They did not have no variety of food there at all. I thought it was going to be more to choose from and I had to buy breakfast food outside of the hotel, which I did not like. I would say have more food for breakfast so people can enjoy before leaving out of the hotel. It would be so convenient for them.

The Jacuzzi isn't working. Breakfast is limited. The WiFi signal is weak. I'm disappointed but now I know I'm not going to book this place ever again.

Digital copy of driver's license and storage on computer systems as opposed to visual verification of identity, as done at majority of the other hotels I've stayed at. With digital storage, it is only a matter of time before that data is breached and customers become victims of identity theft. One cannot lose info that one doesn't have. The room was prepaid and my credit card was already on file. I felt like I was some kind of criminal with the digital copying of my ID.

Rooms were quiet, clean and staff was nice. Parking lot was well lit. Tubs in rooms dont work and the shower curtain was too short, water went all over the floor.

Location was good near a lot of food places, pet friendly, was a smoke friendly building but it didn’t reek like some places do. Decent little breakfast and quiet place to stay. WiFi was some of the worst I have ever had but that is my only complaint. Would return

There were people hanging out in the parking lot after 10pm which made me nervous. The bathroom door was locked from the inside and maintenance tried getting in for over 40 minutes and couldn’t. After about a hour we finally asked for a new room because we had an early flight.

Hotel lobby and the room were nice and clean. The bath towels could use an upgrade and our bed wasnt very comfortable but for the price it was very decent and would probably stay again. The breakfast wasnt much but they didnt even advertise that they offered it so cant complain about that really.

It was ok, had a problem with door lock but young lady at front desk got us moved to another room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our stay was fine.

the stay was very good, like usual But the first time I called they said it was xx $ w/ tax. now they sent me a bill for xxx $ (+ or -) I was having trouble w/ my phone. and she was a little hard to understand. the only complaint is the prices, so your rule doesn't make much sense to me. the price almost doubled. I think you are trying to skam.me. what do you think?

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Chelsi for her outstanding customer service when I had an issue with the heat in my room, she patiently helped me upgrade to a more comfortable space. She was kind, attentive, and truly made my stay stress-free. Beyond the great service, the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. It’s very nice and exceptionally clean, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are top-tier beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hot and fresh breakfast bar was a perfect start to my day, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Chelsi, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Disgusting bathroom and awful smells upon entering the room. Window curtain was broken, hanging on by one screw. It eventually fell down the next morning! My wife was given cleaner to clean the dirty bathroom rather than the hotel attendant cleaning the “paid” for room we purchased. Very unacceptable! Ask for a refund but all they gave me was freaking $10 bucks back for our poor experience! Smh

I was not satisfied to find out there was a fee for my ESA dog at this pet friendly hotel. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels pet friendly and no pets allowed hotels and was able to have my dog with me with no fees. Also, the breakfast was not inviting not much and OJ, Apple Juice machine was not working. No fruit available. Actually no one was there eating when my daughter and I arrived nor was there an attendant as I’m use too seeing at other hotels that have breakfast. Will not stay there again.

Internet was weak and intermittent. Tv lost signal in the rain. Did not get housekeeping services on Thursday.

When I got there they only had smoking room and they accommodated me by sending me to one of their other Motell and Suites which the accomodations were waiting for myself and my guess

The room was ok outside of a huge jacuzzi in the middle of my room! It did not work and it was very uncomfortable in the room area. Then there was the HALF BUILT SHOWER ! A mess NO BUILD IN FOUNDATION IT WAS THE FLOOR WITH A SHOWER CURTAIN AROUND IT! Very unsanitary 😡. So, when you take a shower water goes every where unto the bathroom floor because the shower bottom was the floor! I didn't even take a shower at this point! This was not a great stay AT ALL!

My stay at Magnolia was great. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the fact that it's a pet friendly location. Everyone loved my dog, which made the stay that much better.

The hotel itself was amazingly nice and clean. Our room was very clean also. Love the shower had the best water pressure. The only complaint was the bed, one side of the bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, the pillows were terrible, they were flat and worn out. I nerver understood why a king size bed has only regular pillows and not king size pillows. The place was very convient to restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic necessities. The highlight was the breakfast bar, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. Although the hotel doesn’t have many amenities, its central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay in the city.

The property was in a great area, however the jacuzzi didnt work at all! The knobs literally came off & that was the reason my husband & I selected it. In addition, our room keys didnt work. Thanks.

The headboards and walls were dirty looking. When pulling back the sheets on one of the beds... someone's finger nail was there and there were stains on the sheets. We went to the other bed, and it appeared to be cleaner but we did ask for clean sheets because we did not trust the cleanliness. The front desk guy gave us new sheets and apologized for the dirty sheets we found. Overall, i would not stay here again or recommend this place to friends or family. You get what you pay for...

Front doors are locked at night so you only get access with your key. Only carbs and sweets for breakfast- no fruit or protein options. Also do not put butter on the waffle maker…. It’s nonstick. If you don’t see the sign, you will get fussed at and have to wait while the staff cleans the machine.

This was a nice, inexpensive , and primarily clean place to stay. The bathtub had some water in it from a drip and closed stopper.. The staff came and immediately cleaned the room and that was good for us.. The rooms are very nice and stocked with decent ammenities like fridge and microwave. Close access to gas station and fast foods . Felt pretty safe and in a good location.

I stayed 4 days and the maids didn't replace towels or clean room. Also elevator went out. I have bad knees and going down the stairs and up was an issue. Ill think twice before booking a room again.

People were parked outside in cars from the time I arrived to check in and still there when I returned from getting food. Men sitting in the lobby after 9 pm and in in out on our floor. 30 minutes later I went to get a refund and they refused. Will be disputing my room stay!!!!

Comfortable and updated room. Very clean however some odors especially from cigarette smoke. Friendly and helpful staff. The bare minimum for free breakfast, cereal, toast, waffle, and juice / coffee. Weak intenet wifi.

It was all great other than a slight smell of smoke in our room and no protein or fruit for a breakfast choice.

Shower was not the best plus the soap bar was awful it was so little and thin need better thicker soap bar

The beds sleep so well

Lady at front desk make check in easy and she was so pleasant. Then we could not get tv to work and she immediately came to our room and fixed it.

My friend and I stayed at here early October the room was clean we didn’t have enough towels for us to take showers. The housekeeper acted like she got aggravated cause I asked for towels which she didn’t give me wash clothes. The beds hurt our backs it wasn’t comfortable at all. It was nice to be close to everything which we liked. We would stay here again in the future just needs have better beds.

Staff was kind and accommodating. You can tell they try hard to please. Room was fine for the price. It’s a typical budget hotel. Liked that they had mattress protectors and I thoroughly checked for bugs, but didn’t see any or any signs of infestation. Free breakfast was great for kids (all carbs, hahaha!). Internet didn’t work, but I didn’t care enough so never called front desk

There is NO hot water in our room. We called front desk. She said “there isn’t anything I can do”.. well now I can’t shower before my business stuff thank you!

What i didnt like was our room was not cleaned due to the staff said they only clean on certain days of the week so i had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Communication wasn't there due to check-in. Breakfast could have been better no eggs or meat. Other then that it's 👍

Great price. Room was clean. TV only played on 1 channel. Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was free breakfast but coffee machine was broken.

Overall plesant. The room had a funky smell, Not disgusting Bring in your charging plugs there weren't any USB ports. TV remote didn't work luckily was just for overnight.

Not what was expected. The wifi didn’t work and the lobby smelled like smoke and weed. Rooms were ok but beds were not comfortable and the was a weird smell. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was a ton of mold if you pulled up the floors.

The coffee machine was broken. There was a leak in our bathroom. Floor covered with water. Room 101. Commode would not quit running. People in room 201 had kid(s) that kept running across the room until 10pm. Other than that it's a great location. Bed slept good. Price was right. I'd stay there again, but not on the first floor.

Staff was excellent and the room was really nice, only complaint was that the coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order.

I arrived about 3 am because of a flight delay. We had 2 rooms that were supposed to be non- smoking. Going up the elevator it smelt strongly of marijuana. Opening our rooms the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming!!! We were all so tired we just crashed. The pillows, sheets and everything smelt like cigarettes !!!! I asked Dani I believe that was her name about the cigarette smell, and she said the second floor was the smoking floor !!! Well I wanted non- smoking, that is what my reservation says !!! Never again! This place is a nasty stinky dump !!!

Located in a nice area, felt safe, and there was tons of food and shopping near by. Room kinda smelled, yellow drips down lower part of the wall (it was a pet friendly room so… I’m guessing I know what the drips were). Super dim lighting which made me feel like there was stuff being hid. I did not want to shower or bathe in the tub. However was a cheaper hotel as I needed an extra day on vacation and my higher end hotel was booked. In hindsight will definitely spend extra money next time because I was so uncomfortable I slept on top of the blankets. Lobby was nice though.

The room had a strange smell that impregnated even the clothes. We didnt get the room cleaned/organized for some reason even though we didn’t have the Don’t Disturb sign posted and left the room around noon. The breakfast offerings include only baked seeet goods, wafles, cereals. No fruit, no eggs or meat of any kind. Is more of a morning snack. We had stayed here before and had a better impression then

Quite, very close to restaurants, very close to Memphis approximately 5 miles away. Low traffic area with quick access to freeway. Lightning in the parking was Good.
