Did not like not having at least complimentary am coffee in the lobby. In room coffee is a one cup packet only and was not replentished during my stay.

They only had three luggage carts and they were hard to push and hard to find and not in good shape. They need to invest indecent luggage carts and more of them. There was no complimentary coffee bar! A cup of coffee was just under $5. There was no free breakfast of any kind, you had to pay for breakfast. Our room deadbolt did not lock, I asked them to fix it, they tried. But failed. I am in another hotel tonight with the same lock system and it works fine. So the Courtyard front desk basically lied to us that that Room 233's broken lock was normal. The bathroom was extremely good shape other than the sink. The maid service was extremely good. We were happy with them providing three towel sets for the two of us. The front desk night shift was very responsive to our requests, but they just could not resolve some of the issues.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Front desk receptionist was very friendly an outgoing. Many food choices were in close proximity to the hotel that makes it easier to find a place to eat without traveling far. I'd stay again when I come back to the area!!

The staff are super friendly and the place was clean

The WiFi did not log on with room number, I was getting my kids to sleep so I asked n in the morning. They said they changed the WiFi, so they gave me an access code. My thing is, why did no one think to give this when we checked in? If that was the case. They think only certain ppl want the WiFi? Secondly, you have to pay for everything at the bistro for breakfast. It’s like a restaurant. Even the Starbucks machine, which is like automatic hot coffee. You have to pay full price for they add it to your room number. My old apart had the same machine complimentary. You may as well go around the corner to the real Starbucks for coffee. My thing is, you’re paying enough, Marriott makes enough, than to nickel and dime customers for WiFi and coffee, minimum. Not to mention free breakfast is not a thing.

To start with, I booked the room 3 weeks in advance, we were suppose to have a 2 queen bed room. We get there and they have us down for a 1 king room with pullout sofa, turns out they gave our room away to the team Alabama is playing in the super regional baseball game. Didn’t notify us or anything. There were 4 of us in the room, the pullout is big enough for 1 person, so my daughter wound up sleeping in the floor. Not enough towels in the room, the room isn’t built for 4, they made us bring the used towels down before they gave us more. Then we go down on day 2 to ask for more towels, they had 1 towel left that’s it. Again there’s 4 of us in this room with 1 towel now. Absolutely rediculous how this place was ran during our 3 night stay. It was one thing after another. Probly won’t stay at any more courtyards again, and possibly the whole Marriott system. For the price you pay, you should at least get the room you booked and clean towels. Terrible stay

We booked well in advance (1 month) for a baseball tournament. We reserved a double queen suite but were bumped from our reservation because a college team and families booked that same week. Understand that this college in question did not know if or where they would be playing until 4 days before our check in. We were bumped to follow them to have all the double queen suites.

Clean room and nice staff! Just a short walk or drive away from downtown Northport. Be sure to have breakfast or lunch at City Cafe in downtown Northport. Yummy food and friendly staff. Downtown Tuscaloosa and the riverwalk are also a short drive or walk across the bridge. We had a great time. Good location for a fraction or the price since it was across the bridge from Tuscaloosa!

We were pleased with the property. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the hotel at midnight. The employee had us in our room 5 minutes after arrival. We were traveling and made a late night reservation to get some rest. Our room was clean and modern. We would absolutely stay at the property again!!!!

Staff was very helpful

Had to extend my stay to six nights due to flights being canceled twice. Staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful! Bar and restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks, and the best staff! Room was clean and spacious King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is quick to respond to any needs .My only suggestion is to change out the pillows from feathers to something that actually has a little bit of support. Parking lot is very well lit on every side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Bugs on table beneath tv at 3:30 am. Called front desk and the guy was not helpful and did not offer an apology or offer to me to move to another room.
