Honestly pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The staff was great and breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel!

The staff at the counter and at the breakfast buffet were super nice and helpful. My stay was during a busy weekend and I was lucky to have a room but my room was too close to the lobby and common area and it was quite noisy. Guests would come and go at various times in the night and they were too loud. However, the amenities were great, the room was nicer than anticipated. Definitely would stay there again. Room was clean, had a full kitchen, good water pressure in the shower and fully stocked. Great bed and choices of hard or soft pillows. Thank you! A clean and enjoyable place.

Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change is we wish the pool was a little warmer. They had the heat turned down, but overall it was great.

The layout of the room must have been someone's first attempt. To go to the bathroom, you had to navigate a space about 18" wide between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was so small that you had to shift around the toilet to close the door. The room had a total slapped-together feel, and this for how much money? Overall, find another place

N/A The bathroom was pretty dated and looked very run down. The rest of the room was good, just the bathroom was a real turn off. The rooms could really use some maintenance and attention. Would have also like if our room had been cleaned during our stay. At least make the bed and refresh towels.

The bathtub was in desperate need of updating. There was stains on the wall where the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are mounted. The shower head needs replaced.

Stayed in a “accessible room” and it was the worst we had ever had. Besides having mold in the shower and toothpaste on the wall (Yes, we have pictures), the room was a joke. No door to the bathroom (because handicapped people don’t need privacy?) the kitchen supplies and microwave were in the upper cabinets so no one in a wheelchair could reach it. The thermostat was also above the height for someone in a wheelchair. The hotel was nice, but they definitely need to hire an accessibly consultant because they have no clue.

I will stay here every time I come to Oak Ridge. The staff was AMAZING and so helpful. Great breakfast, great rooms. I have stayed at many hotels and this has topped even the fancier hotels I’ve stayed in! 1000/10 would recommend staying here!

5 stars ⭐️ Great stay thanks to staff who do a great job! Our air conditioning was not working, they tried to fix it, but it still wasn’t working. They moved us to another room. Ladies were very nice and made sure we were happy with the change. Breakfast was the best, excellent set up & tasted great, kudos to the staff again! 😁.

Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was amazing. I, unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency before breakfast. But the staff were very considerate. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing that I didn't like with the exception of not getting to stay as long as I had planned.

The room was just old and did not feel clean. There were someone else's dirty clothes behind the bathroom door which was pretty gross. The shower head felt like it was hanging on by a thread. The front desk clerk was very unsure about herself.

Nothing to do with the hotel. When we arrived there was no hotel reservation. Booking.com somehow screwed up. I had a reservation confirmation number from Booking.com but no reservation for us. Caused great stress.

Breakfast was cut off at 8:30 a.m. which was too early in our opinion for leisure travelers. Evening services provided snacks till 6 p.m. When we showed up at 5:45 p.m., we were offered "lettuce" Yes, that is correct, lettuce, not even a salad. We went out to eat naturally. Our suite had a separate bathroom by the bedroom but there was no privacy door to the bathroom. There was no vanity in the bathroom but they had two small moveable cabinets in the bathroom that looked like they were picked up at a garage sale.

There was trash in the hallways that was left the entire time we were there along with dirty towels outside a room. This hotel was dirty. They had the nerve to charge us a $75 dollar pet fee - for what? There is nothing our 8 pound dog could have done to this room to make it any worse. We found another room for Saturday night. Even though the room was not inhabitable and they could do nothing to fix it they would not refund our money for the second night. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far.

Great place

I called the property prior to booking and inquired on the pool and was advised it was open and functioning. Upon arriving only to learn that it was not open and closed for maintenance. I had to disappoint a birthday boy whom thought it was having a small family pool party indoors for his birthday.

Room was smaller than I expected, room was to cluttered with furniture, had to watch where I walked to make sure I didn't trip. I expected a king bed with a hide a bed couch, that would comfortably fit 4 guest. Room had two double beds, couch was just a couch. Just not what I expected but might work out for other traveling guest. I currently have a charge of 10.00 on my credit card that I wasn't told would be there. Hopefully it will be refunded to me

Overall our stay was wonderful! Everything was very clean, the bathroom was a bit dated - but nothing terrible. Great walkable area with lots of shopping and dining. Internet was a little slow - my fiancé had to work remotely on a laptop one day during our stay and he got kicked off repeatedly throughout the day. Overall we would stay here again!

Breakfast restaurant waitress asking for a tip?(It may not be)with an unfriendly expression and serving some dishes you don't like? I felt uncomfortable because I felt like I was making a request that wasn't there.

We booked a non smoking room after a 16 hour car ride. We showed up and the room smelled so strongly of smoke I could barely walk in it. There were smoke stains on the walls and it probably had not been cleaned since the last person was in here.

This is at least the 4th time we have stayed here. One bedroom suite is fabulous each and every time. We bring our dog and never have any issues. The one bedroom suite gives everyone a little more room to stretch out. Love this property. It is close to family...the reason that I visit Oak Ridge and I think the price we pay is excellent for what we are getting. I find it safe to walk the dogs by yourself outside. Everyone is always friendly and nice. I will stay here again

The suite that our family of 4 was put in smelled of vomit that had been covered in cleaning products. If you are getting a suite here thinking you will do any cooking, you will be disappointed. The kitchen supplies were sparse.

The staff was very nice and the suite was nice and cozy.

The hotel was lovely and the room was large and spacious. The staff was very attentive, especially the breakfast attendants. Our main complaint was that there was an odd smell in our room. The hotel allows pets, and it smelled like pet smell trying to be covered up by air freshener. Also, there was a spot in our restroom where there was a leak at some point and there was mold there now.

Went for my kids to be able to swim. Pool was broke. The tvs are so old that there is no hdmi port.

The breakfast was nice and had many options but the room was not clean there was hair in the bathtub and what looked like mold by the access handle for the bath and a dead roach in a cabinet and when i told the staff about it at check out they just replied as okay..

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This past weekend has been the worst experience that I've ever had here. Our room stunk like smoke, the toilet was crooked in the bathroom, there was stuff splattered on the walls in the bathroom, and the shower has a giant crack in it. The parking was horrible. We had to park in the nail salon parking lot next door.

We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. All staff are friendly, the free breakfast has many options, they have to go bags with snacks for guests who come to ride, the rooms are always clean. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to ride Windrock.

Clean and staff was courteous. Near restaurant. Easy access to other streets.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, do yourself a favor and get the king suite

Hotel smelled like people were smoking in there rooms. On a few occasions you could smell the odor of marijuana. Understand with Covid that rooms are not cleaned daily and my guess is that some of the patrons that stay there for a week at a time take advantage and smoke anyway

I requested a king size bed and hotels.com put me in a handicapped room that I did not want. Thankfully Staybridge Hotel staff in Oak Ridge, TN put me in a fantastic room. I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and I really liked this location just as well! Excellent staff and comfortable clean rooms. They put me on the first floor because I had my puppies with me. I definitely would stay here when I visit family again!

Overall wonderful. Clean, friendly, good and tasty food.

Room maintenance was in poor and unsafe conditions. Management was unable to provide a like room type exchange do to HC room requirements.

Our three day visit with family Plus work was a nice getaway for us. We enjoyed our 4th room suite that was quiet in the back, living area had desk for husband to do some work without disturbing my rest in bedroom. Location is nice. Plenty to see in Oak Ridge plus more.

Everything was very good about our room except that the counters in the kitchen and bathroom had not been wiped clean of dust or fine debris in some time. The building is relatively new, the amenities great, the staff responsive.

Fantastic hotel. Was amazed at the spaciousness of our room. We were on the first floor and our ceilings had to be at least 12’ high. Made our room feel so much bigger than it was. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the kitchen in room, Ice machine in refrigerator but ice making is slow but one of the staff got me more ice when I needed it

I would like to mention that the front desk staff was often absent and could be more attentive and friendly (several staff, not only one). The young lady was friendly and cheerful, none of the others though. A charging port at the bedside table would be a nice improvement.

Nice place. Tons of room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchenette. Breakfast was plentiful. Would probably be a great place for an extended stay.

Clean and nice. But there are no vending areas with ice machines on each floor. We had to use the soda machine for ice on the first floor. We were on the third floor, so getting ice wasn't convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Having to go through Outback's parking lot to get to the hotel was weird.

The room was clean, attractive, and quiet. Couldn't have asked for nicer accomodations :)

Well there was two things i didn't like. The bathroom didn't have a door which made me feel a little exposed secondly there was no way of closing the blinds to darken the room.

Item 2 is the small size of the breakfast eating area. We have to stand around waiting for a seat on both Saturday and Sunday morning. The food selection was 'ordinary'

Hotel and Staff was excellent. I will most definitely will be coming back.

Our first morning, our coffee pot had some type of sticky residue in the pot. Told hotel about the problem, when returned that evening pot was cleaned BUT, our apple charger cord was missing. In searching the room for the cord, we discovered dirty laundry left from the previous tenant. Several days passed, complained to front desk continually, requested no one to enter our room with fear of theft. A MANAGER never addressed the problem and we will NEVER stay here again.

We pay for a queen bed but when we get into our room it's full bed. The're breakast was cold. Not sure if I'm going back to this place.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, and very comfortable beds

Key card did not work twice I had to go back to front desk and she finally went back with us and gave us another room. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way to shut out light and street light was right outside window, then electric went off during the night for an hour did t know why. Breakfast was good and pillows and beds were very comfy.

Enjoyed the stay Oak Ridge. Good location for visiting the city and surrounding area.

Our room had a thick layer of dust, and had not been cleaned for some time. The worst part was finding bed bugs the next morning ! I had bites on my arms. The Manager was great and credited our room, offering to anything she could to make it up to us. Breakfast was provided courtesy and was very good.

We stayed in this hotel in Oak Ridge while visiting friends. I was apprehensive to book a hotel room in a hotel that I was unfamiliar with the name, but was pleasantly surprised when I found out they were part of the Holiday Inn chain. Our room was very spacious, and accommodated our large party. The pool was clean, the hotel staff was great. I would stay again.

The room was very quiet considering the hotel was full, however, I've stayed in all the hotels in Oak Ridge, and this one is now my least favorite. There was no ice machine (only on the main floor with the fountain drink machine), no extra blankets, the beds were full, not queen, and no fan in the shower area.

Went riding at WindRock park, stayed here. It was great!

We have stayed at Staybridge 3 times in Oakridge and always find it very clean, folks helpful, friendly. The area is a good location for us. Love those fireplaces! Will go back there again.
