We didn't get up in time for breakfast, so I can't address that. The air in the room was very cool and the beds were great. The staff was very nice. The only negative was they wouldn't accept cash for the incidentals. I had to put everything on a card. Other than that which was minor, our stay was wonderful.

It is always a pleasure to stay here. Staff is very friendly, they make your chek in easy and smooth. Rooms are always clean. Always ready to help if any questions. Hotels is very close to amenities.

Wish it had free breakfast, I was charged double for incidental fees they told me $150 and they took $300 out of my bank account

Additionally, she stated that she had difficulty seeing the year i was born my ID without her glasses and had to take it to the back for further verification. My girlfriend can’t see without her glasses at all she was able to see my DOB on my license. I understand that verification procedures may be necessary, the process was not explained clearly and felt more complicated than it needed to be. We also felt that her tone and manner of speaking toward us were aggressive and dismissive. Although the issue was eventually resolved and our room was fine, the interaction left a negative impression and made us feel unwelcome. I wanted to bring this to management’s attention so the experience can be reviewed and future guests are treated with professionalism and respect.

Property was close to everything. The pool was not clean . There was algae all over the steps and in all the grout lines of the pool.. the pull out couch was so hard my kids slept on the floor because it was more comfortable.

Hotel was typical but the staff was amazing!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing!!!!!! They gave a meet and greet in the afternoon for the guests. I had a delightful stay and will be staying there again!!!!

So nice to have a separate bedroom and living area with a tv in each one. Very comfortable bed. Toilet was a little low with no grab bar close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. For a 4 floor hotel there should have been more than one elevator installed. The appearance of the existing elevator does not inspire confidence. Control panel was loose, elevator itself worn looking compared to the rest of the hotel. Other than that, the wifi works great. Would suggest more signage in suite kitchen area about where to get paper plates, cutlery, etc

Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! At the Residence Inn, they upgraded my room to a 2 bdrm suite for the inconvenience; however, as I was exiting the shower, the entire shower door came off the hinges and fell on me! This is a 20 pound plexi glass door! I immediately go to the front desk, still wet, and told them what occurred. As you could imagine, I was not being pleasant at this point. Two gentlemen come, one being a manager, and offers to change my room once again and refund my money for the room. Although it was made right in the end, I was aggravated and the whole experience is not something I would write home about. This was my first visit to Tampa, 5 out of 10, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room was clean and pleasant, with a nice pool view. It included a small fridge, and the air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The staff across all areas—front desk, restaurant/lobby bar, and housekeeping—were consistently kind and attentive.

The room was a suite and much nicer than it looks online. The living room area is large with a comfortable pull out couch and kitchenette. The living area door opens to a vanity area with a doorway to the bedroom and a door to the toilet and shower. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are lots of options for food close by including the bistro inside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The older woman working the front desk Sunday night 4/26/2026 was a bit rude. She got a call about a noise complaint regarding different people while getting us a key to our room. Then proceeded to lecture us about how we needed to keep the noise level down.

The only thing that I think needs attention is that although the room was very clean the carpet smelled so it gave the room a distasteful smell. The staff at reception were excellent and the lady Manning The Bistro at Night by herself was amazing I think her name was Valentine. Lorna was at the front desk and was very helpful and also Nadia.

Hotel had a very modern feel. Location and price were the draw. The front desk help were cold and almost rude at times, especially during check in. There was supposed to be dinner available each night from 5:00 to 10:00 but for whatever reason it was closed the first Sunday night that we arrived. They also only offer coffee during a 3 hour stretch in the morning during breakfast, even though the serve dinner. Not sure why coffee is not made available all day, let alone during dinner. Overall the place had a nice feel but you can do better going elsewhere.

Have no idea why we were given a handicap room. Never asked for it and never needed it. The bed was almost on the floor and I have long legs. Plus one day we went out shopping for the day and came back at 6 o’clock, and our bed was never made.

Clean rooms but I don’t like being in a closed area. I wanted a balcony to sit enjoy the night outside not at pool The refrigerator. Only stayed on for 3 hrs. I had insulin. Maintence man came but he did not speak English nor did he know how to operate the frig.

It took the house technicians 2 hours to determine that we needed a NEW ac and thermostat. If we had known that it was going to take this long, we would have moved our room. Also, there were no hooks in the room, nothing on the walls and it lacked adequate lighting.' Weve been going to Marriott for years and this is not what we expected. Stay somewhere else!

I had a problem with the bathroom exhaust fan not working. Maintenance came and discovered it needed a part they had to order so I had no fan for the whole stay. The front desk staff couldn’t give a discount on my room but did give me 10,000 points towards my next visit.

Everyone was very nice. I haven’t been to a place in 5 years, and I do a fair amount of traveling, that cleaned rooms everyday.

The only issue with the room was it was very dark, not enough lighting. We were there to attend a wedding in the area. The bathroom area did not provide good space for getting ready. Would be helpful to have more mirror and counter space in the room.

The rooms were not clean, in our first room we found a roach and 2 baby roaches crawling in the bed (we found some short black hairs under the covers as well). Thankfully the night manager was apologetic and let us switch rooms. The new room was smaller than our first and we found an old grape in the bed frame, BUT it was bug free so we appreciated being able to sleep in peace. He gave us complimentary breakfast for the issues as well.

This stay was perfect for our Tampa weekend get away. We rented a car. Parking was free which is great!! Close to the beaches local restaurants. Felt safe and cozy in the hotel. Would recommend and return again!

The courtyard added a unique touch to the property. I wasn't expecting koi fish to be in the water garden. I spent quite a bit of my time out there. It was very relaxing.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Oldsmar to attend a concert at the Ruth Eckerd Hall. The hotel is clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff was friendly and very approachable, and the location was excellent! We would stay again!

The worst experience at a hotel ever. Sorry I stayed there. The beds were uncomfortable. They said they charged more for the rooms because “they had things going on” apparently some cheerleading competition was there. So they raised the rates. The TV didn’t work half the time. They said it was the provider. The TV itself was in an ackwars position. Wish I would have shown another hotel.

Truthfully there wasn’t anything about it that would ever have me go back there. I booked this room expecting tub/shower, balcony, and hot tub that was advertised! That we were put into three different rooms, with nobody even agreeing to help with our luggage each time! The first room had no tub or no balcony! The second room was with a concrete extension, with no railings! Clerk was going to have someone unlock the glass doors in the room to have us go out without safety railing or even patio chairs! She tried to tell me that she was getting someone to unlock the doors, I told her there was no way myself or my husband would be walking out on that ledge! She just smiled at me! After I’m on the phone with booking she offered us a suite that was on ground floor! My husband check the doors when we got into that room and the setting area room glass doors were open! He had to work on them to even get them to lock! He set out there both nights with kids playing right up to our patio! Then we expected to return from Park to soak in hot tub, only to find out there’s not one (as advertised)!!!

The property is generally OK; it seems they are just starting to pick up with their services. Although they recently reopened, the full range of services wasn’t available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. They also added a breakfast charge to my bill initially, but in the morning, I was informed that breakfast wasn’t available. I hope to see improvements in their service continuity as they settle back into operation.

Power went out for over 36 hrs and renowned hotel name—-Courtyard Marriott had NO GENERATOR and people had to roast in their rooms. Plus the only mode of changing floors was to walk up or down stairwell. THERE WERE NO BATTERY OPERATED LIGHTS !

$35 for breakfast was rediculos!

Great location, clean room , very professional and nice staff

Hotel was just okay, nothing real bad, nor real good. No morning coffee other than in the room, or down stairs that was charged for.

I checked in at 3 Check in time, I was told my room was not ready, & they would call me when it was ready. Rude, as if it was my fault. AT 4, I returned , my room was still not ready, as I saw 4house staff working out the front door. At 4:25 I received my room, no opologies or explanations..The whole staff needs better customer service training & team building. Marriott corporate needs to review this hotel.

Very comfortable room and bed. The Starbucks coffee and breakfast was very poor. They need to review what's going on behind the counter.

We had a very spacious suite, tons of room for the kids. Though, I’m the morning there was a cockroach on the table near the kitchen area

Would have liked small portions of 39 degree lotion available in room. Water pressure in sink was very low. Otherwise, aok.

A/C unit was the loudest of anyplace I;’ve ever stayed. Even put a call in after first sleepless night. When turning off, it sounds like someone dropped a steel object into a metal bowl.

The hotel was actually really nice and really luxurious for the price

What I didn't like, the house keepers did a mediocre job. They did not do a thorough job daily. sub standard.

Wonderful hotel with reasonable rates. Beautiful outside seating with koi pond. Friendly staff.

Room was clean

Premises neat and clean. Room well furnished and well laid out. Towels were clean and fluffy. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. However, a front desk employee refused to assist when asked by phone whether oatmeal was on the bistro breakfast menu, telling us to check the menu in our room. When advised there was no such menu, she said oatmeal was not offered. Turns out she was wrong, but lacked the motivation to check for us.

The stay was really good. The room was nice n clean
