One of my favorite places to stay when I visit Cali very clean friendly staff and the price the best 👍

The room was very clean and the property is well maintained. The check-in process was the worse I have ever experienced. They made me pay a $60 deposit in CASH! Yes cash only. It was very late and their ATM did not work. I was lucky and did find the money at in the bottom of my purse. Then he handed my room card. NO receipt, no knowledge of the cash. I asked him for a receipt he said go to Expedia and they have the receipt. I told him no I need a receipt proving I gave you $60 cash for a deposit! He could not print anything and I made him write me a receipt. It was a very strange! Next time I should read the reviews. Also one more thing, I was getting I and got two buckets full then some man came out and yelled at me and told me NO MORE ice for you! That was upsetting also.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I recommend this place everytime

My only complaint was the bedding. Very then blankets , towels and sheets that had permanent stains. Hairs on the covers

Expect a rock as a bed with dirty sheets, sandpaper for towels no mirrors inside except for bathroom, parked my freshly detailed car overnight to wake up with full of grass debris that the landscape crew left. Horrible rude front desk guy expect a $60 CASH deposit aswell. Interior is Mickey moused repairs with holes in shower curtain. Stay away!!!

They have a very funny policy and also staff who makes things very difficult for customers.

Parking spaces are very narrow. I asked a housekeeper around 1pm if I could get new bedding and she said no because my room wasn’t on her list and she was going home. I also kept getting locked out my room every day. The bathrooms have tubs but no way to plug the tub to actually use it.

The room was clean but there was poop in the walkway outside my room window and it took them a long time after I reported it for it to be cleaned up. The office clerk was upset that I asked his name cause he was demanding the deposit be cash instead of on my card. Never, ever had to leave a $60 only cash deposit anywhere I've stayed. Who carries that much cash anymore; had to drive/hunt to find a citi atm.

The hotel was nice enough for the price and has recently been updated (it appears). The neighborhood looked a little sketchy by the light of day. The hotel requires a $60 cash deposit which I was unaware of and I didn't have the cash on me. They have an ATM on the property but it charges you $3.50 to get cash, so the deposit part was annoying.

Nothing. The room was dusted, dried pee on the floor around the toilet ball. I stayed there for 3 nights and the NEEEEEEEEEEVEEEEEEERRRRRRR made my bad, nor change the towels. I DON'T recommend it for nobody.

Really enjoyed our stay in one of their suites with a jacuzzi in the room. I would stay here again. So clean and well kept equipped and very friendly staff.

I was given room 105, a handicap room. When I checked out the girl said she was surprised they never use that room. I told her no kidding. There was NO soap, no toiletries at all. The floor had long red hair on it as did the tub/shower. Get to the bed and decide a big nope to the bed spread to find one of those old school blankets that collect all the hair, long red hair in this case. I just needed to be close to the airport and I’m so tired. I’d say f&$k it and just go to sleep. My flight leaves at 6 AM in the morning. I don’t even shower. It’s too gross and the fact that I was charged $250 for this is bad on me. Don’t stay there find somewhere else.

Staff was rude and I was turned away because they told me my booking was fraudulent!! I paid with my own atm card with my own bank account!!

The hot tub which one there was no fckn hot tub or pool DA it has no water in it. It was fool of cats Chilin in there and I booked a room with jacuzzi tub but didn’t get one he said they were sold out yea with 2 cars in the entire lot ?! Arabian man at night front window was a perv,rude and a total D sucked ass never ever again !

They questioned me repeatedly about my license for my service animal(in which is against the law) mafe me show proof of my license (again against the law) asked me what service my animal provides, then after proceeded to call my room at 1am to attempt to lick me out because they don’t except service animals but its posted all over the location. I love that they have awesome cleaning team and the hosts in the office are very friendly!!!! I love their beds. I’m already homesick for that room! The only downside is the stray cats but they didn’t bother me at all. It’s right next to freeway but it never bothered me as I’m profoundly deaf. Ha

We had request first floor rooms due to disability and we were only given one saying that there wasn’t 2 (even though we checked in on a Monday and for several nights there was no other cars). One of the nights my oldest went down to the car to get something and noticed prostitutes in rooms across the way with filming going on. One day on our vacation we tried to sleep in, but we had them knocking on our door at 9:30am wanting to bring in towels and even though we said no thank you they wouldn’t stop knocking. We would have to try to go up the stairs quickly because there was a foul smell by them. Overall was a bad experience and not a place we would go to again.

And I understand that they have to keep the outside of their hotel clean, but the fact that they were power washing, and all the water came into the room and no one came to clean it. I had to go and tell them and then they just gave me rags to dry it up. Then they came the following dayand were very persistent about coming into the room to change the towels and to the floor while I was trying to sleep. I work And we’re very persistent about coming into the room to change the towels and do the floor while I was trying to sleep. I work overnights and I needed to rest and my rest was disturbed.

It appears to be going through remodeling, was not aware of a cash deposit. There is an ATM next to the office, personally I think it’s just a way to get you to use their ATM for additional fees. I do not recommend

Nice property

Room needed a cleaning (I did it myself with a washcloth). The shower curtain was filthy (stained multiple shades of yellow). The towels were dirty (not used, just dirty from use). There were two half used rolls of toilet paper (not one new roll to be found). Parking was easy and well lit at night. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I did not use the WiFi. I should also mention the entire exterior was being renovated during my stay.

It was pretty good for the price, but it's not the greatest area, and a bit close to the freeway, which makes it a little noisier than I'd like, but I knew that beforehand. The rooms are very clean and the TV is large and has a great picture. Nowhere to hang clothes, but it has a desk and chair area. Good room lighting. Shower didn't get very hot, but I only take 3 minute showers. I'd stay again.

I woke up to a roach next to the bed. Alot of banging from other rooms....and had to figure out the tv. Plus old food from im assuming previous guest in the microwave.

The hotel is located in a busy area but ar night, it was very quiet. They did require a $50 cash deposit to make sure the room was left clean and didn't sneak in a pet or smoke in the room. It was very clean. It has a microwave and fridge. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was no table/chairs, if you wanted a place to eat.

And not comfortable other than one swivel office chair. We did not find coffee in the office and had to walk across the street to the gas station for a cup of coffee. Perhaps that could be addressed.
