The room was dirty, the carpet was heavily stained with grime, and the bathroom had cockroaches; it was very dirty—really annoying.

The cleanliness and overall maintenance could be improved, although both the housekeeper and handyman were very kind and helpful. While I cannot personally confirm it, I was informed that employee wages may be quite low. Additionally, my car was slightly vandalized during my stay, and the manager did not address or follow up on my complaint.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely rude. They warned me about loud music and stated that if I had any extra people in the room, they’d call the police and have me removed. I felt completely unwelcome, so I canceled my stay, and I got a refund through Hotels.com. As a business owner, I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.”

Staff courteous and friendly. Rooms couuld use painting andfixning, tile in bathroom etc. okay for the price. Disappointed no coffee available andno hair dryers in room. One hanger in room. Just little details but I guess okay for one night stay. Quiet room.

Had business appt for 4/9, booked a room and traveled 400 miles by car,had a chance to read reviews and realized I'd made a mistake by being rushed. My appt called as I was 100 miles from Odessa TX I booked Deluxe Inn with fear of the reviews talking about noise at night , shady loitering etc.. Had to rest and stay 1 day for business. Inn was quiet and comfortable,no noise and easy to get to my appt near 42nd St. No problem parking, not fancy, or perfect yet very reasonable cost and clean bedding. Reviews were wrong. No noise, quiet rest.

did not let my driver stay there once he sent me pics of the room and its conditions. Did not stay there. room was dirty, Shower still had dirt in tub from previous guest. Bed looked like someone had slept on it and sheets were dirty. Found drug items in trash can..

the only decent things I can say is that for a hotel room, the bed was actually fairly comfortable. And when I checked out a day early, the manager gave me a refund for the night that I did not stay there I was hit by an overwhelming smell of cheap disinfectant when I opened the door. I also very quickly found out that there were no safety locks on the inside of the door, what was supposed to be a deadbolt didn’t work, and the door was very loose in the frame. I ended up lodging the chair underneath the door knob just so I could sleep. also when I tried to plug in the charger for my phone, the switch plate and whatever it was connected to it fell out of the wall. The AC unit was loose and partially hanging off the wall.

Staff was great. The maintance came quickly to adjust television. Maintenance man to forward and harrased me continually. Asked for my Facebook, asked if I was married, followed me around. Staired at me in parking lot. Made me very very uncomfortable. All
