    Hotel was adequate for the class they are in. Cleanliness needed some attention to detail. Biggest feedback item is they woefully unprepared in turning over as a convention was ending. I checked in as a convention was leaving town - they had no rooms available quickly for the next group checking in which led to terrible delays with very little communication to people in an hours long check in line. Since they are across the street from a convention center, I would think they could have been better prepared for the switch as they probably experience this frequently.

    Hotel is outdated. It is not what I would consider a Marriott. It is more along a Best Western line of hotel. They have tried to update, but they chose a cheap contractor to do the upgrades. The hotel staff was friendly. I would not book a second stay

    Clean great staff pool area was very well capped. It was across the street from the event center where we were going to an event. The only downside was the restaurant inside the hotel is a bit chaotic. They have three different menus and it seems like they have three different restaurants in one location, which is very odd to me. We skipped eating there and went elsewhere other than that our stay was great.

    The hot tub needed more chlorine; it smelled like a swamp. Every morning (late morning) there were still dishes and trash in the common areas from the night before. A beautiful hotel but needed more maintenance and daily care. They were out of water cups, the coffee area was full of trash with no cups, there were no pool towels, etc…

    But my main annoyance was that this room is located by the main door to go in and out. Every morning around 4am, tons of people are leaving the hotel to hid to the airport. I heard a constant BANG every 3 minutes. So every day I was there, unfortunately I woke up at 4am with all the red-eyed flight passengers. I did report this. They have to fix the door slamming!!!!

    I like the fact that the property had an on-site bar and restaurant. It was a larger property that had a nugget icemaker that’s about it. When I checked into my hotel room, there were no Bellman carts available when I finally was able to obtain one and make it back to my room. I could not open the door. I was alone and had all of my belongings. I called the staff both from the hotel phone in the hallway also through message eventually after 45 minutes of waiting, someone came down and I was able to go to the front desk. The desk clerk was helpful and did walk back to my room and was able to let me in. The air condition was extremely noisy. The patio was a joke and to top it off. I had no hot water for my entire stay.. the hotel could be nice and I really wanted it to be nice, but those issues are non-negotiable. If they knew the water heater was broken, they should’ve offered another room.

    Was very Disappointed. First of all I’m a Hilton girl but because of an event that I was a part of we were here at the Delta hotel. My room was not ready at three as told. I even came early to see if I can get in earlier, but it was not happening. I was finally able to get a room at 3:40pm. I asked the girl at the counter. Why was it taking so long and I understood people had to check out but how many Jr suites do you have. She let me know that they take care of their Bonvoy members first and reminded me that I booked through a third-party. For the money I paid for this room I felt taken. The accommodations were not up to par. I should’ve for a junior Sweet I assume that I would at least have a microwave. The Attitude at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The room was subpar in the room. There’s an uneven ground that they just laid the carpet over and having neuropathy when I walked on it, it bothered me. While I was asleep at about 3:40 in the morning, the TV comes on and it really disrupted my sleep. To top it off, there was no hot water for a shower. This is why I don’t step out of my comfort zone, meaning being a Hilton girl.

    The breakfast was dissapointing. The eggs were good. But sausage didn't look cooked all the way and the bacon was overcooked. To have to pay almost $20 a person and be asked to tip felt wrong. No one really helped us with anything and we thought breakfast was included since the initial Google search said "includes breakfast". It's not until you get to check in they say "for members only". The next issue was check in... the staff was complaining to each other about work issues to reach other as we walked in from a long delayed flight. No greeting for welcome. Only asked "last name?" while they were still gossiping. I could barely hear the host since the other host was talking to her while she was giving me my room information. We walked all the way to our far room only for our keys to not work. We called up front and they said "well come down and get new ones". We went down and they switched our room. The room was very clean, nice looking room. I was happy for that. Unfortunately the air conditioner was so loud and didnt ever go off an on the way an automatic setting would. It only would blow cold air, then a couple minutes of warmer air. The shower water was scorching hot! My son and I tried every setting to get it to cold & would only get hotter. It wasn't until we turned it completely off and waited a little bit then we got cold water to come out. We were too nervous to try a warmer setting since it would go to scolding hot again. The pool was also very dirty, full of bugs.

    After I checked into my room I noticed that the tv wasn’t working, I called the front desk and went to the front desk to informed them that the maintenance person still has not showed up to looked at the tv. After waiting for over 2 hours for someone to come I had to asked for another room. This was my 3rd time staying at a Marriott hotel I normally stay at a Hilton property but my wife wanted to stay at the Delta because the company she works for booked her at another Delta hotel in another city.

    Staff was great. Dinning area staff was nice, but felt the restaurant was limited and sometimes very slow. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way and it fussed water to leak onto the floor that I had to make sure to mop up every time we took a shower so it wouldn’t cause water damage.

    Line af check in at 11 pm was 7 people deep....only 3 were in line for checkin. Apparently they werent answering their desk phone so people were coming downstairs to get towels because housekeeping didnt stock their rooms. When it was my turn to check in, i was informed there were no more rooms. I booked it 4 days ago...and then i was told i had to go to a different hotel...in which i replied that i needed a refund to my hotels.com, which the front desk said they dont know what to tell me. Then they said, " oh! We found a room!" Our room was dingy. Smelled like it hasnt been aired out or cleaned in a while. The wall has water damage, you can see the where from the wallpaper bubbling was and stains and coming off at the seams. The counters in the bathroom was glued together in areas and overall just a very uncomfortable stay. Will never come back nor recommend. The front lobby was inpeccable. Wish the rest of the hotel reflected it.

    Second, upon arrival my reservation showed unpaid although the said it was. She had to call her manager to enter a code. There was a comment made that our reservation was another Expedia issue. I have used hotels.com for a number of years and this is the first concerning experience. I am hoping with this comment and I am sure with others, that hotels.com will look into this and improve its quality of service.

    The A/C didn't work in the room. The temp stayed at about 80-85 degrees all night. When i told the front desk, she acted like I was bothering her and didn't care. The lights in the room randomly turned on by themselves all night. There were kids running through the lower level halls yelling and talking loud with no supervision. Beautiful property, to bad we had so many issues.

    At first glance the room was beautiful and comfortable. As soon as I arrived, the toilet would not flush. I couldn't get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone. After a few hours it was fixed. However, the next day, it wouldn't flush again. Also, the heat was not working. The fan worked, but no hot air. I spend the night in the my sweater coat under the covers. Thirdly, there are small coolers in the room that look like mini fridges. It's not a fridge, it's a cooler with no ice. Literlly, a spot to put your food and drinks to get warm. A complete waste of space. I asked at the front desk my first day about getting a fridge, of course no response after she said she would look into it. Overall, beatiful space but zero service.

    The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly, both the night and day crew and the bartenders. This was a beautiful hotel that was clean and easy to navigate to and find parking. I wish I had tried the on site restaurant but I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or outdoor seating area (very cute) but the amount of amenities available here are great.

    I stayed three nights. First night I booked the Junior Suite, very nice and well appointed, lots of room. I had a double queen room for the remainder of my stay. Also very nice and equipped just as well just without the extra living space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ate at the bar there the last two nights. The food was very good and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Special shout out to Kayla at the bar. She was fantastic. Great service and hospitality.

    Although I liked the property, I was changed for parking when it is clearly advertised “free long term parking”. Thus was even after confirm with the front desk clerk at check in that parking was free. The check out person charged me and now I have to call a supervisor to resolve the issue.

    The staff was excellent. The lobby bar is beautiful and I really enjoyed the lobby Starbucks. Both the bar and the Starbucks operate on limited hours. My room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I will stay here again.

    The lobby is gorg! There was someone at all times cleaning and keeping it nice. Staff was friendly. It does look and feel older. Rooms seem to be run down some. Pool was closed,furntiure was packed up. One place inside for breakfast. Overpriced for just okay. 2 omelets and orange juice $50 We used the airport shuttle which was nice and convenient

    The staff was very polite and professional. Staff successfully accommodated certain request for my stay. Would definitely recommend a family stay and revisit. Love that our room was directly facing the airport runway so my toddler could enjoy the in coming and out going flights.
