The best thing about this property was the office manager, I believe he said his name was Mike. He tried to help me when the room I had booked became unavailable. The exterior photos of the property are very misleading. This is not a property to travel to with children. There was a room with a smashed window and you could clearly see several rooms were being used as storage. We never made it into a room so I cannot say how clean the interior of the rooms were.

The clerk at the desk, agreed to refund the money because the room was the COMPLETE worst hotel o have EVER encountered. It was so disgustingly filthy. I’m contacting you to complete this refund. Thank you Tamara Shaner

It looked like it was abandoned when I got there. I almost turned around and left. Then someone came out of the office. So I walked up and he asked if I had dogs, they were barking from the car. I said yes and he said he didn’t have any pet friendly rooms and I told him that’s what I booked. He said no but he had a room for $20 more a night that I could have my dogs in. He was rude and the way the hotel looked from the outside I asked if I could see the room he was talking about and he said no I have to pay first. I said no thanks. I told him to cancel my reservation and he said ok. Then the next day they tried to charge the full price for the nights I booked a total of five times. Definitely would not recommend anyone stay there. They advertise a pool but it looked like it’s falling apart. The place is shady for sure.

Disgusting hotel, sketchy people roaming outside

This please was disgusting. Things were broken. Shower curtain was barely on. Shower made the whole restroom floor soaked. Restroom door would not close. The place was gross. Expedia needs to contact me because I’m going to dispute this charge

Room was a disaster - hadn't been used in years according to the worker at check-in. When we entered the room there were no pillows, no TV receiver, and it smelled awful. The front desk clerk was kind and helpful bringing up pillows, a new receiver that he paired with the remote, and brought incense for the smell. However, amenities wise this is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at.

The picture are probably old because they really don’t match the property current situation.

Let me preface this review with what I’m looking for when I stay at a cheap motel: a clean room with a bed and a bathroom. That’s it. I don’t need much. But this place? Omg. It was the most disgusting and depressing motel I’ve ever seen in my life, and I’ve traveled nationally and internationally. DO NOT LET THE PHOTOS THE BUSINESS HAS POSTED, FOOL YOU. Those rooms in the photos are absolutely NOT the rooms you will get. Idk if they will let me post my own photos but I hope so. My group rented three rooms. Each of which smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and weird chemicals (and I’m a smoker and even I couldn’t stand the smell). There was one weird pillow on each bed. No smoke alarms. Busted vents dangling by cords on the walls and ceilings. Broken furniture. Torn-off trim in the bathrooms, exposing 2x4s and concrete. Writing on the walls. Holes in walls. Dirt and grime all over the walls. Burn holes on the cloth headboards. One of the entry doors wouldn’t even open all the way. Seriously disgusting. We took the loss and left. We didn’t/couldn't stay there. Everything in the area was booked or incredibly expensive so we drove almost two hours away for a different motel. I have NEVER done that before and I've landed myself in some pretty sus places; I usually just deal with it. Please listen to me when I suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

Building was falling apart. TV would not receive any channels. Stains on the bed sheets. Floors were dirty. The 2 pillows were the size of small throw pillows. Front desk hardly spoke English. Would not accept CCs.

Nothing For the price I would expect a decent room at least. It was dirty, fan in the bathroom was missing the cover, all walls had stuff splattered on them, microwave had door duct taped shut and it didn't even work, frozen green juice covering the freezer

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

Eh first room i booked didnt have a door on the restroom so had to change it out. Afterwards the microwave didnt work at first so had to ask for another thay took awhile to receive. One of the beds didnt come with pillows. Lastly the room was never cleaned the whole week I was there.

It smelled so bad and made me feel uncomfortable that I didn’t even stay there. I have 3 kids and my niece was staying in my second room have a toddler and an infant and we were scared that they would get sick from being there. It also looked like someone had tried to brake in to the room at one time or another!

The cleanliness was disgusting. I didnt not feel safe to stay there with my daughter in fear we may get sick. So I left. The cleanliness! There was a burn hole in my blanket and a hair by the pillow of the bed. Also didnt appear any housekeeping was done in between stays. Crumbs were all over the floor.

The room is dirty with wired smell.

I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!

Don't stay run.

The bed was low enough I didn't have to climb into it. The fridge kept my things cold. The soap smelled nice. The a/c worked great. I had to be on the 2nd floor, I have bad knees so this was not ideal. There were very rowdy kids right next door and in the parking lot. There was trash all around the outside. The lock on my door (outside) looked to be held on with packing tape. The refrigerator had a missing leg, so it was wobbly making the door hard to shut. The T.V. turned on, but would not change channels so all I got was static. Since stairs are hard for me, I didn't want to go down and ask. Desk attendant was rude when I asked if there were any ground floor rooms available. The parking lot was fairly empty, so I'm pretty sure there were ground floor rooms, he just didn't want to give me one.
