We chose this hotel because it was the most convenient for our needs. While it was convenient, and the staff member who helped us check in, was very welcoming, the room was very outdated. The bed was super uncomfortable and the lighting was dull. I felt like I was walking into a horror movie hotel.

Last minute booking, check in was simple and quick. They have you check the room before the final charge. The main downside was the tv didn’t work, pool was closed, no elevators, and ice machine was out of service. But overall it was comfortable and served its purpose.

The condition of the building, parking lot and grounds. The room smelled and the bed looked like it could have been slept in prior to our arrival. We did not stay and drove 10 minutes out of our way to get a different hotel.

Shower water was hot. Staff is cool. This motel is infested with roaches. I’ve never seen so many in my 32 years of life. It was difficult to relax in the small amount of time I was in the room before. The bugs are not timid and crawl everywhere. I had to shake them off my shoes and my bag. It was indescribable and I felt so anxious. They come in all sizes from small to big and all hours of the day and night. They even crawl on the bed as well and will crawl on you. Better off sleeping in a car.

I stayed one night there and when I entered the room the air was humid. Which I found confusing because it was a fresh night outside. The room also had a weird smell ,the billows and sheets looked questionable if they had been clean properly. The bathroom wall had tagging and a patched up hole on the door. When taking a shower the placement of the shower head kept leaking onto the floor

near the mountains so that's nice. very ghetto motel. tv had no channels, no fridge, no microwave. idk if all rooms are like this but room 107 didnt have a light switch for the room. got curious and checked the bulb to see if i needed to screw it in more.. light turned on.. curtains didnt keep the sun out. room looked suuuper old. specifically stayed at this one for the pool. pool was out of service, found out after checking in. i could of gotten a way cheaper motel with no pool. Coffee maker was in the bathroom.. what? homeless and beat up cars in the back of parking. if you strictly just need a place to sleep, i guess its fine. i would have gotten a refund and went else where but they do that do refunds. worker asked if i wanted to see the room before hand.. i understood why after going in..no choice though.. i would have not gotten the refund.

this was the worst place I've ever stayed in in my whole life the air conditioning didn't work it was probably over 100° the TVs didn't work there were roaches everywhere there was no towels it was filthy dirty dirt and rust and hair everywhere it was disgusting if i were you I would never go here with anyone you know . I literally got there and just left and said keep the money

The place gave me a room with no working TV the water wouldn't get warm and when I asked to be placed in a better room they ignored us and where upset that they had to better accommodate us.. at check out time one of the staff members pounded on the door and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't right then and there when all we where asking was for 15 more mins .. I won't be returning anymore

The tv wasn’t working in the 1st room they move us to a room without a microwave and fridge to a tv that only had 5 church channels.

I was lied by the agent that took my booking. There was not a room for me in a wheelchair at the Inn. I asked for a $67 room and he switched me to a more expensive room without my consent. I NEVER USED THE ROOM. MANAGER AT THE PROPERTY TOLD ME TO MAKE A CLAIM TO RECOVER MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ACCESIBLE ROOMS.

Checked in staff member was rude, police driving in and out 2 times in a 10 minute time frame. No mirror in vanity area, towels were dirty with stains, comforter was dirty with marker writing on it. TV service not available, wifi not available, Heater not working other guests yelling to other guests to turn the music off. Bad bad bad do not rent here I want a full refund this stay was the worst ever. bad smell in unit, not one trash can available in the room, very dark in the room

Downgraded me to a different room than what was booked, no microwave in that room, tv not functioning, cockroach problem, and unhelpful staff when I reported the issues to them.

Hotel needs to be updated the beds were old tub was nasty no remote to the old tv the towels stink plus i was charged $20 more i don't recommend this place

Room stank, sheets had lipstick stain, couldn't request pillows, minimal towels, no iron to use, no pole to hang clothes, power sockets loose and couldn't plug phones in. Blankets too thin, refrigerator was filthy with no shelves, ice machine out off order no ups in room. Would like refund.

Er that would turn off unless actively moving around. Cigarettes burns on blankets. Dirty walls. And blanket. Not even the room I paid for. I wanted a single king bed was given 2 full beds. Was told not to touch the other one.

Its an old inn, that looks like they did a few "upgrades". I got the deluxe suite, I should have known from the price I paid there would be something off and it was. Very questionable people in the area. My door was tried 3 times all within 4 hours of me being there. Though nobody came into my room it was an uneasy feeling. I left for work and when I returned the room rank of cigarette smoke even though me and my partner don't smoke, it was coming from the air unit. There was no trash can in the room, the bathroom had used toilet paper on the floor, the tubs paint was chipped bad, door to the bathroom had a hole, stains on the wall and ceiling, and the main light didn't work. The drawers were too dirty for use, and a broken phone occupied one of them. If You're desperate, this place is for you. But if you want some class go elsewhere.

Place look poorly maintained. Sketchy people around the area and at night. Some roaches. Provided 2 flat pillows the sheets doesn’t look clean. In the room I booked in has some graffiti and some ink stains on the sheets. The room was maintained like the apartment manger special

Gun shots in the window. Fake phone. Had to pay for an extra key when I lost the first one. A sliding scale cash deposit, that wasn't returned. Pretty terrible place to stay in.

Oh man. This was by far the worst hotel room ive ever seen. Only thing that was great was that there wasn't the expected roaches. Yuck! There were blood stains on the sheets, the dresser drawer hooks were dangling about to fall off, the a/c unit was completely destroyed, there was a horrible patch job from someone obviously punching a hole in the door, the shower was chipped away and had yucky looking stains. Thank god we had our own blankets and pillows. We had to sleep here for the night, but we definitely didn't want to. Gross place

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I got the feeling they are trying to upgrade the experience here and turn the hotel around for the future. Anything I asked for or asked about, they responded to or supplied immediately. I traveled with my pitbull and it was very easy for me to take care of him and walk him here.

It us very warn down. Needs a good amount of maintenance. The light were broken in our room and some didnt have light bulbs. We had a side lamp by the door we used as light. But AC worked really well, for the basics its okay. Staff is friendly and quick to help

I will never ever stay there agian .. This place is disgusting and gross. No clean towels, room look like they never clean it after anyone leaves. Toilet was disgusting and shower even worse ... Stay anywhere else but here.....

The owner was friendly! I am not one to EVER comment on reviews but this place Needs serious updating! Bathroom was disgusting and crack heads would not let me sleep! It was a horrible experience I would not recommend this place to any one. I checked in at 11 pm. And left at 7 am I didn’t even shower or brush my teeth there! For what I got I should have only paid $39. Motel 6 is cheaper Nd way nicer and manageable compared to here I am not even exaggerating! The people in the room next door were making weird loud noises and banging all night waking up my daughter! I tried to call office and complain and no one answered! Lotus motel set higher standards man and keep them gates locked!
