The staff was nice and acted in a professional manner. Our room was neat and clean and very cool. There was also a fitness room. The breakfast was free.

The one thing I can say is that the kitchen Lady Patties done a great job each and every day of my stay. The food was good all the time.

From checking in to checking out and everythjng in between it was great! The room was very clean, and the breakfast was hot and great! The fitness center has everything you need for a work out after a long day driving. We had our dogs and it is a great place for pets as well. A lot of well lit places to walk.

Arrived on the campus the curtains were open with pillows placed in the windows, which looked a mess. The room had no television service. The elevator floor needed to be mopped. I would rate this hotel a 3

The receptionist Ms. Evelyn was very hospitable. She also gave us lots of information about places and restaurants we could try. I don’t feel we should have to go downstairs for extra towels when housekeepers are on the floor cleaning rooms. If it’s on the cart you’d think they’d give us some hassle-free.

Cordial staff, room was nice and clean, functional, and the bed was comfy. Price was reasonable. We typically don’t stay at Fairfield. It was a pleasant experience and would stay again or even try another location.

There was no hot water and the only thing that was told to me was that I could go to the gym next door and pay ten dollars and shower.

My only concern was some equipment/mechanical noisiness that occurred late at night and early in the morning (two different issues). These did not occur during my first stay at this hotel, so it may have been related to the location of my assigned room. The staff are top-notch, and the breakfast is great, with healthy options. I'll be back.

Handicap rooms should not be located at the far end of the building. Additionally our room was not available at check in time due to shortage of housekeeping staff. Very disappointed that staff exhibited a nonchalant attitude regarding handicap needs.

Room was great and beds were comfortable. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the breakfast was lacking. This hotel, although almost identical to most in Olive Branch was more expensive than many but didn't offer any upgrades for the price, for instance a better quality breakfast. The biggest downside was that the lobby was under construction upon my arrival and during my stay and not only was I not aware of that before booking, the cost of the stay was not reduced due to the inconvenience!

The check in staff were great and very nice as well as the check out staff. They were very friendly and accommodating to our needs for as much as they could be.

They should let people know they’re remodeling and not cooking breakfast

The room is outdated, the shower curtain smells terrible, the elevator sounds scary making this loud noise. I understand they’re renovating their lobby/cafeteria but they should have serve a better breakfast, the only things they have for breakfast is the egg/ham & cheese sandwich that was too hard/rubbery and a few muffins. We end up checking out 2 days early and of course we couldn’t get a refund but that’s fine rather that staying in there. Will never come back there.

Wish there was some sort of notice or warning that this hotel was under heavy construction before booking. The staff was great and apologetic, no issues there. But the whole lobby was torn out and partitioned with tarps and the flooring in front of the elevators was completely ripped up, just leaving the carpet glue/caulk. The parking was limited due to construction trailers and containers. I picked this location out of the others in the area due to its ratings but was unfortunately let down.

I always love this hotel. It is my go to whenever we want a night away from home. The rooms are very spacious and the suite with the livingroom area and 2 TVs is perfect for children!

Property was in process of renovation. Parking lot was a hot mess.

There are renovations going on, which did not bother us. Updates are good. Our bed was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and clean. When we went into our room, part of the curtain was hanging down, which gave the impression of being unkempt. It's a small thing, but should be taken care of before the next guests. Breakfast was okay. Not a fan of packaged items. Also, when I tried to use the toaster, the lever popped off. The lever on the other side was also broken. When I approached the attendant, she said they had just gotten that toaster. At any rate, there was not another toaster...so that was disappointing. Checkout was smooth and all staff greeted us and were helpful throughout the property.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable and clean. My only complaint, and I know it is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, was the smell of "medicinal products" in many areas.

We arrived late and were informed that hotels.com over booked us so the rooms we paid for were not available. The employee at check -in was very nice and helpful and accommodating. However After reaching out to Hotels.com they will not stand behind their services to make things right.

The property was located in a safe area and everything was nice and clean. The accommodations were great.

Well my parents checked in to their room and it had bloody tissues in the trash can. They got moved into a “newly renovated room” and lights were hanging out of the socket, tv didn’t work, other plug ins were hanging off the wall, the light in the coffee area wasn’t working. The only positive was the Lauren up front who did everything to try and make it better and the gentleman in maintenance who helped my dad.

Convenient location. Many different choices of restaurants located close to motel, although a few of our favorite choices closed at 6 o’clock on a Thursday evening. Not any fault of hotel just a personal observation.

They are remodeling but it was still a great stay. The free hot breakfast was great (individual quiches, cage free eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.). Was able to easily stay on Keto. Definitely would stay here again.

Lauren is VERY sweet and has a beautiful customer service personality. She was attentive and helpful.

Rooms were old, water was shut off for 8 hours. Had hairs on the walls, smelled like mildew, had ants and a bug in the shower.

Property was under renovations. Looking forward to the renovated rooms. My A/C unit made the room smell like mold.

The site is in the middle school of renovations but that is mentioned at check in. The room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. I thought we were supposed to have an accessible room but bathroom only had one grab bar near tub. Very low wobbly toilet with no grab bars. A small table near the sofa would’ve been nice. Breakfast food was cold.

The stay was great, very comfortable room. Gave it three stars on service because when we checked in the lady was on her computer and didn’t acknowledge us until she finished her task online. Then she said “Sorry for the delay.” Didn’t mind waiting, but it would’ve been nice for her to acknowledge that we were standing there for a while.

We rolled in middle of the night, exhausted. Staff was super friendly, room was super clean & we slept like rocks. There was some construction happening & it didn’t bother us at all but staff was super apologetic. Would for sure stay again!

Check in was super easy, the room was clean and easily accessible to unload all the extra stuff I had to haul with me this weekend. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work, so I just watched Netflix from my laptop.

The room was dirty. Floors were not vacuumed but I didn't want to be difficult so I didn't complain immediately, however there were crumbs and huge chunks of what could have been chips and dog food in places like under the computer chair that shows the cleaning staff didn't even pull out the chair to vacuum. The bed was very poorly made with blankets just hanging out but when I inspected the sheets they seemed clean. The gym had a weight bench with no weights, but they did have 2 treadmills and an elliptical but the room smelled musty and unclean. The fixtures in my room were very dated and looked like they bought them at a run down Goodwill. No USB plugins for charging electronics. The tv was equipped with some sort of streaming device but it did not work. The only thing positive is that is centrally located to restaurants and if you're traveling from there thru Memphis you get to avoid the part of Memphis that is full of prostitutes and trash. I don't think I'd stay there again but the benefit of avoiding the worst parts of Memphis might bring me back but I'll just remember that route for next time and stay elsewhere.

Room was relatively clean. Carpet needed cleaned. Hotel looked like it needs freshened up. We had gutter noise (bubbling sound) in our room from the rain. Son's room had a small roach crawling in it. We didn't stay for breakfast due to that.

The front desk woman was extremely helpful and cheerful. She was so courteous and funny. Check-in was a snap.

I booked this hotel because of 9/10 rating but I’m not how it is getting this rating. Hotel room was disgusting. My son drop some water on carpet so I used the towel to dab it and it turned black like I’ve working on my car brakes . Feet and socks turned black, room smelled, frig was rusted, there were visible hair stuck in the drain of the tub and water be ver slow to drain. I heard it been recently sold sold and bought by a Patel. Usually stingy and try saving every penny at the expense of quality. Give it another 6-9 month this place will be dump!!! Would rather pay another $50 a night for better place

The hotel was in need of many repairs. Everywhere you looked was decaying ceiling, torn carpet, broken lock on bathroom door, broke down elevator. I heard this was a newer hotel and was quite shocked by the lack of concern and care the company has taken to keeping it maintenanced.

Staff was great HOT coffee anytime adressed any concern i had with a smile took the time to chat a bit about life, got that i care about your day feeling and it wasnt fake. very very satisfying experience here will definitely be staying again as i frequent this area quite a bit

The room was very subpar. The staff Evelyn and Crystal went above and beyond and made our stay very enjoyable for those two individuals alone. I would recommend the property, but the room does require some upgrading.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping services weren’t completed as requested so we were without clean towels on day 3 and none were available when requested. Our room was off of the lobby and they play loud music in the lobby late at night which is very distracting.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Olive Branch was located near shopping and eating establishments. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely great!!!

I highly take pride in Marriot facilities; however, this is another very unkept location. The hotel lobby and throughout facilities have a very, strong unattractive odor. At the elevator, there was a spilled liquid that was not cleaned up in which that left the floor sticky. The carpet on level 3 was not vacuumed. Also I noticed a room door completely open. I was so nervous while waiting on the elevator. The door of the elevator takes a long time to open. My room was fair and outdated.. This made me very uncomfortable as a single female traveler. I also think the parking lights are a little dim. But, maybe it works for them. The coffee/hydration bar was unkept as well.

Afternoon front desk staff seemed overwhelmed on a Friday afternoon and rooms were not ready for check-in at 3. I left to go attend to some business and when I came back late that evening the night auditor was super friendly and very helpful. Room seemed clean but had a faint strange smell, like maybe some wine had been spilled on the floor and extra cleaning fluid was used to get it up. I went noseblind to it quickly and it didn't bother me. As is often the case, the well of the coffeemaker had mineral deposits -- you guys should clean your coffeemakers with vinegar once in a while!

We had a room that smelled of a combination of cannabis and old food that went bad. I checked the AC to see if it was just stale air and the vents were literally covered in a black mold. I politely asked if we could change rooms after letting her know the room condition and the lady just said here you go with new room keys. I go back up to the new room and the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and apologize for all the hassle and she said that oh yeah wrong room. No apologies for any of the hassle. The new room had sticky floors, tv not working and dirty toilet bit as I am dealing with chemo treatments I didn’t have the energy to do anything more but sleep. Very disappointed as the hotel had a 9.0 rating.
