We booked non smoking room. Once we walked in room had really strong smell we called the front desk but they couldn’t offer another room. Everything including blankets had the cigarette smell. Our clothes and all our belongings smelled like cigarettes by the next morning. We had to leave the room earlier than expected

Breakfast was decent, clean hotel.

The only concern I had was the transportation to the airport by their vendor “GOAT”. ( a no show) The hotel personally got me to the airport in time for my departure. They went way beyond service. They were awesome!!! I will return and use this hotel again!!!

I enjoyed staying here,it was easy to confirm a booking, the place was nice and affordable while still staying clean to standard. Staff was very sweet and helpful. The ac units were a little loud at night and our door to our room’s bathroom was jammed. Made it hard to open and close.

WiFi was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.

I was very disappointed with the experience, hotel was not clean at all, dirty floors, stained linens and unpleasant smell through the space. Customer service was also frustrating to deal with. Overall this experience did not meet basic expectations for quality. I wouldn't book here again and I don't recommend it to no body

Television was not connected with wifi until hotel employee came and connected to get Television on, has basic channels of live TV only. Hair dryer was broken. It was an inconvenience on a cold windy night. Should have been replaced with prior guests by cleaning personnel.

I needed to be able to walk to the convention center. It was closer to the convention center than google maps implied (time wise). It was clean, comfortable and quiet. And safe to park my car. That's all I wanted. The breakfast was a bonus. The only think was, one sign said they clean the room every three days. Another said every second day. I stayed two nights and they cleaned my room the second morning when I was out of the room. So I was surprised. It was not bad, I'm ecstatic the room was clean, but it was odd that it happened when the signs said it wouldn't.

Clean room, the staff was amazing and so friendly. Only reason I give it a 4 star is cause the WiFi and I had to get work done but couldn’t cause of the connection issues but that is it. Everything else was perfect. Located in the best spot with everything not being too far and if your hungry you have options to where you can walk too.

The location was close to the airport. But I will say, very hard to get into the property because it was located next to the on ramp to I10 The beds need to be updated. I slept on peaks and valleys the bed in my room. Way to much noise from the freeway. Had an early flight and didn't get any sleep.

This place is a secret gem. It's always spotless, a great little breakfast and a pleasantly surprising pretty pool area with a nice jacuzzi. If you get a third floor room, you can get a nice view of the mountains too. The beds are comfortable as well. Staff is nice.

The reviews were not kidding when they said you can hear everything 😬😬 we had the hulk in the room above us (really, what in the world are you doing up at three in the morning my guy.) Stomping from above woke my partner and I up all three nights we stayed. The couple in the room next to us was also a bit overzealous. We could hear it all. Breakfast was nice but average. The eggs were cold both days. We skipped out on our third morning breakfast and opted to go out instead. Overall not a bad property but I doubt we’d choose to stay here again. Great for the price though.

I liked this place! A huge upgrade from my last hotel experience at motel 6 across the street haha. The room was clean and i enjoyed all the ammeniites. The staff were all very helpful and freindly and I would totally stay again. Thanks!

Room had a smell of pot, which was annoying. The room was basic, small pillows, bed was relatively stiff. Oddly, there was a dirty towel on the floor as we first arrived to the room. The wi-fi was super spotty, and the TV intermittantly lost connection to the network, making the TV inoperable. Luckily, we only stayed 1 night.

Location Room discussion since. Had to go back through 2 parking lots to get coffee in the morning. Husband 75 the gave us a room so far away

Staff was wonderful. Very early morning shuttle arrived early. Lobby was clean and welcoming. The areas in the room that really matter were clean. Towels were what you would expect from a budget hotel. Toiletry products were subpar and conditioner container was empty. Lots of road noise, but other guests were quiet. I would stay again for business/necessity, but would not rebook for a family/pleasure stay.

I chose this hotel because the reviews were excellent and I was not disappointed.

Shuttle arrived at the airport so fast. Checkin was easy and quick. Room was spotless.

The room was outdated and not very clean. The bed was the worst it must be so old. It had lumps and valleys where people had slept. The springs were also bad. I also had issues with the internet in my room the entire stay. The price is decent and reflects what you get.

Had to call front desk twice due to the fact that the room next-door had people banging on their room at 1:30 in the morning 2:30 in the morning and 3:30 in the morning along with yelling when my kids had to be up at 7 o’clock in the morning to be at their competition for cheer at 9 o’clock

When I checked in I was given a key to a room and it was already occupied, then given a new room where the room phone didn’t work and someone had smoked pot very heavily in it. I decided for my safety I couldn’t stay there so I drove the 3 hours to my house.

It was nice because it was next to the convention center.

Day one was nice, day two we got upgraded rooms due to a maintenance issue with the plumbing. The upgrade was unexpected and surprising event to happen, as our upgraded room really made our stay even better. Staff was friendly and very communicative with changing staff members.

The WY-Fi did not work in our room, we had to stand outside to use it. Front desk maid me call the tec people but they could not get it to work, the Tec guy said some would call me back in a minute but never did. The hot breakfast was a joke.

I unfortunately was there when some sort of young men's training or something.They turned quite smoking area into a party rap ghetto music fest, full blast ,drinking yelling and some kind of chip games.It was totally obnoxious and very disrespectful of other guests.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was exceptional with scrambled eggs, sausage and other items not usually presented at other hotel's free breakfast. Quiet with now problem guests.

Cigarette smoke smell was so strong in the “non-smoking room” and smelled kinda dingy. I didn’t realize it’s a 2 star hotel and it was my first time at one so idk if that’s the norm. Anyways I couldn’t sleep because I felt uneasy and the cig smell was too strong. And I read reviews about bedbugs but thankfully there were none but that didn’t help since I felt there would be and that made it impossible to sleep. I left as soon as I could in the morning. Sorry but I won’t ever be going back. The staff was very nice and pleasant. It’s worth it for the money if you are looking for just somewhere to sleep and don’t mind the strong cig smell.

I liked that its was affordable...close to Ontario Airport with a shuttle. Clean...things all worked.

It was pretty clean but the breakfast options weren’t so great a lot of bread egg sandwiches were terrible. But overall to sleep it was ok no bed bugs

The room was clean, bed was comfortable but not amazing. Air conditioner was kind of loud. Some noise from outside, and from the floor before when someone slammed a door. But on the whole, a decent place to stay.

Comfortable and close to major freeway

If you don’t really mind for specific things then this place is ok. Just for me 1. breakfast was pretty mid only had waffles toast bagels and jimmy deans available. early morning only served biscuits and gravy which wasn’t good to be honest. 2. wifi didn’t work and laundry machines didn’t work either. 3. the smell of the room was pretty strong like you could tell someone had smoked in there before or it just smelled old if that makes sense.

I contacted you and Expedia because your hotel came up as near LAX and provided a shuttle from the airport. It’s over an hour away and doesn’t provide a shuttle from LAX. It would take $200 by uber. So we did not stay at this hotel.

After 15-20 minutes from checking in I called the front desk because the toilet was not flushing. Instead of switching me room the only thing they offered me was to go to the front desk and get a plunger. Also plunger did not work at all. Toilet was still not flushing. I had to leave to the airport earlier than I wanted just so I can use the bathroom. I travel a lot for work and always stay at that hotel for convience and this was just unacceptable. Horrible experience and would like a refund

Was a very pleasant experience I had a bite to eat at the Denny's. There were few places to eat close. The room was quiet, lighting for night was very bright. Over all a very good stay. I would return if I was in the area again.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. The breakfast was good, with waffles, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal, packaged egg and sausage sandwiches and several types of packaged pastries. Juices and coffee. After reading other people’s reviews I was skeptical to stay here but the staff was very nice, the shuttle was fast and easy to get, the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast was pretty decent.

Nice easy access to freeway and good breakfast options

After having a long delay with our flight arriving at 2am & going to the wrong hotel first… The front desk attendant Christine was amazing, friendly, and helped us check in fast & gave us a great room. Made us feel like we were still in Maui with her kindness. The room was clean & had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, nice tub, close to the convention center. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t great cell service in the room & the WiFi wouldn’t connect, other than that it was perfect.

It was a nice place to stay. The only issue is that the staff suring the day (maids) they are very loud. At times it was getting annoying. Carts moving around smaking into walls etc. Otherwise a nice place.

Our flight arrived late, so we only used the hotel room to sleep. The room had a burned smell, like an electric device burned or something like that. Breakfast was very basic, there was not a hot bar, they had pre-made sausage and cheese croissant, there was also a waffle maker.

We picked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service and staff were helpful and on time in that respect. Very friendly as well. The building is noticeably older, but the tradeoff is an easy trek to or from the airport.

They clean every other day. The carpet in the room is smelly.

Having 24-hour shuttle transportation was extremely helpful since I needed to use it at 10:30 pm to get to the hotel and then use it 6 hours later to return to the airport. I loved that the staff made be a breakfast bag filled with real food to take to their airport. I was truly grateful for that.

Constant noise in the middle of the night (from midnight to about 4am) from people heavily walking up and down the halls, slamming doors, talking loudly. Will not be staying at this hotel again

The property was outdated. The picture on the TV was poor, the sheets were too big for the beds, the microwave was old. There was not a good variety for the free breakfast.

The breakfast area was dirty and the food was stale and the smoke alarms went off due to the toast getting burnt and the cleaning lady used the same gloves she was cleaning with to take out my toast and gave it to me like that

Despite the recent reviews, my experience was not so good. The room was dirty...found an eyelash on the carpet and the sheets were dirty. I ended up having to change the sheets just to lay down. In turn, I didn't sleep so well...concerned about the sheets.

This was easily the best spot to be in. It was in the perfect walking distance for the convention center and had a lot of options for dining. Definitely would come back to this property for future events.

Everything was fine until we went to flush the toilet. It wouldn’t drain, and overflowed, we had to call front desk 5 times and the situation was never resolved, and they offered no solution, very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Staff was super nice and helpful. No issues with the hotel. They even let us keep a pet that we had to bring with us last minute. They have cameras all over the property. Only thing we were sketchy about was 2 cars that would park there all day/night with a couple that’ll come in and out of them but stayed in their cars mainly. Not sure how their parking situation works but still stayed vigilant. No one bothered us, so we were okay. Clean breakfast area.
