Rats on the property and in the room. when we requested to be moved to a different room, the staff were abrasive and would not help. Checked out early and booked a different hotel. never again

The bathroom door didn't shut right so when you take a hot to warm shower all the steam comes out to the room and fire alarm starts going off.

I didn't even get past the checking in part. I booked the room because I was exhausted after work and I felt like I was starting to dose off while driving home, I tried calling 3 times before I drove over there to confirm my reservation but the phone was busy so I just drove over there. I got there around 1130 pm or 1230am I can't remember because I was very tired, and from the very start of the encounter the young lady was very rude to me, which made me start crying in front of her because I was exhausted and in disbelief of how rude she was being to me while she was completely denying to my face that she was being rude to me, I asked her the managers name and she told me no and on top of that she locked my card in some type of drawer or cabinet behind the desk which felt weird to me and I had to ask her to please give me my card back, so while in tears, complete exhausted I ask her to cancel my reservation and give me a print of her doing so, then I told her she needed Jesus and I pray that whatever she is dealing with I hope her night would go better, and I drove back over by the Ontario mill mall cried called my kids, told them where I was and slept overnight in my car. Hands down one of the worst experiences I've had.....

The bed was fairly comfortable. Climate control was adequate. TV did not work. Train tracks are very close with frequent trains passing by loudly.

Refused to let me stay there due to my vehicle only Hotel I've ever seen and or heard of that does not let you park on site nor is there parking around anywhere the staff was extremely rude and had no supervisor to speak to or had on site or was willing to call them when Expedia tried calling them to get me a refund they refuse to answer

Room was in bad shape. Dirty, smelly, noisey and bathroom falling apart. I would ask for a full refund but they did not want to help. Worst room I have ever had.

Check in was after 3pm. My partner and I arrived to the hotel at 5pm due to traffic.When we arrived the hotel they had no rooms available that were cleaned. The hotel host was very rude and told us we had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned and provided to us. We ended up waiting over an hour and didn't get a room until almost 6:30pm which is ridiculous. I'm not sure what's the point of having guests check out at 11am if the rooms are not going to be ready and cleaned for the next guests to check in at 3pm. Let me just say it gets worse..The first room we were provided was more than dirty, it looked like it was under construction. That room needed to be more than just cleaned. The second room that was "clean" was also terrible. The a/c did not work, the walls were dirty, the restroom door was broken, pillow cases had stains, there were bugs and roaches in the room...DISGUSTING!!! I would not recommend anyone staying here.

There were cockroaches in the room. The pillows in the bed were dirty, and the sheets had cigarette burns on them. Also when we first got there, there was no water in the room.

I honestly do not recommend this place. Staff was rude. We were told check in was any time after 3pm, which we showed up to the property at almost 5pm and the lady at the front desk said our room would be ready in 2 hours. What’s the point of a reservation and a check in time if that’s not the case. Room smelled horribly like cigarette. Would not be staying here again.

The property most definitely needs some upgrades, new towels and bed linens. Noise of the train that passes through. But overall the stay was ok.

The room was ether to hot or to cold .The beds where like sleeping on plywood hard as a rock.the room door doesn't seal .the TV you could not trun on or off it was on when we got in the room had to unplug it .this place is a joke

Location! I accidentally reserved for the wrong weekend. Lucky they still had rooms. Smart TVs that you can hook up Roku to or be able to log into Netflix, Peacock, etc..is a bare minimum now days. Please upgrade the fridges to include a small freezer. Towels could be a little nicer quality, thicker, bigger please?

When I checked in...the room wasn't cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets, bedspread and there was an ashtray in the room. I stayed one night and kept my bag of clothes on the car.

The room was clean, the bed sheets not so much there was even cigarette burns on them I had to go to a local Walmart to buy a sheet and a small blanket to lay on. The area sketchy a lot of weirdos in and out of rooms all night.

I’d like to some of the staff and I like the way that you could walk around and get exercise and it’s quiet I didn’t like that. I have to keep on picking up the door for it to shut the lock because or slam it to lock it. My bathroom door is messed up some of the plugs in the room don’t work.

I had a late check in and i rang the bell for more than an hour until someone came out annd the deposit was ridiculous qt $50!!! They were obviously racist because i was latina. Then they didn’t give me my deposit till 5 days later! Also my room had no blankets! Staff is rude!!!

When i got there they only had one room with no heater in it. Was not informed of this until check in. Did not end up staying there. I would like a refund.

Did not end up staying there…called the hotel to explain that my wife and son would be checking in because plan got adjusted and I was not able to a company them on the trip. The lady I spoke w informed me that it wouldn’t be possible to allow them to check in if I wasn’t w them-when attempting to see if there was anyway to alleviate the situation-the lady I spoke w was rude; was not accommodating at all-would not even attempt to resolve the issue and ultimately hung up on me as a result. I was not aggressive in anyway nor rude yet that’s how I was treated. In the end my wife and son had to go get another room and these people still charge me for a room that they wouldn’t let us use. So no not enjoyable trip and I would not ever suggest this hotel again

Room was clean. Asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room, but it wasn't too bad. Notices said pets were not allowed but there was a dog in the room next to mine that barked all night into the morning.

This place was nasty! First off bed had cigarettes burns, and I get it I got a smoking room because what was left. But burns on bed come on at least change the blanket. What’s purpose of leaving a deposit if they don’t use it to fix what someone else did. Second the tv was working just same channel. I wasn’t planning to watch marathon or something just something to have on but not even local channels. Worse place I been to and I been to “ghetto” hotels and they at least had some class to it.

Staff didn't care that a smoke detector was chirping all night in the room. A reputable place would actually care about their guest's comfort.

This is one of those places you just book to crash in bed and up next morning. It's just a cheap bed for a night and I did not expect anything else.

The ac here is COLD the beds are comfortable the pillows are small except 1 regular one it has there is a mini fridge and a microwave the rolling chair has seen better days ALSO it is near a train track so if u can sleep with that noise than enjoy it here also has a vending machine outside with a ice machine down the block is a gas station for car or semi and in the store its packed with food and clothes.

The property caters to truck drivers. If you prefer staying at a 4-star hotel, then this property is not the right fit. One of the sheets had a tear, pillow cases were unchanged, smelly. And there was a cockroach.

Hallways smelled like smoke, you could smell marijuana coming from the rooms. The people staying at this hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. A lot of homeless and drug addicts in the parking lot.

I've stayed here three times and it's always very comfortable and clean.

When came up to check in, I tried opening reception door. Attendant was standing behind desk just looking at me. I seen their was an outside window so I motioned her if I go to it but she just stood their looking at me. Finally after more than a minute she finally motioned me over to the window but still proceed to ignore me for another few minutes before she asked me if she could help me. When I finally checked in she just have me back my id and card with the room key. I had to ask her which way did I proceed for my room and that's all I didn't even get a check out time reminder. Price is good but I don't tolerate rudeness.

Awful! I checked in and due to an input error, I lost my reservation as I was to check on the wrong day. They validated that it looks like an issue but since I didnt chexk in, I had no room. I never got a ca frkm the property regarding check in the night prior which has been my experience when Ive been late checking in which I could have resolved and ony choice was to pay full prices again. This was upsetting amd disappointing. The manager, Mr. PATEL, even mentioned that since I didnt show up by 10pm, rhey rented the room out so they made money on a room that was rented. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! Hotels.com was also unwilling to assist.

Besides the screaming teenagers at midnight till 3AM everything was great, the rooms are super clean,Parking was good, I will stay here again.

Ine of the worse hotels i have ever been in ! There is mold in the room…! It smelled like cigarettes big time ! The AC smelled like a death trap of mold air the most disgusting smell ever ! I felt i was going to catch an STD OR SOMETHING..!!! The pool was tottally disgusting!..! I was better off going to a motel 6 it would of probably been better ! For the price of this hell hole it should not be $200 plus dollars!! Ridiculous..!!!

this is a good clean motel. it is not located in the ontario mills mall but next to the TA truckstop, but that was not a problem, noise-wise. there is nothing next to it that is walkable for food.

So the hotel decided to not give me my deposit back because I was on my period and I stained the towel slightly. This is no way to treat a guess women or women and we get a period. So the fact that I’m being judged and withheld my money is ridiculous. I will never stay here again!!!!!!!!!!

The surrounding area is a little seedy, and feels a little unsafe, but the staff were great, the room was very nice, a little grimy on the floor but relatively clean, overall a great stay though. Very convenient location, especially if your are a truck driver. The noise is to be expected in this location. You are right next to the train tracks, an airport and a truck stop. But none of that bothered me.

I did not have a towelk un my room, i asked management for one but never received it. The crowd of homeless in the parking lot made it dificult to relax.

We pulled into the parking lot and decided not to stay. The busy truck stop next door and train tracks right across the street, not to mention the condition of the property did not give the best impression of comfort or safety. Hotels.com also listed it as being very close to our intended destination... it ended up being more than 10 miles away.

This hotel was horrible. The AC was broken and very loud. The shower was dirty with dirt all over the floor. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. The service was horrible. This place is a really bad place to stay.

This reservation sucked

The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had water damage on the walls the walls door needed repair and paint the beds had only a sheet and thin bed spread no comforter like the picture showed. All in all a terrible experience

The stay was great the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean as they could be i had a non smoking room and still smelled like smoke in the roomz cigarette marks on the floor and the door to the bathroom was damged with pretty bad repair work

The TV and Micowave did not work. I called to ask if it could be fixed and the office was rude and dismissively told me they wouldnt do anything till the next day. I called and asked at 7:30. That is not a late enough hour for such a rude tone. Then to add insult to injury my brother went out for a cigarette and was interrogated by staff.

Definitely a drug motel right next to a truck stop. Police were there when we came back from dinner. Room smelled gross. No extra pillows availabe. Walls were dirty. On a positive note, we had a microwave & fridge!

Horrible Hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was told that only smoking rooms were available. The room had a strong cigarette odor, and there were cigarette burns on the blankets, clearly from previous guests. It was also very dirty. To make matters worse, the hotel is located right next to a railroad track, and the sound of trains passing kept me awake all night. Despite my reservation for a non-smoking room, the hotel refused to make any accommodations or offer an upgrade, blaming Hotels.com instead. I will never stay at this hotel again.

What is even more troubling is that while I was penalized for dirty towels, the condition of the room itself was far from acceptable. The bedspread had visible cigarette burns, and the bathtub leaked so severely that every time I took a shower, the floor became flooded, creating a potential safety hazard. It is alarming that such issues were overlooked, yet the focus was on keeping my deposit over something as easily fixable as dirty towels. The deposit terms clearly state that it is to cover damage to the property, not routine cleaning needs, leading me to believe this hotel is deliberately seeking reasons to unjustly retain guests’ deposits. This practice not only undermines trust but is entirely inconsistent with the standards I expect from Choice Hotels. I will be escalating this matter to corporate, as this experience was highly uncharacteristic of the quality and professionalism typically associated with the brand.

This property is next to a truck stop so it’s noisy and the entrance and exit street is shared by the big rigs.

It was a quick getaway with my husband but the truck stop right next door made it feel ick right away, the type of people checkin in and druggies in the parking lot yikes! Thankfully we got a back side room that was little more private less commotion

Cheap great location

The room door had a half inch gap and light came through during the night, which kept us up. The ironing board was in very bad shape and the television kept skipping during the program and volume loss.

Although it place is a little old it is well maintained. The staff was very helpful and checking in was very easy.

Stayed 3 nights and supplies towels etc never got changed. Our room were never cleaned for the 3 nights of stayed.

Let’s start with the check in we check in at 3 and we left because my son had a baseball tournament they Took forever and then we checked in to our room the room was somewhat clean but the blankets had holes on the the Pillows were old and we finally we left back to the baseball field to finish playing our last game we make it back to the room when get there the Laundry room was closed I had to wash my sons Uniform Went and asked if they could open it told me they wouldn’t open until seven. We had a game at nine. The next day we had to be at the field by 815. Thank God for the truckstop next-door room is open 24 hours.

Room was dirty and unkept. No maid service was available. Door to outside had a huge gap. I could see the outside standing inside. Restroom door frame was broken and just nailed in place and had caulk globs everywhere yet the door to the restroom didn’t close due to being offset. Mattress was torn.

This was supposed to be canceled. I already started stayed at the hotel this was a mistake. I talked to the hotel manager thry said they canceled. And someone at expedia said they would call the hotel to cancel it for me since i already stayed there 2 nights and paid for it.

It’s very bad condition. Even they don’t have any hospitality.

Arrived late Saturday night and went to bed. Turned off lights and felt things crawling on me. Was infested with Cockroaches. When I turned the lights back on they ran away and hide.the air conditioning didn’t work was 103 degrees that day. Blood stains on the chairs. Blood on floor under chair. Place was a nightmare.
