Great place to stay. Close to the mall and great places to eat. The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful with several things I needed, including a ride to the airport.

We came for my daughter's graduation and they were able to give us adjoining rooms, which was nice. These days it's rare to get cleaning every day, but they did offer it which was nice. The man making the eggs in the breakfast room was very friendly. Parking was easy and we we close to everything we needed to be close to.

Hall wasn't very clean ,some area of bathrooms wasn't very clean.There where some noise i hear all day and night,hotel need to be updated.

The handicap parking was all blocked off and inaccessible. I asked for help with a room near the elevator and I was told I’d have to pay more for that. The food was barely edible. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

This was my second time staying here. Its a great value for the price. The hotel is clean, the beds are super comfy. The pool and hot tub are perfect for us. Hot breakfast is such a great perk! But the staff are what makes us come back! Everyone is super warm and friendly. The check in is so easy and the front desk staff were helpful with restaurant and transportation suggestions! Always smiling, The breakfast people are also very friendly. Quick to refill the coffee and serve the food. The staff looks like they enjoy their job and make the environment feel welcoming and cozy, Will definitely stay here again with family and friends.

The hotel had a good standard and a very nice backyard and pool area. The breakfast area didn’t match the standard of the hotel and the breakfast was very limited. It costed a star in my opinion.

The hotel was great. We rentend 2 adjacent suits. I would of scored them higher had we not had trouble with our toilet not working and the shower pressure not being so low. Luckily this was only the problem in one of the rooms the other room worked perfectly fine and Luckily since we had the two rooms we were able to share the bathroom from the other room. They did offer to move us but we were too tired and we had the other working bathroom. Other than that slight mishave everything else was really good. We only stayed for one night so we didnt have time to use the other amenities offered. All in all we would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time with a lil more time to enjoy the pool and all the other things the hotel has to offer.

Although I had a confirmation email and a picture of my drivers license it was a big hassle that I didn’t have the actual card. The attendant wouldn’t even look at my ID. The manager saved the day and was able to work things out. Unfortunately, the staff seemed very confused about how to assist, to the point I felt like I was dealing with an untrained employee. Very discomforting.

Front desk staff are nice and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast.. is rude. She checks your guest list to make sure you only get breakfast based on how many people are staying. I don't think you are allowed seconds either. I over heard her telling a guest she already gave a plate of breakfast to the three guests. First time I've ever seen this before. And no personality.. Like she hates her job. Our room has a spider that my 7 year old grandson was freaking out over. I've stayed here before last year and it was way better last year. But I'm still a fan

I didn’t like the property. It has been the worst ayres I stayed in. Tv didn’t work properly. The bed was too soft. My key didn’t work to go to the pool area. The staff seemed very disorganized and distracted. I felt ignored. The room just seemed out of place as if things were missing. No couch or seating area.

The only server in the Breakfast was not changing her gloves after cleaning the tables . She would wipe the tables then handle food like touching the grated cheese and other food then serve it to the guests. This is such a violation for proper food handling . The manager addressed it immediately when we told her about it according to her .

We didn’t get to use all the amenities as we got in late and left early for a flight. The room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was ok, but very limited if you have food allergies. Overall hotel was excellent location & very clean! With staying at if coming into the area from Ontario airport. More breakfast options for people with food allergies. Also, there was a slightly sweaty smell in room.

My wife and I stayed one night. The property was clean and quiet. Parking was convenient. There was a nice breakfast included in the stay, which was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel chain and would stay again.

Nice hotel near ONT airport. Has 24 hour airport shuttle. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is across the street from the big mall and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we liked the hotel.

Our room was very spacious and spotless, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, perfect if you’re mainly looking for a quiet place to rest. I also appreciated that the hotel has a curfew for guests, which helps keep the atmosphere peaceful. The staff mentioned that many flight crews stay here (we did see them), and since they usually just come to rest and leave early, the hotel tends to stay very quiet most of the time. There’s also a lovely outdoor garden with a large pergola where you can sit and enjoy a bit of nature, and the pool area looked very clean and inviting. Another big plus is the location, there’s a commercial area around the hotel with plenty of restaurants, shops, and services, many of them within walking distance. The only thing I personally didn’t love was the breakfast, which I found a bit below average, although it may be perfectly fine for most people.

Perfect location near the Ontario airport, great large clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great pillows and quiet atmosphere, exactly what you need before a long flight back home. The only minor inconvenience was the TV remote was not easy to use, was hard to find channel guide. Everything else was exceptional.

On arrival, the receptionist said all the two queen bedrooms were occupied and did not know anything about rooms with a view to the mountains. They ended up accommodating me with a king size bedroom with a pull out bed. I don't know if it was hotels.com fault or the hotel's but, these issues shouldn't happen. The hotel itself was nice. I would stay there again.

This was our first time staying at an Ayres hotel. The place was amazing and blew our mind. Wish we knew about Ayres brand in other cities. The location, facilities, and staff that assisted were excellent. Very clean, very quiet, and very breathable (ceiling fans in the hallways made it fresh). Beds and amenities were top notch. Wife loved the stay. Ayres rose the bar above Hyatt and Hilton for a great place to stay for the weekend. The hours for check-in and check-out were incredible compared to the ones offered by Hilton and Hyatt. I could state this for everyone waiting 40 minutes in line for breakfast today. The lady that was serving the food also had to verify each person in line before serving, clean tables, cook breakfast, and refill drink stations. She was incredible, but was the only one to perform these duties with no help from the other staff for about 15 of us in line. I believe when we stood in line and received our food, it was 40 minutes or more. Wife had to grab a table to sit. That is ridiculous for one person to have to do this for the guests staying while there were four or five staff members standing at the front desk watching the line grow down the hallway.

Initially the room looked great but the further you walked into it the more you noticed the room reeked of cat pee urine and was not very pleasant. Also the TV was damaged and we had to call for another television. As soon as my husband turned it on. The screen looked like if there was a fracture in the screen pixelation and then no picture at all.

It was close to where I wanted to be. The front staff was very accommodating when I asked for a room closer to the front because I have a problem walking very far. I wasn’t fond of the breakfast. A little too salty for my taste.

I think what made my experience great from the start was the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was very friendly and made my experience great. I have been to a lot of hotels specifically Aryes hotels and she has been the nicest I have come across. I feel like when you check in that sets the tone of your trip and she made us feel welcomed. the room had a smell when we first walked in but eventually went away

Breakfast was a little disappointing - eggs were dry, blintzes were cold/ soggy, only fruit was oranges, yogurt and granola was sitting in buckets typically used to house utensils or salt/pepper so did not realize that was an option to eat (just seemed odd). A full breakfast was one of my main reasons for picking this hotel, so was expecting more BUT would definitely stay here again! It was overall great!

I love how easy it was to check in. I love the free breakfast in the morning so many options to choose from the food was very delicious. The rooms were kept really clean and I also really enjoyed how soundproof the walls are and I also really enjoyed how the TV didn’t block HDMI inputs so I was able to bring my gaming console

Our original hotel location, the room was flooded. And we were sent to this hotel. We did not pick this hotel. We had booked a special suite. There were no suites available at this hotel.

What could have been a stressful trip due to a flight cancellation ended up becoming a surprisingly pleasant experience. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Great value — free breakfast, free shuttle to the airport, free self-parking, and no hidden fees like other hotels I’ve stayed at. I stayed here for two nights because my flight was canceled, and I honestly had a wonderful stay. The location is also fantastic — it’s right next to the mall and within walking distance of great food and shopping, which was perfect when I had time to kill while waiting for my next available flight. Highly recommend!

Nice big room, nice big tv, nice pool, jacuzzi, breakfast. We much prefer fresh air but the windows in our room opened only a smidge.

Overnight Host over the weekend was exceptional. We came after midnight and he was helpful and empathetic towards me despite my many questions. Security around the perimeter is always a plus for me. A+ stay overall.

We went on a family vacation to visit family and attend a concert in LA. Location is fantastic because it next to Ontario Mills, a car wash and many restaurants. Parking and breakfast are free. There were free cribs for infants, which was great but the crib mattress was so thin and flimsy. I had to fold up a spare blanket from the closet and top it off with a blanket we brought from home. After that it was good, but it would’ve been better if they had a thicker mattress for the crib. Overall it was a great hotel and I would be staying here again.

The room we were given had a horrible smell asked to change rooms and it took way too long to let us know if we could and they acted like we wouldn’t be able to and we’re going to just spray Lysol. The bed and pull out bed were probably the worst I’ve ever seen/slept on.

The first room I got the bathroom light did not work. They were kind enough to switch me rooms. However the second room smelled like horrible urine in the room. So I went and met them know and they switched me to another room. This room smells musty from the AC and the restroom smelt like urine. I went ahead and lysoled the room and restroom and the smell kind of went away and it was real late. In the muddle of the night I went to turn the AC off but it would not turn off. I just covered and went back to sleep. In the morning I let staff know of my issues, they apologized and said they would take a little off my room. I probably will not stay there again.u will say the stay was great in helping in what they could but I think they could of walked over and checked out each room to see what the issues were even reported.

The pool was great! the kiddos had a blast. Super clean and super safe. Walked 2 min to a convenience store and 5 min to the mall! Definitely a great stay.

The price of room was more than reasonable

I tried to check in at 2:30 and the front desk was asking for $30 for early check-in. I have stayed at some of the other hotels before of the same organization. They have never treated me this way. I think that the front desk was rude and will never stay at this place again. On top of it, I found a big roach in the room that I said that I didn’t even wanna try there breakfast.

Hotel was nice and quiet. No loud neighbors or outside noise. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The rooms and whole property are very clean. I love the cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here at least 6 times and will keep coming back!

Room is spacious

the room is big but not comfortable, the floor was dirty and there was trash on the floor. we were placed at the end of the corridor near the laundry room, it was noisy in the morning, the workers were talking loudly, it was annoying.

This hotel was very clean from the minute you walk into the lobby. Staff all very friendly, including the cleaning staff as they pass you by. Made to order complimentary breakfast was amazing! I will for sure stay here again!!

Two of the front desk people check in( horrendous) and check out( mid). I called to inquire about hotel shuttle, he had a horrible attitude rufused to answer my question and was very rude. The girl that checked me out refused to give me a receipt, because it was a third party booking . I’ve never heard of that logic before. Outside of those two people, housekeeping was great, location was fantastic. It was quiet, the breakfast was mediocre but ok if you dont feel like getting dolled up to eat. If you need to Denny’s is literally across the street. Courtyard is cute but there was a creepy lizard lurking in the grass eek.

Homeless people around the property make me feel unsafe

We were extremely pleased with the everything about our stay. The courtesy, friendliness, professionalism of the entire staff was far beyond what we had ever experienced before. The room was very clean as was the entire facility. Your staff made it so easy getting us to and from the airport and rental car. Breakfast was great, as was the cookies at the front desk. The staff also helped us find our new favorite restaurant. Thank you so much for being great.

The hotel offers shuttle going to and from Airport, and places around it. Room is spacious, staffs are all very friendly! Will come back!

Very clean, very nice staff and very accommodating

The room smelled the hallways. Smelled, the bed was terrible. You could feel the Springs as you rolled around in it. But I don't know what to expect for a hundred and sixty bucks, but I won't stay there again

Very convenient for food options, stayed to go to a festival near by and the staff were very nice. In particular the man wish I remembered his name, at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back and recommend to others in the future.

Great Hotel! Very welcoming and cozy, Very Friendly staff!! easy to check in , the room as clean and roomy. The pool was clean and family friendly. The complimentary coffee bar and hot breakfast were extremely nice extras! Parking was free and easy.

The hotel and especially the lobby was lovely. The people at the counter were so friendly and accommodating. The beds were a little to firm for us, but I know that many people prefer firm beds. It was so quiet and relaxing.

When we checked out, I was almost charged for two days not for the one night we stayed. Only caught it because I asked for a receipt. Service desk and manager were all fairly new so no one knew how to fix it. Had to call GM. It turned out fine on the end but took an extra 20 mins of my time.

Our stay at the Ontario Ayres hotel was great! From check-in to check-out there are no complaints. It was a couples trip to celebrate our Valentines Day since we both worked on the actual day. The hotel was clean, quite, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, King studio was spacious and provided us with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the Ontario Improv which is where we enjoyed a night of comedy, food and drinks. The Ontario mills mall, Regal theater as well as several varieties of places to eat are all right there. The stay at the hotel was the icing on the cake to an excellent weekend.

Only bummer is the pool and hot tub were not open for use due to a remodeling or maintenance issue, big bummer for me that was a main reason I picked that hotel over closer ones to my event.
