Very clean. Great staff and customer service . The rooms were clean and comfortable, I stayed here before and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I just wish the pool was available like the last time I stayed at this hotel. The pool was closed . I reserved this hotel online hoping for a pool so my family would be able to swim but the pool was temporarily closed.

The staff was great and the outside appearance was great, but when you got into your room, I had dead roaches in the corners of the rooms. You can tell nothing‘s been dusted or cleaned aside from surface level. There were stains on the bed skirts as well as the comforters. Underneath the sink and around the shower or cobwebs.

Front desk agent went above and beyond to notify us as soon as our room was available. Accommodations were clean and quiet. Conveniently located next to the freeway. Worked perfect for the location we needed. Would recommend for overnight or business travel. Parking was available, close to our room!

There was plenty of parking and the front desk helped me out quick and easy! The room we stayed in was average on the clean side.

I cannot start going into a hotel bathroom and seeing black mildew stains in the shower, dirty walls, dusty floors.

We got a room on a second floor. We are two seniors and we had problems with the stairs from the very beginning then when we got to the room, one thing that was nice was the size of the room but otherwise everything was just totally old and had nicks and cracks! When we went for breakfast, which I thought was going to be breakfast, the only thing I was told that they had was coffee well to me that is not a breakfast. I will not stay there again.

This hotel for my needs in not needing much more than a bed, shower, fridge. The hotel location is really close to a freeway entrance right next to a McDonald's and shopping centers, it's not a quiet area. Check in was easy enough. The pool really gave me a good laugh because the pictures online make it look decent- it's not, it's very small and awkwardly positioned. My room was on the second floor- no elevators that I could see. First impressions of the room it looked clean. Shower rod and shower curtain were on the floor in the bathroom. I put it back up. I got the 2 queen option. The comfort of the beds: one of them felt like a cardboard box, the other was a little better but still a little too firm for my liking.

I didn't try the a/c or heater. But I am sure it would have worked. Shower worked. It had dispensers for soap and shampoo. Sink worked and had dispensers for soap and lotion! Customer service by the front desk is great, they didn’t have much of a continental breakfast. Only breakfast bars and danishes. Coffee was pretty good. The rooms had cable TV and Internet, which worked great. I definitely stay again for under $100 a night.

The bathroom was not clean. The first night the bathtub was backed up, the toilet was leaking at the base. The tile in the bathroom did not like it had been cleaned, dirt buildup. There was a foul smell coming from the air conditioner. We did get fresh towels every day and trash taken out. It just needed a deep cleaning.

Room had poor lighting, door was not closing properly had to slam the door to get it to shut, jets in the tub were dirty, shower door was not properly installed and it wouldn't close, found a cockroach in the bathroom , none of our accommodations were available ( late check out and upper floor room) staff was okay, A/C was working and parking was okay

So the management of was great the housekeepers were great but the property only has live camera and no recording . I went to wash my clothes came back to my clothes not being there . They couldn’t check cameras because they don’t record . At the end of the day it was one of the regulars who stays in the hotel that put his clothes with mine and lied to me that he didn’t see anything . Be careful washing your clothes here. He’s a white trailer park looking guy

First time ive stayed here. Its a little gem that i didnt know about. Nice staff, nice rooms, couldn't say anything bad about the place. Enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely return.

Stains on sheets. I had no hot water at 10pm. Walls were dented, wall also had multiple paint chippings. Entrance light switch didn’t work. Looks nothing like the pictures. Will never stay here again.

Hot shower was luke warm only. Bedside lamp not working. It should have two light globes but there was only one broken one and the other light globe was missing. Table lamp does not work either. So three of the four lights do not work in the room.

The room was not that clean,there was mold in the shower and jet tub, the TV was very dirty. The small fridge was clean and so were the bed sheets and comforter. It was an okay room. It felt muggy even though we had the AC on.

The table was dusty when we arrived. I was under the impression that it was a a non smoking hotel, but we could smell other guests smoking outside from inside the room.

I booked three rooms for a work trip due to the proximity to the site we were visiting in the morning. The hot water in all three showers didn't work, one of the microwaves didn't work, the coffee makers in the rooms were dirty, and there were stains on at least two on the couches. The included breakfast also only consists of coffee and granola bars; there wasn't even hot water for tea that we brought ourselves. Aside from this, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I would recommend to stay here as a last resort. We had been traveling for 16 hours and just wanted sleep. In the morning (5am) the traffic was very loud from the street and the fwy. It was very hard to sleep.

Walked in bed was no made looks like they forgot to clean . Cleaning ladys came in after we told them and dropped off towls and Cleaning under what was 5 mins .water was cold the whole 2 days not even warm enough to shower. Never again

It was my second time staying there for a softball tournament first time I stayed there. I really like the area so I stayed there again and I really do like the area. I feel safe. I will definitely keep staying there for all my softball tournament.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. Check in wasn't till 4pm ,but I arrived in town at noon and they let me right in

The moment I walked into the room, it smelled like cigarettes. The door to the bathroom had a hole, like someone punched it. It smelled so bad, that I couldn’t stay. I had to leave, it was a non smoking room and it smelled like casino.

They kept my deposit and didn't explain to me what was the reason! I left the room better than i entered that rathole. Apparently times are tough so keeping deposits is a business strategy of this rathole. Keep moving to a different shack if needed.

The front desk staffing were very nice, welcoming and friendly! The room itself was ok. It smelled like cigarettes and on the last day there was a power outage for about 25 mins so it was hard to see anything in the room while packing up to make sure we were out in time for check out.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet. Great premium channels. Spacious room. I would give it 5 stars if the bed was more comfortable but everything else was great especially for the price.

The jacuzzi tub is amazing here and for the price it's well worth it. The room is also very spacious with couch and living area and separate shower as well as jacuzzi tub!! Very nice room and quiet location. Extremely helpful and courteous staff great job and I will stay here again!!

The couch was really dirty and small terrible , the coffee machine don’t work , the room 204 in front or washer maschine , to noise room the minimum they can do is refund my money , we was here at less 3 more time Ann everything was perfect but no this this time I have get coffee in McDonalds , look the couch picture is innaceptable

The television wasn’t working. The phone wasn’t working went to the front desk and they weren’t able to help us. Customer service is poor. And I would like a refund for the room. We had a small child and couldn’t watch tv for entertainment.

Whie staying in a dowstairs room I could here the upstairs guest walking back and fourth everytime. Also found a large water bug in the bathroom. Housing keeping staff was rude.

The front staff attendant that checked me in was great. She was very friendly and very efficient. The place was clean. Our room was very nice and clean I had no complaints, that was until the night of my staying at around 11:50 a nighttime attendant used their master key to come in my room unannounced, attempting to come in until he heard my husband’s voice yell at him to get out. My husband got out of bed and ran outside and he was no where around . My husband finally seen him and questioned him about walking in the room and all he said was he thought the room was empty and that it was a computer glitch. (even thought the next morning a female attendant knocked on my door and handed me my drivers license because when I checked in I left it) . He did not knock on the door, the shade on the window was closed, the tv was on! I still no idea why he went into the room! I checked into the room alone and my husband came in later (thank god) I was so scared. What if my husband wasn’t there!? What would have happened I did not feel safe at all after that, he needs to be fired

Our stay was a quick over night for a procedure the next day at Kaiser. The facility was close to everything and the room was comfortable.

This hotel uses false advertising. They manipulate the pictures online to make the property look better than it actually is. Example the pool.

It will be great if we can have free bottle of water each day

I loved this hotel last time we stayed but behind the toilet did not get cleaned other than that it was good. We wish there was a better breakfast offered.

The hotel room was acceptably clean except the sofa had exceeded it’s retirement age. It was extremely dirty and we wouldn’t even use it to our set our luggage on so sitting on it was never an option for us. The condition the sofa was in was unacceptable! Also The only window faced a very busy street so you had to keep the shade drawn and it was rather noisy.
