Tv didn’t work they wouldn’t try to replace it just told me you won’t have a tv.

Staff is friendly. Has a bar . And shuttle to the casino.

What is most concerning is that Room 310 should never have been assigned in the first place. Our friend stayed in that same room the night before and was told by hotel staff that the room “needed work” and would be taken out of circulation. Less than 24 hours later, we were checked into that exact room with no apparent repairs or improvements made. The room was in poor condition: * The beds had mismatched sheets. * The floors were visibly dirty. * The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. * The bathtub sealant was peeling and coming off. * The entire room had a damp, wet-carpet odor. The fact that management was aware the room had issues severe enough to be removed from circulation, yet rented it out again the next day, is unacceptable. While I appreciate that they eventually moved us, it should not have taken a complaint to address a room that clearly was not ready for guests. However I am 100% sure they cleaned the room for another guest that evening, because they mentioned a “switch”. To make matters worse, we paid $350 for one night. At that price point, guests should expect a clean, well-maintained room—not dirty floors, a bathroom that smells like urine, peeling tub sealant, mismatched bedding, and a strong wet-carpet odor. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable for the rate charged and did not come close to matching the value we received

Wasn't clean enough for my expectations

My room was clean but it wasnt stocked daily w clean towels and cups. The carpets in the elevstors are disgusting but otherwise clean. The pool was great, clean but no syrong chlorine smell.....but the pool room needs work....specifically wall art say in Aqua & brown to coordinate w furniture....now its very boring and bland. A wall clock would be good too.

Place dirty no supplies the worst-case was they placed us in a room full of trash used linens like someone left and they were totally careless to clean it before putting us there

Clean rooms, pool and great breakfast . Free shuttle to casino. Helpful staff. Great waitress for breakfast. She managed a full room by herself and handled it beautifully.

Bathroom in our room was in bad condition. The tub floor was peeling and cracked. Didn’t dare use it. The closet doors were missing. The front of the mini fridge was dented and scratched. Just looked bad and made a bad vibe for the room itself.

Wasn’t too far from Mohegan Sun We did not have a proper working sink faucet and the parking areas were filled with serve vechiles and had to park in back lot which was sketchy and poorly lighted with no back entrance into the hotel or walkway to the front entrance.

Right off highway, free shuttle to casino is a bonus. Room had some general wear issues. Room 311 is next to elevator shaft and is fairly loud all hours. Limited parking with maintenance crews from highway using as a base. 3 out of 5 stars, fit the bill for a concert overnight.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. There was some water damage in the bathroom ceiling and the artwork on the wall. Air conditioning was hard to control.

Heater was broken in room so the next, so changed rooms for 2nd night. Staff were excellent. Elevator very noisy. But overall very nice staff and well maintained property.

Great hotel. Nice quiet room.

The staff were kind, location and shuttle were excellent. The room was clean yet it had a deep foul odor. The coffee pot leaked, the tub was cracked and wouldn’t drain properly - it just really needs to be replaced.

Stayed in many hotels over the years and was very disappointed with this one.
