. The rooms don’t have adequate charging ports, and there were no charging ports near the beds.

I paid for the breakfast and was not honored and I showed the paid receipt. I called Expedia to correct it to honor. I had terrible experience dealing with the staff at breakfast management. I gave them the breakfast coupon (after talking to Expedia) staff and they were asking me to fill out the form not offering a seat. Very rude and bad service. I left the place not eating and went to front desk asking for manager phone number and she refused to get to the manager and his contact number. I did ask her that I paid through Expedia for the room and breakfast, how come I couldn’t get the breakfast and not the room. She refused to call Expedia. I have recorded the conversation. I would not suggest to go to this place unless things are corrected.

I did not like our original room, there. was no water pressure to the shower, we requested a transfer to another room. One of our window has condensation within the double pane glass. The magnetic keycard door lock is old and we got locked-out bec the battery died. I think Sheraton Marriot could have refurbished this ageing building.

Expected more from a Sheraton. Doors banged shut. Rooms were not sound proof and breakfast was just ok- you can only select 3 items on sheet. Shuttle was parked in the way every day to where you couldn’t unload luggage at the entrance very easily.

The place was great for the time we were there. There are a few things to consider. There is no microwave in the room, but a rather large refrigerator. That makes it challenging to heat up food. Also, the coffee options are very limited. There is no flavored creamer anywhere and I feel most people prefer options.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was amazing. My only suggestion would be to have a more gender neutral smelling toiletries. I like the smell but I thought was geared more towards men.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived early and the quickly worked to accommodate me, before I even asked for an early check-in. The airport shuttle was easy to schedule and ran on time.

What bothered me a bit was there was no staff member at the front desk - I wanted to ask a question and waited for 10 min but no one ever showed up.

Nice place. Got room facing the mountain. Love the robe, too bad only one. Another regret didn’t inform the hot pool and the pool is not open or it said under construction. I choose the hotel to enjoy the hot pool but it’s not happen.

Hotel was nicely decorated and lit. Room had nice decor of tan and brown colors that went together along with art deco lamps. Only issue is coffee maker didn't work in that the water heated but never dispensed into cup. After looking inside water reservoir, found the tubing from the pump was disconnected on bottom of reservoir and after reattaching it, it functioned properly.

So disappointed. This place used to be so much nicer. The room smelled musty and rhe bathroom wasnt clean. I went sbd bought cleaning supllies so it wasnt disgusting. The air conditioner was so loud i couldn't even hear the airplanes anymore. And it didnt even work. It was stuck at 77 degrees.The freezer in the mini-fridge was so loud it sounded like a monster!

The Restaurant in hotel had Happy Hour until 7pm, I arrived at 6:45 was not waited on until 7:01 even after motioning to bar tender, then was told Happy Hour was over. Chicken order was extremely dry.

It was perfect. The staff during my stay was spot on. The room was very nice and the bed comfy. I used the yoga room, gym and swam my lap in the pool, all of which were clean and well kept. I could not have asked for anything more. I absolutely appreciated the 24/7 shuttle service from the airport and how easy it was to schedule shuttle service back to the airport. I liked the 15 minute walk to the convention center because it allowed me a little exercise after long days of sitting at meetings. I will never stay in the hotels I've chosen before. Thank you for a most excellent stay and a BIG thank you to the front office staff. You made me feel like I was home.

The hotel had been newly renovated and is a big improvement from my previous stay. I love the new look of the lobby, bar, and guest rooms. I did not see nor hear any construction so I am assuming all renovations is now complete. Service was great as usual, and the free airport shuttle is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

My stay was excellent. There was no more construction as mentioned in other reviews, it appears that renovations have been completed, everything looks nice and new. The restaurant and bar was great value and the service overall was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We liked the convenience of nearby eating options. Clean hotel. Customer service is great. Hotel is generally clean and comfortable, however this time the shower was not working properly, very poor water flow.

The room was nice, modern, spacious, and very clean. The shower worked well and the soap smelled great. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Call the front desk, different person of course different answer, told me now that restaurant opens at 5:00. I was very surprised to find a Sheraton in such a bad shape.

However, we were kept up all night by the AC, and the beds were painfully small. The entire front desk area was under construction and we were unable to purchase snacks and drinks. The front desk staff, and taxi driver, were excellent and I had no complaints.

The hotel is old and shows its age: peeling wallpaper, stained bathroom walls, noisy AC unit, worn hallway carpet. We were disappointed at the overall poor condition of the hotel. The “ restaurant “( a sectioned off part of a large meeting room) was very uninviting .

Property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Food/restaurant was atrocious. Staff was pleasant but undermanned.

I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is fine as long as you don't stay on a Saturday night. I was staying in the area for a convention and Wed, Thurs, and Fri nights were fine (although the bed comfort is average at best). Saturday night was a totally different experience. We, unfortunately, had a group celebrating a birthday in the room next to us which was being quite loud. I went to the front desk and explained we were fine with them being loud at the moment (it was 5 pm) until 10 pm, but we had a long day the next day so if they were loud after 10 pm we would call. The front desk was perfect and professional and said to call if we had any issues. The people left about 7 pm and all was quiet again and we went to sleep about 10 pm with no issues. The party decided to come back to the room at 11:30 am and was loud enough to wake us up and we are both pretty heavy sleepers. My wife called the desk and they sent security up. We heard the knock on the door and they quieted down for about 5 minutes before getting really loud again. We made a second call twenty minutes later and were told that "security said the party wasn't as loud as they usually are on Saturdays" and seemed annoyed that we wanted the party stopped so we could sleep. The party continued until past 1:00 am when apparently others besides us next door were also being bothered by the noise. The rooms and hotel are fine but don't expect any help if you actually want to sleep while other rooms are way too loud.

I did not like that the restaurant was closed for an event. I picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and airport shuttle. I knew I was going to be tired from the weekend leadership retreat I had just attended and did not want to go out to eat the night before my early 6am flight. Because it was closed we had to go out. We found a nearby food place but it was awful. The food was so gross we could not eat it. We ended up going to a small convenient store near the food place and grabbed a drink and chips. If you advertise having a restaurant then it should be open to all. Most hotels have a different room for events from the restaurant so all guests can still have it available to them. Everything else was great, just disappointed.

We had to request housekeeping the first day we were there but after that they did a good job. Also, when we left in the morning there was no one at the front desk to check out or give our keys to.

It was a last minute reservation. My dog and I stayed for two nights, and all went well. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, but the housekeeping could use some improvement. I walked by a leftover Caesar salad plate on the floor outside the room next to me for over 24 hours, and the garbage cans on our floor were overflowing. I told the front desk twice about the salad plate but it was still there when we checked out this morning. I’d be worried about insects and/or rodents?!

Great place to stay. Only thing is me and my husband wanted to get in the Jacuzzi and it was past 9am and the groundskeeper said it would be another two hours because he was still cleaning. But otherwise great stay

For dinner I had orange chicken. It was okay. The texture of the chicken was fine, better than store bought for sure. The orange sauce was a little too sour, and perhaps it could have been slightly sweeter, however, if the sauce was less sour I might not have had the instinct to want the sauce to also be sweeter. It came with plain white rice, which felt like a symbol for what would be the rest of my stay here. Originally, I'd ordered a room with a king sized bed. They let me know that they changed the room to what I think were two full sized or double sized beds. The person who communicated this to me almost made it seem like it was my fault they did this. Not that I really cared, but this was not a great experience. The water in the tub was not able to get very hot. It was definitely warm, but after perhaps 10 minutes I didn't want to stay in the tub any longer because I had been hoping for a hot bath, and this was just above luke warm. The room was clean, but the walls toward the floor showed some damage, and there were burn spots on the lights in the bathroom. The name on the outside of the hotel didn't match the signage for the name on the inside.
