We were only there for a quiClean room and friendly staff.

Only this one time, my room was so far from the elevator. I'm a senior so getting there was a workout. My fault for not request to be near the elevator. Now I know.

Not the best not the worst. Considering it’s Odessa it was good tho. A/C doesn’t blow cold air all the time tho. The bathroom had no lock to it and u could see thru a gap between the door and wall. (Felt like using a public Walmart restroom. They took a deposit fee without informing me. Also pool water was not clean, there was leaves and dirt in some areas floating around, pool water was also not warm like other stays I’ve experienced. Other than that it was, OK. Nothing special and definitely not worth the 400$ It felt like staying at a quality in rather than a Marriott.

Tried to get coffee at 7:15 am None available, had to go to Starbucks No amenities, couldn't find the fitness center and the staff seemed put out if you bothered them with any Questions Hilton should have been my choice

We stayed 2 nights, asked for new bedding for second night. The room was cleaned any old way, hair on the floor, and no new bedding. When we called to have bedding changed, sheets were brought to the room and we were told we has to make the bed ourself because houaekeeping was gone. My child wanted to go swimming and the pool was dirty. It had leaves and a giant food take out bag floating in it.

The room was big and spacious. Veey nice room actually. The bed was super comfy along w the sheets and pillow. I did go down to eat but the restaurant was closed so they had a little spot where they had snacks and sandwiches and salads prepped, the salad was delicious, but the turkey and bacon sandwich.I got it was not that great. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodated me on everything that I needed.I would definitely stay here again though. The minor issues I had were not enough for me to not wanna come back. A lovely hotel

The staff was extremely great. I selected pet friendly hotels in my filter search and the hotel I booked is NOT pet friendly. I had to find a dog sitter last minute on Rover App for another $60.

I was required to change rooms twice. The TV didn't work on one and the other was not close enough to the elevator. My bed was not made after the cleaning team came into the room. No idea how that works. For the rate you charge you need to work a lot harder at getting things right. So far, I would say you aren't even close. Must try harder.

Everything was so clean and spacious. I was there for business and the cleanliness and amenities made the working from the hotel so much easier. Only thing I did not like was that there were a lot of noisy guests. But I don't believe that's the hotel at fault.

My billing got messed up. Even though I paid through booking I still was charged on my card. Now I have to request a refund as it is now on my credit card statement not as just an authorization but a paid item

They offered free access to their club which did us no good because we were at our family event. Their excuse was they were sold out the night before. They offered a king room with a cot once they saw I was upset. But for 4 people that was also unacceptable. The ordeal was very inconvenient.

Beautiful place and service is amazing i just loved the place definitely my favorite place rooms are clean spacious and comfortable so my number 1 for when i travel for business.. i was there for the black and white gala ball and this place definitely is stunning

Beautiful place, our second stay, we’ve come in late both trips and the staff is great no matter the time of day! Lot of beautiful art and love the industrial spin they put on it. Always clean and smells well. Even with a full Friday night lobby it was not bothersome for the guests. The beds. Very uncomfortable, had dips in them, The shower m, leaked all over the floor with in minutes, the seals were not great.

Ridiculously overpriced. Same kind of room 1/4 this cost. Parking the absolute worst. Dining was tasteless and incorrectly cooked also extremely over priced and not worth it at all. Neighbors were extremely loud, front desk took long time to address this issue. Spoke with manager on duty, she was EXTREMELY bothered by us letting her know we were not having a good stay. Night time staff is completely clueless. We are Bonvoy members and they still charged us for internet.

Excellent design, high quality furnishings, good food, Starbucks on site, bar with big screen TVs, free parking in a dedicated car park, big rooms… It was just an excellent hotel and so much better than anything else in the area. Service in the restaurant in the mornings was a bit frustrating due to the inexperience and total lack of confidence of the young staff, but it’s a small issue. I’d definitely visit again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and loved that there was a restaurant on-site. We enjoyed the evening piano music to accompany our dinning experience and drinks at the end of the day. Great place to stay 😊

Have a full service hotel close to home is so nice and so fun, we felt like we drove hours away, it’s one of our favorite ways to spend summer weekends!

The room was very clean and well kept. The room was somewhat small with two queen beds. The bathroom so there was not much space to move around. The M Club was awesome! Fabulous breakfast and accommodating staff. On the downside, we asked for towels and more toilet paper and staff never broke.

This hotel is so confusing. At the checkin desk you’re surrounded by a very beautiful atmosphere but that’s where it stops. We were directed to go to the parking structure where there would be carts for our luggage and elevators to take us to our room. There were no carts. We saw 2 different sets of elevators that each took us to places that weren’t to our room. We couldn’t find the front desk for help. We found a third set of elevators we had to step into to find that it would take us to our rooms. We were tired and frustrated and the room did not impress. It overlooked the parking garage and was not cleaned well. We were transferred to a different room that had a better view. The bed was comfortable. Nice pool. We had another family asking us for help on how to get to the garage parking. This place is so big and confusing. They need maps for direction. Other hotels have them. I don’t know why this wouldn’t with all the conference rooms, elevators, etc. Oddly, a coffee machine but no coffee cups. Beautiful outside of the rooms but inadequate for an overnight stay.

Hotel is in downtown Odessa away from the interstate, but in a decent location. Room was very nice for a facility with a few years on it. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is incredible! I hope to have a reason to come back to Odessa in the future so I can stay again. Absolutely beautiful and clean and staff is wonderful. A real gem!

The main reason is the staff. Every single person that I ran into that was staff was stellar. From the girl that checked me in, to the bartenders at the pool area, to my absolute favorite - Brianna. Simply incredible especially Brianna.

I have been staying here about every 3 months for 2 years. Previously i had issues with the poor cleaning of the room (like they just ran a rag over everything, didnt clean). This week the room was sparkling clean every day. Kudos to the cleaning crew.

We upgraded to the King Suite and got the only room on the second floor. It has a large balcony and is directly next door to the M Lounge. Super convenient and spacious. Our family had a great time. Food is delicious, the decor is beautiful and it has a Torchy's across the street.

The girl at the front desk was so sweet. I was frustrated after a long day and having trouble finding the entrance. She was so patient with me over the phone giving me directions and greeted me so warmly when I checked in. The restaurant staff at Barrel & Derrick were awesome as well. They exemplified exceptional hospitality. The bartender was very friendly and taught me a lot about the area. Also, the property is gorgeous and my room was impeccable. By far the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. And wayyyyy better than advertised which is super rare! Super clean and well maintained. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for me.

Very nice quality hotel in the rural west Texas town. Friendly, helpful staff.

The stay was good, although I wasn’t aware of the $75 pet cleaning fee. I got charged twice for that so I’m still trying to get $75 back. Waiting on accounting still. I wouldn’t recommend taking a pet.

I had expected a better experience than I received. The lobby was crowded with a New Year’s Party that was $35 to stand in a lobby that is usually free. They had a DJ but no where to dance except for the walking area. It was a poor set-up when I know the have rooms that would be more suitable for an event. The room itself was fine, but it gives me vibes of loft hotels which typically are much cheaper accommodations, since the focus is more minimalist than luxury. The water in the room was $7 a bottle which is ridiculous. Finally, I didn’t even end up staying the night, because the people in the room across from mine were throwing a huge party. There were at least 30 people in the room blasting music , children and adults screaming down the hall. As well as the children running up and down the hall. It was 1am, and no staff were stopping them. It was conditions that I couldn’t even sit in my room and enjoy myself or even try to sleep, because it sounded like I was at concert and not in a hotel room. I have stayed at hotels that were much cheaper than this and had a much better experience.
