Overall my stay was good, sheets did have a few stains and the comforter also had burns in it but not too big of a deal

Housekeeper Ruben he was very helpful polite respectful willing to help us with anything we asked for. He made our stay a lot more comfortable. Property management was rude and not helpful at all.

Toilet seat was missing a cover. Water pressure not strong enough for my liking.

Just had a quick stay of 1 night, was heading into LA, checked in around midnight. Staff was nice, I was helped with everything i needed.

Didn’t like how unorganized they are. I had no trashcan in my room. The sinks water would barely pour any water. Once I had a my check out, they said that I lost my deposit because I had extra guess come by for no longer than 10 minutes so pick something up from the room so definitely not the best location I’ve stayed at. The area was vary. It had great spots to eat

Hate this place

My white socks were black after walking on the carpet. Needless to say, kept my feet covered. Remote control was not up to speed and had to keep pressing in order to get it to change channels. Bathroom was clean and appeared that sheets were clean.

microwave was broke, bathroom sink was dirty, refrigerator made noises, no trash receptacles, furniture was dirty, lighting was poor, staff would not let me have my reserved room before 3pm unless I paid them 20 dollars extra per hour before 3pm. Had to leave a 50 dollar deposit for room and that was not explained to me on the website before booking.

WiFi was not working. TV was not working. Hot water handle on the sink was missing.

It was horrible the door was unsafe i didn't take a shower because the tub was dirty and The shower curtain had holes in it the bed was hard and uncomfortable it was the worst thing ever

It was bad mold in the shower patched up holes in the wall toilet bearly worked not worth the money we paid will not stay there again

Had to run hot water for 15 minutes before getting hot and I was in shower some one flush toilet and shower went cold

1 star dirty rooms, sheets smell. Room smells like cigarette butts and pillows flat. Real cheap they spend no money trying to make it look clean!

The hotel was ok. I got a room for my father who was in town. Went to say hi. They carged him 10.00 for me being there for less then an hour. What kind alof crap is that? Super petty.

They need to update the beds, so uncomfortable and noisy, you could feel the wires, the shower wasn’t working properly either

They required a $50 deposit for security which is not mention either by Expedia or by the motel itself. The motel is about 20-plus years old old furniture light sockets do not work room was dirty. I stopped someone trying to break into my vehicle. How to mail Mexican knock on my door I want to know if I want to buy Fentanyl. The carpet in the room was torn . Bathroom is too small I can barely get in to take a shower because I was too close to the toilet. Also found 6 cockroaches in the room. For the price I paid I could have slept in my car.

Great - I asked for downstairs and received the same room I stayed in a couple of times.

I didn’t end up staying , I checked out 3 hrs later. the service was very friendly but I expected a more modern hotel the pictures on the website didn’t match the actual way the motel rooms looked. Old looking comforters and suspicious bedding. I just didn’t feel it was clean enough.The outside cleanliness wasn’t that great, there was garbage on the outside premises either left from people who were staying there or the homeless people who were around the area.

The office staff was very nice the motel on the other hand was not! The walls had chipping paint and spiderwebs. The sheets were dirty with and had cigarette burn holes in them. Outside smells like urine so when I turned on the air it was coming through the vent. I have asthma so I got a non smoking room… well I might as well got the regular room because the rooms joining ours has smoking coming into outside. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. Our stay was pretty bad I wanted to sleep in my car. The bathrooms was clean except for the towels had red sauce on them

This property needs a lot of improvements; staff, service, and overall appearance and cleanliness of rooms. For those in a pinch or need to stay for one night and this was your only option, just be prepared and don’t expect too much. I don’t like to complain especially since there isn’t much you should expect when it comes to most motels if not all, but I personally think that when it comes to the hospitality business as in any business their should be a level of hospitality or at least an attempt. I do not recommend this place for solo female travelers and encourage the owner/boss to seriously consider renovating.

For starters I was asked for a $50 deposit which never since I’ve booked with hotels has this happened. The room was horrific, it looked dirty, the faucet leaking, a hole on the wall, bedding old like it had never been washed, everything in there was outdated. But yet had nice shutters. I didn’t sleep as I felt uncomfortable in such a dirty room. And yet charged a deposit makes no freaken sense. Such nice area such raunchy hotel. I never leave negative comments on here but in this case I had to. Customer service was okay!

The desk clerk is friendly and helpful. The room had a lot of space so one doesn't feel cramped, which was nice for the price. Bedding appeared clean, which was welcome to a tired traveler. Now I come to what I dislike to review, things that don't make the grade. Upon check-in, you are charged a $50 deposit (refundable) "cleaning fee". Unfortunately, the shower had mold growing on all the joints, even though the floor and walls were clean. I felt it necessary to buy some microban spray, just in case. Tv remote didn't work. When you check in, they hand you the remote. (I didn't have time to run down to the office to exchange it) Microwave and fridge could have used a little better cleaning. It is ok for an overnight, maybe two like I had, but my particular room, if I had to stay more than that, I probably would have gone to a different place.

The managers a husband and wife team were very quick to address and resolve my concerns. The month to month tenants on the property are the more colorful locals in Ontario CA. I highly suggest you make sure to lock your vehicle and arm the alarm as well as keeping your deadbolt engaged while you are in your room. You may want to bring some cleaning supplies as you will undoubtedly will wish you had when you see the "cleanliness" of your room.

Stayed 1 hour due to water that was leaking from heater/ac, owners came and told me what and where it was coming from. Water was all over left side of bed- 3 towels worth of water in 1 hour. We left after 1.5 hours because we needed heater and we walking around water. We took video and confirmed with owners who acted like it was no big deal. Also took forever for water in sink to get hot.

Dirty. All linens were stained. Sheets, towels, pillows, bath mat...all stained badly. Staff was not friendly. Motel has a lot of full time residents and felt very ghetto. Luckily I was by myself as my wife would not have stayed here. Avoid this place if you can.

Very dirty, they where nice but when i told them i wanted to check out at midnight and wanted my deposit the girl got annoyed because i told her i was attacked by roaches when i turned off the light and told me she rolled her eyes and said was asleep already and wasn't going to check the room right now till check out so i ended up sitting on the rolling chair all night with all the lights on freaked out about the bugs getting on me.

Ok I got there and was slightly disappointed the room looked nothing like the pics they were run down and not to clean the fridge and bed needed cleaning under them. The towels were stained with grease, but we stayed management was very polite and quick to accommodate us. She made things as right as she could. She has her hands full with that place people in and out all hours, people that dont belong there taking up parking spaces. The area was charming with the older homes and the park like street with grass in it. All in all it was a pleasant stay anyone on a tight budget this would be the place to stay.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Most of the rooms are people living in them. Drugs are being used and sold here. The traffic through this place at all hours of the day due to drug sales is horrible. The room was filthy and the bed sheets/pillow smelled like a dirty stripper that was wearing way to much perfume. Just avoid the place all together. I may need a tetanus shot from staying here.

I dont know but its not the double tree but they work with you on most needs and wants. The area is safe clean. Folks walk there dogs,ride bikes and skatboard.

The room is adequate, though it needs a little maintenance on the small things such as the shower curtain practically ready to come loose from the wall brackets, as well as significant misalignment of the room and bathroom doors. Also, the water pressure is very low which requires a long time to get clean. Also, there is the unavoidable smell of pot about the place - I really hate that smell.

Guest cant even mingle .the no visitor policy is way to much. Behind beds under table were missed for a while. Had to stay longer then i wanted,it seemed the rules got even mors strict. One thing the management team does everything from top to bottom with a limited staff. Thats the only reason the rating wasnt lower.

First the front desk person wasn't very friendly . I told her I had a reservation, and because Expedia spelled my first name wrong it took her awhile get me a key , even though I handed her my DL. Once we got into the room it, the sheets/bedspread was a little rough. The location was great but there were signs on the front door saying no visitors or had to leave. THATS A LIE. I did not sleep at all , the people upstairs were extremely loud, people yelling till 4 in the morning. I didn't know if my vehicle was gonna be safe, so I was constantly looking out the window. At 2 in the morning I wanted to call the front desk but the rooms didn't have phones. The bathtub did look so clean , so didn't shower. Checked out about 550 am with an hour sleep and again without a shower. Worst hotel ever!

It’s some what decent and quiet. No visitors allowed or your kicked out. The cost for one night should base it’s self on quality. It was a last minute purchase at midnight so it was the only place that was available at the time. It’s overall stay is pleasantly good.

Smell of the room is not good. Bedsheets are dirty that I requested them to change it. Water heater is not working properly either too cold or too hot.

The room was recently remodeled and would have been fine if we're not for the above listed problems. I did not realize until trying to take a shower at 5:30am that there was no hot water and did not have time to wait while it was fixed.

It has on demand and so you can choose which tv show or movies to watch.

Horrible place. There was food from previous occupant that was not cleaned up. Didn't get the wifi code, was given a TV remote that did not work. The sheets were dirty and I just did not feel safe. You are better of finding a nice airBnB.

I wouldn't even give this hotel ONE star there just isn't a 0 or negative star option. Truthfully this hotel should not even be in business, its so disgusting the city should get involved! I can write a book about how dirty this place is but the pictures speak for itself , not to mention the; bed sheets , towels , & pillow covers were ALL stained & filthy! I would sleep in a car before I sleep here again!

When we entered the room every piece of linen was either dirty, stained, and/or had cigarette holes. The room did not appear to have been cleaned as there was dirt everywhere. The walls were in disrepair. I could hardly make myself use the bathroom at all. We were so upset by the state of the room that we felt that it was not healthy to remain in the motel. We decided to leave and drive hours to a different hotel.

Check in was nice. The only bad thing was the room and location. The room was a mess! Dirty towels! Tagged up room! Holes in the sheets! Door to the restroom didn’t close. Wobbly chair that I was to afraid to sit on because I thought I was gonna break it. WiFi did not work at all! In general I wanted to leave right when I walked In, but i had paid for the room already.

I don’t know what people like about this place. It was very noisy. Construction going on at the motel and across the street. There’s a Mexican restaurant nearby playing live music and a church that sings bells every hour. The floor of the room badly creaked when I took a step. I feel sorry for the people in the room below mine. The shower had the wrong kind of drain and the water didn’t want to go down. Yuck. Screen in the bathroom was badly warped and insects flew into the room when I opened the window. The AC unit didn’t work right. Had a short. The refrigerator didn’t work at all. Parking lot was cramped. WiFi barely worked at all.

I was in a room for smoking and I left there smelling like a cigarette butt. All my things were stinky. Some things still have that smell. The sink leaked. The bed was hard. people were loud during late hours. It was close to where I needed to be and I got what I paid for.
