I felt unsafe. The room was in disrepair. The shower was disgusting and unusable. The floor and all surfaces were coated in dirt and grime. It smelled like a bathtub sized ashtray.

First of all the people the own this placw own the nights in across the street. Me and my boyfriend were staying there for a few days inbetween switching apartmemts we left there cause of manY issues. We see this place across the street looks decent online we check in first they tried to charge me $20 for my service dog(with tags) i go to the room it seems decent for the price till i look in the shower totally nasty we switch rooms i go rl ljg

This hotel is... not for sleeping, shall we say. The clerk didn't know how to check someone in with a reservation. In the time it took her to try to look me up, I decided not to stay and absolutely would not reserve again and would not have reserved if I had known. Hotels.com - you should remove this from your list of available properties.

The first room they gave me the bed was not queen size it was a twin size bed the second room smelled like a bucket of pee, the shower was dirty and the shower head was broken spraying water all over the bathroom.

The room was dirty, smelled awful, and had no furniture in it besides a bed

The room smelled like smoke, sketchy area and rude staff!!! I complained before 6pm , called Expedia and the hotel. They wanted to put me on the 2nd floor, no way in such a sketchy area. What a waste of mo eh and the credits I had.

Best prices for the location Please buy new covers and sheets for the location they have cigarettes burns in them and the curtains

the location Outside environment not very clean

this is affordable & cheap but outside of that it’s nothing special just a place to lay your head the location is not the best but you could have food delivered to you. since there’s really nothing else with walking distance.🙂🙂🙂

Simple but had everything I needed for a nice stay.

Not bad but also not good‼️

No toilet paper. Room hadn't clean plus no extra rollof toilet paper. No plastic cups. Made a requexst for toilet paper. Nobody ever came with toilet paper. Staff extremely unpofessional.

It is close to 88, & 18 and W. McArthur bart. And major freeways. Prices have changed without notice. And the key deposit isn't refundable after stay. As stated.

The remodeling is coming along great. New management is nice Maybe the tissue & towels Should already be in the room. Had to ask for them. Other than that every thing else was okay. I've stayed here when previous owner had it as well. No complaints

A microwave to heat up food. Would be nice. But I understand, unfortunately they may steal them out the rooms. But other that, that it was quiet.

Tv remote had no batteries, then ask front desk for batteries and TV’s volume did not work. No complimentary shampoos. The sink was dirty and the sheets smelled.

The property was poorly maintained. Holes in walls, open wiring, dirty carpet. I do not recommend staying hear.

Old motel, I get that. AC needed charged. Cold water knob in the shower fell off in my hand. Been in worse. Not many for $85 a night

The television had no buttons and I had to hold the remote directly to the tv before I could change the channel. And then the tv kept turning off. I had to hit the wall in the bathroom for the light to com on and there was only one outlet in the room for us to charge our phones

The blanket wasn't clean. The shower and shower curtain were moldy with paint peeling off the wall. The towel and washcloth were dingy. You should check for bed bugs; something bit me.

The neighborhood is sketchy. The room was bare bones. The floor was filthy. The bed was hard, i like soft. The paint on the ceiling in the shower stall was peeling. The TV was not working.

However the neighboorhood wasn’t as bad as I thought.. The room is a Bed and a TV and personal air comfort... just for a place to sleep overnight on business on my own dime was an acceptable place for the price I paid...The guy at the desk was helpful and courteous... I’ll stay again

This place was super ghetto. It seemed like people were living there. Someone washed their car in the parking lot and there were people sitting on the stairs for hours straight like it was a hangout spot.

There were stains on the wall shower floor bedspread curtains ! in . when you first walk in the rooms wreaked of tobacco smoke. Dirty wall . Dirty shower floor stains that I did not use it. I used the sink Basin to bathe. overall it was a horrible experience it was horrible . I paid for two rooms $170 s i n ce they did not have twin beds available for my son and I in any of their units I was ripped off

I have never stayed anywhere as horrible as this motel....black mold in the entire bathroom....no lights....the room hasn't been cleaned at all....ill never stay herr again....this motel should be torn down😝😝😝

Hotel says 24 hr check in available which is FALSE. Upon arrival, window was closed and had a sign that said “NO VACANCY” as well as a piece of paper with a phone number on it saying to call management in case of emergency. I called the number after ringing the bell for over 15 mins, and got no answer until the next day when the desk clerk called asking why I didn’t check in. Mind you the neighborhood isn’t the safest. Most definitely do not suggest staying here.
