The price was great the rooms were clean and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly enough. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms and grateful they had an opening for last minute plans for another room for a couple of nights. Thanks guys

The room was turned down every day of our stay for a week. Great room. We got fresh towels/cloths every day. Breakfast was stellar every day and the kitchen staff were awesome. Would stay again definitely!

Breakfast was very good. The lady who works there was very helpful and kept everything neat and tidy. The room was very nice. If you were on business, you could definitely stay there for a long time with no difficulties. Not the hotel's fault, but it was impossible to get an Uber of Lyft to turn in and come to the hotel even though there was an Uber stand out front. Had to walk maybe 1/4 mile to meet them.

I booked this hotel to have a pool. Fire pit and room for visiting family so we had a larger room and outdoor space to hang out.

the amount charged for a pet cleaning where we had our Yorkie with us. The carpet had a lot of stain that appeared to be from other previous pets. I was charged $85.25 for a pet cleaning. They must just pocket that money because the carpet needed cleaning

Staff is helpful. Breakfast is always good. And the room was clean. This is my second time staying here and I was not disappointed yet again we definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night, but the room was spotless and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Breakfast provided in the morning, eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins. Free parking is always a plus!

A TV guide would be very useful, so children don't have to be exposed to a bunch of inappropriate channels just to find cartoons.

It was really gross. We left after being there for 5 minutes. I understand some rooms are older, but then dont put people in them. Im sure we just got a bad room, but maybe just keep that room empty.

Great room. Nice to have a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, so you don’t always have to go get ice. Great area of town, close to Tampa and Pinellas county. Grocery stores (including Publix and SuperTarget) and good restaurants nearby. Gas stations nearby in case you have to fill up a rental before returning. Friendly staff. Nice, updated property.

The rooms and service was amazing. Perfect bed, temperature, black out curtains, and amenities. Service at the front desk was amazing. The food was good on the breakfast buffet if you are only there for a day or two, otherwise it never changes and gets tiresome. They only offer turkey sausage as the meat, even though the sign said ham. One day out of a ten day stay did they offer bacon. Considering the breakfast buffet was our main reason for selecting this hotel over others, we will probably stay elsewhere next time. But if the breakfast buffet doesn't matter much to you, the hotel is an amazing stay!

Convenience location for my event commutes. As good as Residence is from Marriot which above the average on this level hotel in the market. what i mean is Marriot any level is best than the other brands in everything.

Nice room , comfortable except for the noisy air conditioner. In addition the refrigerator was barely cool, not even near cold. I reported these conditions, no response.

Nice accommodations

The breakfast is awful serving bad counteloop and bad pineapple tasted sour and bad, very limited choices, all meat is pork no beef, no consideration for other religions and tourists from other nations.

Immediately getting to my room there was a dark piece of hair near sink and it wasn't mine. Upset me immediately. Later I went to get lunch and I was almost attacked by a dog near the downstairs elevator that the owner didn't control. Then she felt the need to make matters worse by going on the elevator with me at that point I experienced a panic attack and she didn't care. I got off instantly. The husband gave me grief. Then later on, I endured severe noise from loud talking children where the parents said nothing. I gave hints didn't work. Then the guest next to me pissed me off by knocking on the wall constantly and slamming toilet seat repeatedly. I had chest pains all night. I have endured severe trauma from this. A woman almost knocked my paper plate down by jumping in front of me and teens playing loud videos at a nearby table during breakfast. I told the front desk this morning about my horrific stay said I would have to wait next week.

The hotel was great, and the manager was amazing! However, my experience with Expedia was terrible. They were unhelpful and never called me back. I will definitely stay at that hotel again, but I will NEVER use Expedia again! I give Expedia 0 stars! I accidentally booked the hotel for a different day, and Expedia did nothing to assist me. Fortunately, the hotel manager placed us in a fantastic room and offered us better rates than Expedia!

My room was excellent I had the studio with a king size bed and a pull out. It was clean, it had all the amenities I needed to live there for 10 days. It had a simple breakfast which served the purpose. I have no complaints, but check in was a little hard, because I booked with a second party that too was worked out. All in all I had a 10/10 experience.

First I need to credit the woman at the front desk “Lidieka”for her prompt action in resolving the issues during our 10 day stay. She was the one bright spot during our stay. Not sure if it was our bad luck or the hotel is getting run down, but after checking in at midnight the tv in our room would not work. Next day it worked but the following morning it was out again. Maint “repaired” it but 2 days later it was out again. Another maint guy got it going for 1 day then out again. Finally we had to pack everything and move to another room. After 2 days there the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maint made “temp” repair. Could not tell if they came back to make proper fix. For our troubles we got a bottle of warm water. Finally let me say that at times we couldn’t tell if we were in a kennel or a hotel. From 6:30AM till dark there was barking somewhere in the hallways. You’d think there would be a better way to accommodate everyone.

AIR MOVER IN ROOM VERY LOUD CAME ON OFTEN NO WAY TO JUST SET FOR 70 AS CONTROL ONLY DID ONE FUNCTION AT A TIME YOU HAD TO MANUALLY CHANGE BETWEEN HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING. QUEEN FRAME WITH A KING MATTRESS HANGING OVER THE SIDES MAKING GETTING IN AND OUT DIFFICULT. HIGH STYLE TABLE WITH MATCHING HIGH STOOL CHAIRS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE OR MOVE ON CARPET STUPID STYLE IMPRACTICAL. TOILET FILL VALVE LOUD PULSING AFTER FLUSH NEVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE MAYBE FAILING. BOTH MY WIFE AND I CONTRACTED NOROVIRUS VERY SICK FOR THREE DAYS. WE FOUND OUT FROM LONG TERM GUEST THEY HAD BEEN CONTAMINATED AND WERE WORKING TO RESOLVE HOWEVER IF INFORMED WE WOULD HAVE EATEN IN ROOM NOT USED THEIR BREAKFAST SERVICE. WE WENT THRU THIS ON A CRUISE SHIP AND IT IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CREATING A VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL SITUATION. WE HAD TO CANCEL MANY PLANS. AND FOR US LIFE THREATENING DUE TO OUR CANCER SITUATION. THE BEST FEATURE WERE THE STAFF THEY WERE SUPPORTIVE, KIND , HELPFUL, AND DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE OUR STAY A SUCCESS THE FACILITY PROBLEMS ARE THE BIG NEGATIVE. WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY RESIDENCES OVER OUR 60 YEARS OF MARRIAGE AND THIS FACILITY WAS THE MOST BASIC AND WE GUESS IT JUST MAKES THE STANDARDS BUT DID NOT REPRESENT WHAT WE EXPECTED.

We were reasigned across the hall to the same type suite. This room had two windows and the maintenance was impecable.

Everyone very friendly. Great area for walking pets. Breakfast choice was 8 out of 10. Room was nice for myself an 2 Rottweilers. Overall I for your extended stay hotel or short stay Residence Inns are 8+ overall. Would recommend it. If your not looking for near by beach. Can get to Bayside Beach in 10-12 minutes. Gulf Beaches 25 minutes.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay during transit elsewhere in the state.

Drove 8 hrs from Atlanta, got there at 2, Lanora would not check me in, said she would call when a room was ready. Never called. Went back at 3:15 to see 4 groups ahead of me. Chrcked in. The hallway smelled like a cigarette plant the whole weekend. The room smelled like mildew. Refrigerator didn’t work very well. Filter needed changed on microwave. Toilet ran all second night. Told a young man at check out and he could care less. No points, no comp. I have stayed there maybe 20 different times over the years. The property was once the jewel of Oldsmar, now its a nightmare.

The bathroom toilet ran all night … I could not sleep as the bathroom is right next the bed ,even with the door closed. The bed sheet are in horrible condition. The sheet are so worn out that is was full of sheet bumps. I had to replace the sheets with a spare I found in the closet. Why wouldn’t housekeeping notice this maybe because this is the kind of service they offer. Attention to detail is not important. Then breakfast was very limited and the employee just stand there waiting you service from their very limited food. No fruit or creamer just to mention.

As a germophob i was impressed with the cleaniness of the room. The staff were super nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the clean pool every day. The location was perfect, not more than a half hour to zootampa, busch gardens, Aquariums and dinosaur world. You dont realize how convenient a kitchen is when traveling with two little ones, a big bonus for that. Will return and highly recommend.

Room was clean. Breakfast was a bust, no bread. I don't usually stay at a place because of breakfast, but it would be nice to have bread for toast.

Just moved to Florida. Needed a place for a couple of days. Studio was big, very clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops 10 m to beach. Would definitly stay here again.

The room was nice, the breakfast wasn’t. While the breakfast sandwiches & pastries were pre packaged, they should’ve been served warm. Instead they were taken straight from the fridge. For guests staying more than a day, the front desk should let them know housekeeping is done every 3 days.

Hotel was very accommodating for us, we travelled with our two large dogs and asked for a 1st floor room, which the hotel was able to accommodate. We booked the King room and it was very spacious. If we’re in town again, we will definitely stay here again.

I would like to say that the stay there was not exactly what it was supposed to be in the end I see charges that were never authorized and an extra night book that I was not even present this is going to be my first line of communication with hotels.com and their employees that handle this kind of complaint I am being targeted in charge 4 nights I did not stay among a couple of other problems

Our plan was one whole day at Tampa with a night stay!! Wish we could stay for a couple of days more!!! We got a suite at a very competitive price... couldn't ask for more.. Overall a great stay.. very friendly staffs and very clean hotel...

It was a nice comfortable and quiet place ti stay. Rooms are very nice. Like the laundry room. Convenient.

The room itself was generally clean, but there were little bugs throughout the room. We left a cake on the counter that was still packaged and had to be thrown away because of bugs. Also, tea cups that needed to cool down on the table in the kitchen and desk in the bedroom ended up getting bugs and needed to be thrown away. They seemed to be swarming on the kitchen counters and sink.

This hotel has so much potential to be really nice. But unfortunately it's a little less than average. First the hotel isn't same color as in pictures here. Lots of broken furniture in rooms, such as chair, sunkin in beds, window that didn't fully close, no toilet paper or soaps, trash cans with no bag and extremely slow draining tubs,sink & toilet. Pool is very small. All outer entry doors handles need replacing. The best was the size of the rooms were nice.

It was anclean and friendly hotel. Because of covid there is no housekeeping, coffee maker or shampoo/cond. They will provide towels if asked. No hot breakfast, just grab and go bags with a muffin, granola bar and fruit. Overall, good stay.

The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean. Furniture was a little dated need an upgrade.

The room had an acceptable layout, however the beds were dirty and the couch cushion was stained. The beds had several types of hair, dust, fingernail clippings, and skin flakes and scabs. When we went to complain and checked a second room, it was even dirtier. The only consolation was to let us borrow a vacuum cleaner, or to pay for 2 rooms at a higher rate at their sister location next door. I contacted Expedia to try and facilitate a refund because there was no way we were sleeping there and they said unless her supervisor approves it they can’t refund my money. The front desk clerk said her supervisor won’t approve the refund. So don’t stay here unless you like sleeping 6 inches from someone else’s hair and fingernail clippings.

Always stay here when I visit Oldsmar. Front desk staff are amazingly courteous and the free breakfast is diner quality, always being restocked!

Stayed there for 3 nights. Very convienent place with lots of food options close by. Very friendly staff. Reeva was amazing at check in. Comfy beds and plenty of parking. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing and in the evenings they have social get toogethers in the lobby and provide free snacks.

When we arrived check in was fast and easy. The service we received was excellent. When we got to our room we could right away that it was properly cleaned and was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent!! Plenty of options to choose from!!

i booked a 2 bdrm suite, instead we got a handicapped suite, which we didn't need. all counters were lower, one bathroom had a roll- in shower, which the kids refused to use. this suite would be fine for someone with handicap but for us it was just not comfortable. overall, the stay was ok, except for the food, breakfast was included but most of the items on the menu were not well prepared, mcdonald's has better breakfast items. also, the hallways were kept very hot and uncomfortable. the pool outside was very small and the exercise room was tiny. it was a good choice if you are traveling with a dog, although be prepared to pay $25/day extra for that, which was not mentioned anywhere on the reservation.

This hotel was awful because every single night their sprinklers would come on no matter where you parked and they would spray recycled water all over your car and end up leaving it's spotty and nasty I never stay at this place again
