We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, conveniently located, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

It's proximity to the hospital where my husband had a 7 hour spinal surgery. I can't imagine my days there being any further away. THAT was a Godsend. Parking spot was close and felt fairly secure. To my surprise towels were fairly good. It was clean. Nice view overlooking the park. It was the absolutely worst place I've ever stayed in and I'm 77 years old. Granted it was clean. THANK GOD. "Sheets" did not even reach the side of the mattress. Paper thin. By the end of the night I was sleeping on the mattress pad. Thankfully I had an old blanket in the car. Mattress was lumpy, slumped on either side with ridge in the middle. 1 light in main room. Impossible for 2 people to read. Soap was enough for one shower. "Conditioning" shampoo did anything but condition and it took 2. Water was warm for about 3 minutes. Never hot. Used full "hot", just to get warm. I actually wondered if you had it on some sort of timer. I've never been in a place that rented by the hour or looked like homeless people used their social security for a room for a few days or longer. Manager dressed in shorts and a sleeveless tee shirt. I've never seen a place with NO semblance of a lobby or where door was always locked. If the door to "the lobby" was locked all day then the door that kept people from going into the rooming area should be locked all day. Easy for someone off the street to get to upstairs room. Never felt safe. We asked for a quiet room. We were facing the main street. The view was nice but it was anything but quiet.

Location near to restaurant and convenience stores,gas etc, and free parking I think there’s sketchy people living there, Old facilities like the bathroom, broken shower, broken bathroom mirror, dirty shower curtain, old towels, sticky floor. Noise place all the time Booking description says: non smoking motel (there was a lady smoking all the time)

Staff were incredible, floors were soooo clean, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable! Fridge was bigger than usual too! The shower head was non existent, the shower temperature was hot/cold so couldn’t take long showers, the location surrounding wasn’t the best but it was totally safe in the room and on the property!

The staff was friendly and they helped with the issues we had. There is some fire damage in one of the corner rooms which we didn't see offhand. It was surprisingly charred and the room was boarded up. We ended up staying elsewhere, and we're assured we could get a refund because of the unique situation. The staff was very helpful, and customer service after the fact was also good. We did receive our full refund, contrary to other reviews/mentions on here.

I really liked that the property has gated doors leading to the stairways up to the rooms, which can only be accessed with a room key, it made the stay feel much safer. I was traveling with my sister and mentioned to the front desk that I was concerned about parking availability late at night, and although there was additional parking structures located close by, I didn’t want to walk alone at night just my sister and I. The staff member was very accommodating and assured us he would help us figure it out if no spots were available when we returned so we could avoid walking outside the property at night to find parking. Fortunately, when we got back around 2:00 a.m., there were plenty of open parking spots.

The price is good. No cups of any kind in the unit. So I was unable to boil water for tea or coffee. Nearest coffee shop 10 minute walk.

Convenient for an overnight stop between Amtrak trains. Clean motel style room, comfortable bed.

The staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for us. Nice kitchen w/full size fridge. Cozy and warm with a nice heater. Our room seemed pretty clean. Bed a bit hard and the head leaned toward the wall.. Bathroom floor sticky. TV didn't work. Toilet plugged, but fixed itself after a while.

I was expecting 2 beds based on my reservation and got one but was too tired to bother trying to change that. Also, the refrigerator wasn't working properly but the freezer was big and working well.

The refrigerator was not working well. Having guests to meet was too hard. It shouldn't necessarily be like that. I cancelled my meeting with a friend because those unnecessary rules could offend her.

It’s very clean. I have sensitive skin and usually bring my own blankets but I forgot them and haven’t broken out since I been here all month. The maid cleans all the rooms everyday as long as your DND tag isn’t on the door. It’s super quiet over here and everyone that stays is super friendly. Some of the bathrooms are still being remolded but they still work GREAT.

I like that you can’t smoke in the rooms, they have Desinated smoking areas equipped with ash trays for you to smoke outside. The room service lady is really nice and service your room everyday as long as the DND tag is not on the door. The rooms are hug enough space for me and my 2 kids. The shower heads could be a little better but I think they’re still remodeling some bathrooms.

The noise coming from upstairs. I highly recommend getting a room on the very top floor.
